Amazing food. I would highly recommend Madras seafood, if you are a seafood lover.

Horrible experience, extremely unprofessional. Felt like a circus and we werent treated fairly compared to other guests. Parking is terrible too. Expect to be paying to buff a dent out of your vehicle too if you visit.

I was at Pipers Arm this evening for dinner with 4 other friends and the waitress was very friendly but the food and additional charges are not what I call a good practice. First off the potatoe soup I ordered was terrible. I had all my friends try it and they all agreed it was nasty. I then ask for extra tomatoe on my hamburger and when I got my bill I was charged an additional $1.50 for one extra slice of tomatoe(which I was never told about until it was time to pay bill and I noticed it on my bill) My friend was also charged an additional $1.00 for mayo on her burger . These hidden charges makes one not want to return to this establishment. Sadly we go out for dinner every Wednesday and we will not be returning to this location. Word of advise is your waitresses need to be explaining to there customers these additional charges as i definitely would never pay $1.50 for a slice of tomatoe.

Here visiting from NS had supper at the Piper Arms with friends. Service was exceptional. We were seated within 5 minutes. Waitress was full of energy and very friendly. Meal arrived in a timely manner hot and delicious. Plenty of food and price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Parking: Even though it wS busy there was ample parking Kid-friendliness: Staff was friendly, energetic and helpful

Today I was in the pipe restaurant that was amazing food amazing chicken tikka I love the food. I love the service.. I prefer to everyone that everyone visit there have a very good food and even the Owner special come to you and see you and say hi and like a good atmosphere over there specially Owner come to you and say hello Food is also amazing. Everything is good atmosphere is good. everyone give you respect that s amazing. I like restaurant. I personally prefer to go to the pipe arms.

Had a clubhouse and fries. Bread was over toasted and bacon was tough to eat. The Piper Arns in Trenton is way much better!

I had lunch as part of a large group (18) and the server ,Lacey, was kind, efficient and attentive. I had a Cobb salad that was very average. The food wouldnt bring me back but the fabulous service would.

Normally love the food here except yesterday Dinner. Asked for salad before main course. The main course came within 2 minutes receiving the salad. My wife s meal was Salmon,rice vegetables. Rice and vegetables came cold. Service in general was slow had to go to the bar to get attention. Waitress said they would make her a new plate. It came back hot but we mentioned it was just reheated. We knew this as the vegetables she cut into was still on the plate. The Manager/Owner came over and explained how the original meal was made and why the rice and veggie were cold. The restaurant was not busy he explained the veggies ,rice probably sat while Salmon was cooking. The second plate we told our waitress it was reheated . She disagreed. The Manager/Owner came over we told him the same thing about being reheated rice and veggies. He offered to replace them but too late now as she was almost finished the Salmon. Will not be going back as all we received was excuses . A shame as we were summer regulars.

Our waiter was funny and informative. Thanks for the Killer Koolaid.

The food was pretty good. There were just a few things that took the rating down. Even though it was their brunch, we had to ask for brunch menus. After that I found stains on the silverware and lipstick on my coffee cup. A waiter accidentally spilled the salt but left the spilled salt on the table for us to clean ourselves. The rating I suppose is more a reflection of the service then the actual business.

I have visited Piper Arms in Belleville twice and enjoyed my stay each time. Sat at the bar once to have a drink, the other time I was there for lunch. The food was good, as was the service. It was always well attended, which speaks for the good atmosphere.

Aways great food at a reasonable price.

If your in Belleview this is the place to come have a meal. The food is fresh homemade and hot. The service here is spot on the management here cares about their customers. Friendly professional and very attentive. Over all amazing food my only regret is not stopping here sooner.

Last night I decided after a while to treat my friend and family out for dinner at the Piper Arms Pub Belleville and am appalled how the owner runs his business. My son is non verbal and only a year and a half old. My sons way of communicating is screams, which in the restaurant setting made sure to try to remind a baby to lower his voice. I never go out to eat at restaurants and thought this was a treat for everyone. I had the store owner walk up to my table and stated that he received a complaint that my son is making noise...I apologized and told him that hes a baby and makes noise but will do our best ensure hes not loud. I told the waiter who was a father himself and couldnt believe the store owners behaviour how he treated my friend and I. He never once apologized and couldve not even said anything as its a family restaurant. Ive gone to the Trenton location and never had this issue and seen tons of families dine here and truly love their food. I honestly wanted to cry cause my son cant control that, its his way of expression and am on a waitlist for a speech therapist and am working with him and feel this was a moment you chose to crush me as a parent. I had two other tables apologize to me as they saw my children were well behaved and his screams were his face filled with a smile looking forward to eating your fries as its his favourite thing to eat. Everyone around us actually saw my son was very happy until you came to our table and made my children feel extremely uncomfortable. I spoke to our waiter who was fabulous and can say that the owner doesnt have children and literally only came to our table when there was even a newborn baby crying and other toddlers screaming. At the end of our meal the owner says after all of it he can only give one complimentary meal for a kid....even the waiter was arguing with the owner that he couldnt believe hed insult us and ruin our evening and not even say sorry...I didnt want compensation for food or anything he literally looked at my son and made it evident he didnt want us here and want an apology. Thank you Piper Arms Pub Belleville for making me feel awful for my son making noise and saying that in front of my children too...oh and the owner pointing his finger and telling me that you werent gonna do anything about it when other tables saw my son was happy and kids were very well behaved. This business clearly prejudice against families and those with people of special needs...this clearly was a beyond discriminatory practice and the waiter can confirm he never apologized and actually was making crude statements against women. You will never receive my business but wanted the community to know that families are clearly not welcomed there and the owner hates children and especially those with special needs.

Owner was so rude to staff in front of customers. Looked like he was trying to dress like a mafia boss his attitude and way he spoke was very off putting, Could hear him.screaming in another language other than English in back of house so loudly it echoed thru lunch time filled restaurant. Waitress was great and got a better tip from her bosses awful behavior. It ruined my meal and experience I havent been and will not be back .

We were group of 45 came to the restaurant and we had been served by Jessie. He is a great guy who served us in a very professional way and he was great getting all the orders and separate cheques correct for each family. I really recommend this place and Jessie to be the waiter for anyone decide to go to this restaurant

We ve had the best time with over 50 people at the Pieper Arms place. Jesse was fantastic, probably one of the smartest and most efficient waiters i have seen in a long time. Everything was indeed perfect! Highly recommend Restaurant if you are in Belleville

5stars for everything but atmosphere, bit loud with people shouting over music. But all the food ordered was good and everyone got something different. Service was friendly and orders were correct.

We ordered the butter chicken and stuffed Yorkshire. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks as a starter, and we really liked them because of the coding on the outside Both meals were fantastic - good portions and very reasonable pricing. Staff was great.

Best side salad in town without a doubt

GREAT place. British fare and attention to detail in all the dishes. The Yorkshire pudding is STUPENDOUS. Fish & chips, GREAT. Lots of options, VERY friendly staff. Priced well. Will return again and again.

I will never go back. We were 2 couples and 1 of the 4 of us had a long hair in her potatoes, lifted the whole scoop when she took a fork full. The waitress replaced just her plate and left the other 3 of us with a queezy feeling about our plates. Thing is we all believe that she should have been compt for at least her drink if not her whole meal. Again we will never go back.

The service from Megan was AMAZING. Great food, and thats an understatement. I will drive from Kingston to have those nachos. Potato Soup was fabulous, my friend had Gluten Free Pasta Carbanerra and not a morsel was left. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and atmosphere and WILL be back.

Had a meeting at Pipers Arms in Belleville. Lauren served us and was superb. I had accidentally left my briefcase at the table and left. I went to do some work later in the evening and realized it was left there. Panicked, I rushed back several hours later thinking the worst as my wallet was in the unlocked brief case. I arrived and Sean (spelling?) had it safely in his office and did not look in it for his concerns of confidentiality. I tried to offer him $50 as a show of thanks but he refused saying he s in the hospitality business and this is what he does . Well that level of integrity is very much appreciated and you have a loyal customer. Management needs to know about this and share the recognition. You were my hero today Sean. My work and my wallet with all my ID and credit cards were saved. Thank you!!

Walked in and it was busy but we were sat right away. Menu had various options from vegetarian to surf and turf to wrap and tacos. A good spread. we ordered alcoholic drinks and they came right away, a fair price for the drinks compared to other restaurants When our waiter came to greet us there was no hello or welcome it was do you wanna start with drinks? and we said we needed a bit of time with menus. When he returned we ordered our appetizers first as we weren t set on our mains. Again when we ordered our appetizers we felt very rushed to order our mains. Then when our appys came, we realized we have no napkins, no cutlery, no side plates. We had to ask two separate workers to get cutlery, we didn t receive any side plates. When he came back again after we were about half done our appetizers and said third times a charm again we felt very rushed. I order my main first and as my boyfriend went to order his, he was interrupted by the waiter who told him to slow down . I proceeded to ask for the soup of the day. When the waiter took my boyfriend s order he was being impatient, again he felt rushed. When the waiter asked what he would like for a side, he was unsure what the options were and asked what do you have The waiter proceed to list off the side options very fast, in a snobby tone, and talking over top of my boyfriend. Halfway through our dinner i asked for a pepsi and had to ask two people before i got it (again) At this point we were unimpressed and were upset. As for the food. Calamari fritti- Good portion for two people, 14$, cones with deep fried jalapeño rings and deep fried red and green pepper, i enjoyed it, my boyfriend wasn t a fan Spinach & Artichoke dip- not enough chips, pita triangles were over cooked, dip it self was good, lots of garlic, not enough artichoke, Not served hot, lukewarm at best Chicken club with onion rings- Decent size, chicken breast was cold, not sure if it supposed to be, expected it to be hot as it s an actual breast and not deli chicken. Onion rings aren t made in house but have great crunch and flavour. Chipotle mayo was also good with them. Bbq pulled pork grilled cheese- Great crust on bread, great flavour on the pork, overall 8.5/10 sandwich potato soup (soup of the day)- Lacked depth, maybe a little salt, i ve had better at subway. Overall food was good, service not great. Also our waiter smelled of fish . Need more staff Update: I reached out and emailed about a week ago, still no response

Ever since the new owner took over this restaurant has gone down hill the worst service ever, got my wifes salad wrong, got her steak wrong, the waiter couldnt understand English, I dont understand why when new canadians come here and buy up restaurants all over Canada and cheapin everything and end up closing cause word gets out how garbage the food and service is

i have been a cook for over 30 years and i wouldnt go there to order food just saying ordered wings and there microwaved and deep fried twice tasted burnt and yucky and cold the parmazan cheese wasnt even melted

Piper Arms used to be a cozy environment that was such a nice atmosphere, you could ignore the fact the food was often very greasy or just didnt sit well. Since the renovation, it has no vibe, no atmosphere, just a sterile (almost corporate) feel to it. Just as embarrassing they left the old brass banisters for the stairwells, which match absolutely nothing now. The food has never sit well or seemed appealing. Not once have I said, That was great, Ill get it again. Its more, What did I have last time so I dont get it again? Sorry, but this one is off the list until things change. Its just disappointing now.

A definite place to go to for lunch or dinner in Belleville Ontario! First time trying their liver with bacon and onions, and it was very delicious and done well. A great place for people to connect and enjoy food with great drinks. Also a good assortment of options to try. Make it a date night! Update 2024, newly renovated, and tried their new menu including Asian items, and salads, keeping it healthy too.

Service is lacking in some areas. Friendly overall, but by no means attentive. Waited a long time before anyone acknowledged us. First at the door and then when we were seated. Everyone looked at us, but not a Hello, will be right with you... nothing. If you needed a refill, ketchup or anything else, server nowhere to be seen, and I had to go find them to get it. Not a huge fan of renos myself. Doesnt have that PUB feel anymore, feels more like a diner. Food tasted good, but the salads and kids meals came out way before the rest of the food, and our meals were very staggered- coming out at different times so we werent eating together. Not the best experience. With so many options out there, I likely wouldnt choose to come back.

Renovations look great. Food was also great; Stuffed Yorkshire, Stuffed Curry Yorkshire and Chicken BLT wrap. We split an Apple Crisp Melt-Away. Delicious way to really blow a diet. Our waitress Sydney, friendly and helpful, did a fine job.

The food was cold and over cooked. Our waitress didn t come back once to check on how things were. We had to hunt down our bill at the end as we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our waitress to return. It was our first time there and unfortunately I doubt we will return. It s a shame because there are tons of menu choices. Poor service and poor food quality.

I love Piper Arms! The price is great and the food is what you would expect! The menu has lots of options too, from British pub fare to Canadian classics. The new renovations also look very clean and much more modern then the old Kelseys remnants! Service is fast and Jessie is a great server!! Please go if you havent yet!

Service was terrible. 1st drinks arrived before meal. 2nd drinks 1 arrived after meal the other never showed up. The chicken pot pie was overdone to the point I used a steak knife to cut it. 4 pieces of dried out chicken and a 1 inch cube of potato inside. 1 person at the table was missed for his order and got no food at all. Never saw the server until plates started to be cleared. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Just left your restaurant an hour ago. We were a group of five. Waitress assured me the Shepherds Pie was great. It was only warm, the veggies on the side of the plate were cold! The burger in the pie was as dry as dry, no gravy whatsoever. My wife had a burger which she thought was very good and very thick too. The parking lot in front needs some tlc, hunks of broken debris and pieces of metal everywhere.

Best restaurant around. Amazing staff amazing service and even better food. 110% recommend Vegetarian options: They offer alot of vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: They offer alot of gluten free options. Parking: If its not busy there is a ton of spots but if pipers or the plaza is busy it can be hard to find a spot Kid-friendliness: Staff is great with children. They have a ton of options to choose from including Dino chicken nuggets.

Was very excited to check out the new look. It looks so much brighter and fresh. The kitchen is very rusty after being off for 2 months. Ordered the Ultimate grill cheese for lunch. It was the saddest sandwich. 2 tiny pieces of cheese that didnt even cover the bread..Hardly any bacon...I sent it back. Got the garlic trio instead.The soup was good but Then the Caesar salad had no dressing. Our server Jesse C was fantastic with everything and we laughed about one misfortune after another.. The other 2 ladies serving and Jesse were doing a wonderful fast job serving.. I had no issues with wait staff..Just the kitchen..Usually we are not disappointed there but today we were. We will be back but after they have had time to get it together

We absolutely love it here and we were so excited to see the renovations. The place looks beautiful BUT, please, PLEASE make the lighting dimmable. I felt like I was under an interrogation light and my father in law had to ask the server to point the spotlight away from him. The lights are SO bright, you feel that you are on display, and it actually gets very hot. The table next to us also requested for the lights to be lowered and ended up unscrewing a lightbulb. Please take this into consideration as it would be so much better with mood lighting.

Bought 1/2 rack rib and 1lb of wings ... when does 5 wings = 1lb of wings ... shrinkflation. To boot well hide wings under the ribs so you dont know you are getting ripped off.

Edit: 4 years later and I have to lower the star count :( after attending the restaurant in March of 2024 we have another restaurant to strike off our rotation. The main issue begun with the food item ordered not including in the description that it is lathered in BBQ sauce. As someone who cannot stand the taste of BBQ sauce, the dish obviously could not be enjoyed. (But I m sure many others love it that way) however, When we told our waitress that we couldn t eat the item and wouldn t have ordered it had the menu mentioned the sauce, she flipped a switch and begun a rampage of how couldn t you know this has bbq sauce on it have you ever been to chucks, they put sauce on it like okay, but you re missing the point.. I don t like sauce, and I was not aware sauce was on it. The annoyance from her was unreal, but she did offer the option of getting another dish, but after her behaviour and when the rest of your table has their food; it was a put off from getting anything else and the original item couldn t be ordered without BBQ sauce. (Which all the more reason to add it in the description). The rest of our time there was not enjoyable, every time she passed our table she ignored us, until we asked for the bill. WORST service I ve ever had. What happened to customer service? Especially when you re working for a tip, you don t lash out on the customer telling them it s their fault cause they should have known that you put BBQ sauce on a dish they ve never had before and there s no mention in the menu of it? Like come on. Absolutely love the food every time no mater the dish. I have also brought my grandma here numerous times and as a lady who makes it her mission to find every flaw, she was very impressed. However, the staff is the more forgetful, arrogant side which always makes my visits unpleasant. I can only hope one day it will be filled with lovely people.

Dont order from here. Ordered 4 items got 1. Called got the manager put thru to the kitchen was told the driver gave it to someone else. Told to get a refund from delivery company. Asked them to resend as was to be our dinner. We are very busy. Very rude and absolutely no customer service. Then turn off 3rd party ordering. If you cant keep up and make sure orders are going out properly turn it off. Oh ya and the spinach dip was ice cold cheese on top not even melted. Do better.

My friend and I went for appetizers later on in the evening. The food was alright but later made us sick. We had ordered virgin drinks since we are underage and the server brought us non virgin drinks. We told him and he had said I m sure you could ve drank them . Either then that it was an alright experience!

This is our go to restaurant! The menu has something for everyone, the staff are amazing and always seem like they re enjoying themselves, and the manager is always helping their staff. If you need a restaurant for a larger party with diverse food tastes this is your place!

Nice new tables and chairs. The food was good.

This is a g ood place to eat, the food and service is always great. And its only going to get better. Theyre closing down in January to renovate. That means the great atmosphere in there will only get better. The manager even makes rounds to ask you how youre doing and if the foods okay. It makes you realize how much they care.

Wish they would put as much effort as when their packing takeout food. I ordered an Asian Hot Pot and when it got delivered to me ALL the sauce are in the bottom of the bag LEAVING the food dry and disgusting. This used to be my favourite food, but the packaging was so weak and didn t pack properly. Wasted so much money just to not be able to eat this.

A very disappointing Fathers Day visit. Ive been here twice before and was disappointed with the quality of the food and service both times. However, my son and his girlfriend had been there more recently and had a decent experience so when he suggested we go for Fathers Day brunch, I agreed. Unfortunately, it was yet again a sub-par event. Our orders of two stacks of four Pancakes and a Classic Breakfast took an inordinately long time to be served. I would have cut them some slack if there was a Fathers Day crowd, but the restaurant was less than half full. When we finally did receive our food, the food runner delivered a Classic Breakfast, as ordered, and a plate with two pancakes. Not four, two. We wondered if we had remembered incorrectly about the order. The food runner came back with a plate of three pancakes and a small plate with a single pancake. When I mentioned it should be four each, the food runner said it only came with three and left. Fearing my memory was failing I grabbed a menu and confirmed its four. By that time our waiter, Ryan - the only bright spot of the visit - had returned and I pointed out the error. He apologized and quickly got us two more pancakes... All for naught - the pancakes were as tough as leather and room temperature, so less-than-satisfying would be a compliment. Side note: the bacon servings on the plates were randomly unequal portions and ranged from floppy/chewy to overly well done roofing shingles. Overall a disappointing return visit. Two stars for food (no complaints about the Classic Breakfast); three stars for service (Ryan saved it from being lower).

Used to be our favorite restaurant! Now we always feel rushed to leave, they bring boxes for the food and the bill while youre still eating, they get visible upset and very unfriendly when you want to order another drink after food is served. (This same thing has happened with multiple different servers, not sure if theyre told to do this) Impossible to enjoy a date night out, if I wanted to quickly eat and go Id go get fast food.. Went there for my husbands birthday to give it another try, everything was great until we wanted to order a round of drinks after eating, bills were already brought to the table and the server loudly crumbled them up with an eyeroll and sigh. Her attitude after that was horrible she wouldnt look at us or talk to us when bringing the drinks and brought the new bills we didnt ask for. Again impossible to enjoy an evening with friends. Its not like they needed the table, restaurant was still half empty. Very sad. Food used to be a lot better and way bigger portions as well

Moved to Belleville area 2yrs ago and found this place. We have never been disappointed. Food is consistently good and Michelle is amazing, ten stars...Down to earth, good food and fair prices.

There must be a new chef. The last time I was there, the food and atmosphere was so-so. This time, the place was packed, and the food was great.

Really disappointed having to wait over two hours for my food. Service was not good.

Opens at 11am. Food hot, fast and delicious. Portions are good for the average person but not for bigger eaters. Waitress was attentive and with a smile. Establishment is fairly quite so good for conversations. 8/10 in cleanliness. Most locations, in Belleville including this one, have that musty smell of old due to the high humidity. (Being from Vancouver BC, we are not used to the smell of the buildings and homes here) There is a large bar and extra outside seating with umbrellas. Location was busy by noon. Parking is plentiful. I do recommend this location. 5 stars Parking: Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Yes, but during the day only Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance doors are not that wide, best to call first.

Staff was friendly and the beer was cold but the Red White & Blue burger was disgusting. I asked the waitress if it was beef and she assured me it was maybe it was some sort of meatloaf patty but it was definitely not a hamburger patty. I couldn t eat it. Fries were editable.

Family s food looked good and seemed good. Classic burger was not good. To thick. Very watery (not grease) minimum ingredients like one small leaf of lettuce one tomato and two thin dill pickle slices. I asked for no onions but it does come with it normally. bun was not very good, burger was completely bland with no flavour and tasted and looked like it was cooked in water. Couldn t even eat it. Poutine was good that we had with it though. People were nice but I wouldn t go back again, at least not for the burgers. Cost us 100$

One persons fish tacos were over cooked and cold how is that even possible, the server at first was trying to rush us... I get it its volume is how they make their money

Ive driven down twice from Ottawa to have lunch with friends who live west of Mississauga. Good service, tasty food and very reasonable prices. I/we will be back. :-)

Have had many amazing meals both in and out of this restaurant. My last take out order was somehow misplaced and they were very clear about the mix up and remade the food immediately. Even delivered it to my vehicle

Great waiter good food

I ordered a lemonade, simple enough. The waitress brought us our drinks and I took a sip and thought nope something isnt right. Im pretty sure I got served hard lemonade but maybe it just was bad lemonade. Fine. No problem honestly didnt care, I just politely said it tasted funny and asked the server for water instead. Then the manager came over and I politely explained the problem and said it was fine I just wanted a water. Then he asked the waitress in front of me and she gets indignant and basically accuses me of lying. Look I would have just paid for the lemonade and chalked it up to not liking their brand but when you cross the line and accuse me of lying over a lemonade I clearly barely touched thats not cool. Why would I lie? If I was trying to get something free I wouldnt have handed you back the drink. I didnt ask for my meal for free. I just wanted a water. Then I eat my club sandwich which was fine and ice cold fries, because why complain Ill just get told they are hot and Im crazy. The waitress must have had a chip on her shoulder because she didnt come back until it was time to pay and then played as sweet as pie after being rude to get her tip. Lady you are lucky you got a tip. I seriously considered hitting no tip but I cant be that rude unlike you. Honestly Im not coming back because I dont deserve to be called a liar over something so damn simple. Just bring me the water! I didnt even need an apology about the taste. Just water. How hard is that when Im being nice? Apparently too hard.

We went there today and my partners meal was wrong twice and the staff seemed put out by having to fix it. My hubby had to eat alone because it took so long to get it. We didn t see anyone for long periods and again seemed annoyed by having to get drink refills. Our friends fish and chips didn t come with tartar sauce and when he asked he got huffed at. I used to love this restaurant but won t be back again. We felt so disrespected and after all that they didn t even discount his meal for having to eat alone for messing up twice.

Great service and terrific liver, onions, and bacon, and the fish and chips were great. Our waitress was fantastic, but when youre standing at the front door for more than 5 minutes it would be nice to be at least acknowledged.

Food is Good but today I found out I am not allowed the Lunch Special $12.99 unless I order mandatory beverage..... I always have water at EVERY restaurant I go to. No I dont like Pepsi...I dont drink beer or coffee. #%$@

DELICIOUS! Our family is local and suggested it and it did not disappoint. Menu has a ton of options and price is good. Will definitely be back to try other menu items. Definitely recommend. Update: 2nd visit and got to try the antijitos and they did not disappoint!! The wings were not as good this time - a little overcooked but not worth changing the rating. We will definitely be back AGAIN!

Im a big fan of this place. Ive ate at different locations and never had a bad meal- until tonight. Please, if you are a burger fan- DO NOT GET A BURGER. The patty is like a coarsely ground slap of meatloaf. It was neither moist nor flavorful. I like this chain a lot but I implore you DO NOT order a burger.

Tasty and just what I was looking for. I was starving and ordered lots of food. A grilled veggie wrap, upgraded my side to cheese curd poutine, and got an apple crisp for dessert. The dessert was cold, but that was fine by me since I didnt want it until later. I microwaved it for 30 seconds which was just right. The poutine was tasty comfort food. The wrap was flavorful and gave me the veggies I was craving. Very good!

We are new to the area and thought we d check out The Piper Arms for Thursday Night Football. Not only did our server/bartender, Calla put on the Buffalo Bills game especially for us, she also recommended the special of the day, fajitas. They came piping hot, delicious and could have easily fed both my husband and I. He ordered the chicken curry and we both agreed it was some if the best we ve ever had fragrant, complex and wonderfully spicy! We ve fast become regulars after our first visit. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

First time! Ordered take out and the customer service on the phone and in person was great. We got lamb shank and ribs. Both items were hot and delicious. The sauce with the lamb is amazing. The place looked great inside, will definitely go back to eat in another time.

A group of 20+ ladies visited on a Monday evening in September. A quick phone call prior to our arrival assured us that they would be happy to accomodate us. The service was exceptional and the food was fantastic! Everything was great - from the welcoming greeting to the final good-bye! We were all very impressed - not a single complaint from anyone! KUDOS to Ryan and his team for their friendly and efficient service!! We WILL be back!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at piper arms and I must say, it was an absolute disappointment. I visited during a non-busy time, thinking it would be a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the service I received was nothing short of appalling. After taking a seat, I patiently waited for a server to come and take my order. However, 25 minutes passed, and still, no one bothered to acknowledge my presence or attend to my table. Its baffling to me that in a nearly empty restaurant, the staff failed so miserably in providing even basic customer service. The lack of attention and disregard for patrons was truly disheartening. I tried to catch the eye of several staff members, but it seemed as though I was invisible to them. Its not unreasonable to expect prompt service, especially when the establishment is not busy. I finally reached my limit and decided to leave without placing an order. Its a shame that I had to resort to such measures due to the sheer neglect from the restaurants staff. The overall experience was so bad that Ive decided I will never return to dine in

Great food, as always. There were 5 of us, so we made a reservation and all enjoyed the food and dessert. The server was very friendly but clearly overworked and rushed, it was very busy. A group came in with 4 adults and 7 kids. The children sat at separate tables, and were very loud and unruly. They disrupted the entire section and didnt seem to care. Restaurant management should have taken the initiative to approach the adults and remind them that this is NOT their house and that they need to keep the kids quieter to not disturb the other diners. One in our group hired a babysitter for the night so she could join us. Whats the point of youve got screaming kids sitting behind you. Id recommend the take away or Skip the dishes/Uber eats.
