Gotta say its a nice looking establishment and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the sub I ordered was almost inedible as it was completely drowned in sauce making the bun soggy. Not sure if this is a one off incident or if copious amounts of sauce on the sub is standard. When it comes to any sauce on a sandwich, less is more.

I love their sandwiches, but the service is very slow. The parking lot is shared with other shops and is always full.

Its a more unique sub shop then typically sub spots. They have good mostly hot subs. I dont recall a cold sub option. Decor and theme is more interesting and eye catching. Lots of donations to fire / safety causes.

Worst sub I have ever eaten, it was ordered no sauce lots of onions tomatoes and a little lettuce. It came with sauce 2 little pieces of onion 22 tomato slices and all kinds of lettuce. This came to me 30 minutes later saugy because of the discusting sauce the lettuce was also saugy. I will never purchase anything from the establishment ever again.

My partner and I went for lunch after work and had a wonderful experience. The food is great for the price and the staff are welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Staff making extremely distasteful comments about the customers in their own language was embarrassing enough but not nearly the worst of our experiences there. The elderly customer being pushed to the ground and dragged across the floor by, who I assumed to be, the owner ranks higher. We have now stopped ordering for our lunch meetings there, literally several hundred dollars a week. Crickets from RBI customer service. As near as we can figure this location exists as a fast track to permanent resident status and nothing else.

The Service: Ive been to this location twice now, and the service has been lacking both time. The first time I thought I would skip the line as their marketing suggests and use their website to order - I showed up 25 minutes later when it said my order would be ready, and they hadnt ever started it yet. I walked in and inquired about my order and was told lets get that ready for you now which took another 10-15 minutes. The second time I just went in and made my order, and sat down to wait. After ebeyon who had already ordered got their food, and 5 others behind me as well inquired. They apologized and said theyd get it right away. 6 minutes later they handed me a bag.... That wasnt my order. Another 9 minutes later I finally had the 2 subs I ordered. I get this place has good subs, but I dont get how it takes as long as it does to make them. Also 1 of my 2 visits they marked the subs with numbers to identify them... But no where did they list which on was which. When you finally have youre good, its fantastic.... Its just everything up to that point that makes me not want to return.

We had the Turkey Bacon Ranch subs, and loved them. Very tasty, fresh and filling. We would definitely go back here for lunch.

Wonderful staff today! David and his co worker (I m sorry can t remember her name) went above and beyond to make sure my sandwich was made correctly, rectifying issues from previous orders. There is no better choice for subs in Belleville than Firehouse. I am a regular customer, and probably go there at least two times per week. Their evening staff (Krupa, Namrata & Priyanka) are friendly, courteous and capable. I never have to wait very long for my food. Because I am such a frequent customer, the girls now know me by name and also can remember my exact order every time. Now that is attention to detail! They always maintain a high level of cleanliness on the premises, tables, floors and washrooms are always clean. And most importantly, the subs are absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for an alternative from the other subs shops, try Firehouse. I guarantee, you wont regret it!

Asked for my sub to not be toasted after I wasnt asked in the first place if I wanted it toasted or not and krupa the server decided to argue with me telling me it had to be and refusing to giving me a sub how I wanted very disgusted with this situation

I had a small issue with an order I got to-go. It wasn t discovered until we got home. When this was brought to the store s attention they called me right back and offered me a free sub next time I was in. Delicious food and excellent customer service!

Normally this place is spot on!! But lately this place has really gone down hill!! All because of negligence, poor management, and laziness, in my opinion! Every time I have ever ate here the tomatoes were cored and fresh and the last time I went the tomatoes were green and hard in the middle, why would you even serve it? And they overloaded it with provolone, which has never happened before either, so it was literally all you could taste. The cashier was rude too! Maybe smile and act friendly!! She was the opposite! Personally, when I spend $20 on a sandwich I expect it to be good. I probably won t return to this location again unless these problems get fixed asap.

SO GOOD! The best sub place Ive ever been to. I was so excited when we saw this come to Belleville! These subs are worth the wait. Yes, sometimes wait times are greater than other fast casual spots, but its worth it. The whole family loves this spot. Vegetarian options: The Vegetarian sub is not on the menu, but the staff have a go-to recipe when you ask for it. Make it vegan with no cheese. Mmmmm *drooling*

Excellent subs. My second time there and it wasnt as busy as the first time. But it was later in the evenimg when I went. Store is super clean and organized. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Done in a timely manner as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially those who have had their fill of subway. This place is definitely a delicious treat Was in last night and as nice as this place is and as delicious as the food is, it would be nice if the staff taking the orders didnt rush you through the process. We are paying a lot for their food and want to make sure we are getting what we ordered. When staff get impatient because you ask them to repeat what was said, or take a moment to decide what you would like, its not pleasant. This wasnt happening to just me. It was the people before me and after me. I can only guess it is an ongoing thing?

Hot, fresh food!

I rate the 2 star for the service you share in the community, as for the food, I love the food but when you order a Ranch Sauce Bacon Chicken and theres no Ranch Sauce or Bacon well.... Oh yes it was a to go order so off we go eating our whatever chicken sub so I called to let them know and he wanted me to come back so they could fix it, Im on the highway at this point and what?... he couldnt do something over the phone for next time. Hmm. This was twice it happened, a few days later a friend went and ordered the same thing and he too had NO Ranch Sauce or Bacon. Put it on or take it off the menu. Thank you firehouse but no thanks, bye bye.

Cant say enough about the service, very polite, great service. The buns are great. I ordered the meatball asked for mild....still way to hot and didnt like the tomato sauce very strong. Hubby ordered what was basically an assorted, he didnt like the sauce and unlike competitors you dont get to choose. Not for us but you need to try it for yourself

The food is always great but compared to the oshawa location the staff here dosnt seem to care about their jobs the lady at the cash can barely speak English and they messed my order up.

I tried a firehouse sub and after two bites I tossed it in the garbage and then threw up service was poor and slow they didn t speak English very well so it was hard to understand

My wife and I shared the triple stack sub on whole wheat, it was full of meat. New! Smokin Triple Stack. For a limited time only! Choice Cut beef brisket, smoked turkey breast, honey ham, melted cheddar, sweet & tangy slaw, barbecue sauce As its been said if you miss it well youll miss it. Kid-friendliness: The associate who served me was very pleasant.

Update 3: went back today. Was quick, delicious and made right. Thanks! Update 2: emailed the restaurant, the owner was quick to offer a full refund and I was offered a sandwich on the house. The manager was polite, smiled, was quick to help upon my return. The staff were also attentive and caring. My sandwich was incredible and I am happy they went above and beyond. Thank you. Update: returned to give a 2nd chance as I really love the brand. Was hopeful they just needed to work out kinks. I was wrong. My order was completely wrong and I was extremely disappointed. I drove 45 mins out of the way to get a sub, then went away for the day. Didnt realize the errors until too far away. Ended up throwing it out. Asked for a medium, was charged and given a large. Bacon was under cooked. Bread was a bit hard.

Too much hype for these subs for something that is 50% carbs maybe more. If I wanted to eat bread I would have just bought a loaf from the local bakery.

I ve been here three times now. First two times I had gotten the turkey bacon ranch. Asked for extra sauce, didn t get any the first time, second time I came give glob on half the sub, not properly prepared. I just ordered a salad, so disappointed. Every time I order here it s blan. This time the cheese was sliced and they didn t even pull it apart same with the meat. Don t think I ll be ordering here again.

New York Steamer is such a funny name for a sandwich i just had to buy one. no regrets, tasted great. still can t get over that name.

I have been here twice, the first time was excellent so we decided to go again. Placed an online order Thursday September 13th for 5:15pm. First sub was made great but unfortunately the second one was missing premium toppings that we paid for, extra cheese and mushrooms which was not on it aswell as jalapenos were not either. To top it off we were told the two bags of chips we purchased were inside just to get it home and find out they were not. I do enjoy their food but for the price ($50 for two large subs and two chips) I expect the sandwich to be made as it was ordered and for everything we purchased to be in the bag. I will give it another chance on the assumption the quality of food/service depends on whos working.

20 minutes we waited for two medium subs! Buns were hard and crusty, half the the toppings were white onion and it had no sauce on it. Staff have no idea what they re doing and were rude about giving a refund. If I could give a ZERO star rating I would.

Blew my expectations through the roof. This place is brand new, extremely clean, very nice staff, very spacious area, and thats not even getting to the food. The food is all real and fresh and you can see it being made, it tastes so good, and its actually really filling. Its not cheap, but its fair priced. A bit over $10 a person for medium sized subs (25.something for 2), but theyre almost 1000 calories and are about 9 inches in length (medium). Very girthy too, I struggled fitting it all into my mouth. Honestly, this is a 10/10 place. The only thing that could be improved was the wait time to get your food, but its not that bad at all, and they were understaffed when I visited anyway, so Id assume it would improve up to perfect when more people are working.

We wanted to try the new Firehouse subs. We ordered thru Skip, not sure if it was because they took so long to get to the house or not or if it was this way from the start, but our subs were extremely greasy, not that they didnt taste great better than Subway, but was it worth the extra money that is questionable.

The food is out standing my fire house salad was so huge i had to take it home. Really sad that there are lot of hindus that work there and the English is really broken. Huge turn off. They act like there a fraid to look at you and talk to you. There you keep having to ask them to speak up. They need people management skills training. I was really hoping to be able to give a positive review, especially since I am a huge Italian sandwich fan and was ecstatic to see a new Sub Restaurant in Belleville. However I was disappointed after my first visit, and it looks like many of my concerns are echoed in other reviews: 1) Slow Service: I have been twice now, and both times I spent 15 minutes waiting in a relatively short line (2-3 people) and then once I ordered another 30 minutes for the food. I am ok with waiting at a sit down restaurant, but for a take out sub restaurant this seems very excessive. 2) Price vs Quality: the quality of the sub is marginally better than Subway, however the price is way higher and does not match the quality of the sub. With most subs hovering around $20 there are many better places you could go. I hope they can improve these issues, as I would love to see them succeed. But there needs to be a change to kitchen efficiency to shorten wait times, and they need to reevaluate pricing.

I have been eating at Firehouse for years and they dont disappoint. This new location in Belleville was of equal quality on opening day, but we just had it again tonight and Im updating my review to reflect the experience. They are by far the tastiest, most satisfying sub sandwiches Ive ever had the pleasure of trying, but tonight the bun and meat were a little dry compared to what Im used to and it makes a difference in the overall experience. The engineer and the beef and cheddar are my favorites. I still highly recommend trying Firehouse, Id choose them everytime over Subway, Mr.Sub etc., hoping tonight was just an off night.

I ordered through Skip the Dishes. The subs were fantastic, really delicious. They were packaged well so they arrived fresh and not soggy. I do think theyre over priced - its still just a sandwich. But that being said they were really good subs and I would order again if I wanted a really good sandwich.

A meatball sub for 16$. No drink. Absurd prices. Mediocre food minimal sauce and veggies. They prepare the food behind a closed counter so you cannot see what you get till they hand you a closed container. These places that ask for a donation so THEY can take advantage of the tax break that YOU pay for so they get free publicity so they can reap their millions. Cue bot response from Anna...yet everything stays the same.

Today I finally had time to pop in and try a firehouse sub. It was honestly was the BEST sub Ive ever had...I had the turkey bacon ranch on white, I did alter it a bit. I substituted the peppercorn ranch for Italian dressing. It was so fresh and warm, cheese was gooey...yum!! Definitely worth the wait to be made fresh. My hubby had the hook and ladder and I tried his as well...melt in your mouth delicious!! The staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend trying this place.

I guess for people who have never eaten at a Firehouse Subs this would probably get a better review. 1st of all we we ordered several kids combos and they all came toasted. My youngest granddaughter does not eat hot sandwiches so I had to reorder her sandwich. I was charged the full amount of the combo less 40 cents for them to prepare a new sandwich for her. Should be disclosed somewhere that this sandwich was toasted. I ordered the Hook-and-Ladder which comes with sauteed mushrooms I received 3 slices mushroom on my sandwich. There was so little mustard that I had to search through the lettuce to even find barely a drizzle of it. Needless to say this was the 1st and probably the last time visiting this establishment.

At 1900 on a Friday evening they were lined up 6 deep with only 1 young lady taking orders while the owner or manager ( male in pink golf shirt) sat just I side the kitchen area typing on his phone. The parking lot there is always congested and the 1 non handicapped parking spot right in front of the shop was taken up by that male owner or manager. Not a good look for a leader. That being said; the food is good and the girls who do all the hard work are always polite and attentive.

I used to go to Firehouse Subs in Belleville multiple times per week as they are the only sub chain I enjoy. Food is amazing, service is amazing as well. David is especially great and I remember my first few times ordering there he took the time to explain everything to me as it can definitely be an overwhelming process to order. Sweet. Like sweet sugary sweet. They claim the bacon is thick. Nope. & they just slap the meat on like a sandwich not a sub so you gotta fix the sub if you want meat in every bite not just sub roll. Weve been meaning to try this for ages but finally got around to it last week. It was great. The young person that took our order was very helpful and clear for us first timers, food was fresh, and a great temperature. Well be back for sure.

The place and food is absolutely amazing. The charity they stand for is a great one. Helping firefighters and pple who get hurt in anyway by the fires . Unfortunately they are expensive so eating there is definitely a once in a blue moon thing.
