Tiger Chicken & Ribs in Belleville

Went to order the French toast with berries, when it arrived there was no berries. The waitress informed me after it arrived that they don t normally stock fruit. Even when 5+ items on the menu contain fruit. Service was horrible, and the waitress was very rude and short.

Ordered online at 5:18 was told food would be ready at 5:45. Went to pick it up the restaurant was almost empty and the food wasn t ready until 6:10. No staff were available to ask an ETA, had to call them to talk to staff to get an estimate. Terrible experience wouldn t recommend at all.

The food was okay. The size was on the small side. And the employee automatically added the tip with out asking.

This was the worst dining experience Ive had all year. The food was awful and the wings tasted like they had been kept in a glacier for 10,000 years. The waitress looked like it was her first day on the job, didnt know anything and was rude. First and last visit.

I would call this restaurant a hidden gem. Its never very busy, but the food is second to none in Belleville. They have a good selection, the quarter chicken dinner will not disappoint.

$19 for lasagna slice the size of my hand. Absolute rip off. Disgusting. When I opened it it was just dry noodles stacked on each other. Skip offered to refund less than $10 on a $70 meal. Dont visit and definitely dont order delivery Food

We loved the food! The atmosphere was excellent, as well as the waitresses were friendly, smiling, and very pleasant. We will be returning for meals. The prices were excellent.

This restaurant is unbelievably horrible they changed the chef food tasted pre cooked and heated up they have a pest problem it s disgusting

These Ribs put the Belle in Belleville! We made the journey from Kingston and met my mom who lives in Cobourg and the three of us enjoyed the best rib meals in ages! The service was excellent, our Caesar s had just the right amount spice (and vodka), and we all left satisfied and planning our next visit! Look out Tony Roma s and Swiss Chalet, Tiger has you beat.

Great place for breakfast & dinner. Also, full bar with entertainment (TV). Clean, recently renovated, and the food and service is excellent at the Belleville location as well as the Trenton. Belleville location is on Front st across from Century Place. Trentons close to Tomassos.

The new breakfast offering in Belleville was FABULOUS!!! Everything was cooked perfectly. The pancakes were especially delicious!! The cook came out to chat and was so kind & our server was lovely! Definitely check out their breakfast!!

I very much enjoyed my experience. Large portion of delicious food, very affordable. Over all a great spot to visit. Wheelchair accessibility: The womans washroom door gave me a challenge with my walker. Door is too narrow for a wheelchair.

My husband and I went for breakfast and the food was great! Classic pancakes and french toast, and the home fries were incredible! What definitely set them apart was the chef. She came out and wished everyone a good morning and took the time to go table to table and ask everyone about their meal. She was lovely. Above and beyond! We will certainly be back!

We always enjoy their dinner menu but today we went for breakfast! I especially enjoyed their real seasoned home fries which were delicious! Eggs Benny looked yummy and so did the BLT.. and I had the breakfast bagel sandwich. Portions were good and prices are reasonable. The service was great, as always!

Not for the whole family . There was no where to change a 5mths old . My sister had to use the bathroom floor. The food was great but this is a big factor for use. As we have kids.

My pancakes were lukewarm. The syrup was in short supply and I had to ask for more It came in small plastic packages. The plates were large to accommodate what was on them but if they had been warm instead of cold the food would have stayed hotter. Im sure I will think twice before going again for breakfast. I was disappointed

We order from here a lot. The breakfast is really good and really large portions. We have ordered a lot of different things from the menu and the food is always tasty and plentiful as well as good prices. Staff and management are always very kind and friendly!

6 of us in for dinner. We all had different dishes and everyone enjoyed their meals

Food was great. The service was terrible. Our server came to our table to get out drink order, then brought drinks and got our food order. We got our food, then was never approached again. So one small drink during our meal. Never got checked on if we needed anything as well, but we couldnt even get their attention. Even if we had wanted something, we wre completely ignored. Asked for the bill, it took another 5 minutes, nothing. Decided to just go up to the bar to pay and still waited another 5 minutes before we were able to get our bills and pay.

Family of 6 went here last Sunday for dinner. The staff were friendly and attentive, the owner was there and made us laugh! The chicken was so good, fries exceptional, fresh roll. BETTER THAN SWISS CHALET! The restaurant was clean. The food came out quickly. Support this local business!

The service was quick and friendly, the escargots were a nice touch, the samosas were delicious and I think those were the best chicken wings I ever tasted.

This was my first (and last) visit to this establishment. I ordered the Mediterranean omelette and after eating a third of it, the next bite tasted like a mouthful of Sulphur which I spit out into a napkin. There is no way the chef could have missed that an egg was bad as the smell was horrible and the egg white did not mix properly within the omelette. I cant believe they actually served that to a customer. They definitely need a health inspection and I had better not get food poisoning from this. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Absolutely loved our experience this morning! We stopped in for brunch and it was our first time trying Tiger Chicken & Ribs. My first impression was definitely memorable. They have a beautifully renovated, up to date restaurant with beautiful decor all around. The owner was super friendly and the food was fantastic and super reasonably priced. We will most definitely be back!

Based on the great reviews, we decided to try this place out for dinner. We will definitely be return customers. Everything was excellent from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The portions are HUGE, the prices are very reasonable, the service is fast and friendly, the place is very clean, and, most importantly, the food is amazing! I had the vegetarian lasagna and it was so big, I was feeling full long before I had eaten even half of it but I kept eating because it was so delicious! Im excited to have the rest for lunch tomorrow. My husband had the ribs and chicken and loved it. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the chicken was moist and juicy with excellent flavour. Our son had the 1/4 chicken dinner and said, Is this chicken or is this heaven?. We didnt have an opportunity to try dessert because we were so full. If you are looking for a place that serves real food cooked and served by real people rather than the standard boil-in-bag chain restaurant fare, this is the place for you! I cant say enough good things about our experience. P.S. The cheesy garlic bread is something you NEED to try. Youre going to love it.

My husband and I moved to Belleville in 2019 and have been trying different restaurants in town. Honestly, to date, this one is the BEST quality food weve had since moving here. Weve had the club sandwich which was delicious, even with the cheese (we will ask for no cheese next time). Greek Chicken wrap, ribs, French Fries, perogies, Greek salad, Chicken soup, Chicken breast, chicken wings, Souvlaki platter, rice ... ALL of it was wonderful. We highly recommend this place. Weve only ever used their delivery service - I expect the in restaurant experience is just as wonderful.

Tough contender for best food in Belleville. Inside, the staff was friendly, and the place was very modern and clean. 2 x Canadians on tap...were perfect. Its hard to please 3 picky children but all approved. 110% recommend

I love tiger chicken very nice atmosphere ,very clean but on Saturday the service was horrible, only one server on, she was taking care of all the tables and takeout.

My boyfriend and Is meals were delicious, he had steak and I had the quarter chicken :) beautiful restaurant and great atmosphere. Our server was very attentive as well!

This was our first time dining in the restaurant and it was great , very friendly staff , very clean . Now the food , the ribs are to die for , fall off the bone and very tasty , the chicken was excellent, and their fries are awesome. We will definitely be eating here again , I think this is our new go to restaurant instead of Swiss Chalet !!

i liked it at first until i ate in and got something to go i asked for sour cream and i noticed it was lukewarm but ate then next i was very sick found out i got food poisoning from sour cream be careful they dont keep it cold

Had to eyeball the waiter anytime I wanted a drink and its says on the menu certain ones are bottomless but get to the end they arent the amount of food really doesnt match prices

I visit Belleville once or twice a month, and I don fail to visit this place. The food is amazing, the service is efficient and the place is enjoyable.

A must visit place if you are in this area. Interior is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. We ordered Chicken Soup and Chicken Stir Fry, and they made it exactly like we wanted. So far the best food we had in Belleville/Trenton.

4:45pm no one in the place, finally came over did not ask us anything and gave a plate of butter and wet naps and a menu and did not return, we left after waiting to long, went to Chucks awesome service

We decided to try this restaurant out. It is so clean and beautiful inside. Our server was amazing and very friendly. The food was well presented and well priced. I had the chicken wrap and fries couldnt eat it all. My husband had the rib and wing combo. Alot of food he was impressed and said it was delicious. We would definitely be back a d bring friends.

Ordered dinner for the family multiple times from this place before posting this review. Our first time ordering was excellent... All food ordered was very good. The last 3 orders have all been bad. Ra going from uncooked portions to burnt and tonights meal being over cooked and over charged. Chicken and shrimp dinner consisted of under cooked large portion of fries only 4 pieces of shrimp which were over cooked and a 1/4 piece of chicken. The price was way too much considering what I was served and how it was prepared. Will not be ordering from this place again.

Excellent ribs, okay fries, good coleslaw. Unfortunately the service was terrible. The waitress I am sure had no experience at all so even the most basic things were either forgotten or done badly.

The waitress we had, her name is Arsh and she and the food were amazing. We started with a poutine and finished with chicken and mushroom fettuccine Alfredo. My partner had the fettuccine and shrimp in Rose sauce. Both fantastic. Oh and by the way hand cut fries .oh yaaaaa! We be coming back.

First time at what used to be a very good, if somewhat dated looking, Chinese restaurant. Interior has been modernized, very tasteful and very clean. We came for an early dinner and service was very quick. Started off with perogies with cajun sauce. I am terrified of spicy food but these were no threat to my digestive system. I had chicken parm - lots of breaded chicken with cheese along with a substantial portion of spaghetti. My companion tried the chicken Caesar salad which was good but she noticed the absence of bacon, something which would have pleased me. Menu had a lot of chicken dishes as well as ribs plus some standard entrees. I miss the Chinese restaurant which was the last such place downtown but I might well come back to Tiger Chicken and Ribs - next time I might try the Chicken Souvlaki. Price was reasonable. Parking: Lots of parking close by. $1 per hour during daytime, free at night.

Absolutely awful experience! Waited 20 minutes for drink ordered 2 out 3 came out wrong. Then waited 55 minutes for our food, 2 out 3 meals were horrible! One wasnt even editable. Waitress was VERY rude when she messed up the drinks as if it was our fault. We were very friendly throughout the terrible experience. 1 star is too many stars.

Dont judge a book by its cover. I was a little apprehensive at first but was pleasantly surprised by the inside. The owner has obviously put a lot of effort and time into this. Very nice and clean and modern inside, comfy. The menu was a good wholesome mixture of food not over powering with too many items too choose from. Price was very reasonable, but the presentation when it arrived far exceeded our expectations, and the food was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent. If you could give more stars I certainly would have. We will back again, for sure.

They did a great renovation after taking ownership from past owners but its kind of weird. I wish they had food and drink specials, or like wing night or something. Great service, very clean, nice TVs.

Ive previously been to the Trenton location, and had a really good experience, and this new location feels the same. Service was welcoming and friendly, and we got our food without much wait. Atmosphere and interior is very similar to the Trenton location, which makes a nice addition to the downtown area. Pricing is very reasonable and you get good portion sizes, so its a fairly affordable place to drop in for lunch if you work nearby, or grab dinner with family or friends. Definitely recommend coming by and giving them a try!

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Tiger Chicken and Ribs in Belleville. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend this family friendly downtown restaurant. Try the rotisserie chicken and shrimp dinner or the fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms. Both very tasty meals.

What a fantastic transformation! Classy and elegant. The lights are amazing. The food is more than expected. Servings are large and tasty. Service is efficient and friendly.

We had the rotisserie chicken, ribs, and pasta. Everything was delicious. We ordered online and our order was ready when we arrived. They seemed to be fairly new, the cashier didnt know they didnt accept American Express.

How the food is so good every time I dont know. But its just awesome

I thought it was pretty good. I thought the price was fair. I had the perogies which were really good and then I had the ribs with mashed potatoes. The ribs were nice. The potatoes were okay. Shaped really weird as if someone grabbed a handful and jammed it on my plate. Kinda hard. Not very fluffy. It was odd shape and texture overall but they weren t terrible flavour wise. Service was good. All in all I enjoyed the meal.

Got halfway through my fish and then took the picture. Fish was lightly battered as the menu stated and delicious. Cutting back on the fries and got the smashed potatoes with gravy that were very good and felt just right after the meal. Waitress was very good. I would go back fore sure. Rib and chicken plates looked big so if youre ordering them be prepared to take some home.

Wow! Went here for dinner on Sept 17 and the 4 of us were very impressed! Service was excellent: attentive, friendly, knowledgable and fast. Food was fantastic - much better than expected. Great portions, flavour, fresh, hot... Poutine is delicious, chicken dinner was tasty and not dry, served with an Applewood seasoning you could add (amazing flavour!). I had chicken souvlaki and it was stellar!! Perfectly grilled, all white and lean, fresh Greek salad and the rice was really yummy. Manager came to our table (and the others) to check on our meals and thank us. Highly recommend this local restaurant (in Trenton, too) and we are happy to support them when we come down to visit family again!

We stumbled upon this place while visiting Bellville. The service was friendly and very quick, and more importantly all the food was delicious. The chicken and ribs were well seasoned and very tender. Highly recommend.
