Great dine in area, good food with dirty toilet (mens).

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

This Subway store has a good location, wasnt busy, and the service was quick. The food was standard Subway food. My go to is the Pizza sub and the Italian BMT.

Restaurant was incredibly hot so we couldnt eat in. Bread was really stale. Minimal toppings. They kept squishing my sub down as they were making it for some reason? Oh, and not so friendly service (and yes, I remained polite even when they were flattening my stale bread)

We ordered platters and cookies for our hockey team this past weekend. The food was great and the service was great as well. Our food was ready for pickup exactly when we needed it. I would highly recommend this subway location.

Super cheap on the toppings. Couldnt find the melted cheese (toasted) and had to ask 3 times for more toppings. Unless 3 slices of cucumber is adequate for a foot long sub?

Just the best Subway staff and quality of ingredients that Ive ever seen from a Subway! Subs at this location are always perfectly made & fresh! Theyve never messed up an order! They even make the one I to take to work the next day a special way so it wont get soggy.... gotta that! Definitely the best location weve ordered from, and will continue to order regularly

Wonderful experience! There was only one staff member working and the store was quite busy when I came in. He kept a positive attitude, was enthusiastic and confident and kind to many customers dispite it being a very busy night. One of the best veggies subs Ive had in a while.

They are very skimpy with their brisket, especially when its 35.00 for two sandwiches. Other subways put alot more on.

The guy who works Saturday mornings is great to deal with. I just have one complaint. The last few weeks I ve been in here a few times and have purchased a large drink and the fountain machine isn t producing ice and the pop is warm and flat, this has not happened 3 times. If the machine isn t working perhaps you shouldn t sell product from it. It s awful driving away getting a mouthful of warm flat pop!

For a place that makes... sandwiches... stale bread seems weak.

Friendly staff, quick service and reasonably fresh ingredients. The sandwich ordered was good - no complaints with the service or food. Inside of the store needed work - all the tables needed to be wiped, floors looked like they needed a wash (no trash or litter) tiles fallen off near the door the area - I felt comfortable ordering a sandwich but didnt want to sit at the tables. Friend suggestion - more dining area attention might make customers stay & perhaps buy a cookie.

Subway is in the same plaza as metro is located.

Customer service is wonderful but every time I get food here I end up with hair in my food somewhere. Everytime I can except to find hair in my food. Hairnets are a requirement not an option for this place, yet they never wear hairnets.

Ordered x2 subs thru the app and asked for x2 lettuce and tomato (the most you can ask for) and even in the special notes kindly asked for x3 or as much as you can put on the subs! 5 slices of tomatoes on both 12 inch subs and very little lettuce! Try to be safe/considerate during COVID however this service makes it hard to do so!

As always, it depends on whos working. Ive been to this location where its been fantastic, and other times where my order has been prepared incorrectly and its been a chore to have them correct it. Hit and miss. October 1/20-ordered another sub from this location and was not impressed. I will never order from the app again. You need to be there to make sure youre getting what you ordered.

Very disappointed with the fact that they refuse to make a spinach salad without iceberg lettuce. If I pay over $10 for a salad it should be a non issue

If you are looking for a bare minimum subway experience then this is the one to come to. Dont expect any suggestions or recommendations but do expect staff that are just there for the pay cheque and wanting to rush you through. Also must say Ive never in any professional setting seen anyone refer to themselves as the queen but there is one individual here who does.

Its really amazing everytime we are going on that subway only because of their good staff. Tonight me and one of my friend went their one of the female staff and male staff was their they are dealing very nicely to everyone and asking every need to the customer. Thanks guys

My sub today was actually awesome.

Its a Subway. Sandwiches consistently fresh. Service gets the job done. But I would suggest maybe this location is overdue for a store refresh. So many Subway locations seem to be getting a little tired.

I got 2 subs one had an item I have an allergy to the other was my sub we told the girl about the allergy when we left she told us my sub was marked so I started eating it when I realized it was not the right sub she is so lucky I never got sick

Very bad experience and I wanted the deal of 6 sandwich + add 2$ to get a salad and they charged me full price for the salad . I ended up paying 15$ instead of 8 and when I asked about it they were evasive and annoyed. They talk too fast and not clearly bad bad experience!!! And the price board is very deceiving each employee can interpret it like they want especially the make any 6 sandwich a salad. Never again!

The worst customer service I have experienced. Young girls had music too loud and were extremely rude. No options for bread because they were just baking it then and no cookies either. I dont think I have been so disrespected in a restaurant before. Right from the start all the girls working in the were very rude. I asked for a 6 inch Italian bmt, she proceeds to make a footlong so I politely reminded her it was just a 6 inch. She got mad at us because of her mistake. Then also I ordered a crispy chicken footlong because it was the sub of the day. I send me girlfriend to pay and once we receive our subs and are about to leave we hear one of them say that was supposed to be punched in as sub of the day. and the one that made them proceeds to say oh well. as we walked out of the store. Didnt try to stop us at all. So I go out to my car. Come back asking for the receipt and thats when she knew I knew what they had done. Very disappointed.

Worst experience I have ever had from a subway employee. The attitude from this employee that suppose to have worked there for 11 years needs adjustment or I cant see how they can maintain customers.
