Delicious Veggie Fries from New York Fries! Crispy, flavorful, and fresh. Regular size was perfect for a satisfying hunger
Ordered 2 poutine and a flaming bacon fries....Then watched as orders came and went after ours. The 2 poutine sat on the pass bar while the staff tried to figure out how to make the FBF....then realized they'd run out of sauce to which the team lead ran to the back, grabbed a big bottle of hot sauce and returned, to drown my fries......then "apologize" that they'd made a mistake on my order and had to make a new one - except I'd watched the entire transaction; so I was lied to by your staff (team lead) Because if it was "remade" then the fries would have been hot and not barely lukewarm, right? Yeah, they were the latter, further affirmation your employee lied to me. I wouldn't normally write a review for something so basic and trivial but this one is based on integrity and principals. Do better.
Cashier was friend and quick to respond as well as informed me of the many selections for food and beverage definitely deserves credit for his well-rounded customer service. And the nacho fries were amazing 😍
The manager didn’t seem to want to be there and every time anyone asked a simple question about the food he has to respond in a sour or rude way, which makes it really hard to come in regularly because of his attitude. (I’m talking about the man with the glasses)
Order came to just over $20.00. Service was poor. Girl seemed like she didn't want to be there. Another person in back just standing there. We order two hot dogs with fries and a drink. Some of the fries were ok others were over cooked. Think we got fries that were sitting around. Dogs were warm not hot. The buns were hard on the ends. Not fresh at all! Wife was passed. After the service we got there was no point confronting them because all we would have gotten was more stain food! Will never eat there again! Total waste of your hard earned cash! Highly Don't Recommend!!!
Work at the mall and stopped in for a snack. Originally ordered just a hot dog but the young man behind the counter ( who was very friendly) recommended a combo with a poutine. Asked him if the poutine was good and he said yes. So that's what I got. They served it to me and it looked delicious. It tasted even better...lots of fresh cheese curd that melted under a great gravy. The hot dog was first rate too. Exceptionally fast service with a staff that couldn't have been nicer!!
We really love the food and quality and its really fresh . We would love to visit there every once in a week. Thank you.

Great place with a great women
Usually one of my favourite places. Good fries and dogs. Last time I was there (23-03-24) Ordered fries and extra cajun. Fries were a bit too underdone and when I asked for the extra cajun I requested in my order. I was given a snotty attitude by some tall dude in the back about how its extra but this time theyll let me have one. Im aware they cost extra thats why I always request extra at the register.

Been enjoying NYF for years now, the one gentleman always remembers my order no matter how long in between my visits. Staff is always friendly and food never changes it s great taste.

My boyfriend and I shared a large frie, and I had a hotdog. I dont usually eat them, but it was pretty good, and it was $14.99 for everything $4.99 for the hot dog and $7.99 for the large frie it was a lot of fries so yummy

If you ever get hungry at the quinte mall, new york fries is hands down the best fast food you can get. Amazing staff, they are all very friendly and the food is amazing. I personally love the nacho fries with a little gravy with it! RIP pulled pork you are missed greatly. Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options, and almost the entire menu is gluten free Parking: Lots of parking at the mall, no problem finding a spot Wheelchair accessibility: Everywhere in the mall is wheelchair friendly!!

Website says that they re open at 10, but we came here at 1015 wanting some fries and they weren t open. We stayed for a little just to see maybe they were a bit behind. We left at 1045 after they were STILL closed. Perhaps you need to update your hours if you re not going to follow them.
Have eaten here for 15+ years. After today, Ill only eat NYF in Kingston where Ive never had a bad one. Paid almost 30 dollars today for 2 poutines with extra gravy and curd, they both had about 4 pieces of curd in the middle, compared to the usual ice cream scoop. Very disappointed. Only after we sat down did we realize the young girl that normally makes them was on break or something, but the girl who took her place and was making things doesnt seem to know what extra means. Not willing to take the chance here again with how much their poutines cost.
When traveling I enjoy Tims its affordable and many choices including my double double.

Fast and friendly staff. Hot fries with cheese sauce is my personal favorite. Fresh hot dogs and nice choice of drinks. Good deals for meals. Eat here everytime I am hungry and in the mall.

The hotdog was HARD . 6.99 thrown out the nacho superme fries looked good .. over priced 7.99 for small put my fork in it for the first bite and A NICE THICK PIECE OF HAIR came out .. looked like dog hair or something. They gave my money back with no questions asked but staff seem unhygienic so this review is to warn others,,,
Very rude attitude. They rush the customers. I was yesterday. She was very unpleasant, and they are NOTHING like New York Fries. They don t even know how to cut them properly. Worst fries ever

Ray, glad your experience was better than ours. I actually flagged my own comment because name calling is below me & I wanted it removed. Although that review was freshly written after that one worker thought it would be funny to say to a co-worker this will be some sh*tty poutine, while making our fries. I thought he was just trying to be funny, and told my Daughter dont worry about it, as we were used to his ignorant behavior by now in previous visits, and I didnt want to cause a scene infront of her, but after we got home she felt ill. I should have just gone to management or maybe even the authorities. I instead decided to just end my business with them. Theres been other situations with that same worker. The guy may have a grudge as I get much attention from the female company, but whatever the reason, name calling is not right, but behavior like that infront of a 9 year old is sickening. I suggest in the future you get the whole scoop of what happened, before throwing down threats buddy. Cheers.

I just got some fries today and pulled pork. They keep the fries in something that looks like a garbage can. Should I be concerned?
So the fries awesome! Service not so much. At the quinte mall location in Belleville, ON and we asked if we could please have some green onion on one of the orders. The reply from the guy making the fries was no because that is all the green onions he has for the rest of the night. Really? Luckily the young man who served thought this was a stupid response and put them on before giving us or order.
Freshly cut fries and yummy hot dogs. Good for a quick bite to eat.
