Best food ever!!!!!!!!! I love your workers so demure and kind. Slayyyyyy. Give them more money, we love work! Woohoo. I dined in and they gave me food I ordered!! I got the food I ordered! Incredible!!!! Kid-friendliness: The staff had colouring books, now dear I may be 45 but I love me a darn toot-an colouring book.

Clean lobby and friendly staff.

Indoor service extremely slow due to so many delivery services picking up orders. Waited half hour for a couple hamburgers despite only 2 people in front of us in line.

Delicious food, as always but, more importantly, the service is OUTSTANDING! Ive been through the drive-thru multiple times, later at night, and Carly has always been beyond polite and super awesome with providing excellent customer service!

This was the worst experience I ve ever had. My friend brought me here and I ve never met a server so dismissive and rude. Asking for things multiple times and not receiving them, my toast had butter literally falling off of it because there was so much. I was willing to overlook the garbage breakfast, but the server was so horrendous. If you re not a local, don t bother going because they clearly don t want you there. Burger was decent though.

Always love Harveys no complaints, got what I ordered. Additional toppings are always added. Happy with all Harveys so far

We pulled into the drive through and sat behind the only truck on line for close to 10 mins. We then pulled up to order, and waited for the usual can I take your order greeting and after a complete 2 mins somebody told us they would be right with us. 3 more minutes we ordered and only sat another 10 minutes waiting for the burgers(2) we ordered! Nothing whatsoever else!

The staff was incredibly nice. We arrived around 9pm, and all the other restaurants were closed. My daughter has a severe dairy allergy, and this is the only fast food chain that can accommodate her dietary needs.

Harvey s food is generally good for fast food, however the Belleville location for drive thru is by far the slowest service of any restaurant in Belleville. Last three times it has been like this. Apparently going in is no faster from what I have seen.

Harveys burgers are by far the best. They are the closest to home grilled burgers in taste and personalized toppings! This is a busy location on busy road.

/Havent been to Harveys in a long while... Our Angus Burgers were delish, dressed perfectly to our specs., the fries & rings were first rate.. The dining room was neat and tidy, and the Staff were pleasant and efficient... Great experience all round!

The burger was pretty good. Fries are ok but way better if you get the Swiss chalet dipping sauce for them. Service is not really speedy but they build your burger with more care than most fast food places. It is worth the extra few minutes wait.

I was starving after soccer and ordered to my work 2 hotdogs sandwiches i dont wanna be that guy but everything is expensive everywhere so this is what i got smelled so bad and i had to throw it in the garbage stayed hungry during my overnight shift

This is the second time they got the chicken bacon ranch order wrong. I love harveys but Im done paid for the above and got just a poutine.

Horrible service. We were waiting for 10min as we saw our dinner sitting on the counter. The service was horrible, the girl was not polite at all. Our food was not the one we ordered and it was cold. DO NOT GO THERE Food : 1/5

The last few times weve been to this Harveys the service has been extremely slow and the staff seems like we are putting them out when we order Once was 15 min in drive thru before we even placed our order with only 2 cars ahead of us The burgers we received were thrown together with more condiments on the wrapper than the burger What has happened to this Harveys it use to be great

The fries were cold, the gravy on my boyfriends poutine was cold so the cheese wasn t even melted. I accidentally drove past where you order cause you order at the outside menu, drove to the window and apologized and they had me drive around the entire building again even tho there was nobody behind me. when I apologized at the window again after ordering they just ignored it.

Place is clean, staff is friendly, but of a wait for the burgers, but theyre actually cooking them, so understood. I was a little put off by one of the people working the back wearing fuzzy slippers... doesnt seem super hygienic to me. Really should only loose 1/2 a star for that. And pay attention to the signs! Worst experience I have ever had at this location yesterday. Ordered chicken wrap combo with large poutine via uber eats pick up. The girl at the front took 20 minutes to prepare the order while its so slow during the time of my visit. She was blaming cook at the kitchen because they ran out of gravy. She was rude to everyone at the restaurant and told me that I will have to ask for a refund from Uber eats. The guy at the back kitchen was drinking pop and while listening to us at the front rather than working on making gravy for the poutine to fulfill the customer need. She gave me medium fries instead of gravy and drink was full of ice cubes. This location isnt like before when they have had good staff. Thumbs down Had these kind of issues when ordering through their official app in the past too.

My husband & I went through Harveys drivethru in Belleville, ON for supper tonight. They are very lacking in their quality control in ensuring the customer has the correct order. We ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and their new mushroom melt Angus burger. We paid for our order and the drive-thru person handed us a bag right away. The order we received wasnt even ours it was someone elses(two regular burgers it seemed liked). We were already on our way home and a ways away from the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant but they would not answer their phone which seems like it was due to staff shortage (there was a sign on the door saying , only the drive-thru was open due to staff shortages). Honestly Harveys restaurant in Trenton, ON is much better and has better quality of food. My husband & I ended up eating the burgers as we were hungry. Except in the end I threw mine out as part of it had a bad taste. It also seemed like my burger was old and over cooked.

Food was ok. Fries could have been cooked a little longer as the poutine was a lil on the mushy side.

Sarah and Ajay were both very personable in taking our orders. The ghost pepper sauce was ACTUALLY hot (unlike the ghost pepper sauces that Ive had at Dennys and McDonalds which only seem to add a little bit of heat beyond the standard) and my Angus Big Harv was delicious.

Go to Trenton location this location in Belleville garnishes poorly and do order any of there wrap they dont know how to properly wrap there chicken wraps and everything garnished sloppy as hell like if its their first day I strong recommend to go to Trenton if you want everything done right

Very loud when we went, order got messed up. Ended up sitting outside on North Front St where it was quieter than inside.

I ordered an angus burger it was stone cold!! I live a 5 minute drive from our location!!! This was the second time this year we have been dissapointed !!! Will not go back!

$31 for 2 angus burgers with fringe and drinks. Burgers were both burnt all the way through. Fringe were heavy and tasted like they had been soaked in grease. Chocolate shake was over syruped warm milk. Come on Harvey s! What has happened to you? Money is hard to come buy only to throw it in the trash!!

The drive through is a little wonky and hard to navigate through, especially when it s dark outside. The food was delicious, hot and freshly made.

I am very unimpressed with this Harveys. I stood in front of the mobile order sign for at least 10min no one working said anything to me nor did they even acknowledge me. Finally after having to say something myself I got my order that had been sitting for who knows how long did I notice the Angus burger looked like a original burger. Needless to say I have NO interest in ever going to Harveys again after this experience

Poutine was great! Chicken burger was a bit dry. Restaurant was clean and service was prompt. Harveys has switched to paper straws, so dont take too long to drink as the straw starts breaking down.

Had a craving for a original burger and onion rings. They didnt disappoint.

Wont be going back. Ordered a double original a crispy chicken and two shakes. When I was asked what I wanted on my burger the lady was shocked I wanted 5 slices of dill.she made me say it three times and seemed upset about it. I would have been happy to pay for the pickles if it was a problem. She seemed to belittle me . The tomato had a large black spot in the middle of it and I asked twice to have it removed Ed. The other worker came over and said to her change the tomato its a bad one. She managed to wrap up by burgers and as I left with my food and shakes She yelled back at me do you want straws. Wow . Wont be back.

The light-life veggie burgers and onion rings are great - ordered delivery through skip a couple times and the food came hot. Never heard of a watermelon Redbull slushie before but it was pretty good.

SO WHEN EVER USING THIER APP MAKE SURE TO GET AN E-MAIL COMIRMATION IN CASE THERE ARE MISTAKES, SO THEY CAN BE CORRECTED AT TIME OF ODERING. ONLY RESTURANT THAT HAS BEEN UNWILLING TO GIVE A CREDIT ON LOST SCENE POINTS FOR PAYMENT.

Delicious! Very friendly service, and great food. Clean restaurant, and quite prompt for the food. Only complaint is the prices at Harveys are a tad high, but the burger is worth it; not to mention the onion rings are the best around!

I could only enjoy half my meal. 1 pickle spear was completely removed from the breading and the other was very very undercooked. Two were normal. Take 3 seconds to quality control. For approx $1 per pickle that s sure disappointing. The rest of my family s meals were fine, I had to find other food to eat.

dude this place is ridiculous, they had us waiting 10 mins and at no point did they communicate to us that our order was underway, or what the wait time would be.

Terrible experience. The salad was rotten, the hamburgers and hot dogs were inedible, the restaurant was very dirty, almost all of this so-called lunch went in the trash.

Where to start? We who had heard of the quality of the dishes at Harveys, how surprised we were when we all discovered this infamous meal together. First, the cashier who asks three times for our choice of drink. Being French, I can concede that we do not say the word water with the nicest accent, however, it is totally SCANDALOUS and ABOMINABLE to make fun of the customer with, I quote oooh WATER with a very pronounced American accent. I questioned my entire food taste after coming to Harvey s. The worst experience in the history of my life began with surprising news since I did not know that a salad was black in color. We didnt know if we would be in a restaurant or in an abandoned house because the cleanliness was so poor. As for burgers and hot dogs, we ate them while holding our noses to try to hide the atrocity. I strongly advise against anyone wishing to maintain a healthy lifestyle coming to Harvey s, we left so disappointed, with, I quote, mom, why did you punish me so harshly by taking me here? of my sister, holding her stomach and drinking two bottles of water to recover from this affront

My wife, son and i sat in the drive through for 45 mins with 2 other cars while the staff continued to serve customers inside..I watched my food sit on the heat tray for literally 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous..only two people working front conter aswell..once I it was our turn we just pulled off they can keep the 45 min old food

They are so organized that your order is ready so fast. I love their canadian Burger with lots of pickles and lg. Onion rings, (as far as Im concerned) are the best. My husband had the crispy chicken burger with fries. You go in hungry and you come out full and satisfied. Parking: There is always a space for parking available. Kid-friendliness: Kids can have what ever they want in their burger and they have hotdogs too. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp on one side.

The girl at the window tonight at 7:50 on November 30 was absolutely lovely. Her customer service was very kind. She was trying to multi task via taking orders, cash and also manning the window. She did it all very well and to the best of her ability. My food was hot and good!

The best around

I would give zero stars but this is not an option. I came through drive through when the internal seating was closed. I was on a bicycle. I was refused service because I was driving through the drive through on a bike and not a car. So much for Canada s climate change initiatives. In that regard this restaurant is failing now and our future generations. Pictured is the pizza I was able to get while. Reducing my carbon footprint. Support any other restaurant as I have if you care about our future.

Yes its this guy again. All I ever try to order is a double original cheese. WITH EXTAR CHEESE .(PLAIN) IF I GET IT RIGHT WHEN ORDERING 1 OUT OF 5 ORDERS IS CORRECT. The wait times are INSANE. Currently been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes as only the second car here. All I ordered is a single meal! Had the same experience two weeks ago. Sad to say I wont be returning as I prefer Harveys food.
