Food was delicious and the service received was just perfect !

I ordered through skip the dishes. I ordered three breakfast orders, one the whole thing was in bottom of bag. I ordered one with scrambled, one over hard and one over easy, got two scrambled and one over hard. The crepe was to have strawberries and cream and only had the strawberries and there was no syrup for the waffles and crepes. The crepe had a fish taste too so not sure if fish oil used for those. Very disappointed to spent $75 for my first time actually having skip the dishes delivered to me (ordered for others before). Food was cold too

Me and my friends came in waiting for a table. We waited for almost half an hour and decided to leave because it was taking too long. It was busy but we could see empty booths. When we told the server Eva that we were leaving she laughed and turned to a co worker and said They re leaving now in a giggly voice

Slow service by both the wait staff and the kitchen for food. It was not busy, and there were plenty of servers around (including one picking his nose). Dirty restaurant, disorganized servers. Garbage and old food on the floor, dirty bathrooms. They set our food down at another table, realized their mistake after 4 people breathed on it, then picked it up and served it to us. Hard pass. Wont go again.

If there was a IHOP in the province of Quebec, I would always go there. Alas, I had to drive 4 hours to try this godsent breakfast that is 100% worth every penny.

Food quality has really gone down and it shows in this ihop, the service was also sub par the servers seems to be more interested to listening in their AirPods than what customers have to say, don t expect smiles in this location either, if you have a choice do not take this one.

Prices are out of the world. This location feels more like a truck then a family restaurant . IHOP is definitely much better in the US than it is in canada based on this location I would never go there again

The cleanest washrooms. Our son talked about how nice they were for hours. Waitress was very sweet too. Food is what you d expect from IHOP but I ve never had butter pecan syrup and it was definitely a highlight.

I came to see IHope here in Belleville and I was surprised. Parking is quite large, as it is also a truck stop, so you wont have any problems with parking. The food was very good! The service was super satisfactory and the people were very attentive. Furthermore, the bathroom is very clean. In short, if you are looking for a place for brunch this will be a good option! I recommend it Parking: Lots of vacancies, the space is very large. Wheelchair accessibility: There is access for wheelchair users in the establishment and in the bathroom.

Overpriced, poor quality food (the pancakes alone were decent), small helpings. Other breakfast joints are cheaper and offer more and better food.

Ordered a milkshake and the breakfast sampler. The ham was grilled on only one side, there was no toast served, the sausage had a weird taste, the pancake was small and the waffle was ok. The strawberry milkshake was amazing.

Absolutely the worst food I have had at a restaurant ever. 0/10 dont waste your time or money going here. I give the service a 3 star because there was thankfully a waitress who stepped out of her assigned area to take our table, because our server never came and she saw that. I never send food back at a restaurant, but I quite honestly was convinced they put dog food on the grill, and served it to me on a bun. I was so sick the rest of the day, and the following day.

My hashbrowns tasted old as if they had been sitting around all day, the coffee was burt. The only good thing about the visit was the server, she was on point , friendly and understanding,Good job to her.

I love I hop its the first time Ive eaten it here in Canada & it did not disappoint it is on the pricey side but you are full when you leave.

My son and I visited today . Upon sitting down two more groups of patrons came in after us and were served before us . I had to request beverages as they were not offered . Once we had made order it came pretty quickly , but the sausages were still pink inside and my breakfast was completely different than what I had ordered I looked around for the wait staff and couldn t find anyone , lone behold they were outside smoking . Buy the time they come back in I had eaten what was served & when he gave me my bill I informed him my breakfast was not what I order he told me that he took it upon himself to change my order to something that was better value and had more food . Needles to say , I didn t eat the extras that were provided so that food was wasted. This is my third time there and I will not be returning . Management needs to run a tighter ship at this location and train their servers a little better .

My husband and I popped in an hour before close and said we would just get food to go. They didnt look overly thrilled we were there to begin with but whatever, we werent going to stay. We ordered, food came fast. I was a little shocked, I ordered French toast and only got 1 piece. The bacon in the upgrade just didnt taste good and my husbands egg were FULL of shells. We ended up throwing a lot of it away.

Server was pleased. Food was very bad. My Turkey Bacon sandwich was tangy.. I was hungry so I ate it. An hour later it all came up.

Great dinner with family to celebrate Fathers Day. Bacon Temptation omelet was absolutely tasty. Generous amount of bacon within and on top, as well as cheese and diced fresh tomatoes. A side of seasonal fresh fruit complimented my meal perfectly. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-friendly options available - just ask!

Easily the best IHOP I ve been to and the best food I ve gotten from an IHOP. But some of the service has been just okay. Sometimes I feel forgotten about or some of the food ordered is sometimes forgotten about. Once remembered though, everything comes out super fast and always tasty.

Ordered the southwest scramble, and Ill be honest....it wasnt worth the price. No seasoning, cheese ontop wasnt melted and Im not sure what made it southwest other than avocado being on top. Service was great. But the food was lacking. $110 for three people is also imo insane pricing when all we ordered were three meals.

Gage was absolutely amazing, was super professional, efficient and service oriented. The rest of the establishment however sucked. Could not be greeted at the door, took forever to be sat, the kitchen lost our ticket and it took them forever to get our food in the first place despite forgetting half our order. Gage deserves a lot of recognition but the rest of the establishment is letting him down

Service was the star of the show here. Our waitress was really attentive and didnt ignore us nor pester us. Restaurant appeared very clean, despite being super busy. That was a welcomed change from other establishments. My breakfast was ok. I ordered over easy eggs that were definitely over hard. My toast was hard. Pancakes were ok. What shocked me was the lack of syrup choices. IHOP in Niagara and in the states has a bazillion flavour. We had 2 choices. The cost was, in my opinion, astronomical. $25 bucks for 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 pieces of toast, 3 strips of bacon, 3 sausages and a drink?! Wild!

The service was very up beat, and friendly. The place was very clean, top to bottom. Not like some other restaurants Ive been to were theres crumbs on the table , on the seats and floor. The food was good, two thumbs up. The portions were perfect. Not too much and not small either. Just right. The oj was really good, not sour & bitter like other places. Just sweet enough.

The breakfast was fantastic. Perfect balance of dry/grease . A little pricey for breakfast though, $60 with tip for two. We also waited almost 15min for our coffees. Not the end of the world as the quality of the food made up for it. However IMO a breakfast restaurant needs to get coffee in your cup ASAP and it should never empty ;-).

Everything was wonderful! The service was great, the food was amazing, not only did it look good but it tasted soooo good. The atmosphere was really nice. Worst pancakes I ve ever had. Don t know how they screwed them up. They were not fully cook, all you could taste was batter. The waitress was good but I felt she should have taken my pancakes off the bill since I could only eat a third of the 3 stack. Bathroom was not the cleanest and the doors going into the bathrooms were filthy. Since their customers are hard working truckers they need to stay on top of the cleaning. When it first open we ate there and the food was great, so something has changed and not for the good

We attended for my wifes birthday and we were seated pretty quickly even though we were a larger group. Our server was top notch. He was quick and attentive with a phenomenal memory. Unfortunately, after about 20 minutes we were told they were out of crepes batter. They should have known this sooner. Two of our group had to reorder and while they refunded the meals from the bill they still didnt get their food until the rest of us were done. Better communication about available items would be good.

Our grandson was in town for a visit and wanted some pancakes for brekkie, so we went to IHOP. This was our first visit to IHOP but will not be out last. We lived our breakfast and so did our grandson. The food was very good and the presentation was beautiful. The restaurant was very clean and had a pleasing atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and friendly. My wife and I would definitely recommend this restaurant at the corner of Wallbridge and Loyalist road and hwy. 401. Our grandson gave it two thumbs up.

My family and I came to ihop on February 17th 2024 around 10:30 am for breakfast, upon arrival the ramp to the restaurant was blocked by snow, nobody has shovelled it. To me personally that should be a priority to have clear so customers can get up it. we had to maneuver around it to use the accessibility ramp which was a struggle. We stood waiting to be greeted for 10 minutes. Finally someone told us someone would be with us, awesome no problem When we were seated at a table we waited awhile to order drinks, when we did, we ended up ordering our food too because it took so long to order the drinks. My husbands grandmother went to order her meal, the waiter was rude and told her to order off the senior menu but she wasn t impressed with what was to offer so she wanted something more appealing from the breakfast menu, asking about a similar meal I had ordered. Again cutting her off mid order, he implied she should order from the 55+ so she did. My husband ordered his food and asked there to be zero meat on his plate because he s vegetarian. The waiter said not to worry and there won t be any meat on his plate. It took incredibly long to get our drinks, but when our food came out there was bacon in my husbands breakfast sandwich, he told the waiter he cannot eat this and if they can please remake it, the waiter apologized and took it away. A minute later he gave him the exact same sandwich but with the bacon taken off, he was incredibly disappointed and was not pleased because he can still taste the bacon grease on it so he didn t finish it. My husband and his grandmother both didn t receive bread with their meals and had ordered over easy eggs that was included with their meals. When we had visited a few weeks ago the service was amazing but after today we will likely not be returning, the service was terrible and they didn t care about the dietary need whatsoever, didn t have easy access to the wheelchair ramp and wouldn t let my husbands grandmother order what she wanted. If you have a dietary request, need the ramp or be cut off from ordering and made feel like you have to order from the senior menu. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. Dietary restrictions: They do not care if you have a dietary restriction. They will reserve you the exact same plate and won t remake the meal when asked. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility isn t clear of piles of snow or ice.

They said open at 6am I was there for 6:30am door was locked and I see people inside even knock the door nobody opened They better change there timing and stop wasting people time

Seemed very empty when I got there. Was seated at a dirty table. The person that sat me washed the table but didnt let it dry. Put the menu on the wet surface. I ordered breakfast, asked the waitress the price of an extra egg. Was told .99, so I got that. Waited 20+ minutes to get food, which seemed odd because the food that I ordered was simple and the restaurant was very dead. The portions were very small and the quality of the food was not very good. Once I got the bill I noticed that she got the price wrong for the extra egg. I was charged $8 for coffee (a pot even though I ordered a cup of coffee). Wasnt worth the time or money.

I see all the reviews and Im like ok good place to go so decided to try it and wad left underwhelmed 18 dollars for 2 eggs I piece of sausage and one piece of bacon is a little much especially when you get the ones with the pancakes and they are toaster pancakes wow. cant say I will be trying an IHOP any time soon.

We came for a late breakfast on a Saturday. It took over 20 minutes for drinks to come , & once the food did come we were missing an order. The food was served and utensils forgotten, we had to wait and call someone over. Water was ordered but never came. Food is awesome , I m assuming it was just a bad day or maybe they re in training. They did try make it right by giving us the missed plate on the house, which was really nice. 2nd time here, would come back. Edit: tried coming back today & their hours are wrong. Get it together lol.

Went on a Monday morning and it wasn t busy. Lynn was our server and she was very efficient. The pancakes were amazing and the best I ve ever had. The bacon, hashbrown, and sausage were great as well. The scrambled eggs and biscuit was okay. Coffee was good too. Overall, I had a delightful and enjoyable experience. I would love to come back if I m in the area! Definitely worth a detour or pitstop.

It doesn t looks like the picture of the menu , but the food is amazing I love this place ! The pancakes are fabulous and fantastic. When I was in the states I used to work in one these restaurants. One of my first jobs as a student .

IHOP started out as a great breakfast spot with good food. As time has gone on, the food quality continues to decline. The prices on their menu continue to rise and the quality becomes increasingly worse. There are much better options in this area to get a great quality breakfast at half the price.

Terrible. Stood at hostess stand for 5 minutes, servers passed without acknowledgement. Finally sat, sat at table over 15 minutes without seeing server. 4 servers standing by computer chatting. Left. Menu looked gross anyway.

I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday it took over 20 min for a server to come take order, a nice server from a different section saw this and decided to take our table. the food was terrible I hot eggs Benedict looked like Barf but tasted ok, and my girlfriend got a Philly cheese stake sandwich that tasted exactly like dog food. the only saving grace of this place was the sweet waitress who took our table. and remembursed us for the dog food sandwich.

Great place for a socialist pancake

Had roast turkey diiner. The turkey was all shreded. Not slices of turkey. No turnip. Had to pay extra to get green beans that were tasteless. The potato was a small bit of whipped pototo that was awful. No gravy or stuffing. Very poor.

Took another couple to this restaurant and the food on the plates brought out were very small portions, a tablespoon of Mac and cheese and a tablespoon of red mashed potatoes. The turkey slice was the size of a golf ball. The roast beef was all shredded up. We will never go there again and I hope everyone reading this doesn t go there to waste their money. $95 for 4 people s dinners. We left very disappointed!!! This is a truck stop , poor truckers.

Worst server i have ever had today. Very slow and bad at order taking. Left after 45 mins without food. Normally the service is great here though (only reason i gave the service 2 stars). Just gotta gamble and hope you dont get seated in the bad servers area or go to a different restaurant

The price for a simple bacon and eggs with toast is a bit much at $14.99. The service is slow. The hollandaise sauce tastes like snot. The crêpes leave a lot to be desired. There are so many tastier and less expensive places to have breakfast in the area.

Newer IHOP for 2023, I travel from the USA to the area a couple times a year. I stay at the Hampton nearby and am thankful to have more places to eat near the hotel. The service was pretty good and the food was good. I had steak and eggs, the steak (I recommend steak sauce) was cooked thoroughly, Server Matthew was attentive and polite. I will return here.
