Decent at best. Cost is absolutely CRIMINAL. large pep pizza. Small cheese and garlic bread was nearly $120!!!! The large pizza was maybe a medium at best. Along with this. We ordered dipping sauce. Wasn’t delivered. We called and spoke to an employee who doesn’t care about the customer. Said it’s on its way. 15 minutes later. Called again. 25 minutes called again. And on this 2nd call we asked for some sort of discount as the pizza at this point was clearly cold or the dipping sauce even though paid for wasn’t required. The employee on the phone shockingly Said to deal with the delivery person and they’d have the ability to address our concerns about some sort of discount. Employee left the dipping sauce at the front desk and left. Absolutely terrible customer service. I can’t believe this place is still open. The price is enough to make you run the other way. But giving it a chance and this being the experience is shocking. They are CRIMINALS . Stay as far away you can unless you like overpriced food and terrible service.
Food was ok, price was absolutely horrible. We spent $120 for 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Customer service was not the best either. I came down from our hotel room and grabbed. When I got back I realized our dipping sauces we bought wasn’t with the pizza. I called and said they would grab and get them to me. It was after 30 minutes I called and asked where the dipping sauces were, lady said she grabbed and left about 10 minutes ago, which we are only 10 minutes away from the store, we waiting another 15 minutes before she got here with the sauce. I asked for her to wait so I could speak with her when I get down to the Fri t lovby, I got down there and she was gone. I called the store again and asked for some kind of refund as this was ridiculous. Lady said the girl would call me when she got back to the store. No call was returned to me!! Will never order from here again.
I bought a $24 value surprise bag using the "Too good to go" app for $7.99. What I got for the $24 value was three slices of cold pizza. When I went back in to ask about the value, I was told the items I received was equal to $24. I am shocked and will not be using the app for this store again.
Had the most delicious and perfect calzone the other day from Gino’s Pizza in Belleville Ontario. I regularly go here and they never disappoint. The staff are incredibly friendly and positive and always super helpful and kind and the food is always excellent quality
I don't understand where some of these bad reviews are coming from ! This place is great. Went there for the first time for too good to go and had to back. I ordered the Chicago style pizza. The pan messed up on the first attempt and she insisted on making me a new one on account of the error. She also gave me the old one as well free of charge. Very polite respectful and good energy through this whole experience. She gave us complimentary deep fried cheese cakes due to the extra wait time and was very grateful with how understanding with the situation I was. She also made my wife and I 2 MASSIVE Philly cheese steaks well worth the price !! Will be continuing to go in the future prolly one of the best places In town !!!!
Ordered wings, curd, poppers, pickle spears and a pizza. Everything was over priced but figured we'd try it anyway. Pizza was very small and not awful but not great. Poppers were pretty good spears were okay, the wings weren't very good at all and they said we didn't put the style and flavour in the comments even though we did and have the email showing so. They also gave us mushrooms instead of curd that were awful. I decided to take them back to get the curd instead called ahead so it would be ready. They put me on hold then hung up after a few minutes when I got there she argued with me even though I had the mushrooms and the order sheet and email that had curd not mushrooms. No apology after she realized she was wrong. Asked for a refund since at this point I didn't want food from someone I'd argued with and didn't want to wait. She said they can't refund online orders and it would be quick. So I waited got the curd still no apology and honestly the food wasn't worth the gas to drive into town twice let alone the 65+ on top of that.
My wife and I are new to the area so we're still trying different places to find where we like. Unfortunately this wasn't a hit. We felt pretty cheated for how much the bill came to for a pasta, a small pizza, jalapeno poppers and pizza rolls. The pizza was sad. Way too much cheese for a normal pizza (yes there is such a thing), the dough was chewy/tough and bland, and the sausage on the pizza was clearly cheap processed breakfast sausage. The pizza rolls weren't what we would call pizza rolls... We had one and couldn't finish them. They had a shredded beef and processed cheese filling in an egg roll shell, which had us questioning if we got the right item. The jalapeno poppers were good, crispy, and what I expected. Only sticking issue was the price, $12 for 5 small jalapeno poppers was stuck in my mind.
If you’re seeking a memorable dining experience, Gino’s Pizza is a top choice. Their customer service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. They take the time to understand your preferences and ensure you have a great meal, addressing any special requests with care. Equally impressive is their pizza quality. Gino’s Pizza stands out with its fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The crust is consistently crisp and delicious, while the toppings are generous and flavorful. Whether you're a fan of classic margherita or more adventurous combinations, each pizza is crafted with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Careful of them scamming you, tired to say im a regular, because ive been going there since they opened. But then girl working there tired to charge me 30$ then just took the 20$ i had left for a walk in large was 2 but went to 1 topping pizza walk in pizza, on the holiday, i was already depressed so it took someone showing me the price online and chewing me out, that i went back, just after order, to just ask for a refund and not make pizza or anything Where then the went on to act like child sticking there lip out, going aw to bad your not getting your refund back and i had to say i would get law involved, just to get money back for food that they didnt even have enough time to let it hit the oven, let alone even cooked or even handed to me. I been tipping and getting food here, even when other have been saying the food been getting worse, trying to stand up for them and there food so they dont disappear like franco restaurants before them, then them trying to take avenage of someone like me, broke, on odsp and who came in clearly sad and depressed, saying sorry for any tourble, as the food was not for me. To turn into that, honestly disappointed in the professionalism and behavior, dont trust Indian lady who works, as she the one who tired to rip me off, (note: the guy makes good burgers, seems like good guy) but i ordered in the end that she tired to say to me was 30$ for them to say it went to just 20$ for me it was a large, just bacon pizza.. for walk in.. (note if you check online it 13$ for medium, think 15$ large if you walk in for one topping pizza, so ya) Had to get food else where and when i walked back by at 8pm (3 hours before they close) all lights were off, like that dont make them look 100x more shadey, dont order if she working there and that atm is a 1 outta 3 chance, her, him and the white girl ive not seen there long, but pretty sure remember her working at the Franco restaurant that was there before they opened. Good way to kill business is to try and rip off the customer who keeps coming back and tipping when they are broke have no money to tip and try to repay tips by bringing new customers in. Never as professional worker do you stick out your lips in a fake pout like a child and say to bad to a customer who obviously already distressed and sad, refusing to return money for products not gotten, be an adult and dont try to rip off in the first place Edit to reply: ok 1: again it was a 1 topping pizza, just bacon. 2: im a mix of native American, African american and white, so ether do i, how else would i describe you, without knowing your name? Lastly 3 if youre gonna lie, make sure online cant prove you wrong. (Pictures) so thanks for admitting it, please be more professional, i never had issue till now and this behavior is just more proof, care to explain why you acted like that and you were gonna refuse a refund on a product i never got to everyone. Thank you.
Service awful food awful and false advertisement. Asked for cheese pizza rolls and gor pulled pork pizza rolls
Called the Belleville store today some guy answered and when he spoke in a HEAVY accent I said sorry I didnt understand you he had enough nerve to yell at me on the phone. Will NEVER EVER place an order with this company!! Very ignorant and definitely no way to run a business.....
Pizza is good, but price is too high. Costs way more than it should. 60+ dollars for two pizza! I can go to other places just as good and get two for 30-35 dollars. Quite the mark up.
Went in for a slice. The slices were not very large but were expensive $9 for a slice and a can of pop. As I was waiting for the slice to be warmed, I looked over the menu, which is huge. Everything is very expensive. Be aware of the prices before placing your order. The pizza was just ok. I got a Hawaiian slice. It was really heavy with too much cheese. The crust was pretty good but also too heavy and dry. Sauce was bland and added no flavour to the pizza. I wont be getting food from Ginos again.
If I could give service negative stars I would. Pizza is not fresh, cheap ingredients.
Love their cheesesteaks
I decided to try Ginos not long after they opened for a slice, pizza was old and dry and incredibly crispy after being warmed up but I didnt complain since it was late in the day. Today I went back after work for a slice to give it another shot thinking maybe it will be better, (3:00pm) in the afternoon, paid $9 for a slice and a dip, he put the slice in the oven for maybe 20 seconds and handed it to me cold, ate it anyway because I was starving but I went back in to tell him it was ice cold and he said next time and walked away, worst pizza Ive ever had and there wont be a next time Ive learnt my lesson the second time.
Could be the best pizza place ive ever seen
We have enjoyed a few pizzas now as well as slices. Great service and great food. The staff are great and always friendly.
Best deluxe Ive had
If you are looking for AMAZING Pizza !!! Come to Ginos. Delicious! This will be my GO TO for pizza parties and a night where cooking is just not what I want to think about. Thank you soo much!! Food
Gino s pizza on Dundas Street is worth a visit. They catered for a 40th birthday party and everything was delicious. All the guests were thrilled when they were sent home with leftovers. I can t say enough about the positive staff. They listen and do custom orders to meet any dietary needs. 5 stars for sure
Ginos special was ordered tonight. Even our pickiest eater devoured 2 slices. The XL is massive!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!
I just had the best pizza Iv ever had . And I am 76yrs old . Dam that was good
Food is amazing as well as service Gino s is the place to go for good quality and lots of toppings!!
Try to Chicago Dip dish. Too much cheese and so good
Sucks
Great service, food was very good
We just had our first experience with A too good to go order. Sadly very disappointed in the quality and for the cost. we were suppose to get 2 orders and all we got wad a total of 3 pieces of pizza. seriously that was supppse to.be worth 36.00 Save your money Food
Decent pizza , only comment would be would browning the cheese a bit more that s on top of the pizza . Other then some prices it s good
Just finished a Philly and some pizza. So happy to have a delicious old school spot locally.
Listen, sure its not cheap. But thay Chicago deep-dish was so good it could make a grown man cry. If your not ordering it tonight then you wasting your dinner. You could have a crust bowl filled with cheese, meat and sauce. What more could you want from life?
Hands down best pizza in Belleville great service well recommended
Walked in to pick up my pizza. They wanted $36 for a large pepperoni pizza. Yest a medium pepperoni pizza would be $10. Makes no sense. Way over priced. Not worth going there.
Way over priced
Honestly I was a bit taken back by some of the prices. After eating I can safely say that the prices are way too much. The food was very bland and I definitely wouldnt recommend eating here. You can get better tasting food at a food truck for less money.
I expected much better quality of food for the price of it. The philly cheese steak on bun wasn t bad, but the poutine and fish and chips were terrible especially for the prices! The fish was just frozen triangle shaped and in parts tasted funny...definitely not fresh battered fish as the online picture shows! They charged me more for gravy than the online price. The fries were mostly little pieces like the ends or something of fries..only a few bigger pieces. The coleslaw tasted bad and had to throw it out! Very very, disappointed and couldnt eat the rest of it. Will contact the manager tomorrow and complain directly to him. I wont be eating there again...way overpriced and quality of food stinks. Sorry, wish I could state something better about this Ginos in Belleville which just opened a couple of weeks ago.
I think theyre my new favourite pizza place in belleville! Amazing customer service, food was top tier and the price was reasonable! 10/10! Food : 5/5
Really disappointed, living in a building with a disability and they made me go to the lobby to get my pizza
I loved the pizza and Potine,Thank you for good service.
Great place to pick up a bite, even late at night Friendly staff. Recommended dishes
Yesterday i visited here, food was very delicious customer service was so good and fast Highly recommend
Friday night is too much for this place to handle. Pizza was just okay and not worth 34 bucks for a large pepperoni pizza.
Nice taste of pizza
Check the price first. Two pizzas cost me $73. I was shocked. My fault, I should have looked first. Wouldn t have minded as much if they were awesome but honestly they were just ok. Not great. Sorry but won t be a repeat for me. Staff was lovely.
Great place to grab a slice for lunch. Friendly staff.
Detroit style pizza is perfect would recommend
Tried the walk in special , pepperoni. Pep is hidden under the cheese. Tasteless dough ball on top. Nothing special.
Got large canadian, 2 drinks and a poutine. Was pretty good! Great service. Customers were pretty impatient and rude though
Spaghetti and garlic bread were great!!
Fantastic food!! We used to always make a special trip to the Kingston location for the Phillys and are so happy that now theyve expanded to Belleville!
Was absolutely delicious! Soo much cheese, and they arent cheap about it! Definitely going back!! 5 stars!!
Good atmosphere and very good experience
Great food, friendly service. Cant wait to try the deep dish
7.5$ minimum/hot dog is ridiculous, the costco hotdogs are bigger for a fraction of the price. As soon as i took 1 bite, the whole hot dog fell apart. First and last time for me. No need to contact me to make it right, i give honnest reviews. People wanna know if the food and service is great, they dont wanna know if the owner offers rebates when your food is not on point.
