Wife and I got poisoning from ordering from here.

The food was not that nice maybe my hopes were just to high, honestly now I have tried it I can say that I will not be returning, the food was nice and delicious for half and then it got a bit tummy yucky dont know if it was to much oil and butter or was the fillings but I will try something else

They like to close earlier than the posted times. Twice I ve ordered online and had to cancel because it says they are open when they aren t.

went to order food, didn t mind that i wasn t g right away as my partner and i were deciding on what to get. however we never got served or even acknowledged after about 5-10 minutes in the store. so we left w nothing.

They put 1 (veggie) chicken strip as the base for my melt instead of covering the surface of the sandwich. Skimping on the protein cmon.

Service is very poor, have to wait very long to get food, two girls at the store , one on break knowingly that 3 customers are waiting for to be served

Worst grilled cheese ever . Basic grilled cheese is hard to mess up. It was rock hard bread with melted process cheese. Over priced for what it is. Needs to be grilled with butter .

Thats awesome that i enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich. The crispy, golden-brown exterior, the gooey melted cheese sandwich. Definitely visit this place. Will visit again and again

The food was good and they offered a separate menu with all halal options. They even upgraded our mini poutine to the classic for free. Incredibly kind and polite atmosphere.

Ive ordered several times from Meltwich . Ive never been disappointed . Being vegetarian I was surprised at the number of plant based options . Portions are generous as well , you wont leave hungry Vegetarian options: Highly recommend the spicy Nashville Chicken ( Vegan) .

Went in for dinner with my girlfriend. Cashier took her order and disappeared until her food was done. Never once spoke to me despite standing at the counter for over 10 minutes. Was excited to try it out. But I wanted to eat dinner with my girlfriend. Not take turns watching each other eat. Too bad. Wont bother trying again

Online menu is different that the instore menu. Where is the butter chicken melt? The prices are horrible. $33 for 2 sandwiches. yikes service was good. Wont go back. Wasnt worth the money. Food

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried are delicious in flavour. I went there with my friends, the staff there are really friendly to us and help us to get food according to our taste.I order halal food there which is amazing.We loved everything we tried. I cant wait to come back again!

Horrible. It took 45 minutes for them to make a poutine. It was pre-ordered. Got to the store when I finally got the text that it was and had to wait in the restaurant for 15 minutes.

This place is really good...The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious and the tattooed chicken club was amazing..The staff are really friendly and provide good service.. definitely will going to visit this place again.

We just went yesterday. That girl who has white spex on her face . She did not provide good customer service at all because we told her to grab the few souces but she showed her aggressive side and arrogancy towards us without any reason . Therefore , we will never come back at this location . But you should provide excellent service because you are working at the restaurant.. Thank you

I had the pleasure of meeting Khushi this afternoon. I have never been more impressed with such kind, educated, and helpful etiquette in a workplace. Khushi demonstrated how well she knew her workplace by describing to me each item on the menu as I have never tried anything here before. The food was amazing. The customer service was beyond great. The workplace was clean and all around amazing vibes. I will recommend this place to as many people as possible.

This is the best sandwich, poutine and shake I have had in a long time!!! Its a little pricey, but WOW! SO GOOD

Overpriced and food wasnt worth it

At the Belleville location, the salesperson Ronak was very rude. I went to pick up a Skip delivery, and he told me to wait for 3 to 4 minutes. However, I ended up waiting 19 minutes. When I complained, he said their priority is not Skip deliveries. I think he struggles to handle the busy Canadian environment

My wife and I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was plentiful and incredibly flavorful, with a wide selection on the menu. The highlight for us was the unique peanut butter milkshake, and the mac n cheese bites which were simply delicious with the dill pickle dipping sauce. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient, adding to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend giving this place a try. Its pretty good and has the added benefit of staying open later than other fast food spots in the area. Parking: Metro grocery store plaza, lots of parking spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance off sidewalk with ramp at crosswalk

Expensive! The Spicy Nashville Burger was awesome. The burger and a bottle of pop was about $18. Surely they couldve thrown in two cut up and deep-fried potatoes, but no...

Husband told me about this place so we went. Before any one says any thing about being racist I have several hindi friends that I love like my children. We both ordered our food we constantly had to ask if he understood us he just smile nod his head. I then asked is it regular cheese or processed cheese he said no its not processed its american. I just did face palm said american is processed he said yes its cheese. So did not get to eat much of my spicy chicken... The people behind us ordered they got frustrated with speach barriers and left. There were 4 groups of 3 people the ones at the tables left. Older man had chirp in raised voice you cant speak english you should not be working. ALL FLUFF AND LIGHTS but nothing to back up the place. Wont be going back.

Ordered the Smokey Banquet Burger, fries, and the Tattoo Chicken Melt for next days lunch. I can safely say the fries where great and the burger may be the best I have ever had. After finishing to Tattoo Chicken for lunch, I will confess to telling my coworkers that this food is fantastic. This will be a regular visit for us.

Food was so amazing, so many plant based and vegan options, the customer service is 100% you cant go wrong with this place! Vegetarian options: Vegan and plant-base ! I recommend the poutine with meat free gravy and beyond meat burger! Dietary restrictions: Staff is so welcoming and understanding when it comes to questions and dietary restrictions, I can not recommend this place enough!

Really good food! We all enjoyed our meals and the Mac n cheese bites were amazing. I also recommend the Mango milkshake. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because the need more seating spots.

Food was absolutely delicious. Had the God father melt, which was mouth watering. The Nashville chicken sandwich, it had a nice little kick to it. And the butter chicken poutine, which had great flavor. Will 100% go again. Hopefully they can have their liquor license by the next time we head in.

Stopped in to pickup lunch today, and it was hands down the best takeout food Ive had in a long time. The service was excellent as well, she was very sweet and accommodating. Will definitely go back. Dont change a thing.

TOO EXPENSIVE! Came here with my father as we bought 3 meals costed us $84!!! No idea how but it did... came home to eat it the sandwich was dry and burnt chicken tasted bit old... only had 2 bites then threw that away then I was bit nervous to try the poutine but I did and 1 bite of that and it went to garbage and today I havent been able to travel far from the bathroom so now Im stuck home all day today... need less to say we will not be coming back ever...

We ordered home delivery (Big Melt, Southern Fried Chicken Melt and a Poutine) because my wife was too sick to go out for dinner, but the food was great. We would definitely try them again .

This place may be new, but it s already top tier. Everybody who works there is super nice and greets you as soon as you get in the door, the whole place has a nice welcoming atmosphere overall. And the food? I got The Godfather, and hands down the best sandwich I ve ever had, I d definitely recommend this place to everyone, you won t regret eating there.

There are a lot more vegan/vegetarian options than a lot of other places, and the food is delicious. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend Meltwich to anyone who is considering going.

I just was in and bought Philly melt and mini poutine. The sandwich was the worst I ever had . It was $10 . It was smaller then a kids burger from McDonalds. It had no flavour. Saw 1 tiny piece of cheese. Also couldnt taste or see mushrooms. The bun was firm. Didnt seem fresh at all. The meat was so dry seem like it had been sitting out. The poutine was okay. But hard to mess up a poutine. I did ask for pickles on my poutine .Which they did for free. Will not return. I will tell people not to waste their money. It was also lunchtime would expect fresh and not sitting out to dry. I did do take out. If I had eaten in the staff would have gotten an ear full.

We sooo enjoyed our amazing vegan meal at Meltwich!! We had the spicy Nashville chicken sandwich, southern chicken melt and tater tots. My only thing is the Nashville chicken could have had more spice/flavor. But the food was great and service was amazing and so great to have more vegan options in Belleville!

Fantastic service, friendly, enthusiastic staff, brought food to our table, super fresh and tasty! Will be back!

My wife & I tried it for the first time today, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly & outgoing staff, they were knowledgeable & very friendly, they provided the best service I think I we ve ever had, they made our lunch & our day just that much better, the food was fresh & made with care, the 2 ladies up front were an absolute joy to have shared our experience there, we will be back, great spot to have here in our city, keep up the great work!!

Wife and I went tonight and everything was incredible!

$14 with tax for a glorified grilled cheese, tasted burnt and who puts broccoli on grilled cheese! I ate two bites and threw the rest in garbage! Never again

Recently went when I was in Belleville- convenient location, lots of parking (thanks metro) and fantastic atmosphere! Poutine (hot Nashville) was 10/10- it s def a meal in itself. Would be great if they offered a 1/2 serving- found it too much with the sandwich (not a bad thing obviously- leftovers are gold) Sandwich (godfather) was a solid 8.5 out of 10. Ingredients were great and taste profile was amazing. Only grievance was the bread was a bit over toasted. (again- not a deal breaker here. They were busy and I appreciate the speed of service they provided) Edit: forgot about service. 10/10. We were greeted promptly and friendly and the staff had no issues with the influx of customers that had also arrived when we did. Really great job Definitely worth a shot!
