They are not changing the gloves. The employees are placing the bacon used gloves in the veggies. They just want customer to get the order fast but they are not taking care of the hygiene. Worst place for the hygiene. Will complain to subway and will let them know that they should change the from eat fresh to eat fresh with bacon
Did a mobile order, unfortunately, they did make a mistake on one of the two sandwiches, and I immediately returned to the restaurant with the sandwich to show them if needed, and the gentleman was very understanding very apologetic and even gave me a few cookies for the mistake. Other than the slight inconvenience, the food was really good and everything else was perfect, 4.9 out of five
Rude service, pressure to order quick. Confusing coupon deal and overcharged.
This is my preferred location in the town and I Always order from here but today even after I mentioned the all ingredients and quantity. Lot of things were missing majorly Crispy onion were missing and it was said more. Also Sweet onion was also completely missing and others were very too little whereas it was mentioned more. A very dry sandwich worst in my experience till date. I hope this will help you in improving service without cutting the corners.
I usually go to this location but I haven't gone to a Subway in a long time - use to love it Just a suggestion...when your handling money don't go back to make a subway without washing hands or changing gloves ..money is disgusting I work in finance and it's one of the grossest things I usually have to mention or ask them to change gloves ...just make it apart of your Hygiene practices
Absolutely love visiting this location. Always clean & fresh. The staff are master-chef lol. My last two orders were the best sub i ever had from any subway in my life. Everyone is super friendly and always smiling. I have one subway 5 minutes from my house but I’ll drive across belleville just to order here.

Ordered my subs went to get them they where gone... had to stand in line to get them made again ..service really sucked the ppl.behind counter really need to do better more into talking in other language then speaking English was not the only one that was mad about how they work dont listen to what ppl want and had to make a sub again for guy in front of me well I wait to get mine made again ..late for work when should have been ready to go ..couldnt find my paper...not happy

Delicious and more healthy choice than Mary Browns. Lol. Couldnt decide tonight. Glad I got subway though. The guy serving me was very polite. I hope he gets to leave early because of the snow storm! Thanks again!
This is by far the best subway in belleville. I order from here usually once per week and the staff are all great and my order is always perfect. The staff seem like theyre all great friends and they treat the customers the same.
Best location in town
It is one of the better places to stop in town. Staff are great and usually seem to work well together. Gets busy around lunch with the school being so close, but thats understandable. I have never seen low staffing issues . There always seems to be enough team players working. Food tastes good, I want to say, 98% of the time. Some sandwich artists seem to skimp on the toppings, but most seem to apply an adequate amount. Overall, decent vibes.

Staff was wonderful. Store was clean. Lines well organized and sanitizer available at the door. Would have been a sweet five BUT the human behind us (who drove east to the industrial park btw) bypassed the sanitizer completely, kept her hands on the railing while ordering, and brushed me twice. I assume she was irritated that we were taking a while allowing our granddaughter to order her own sub and toppings. If you are that important how did your company allow you leave for lunch? Should have just ordered ahead sweetie. The wonderful staff would have been happy to help you Enjoy your day my friend

Lettuce was brown and limp and Ive never been anyplace so stingy with the toppings. Id give this a zero star if I could. Much better food elsewhere.

Hands down the best Subway in Belleville. The staff are always friendly, they always give you EXACTLY what you ask for, and they are generous with toppings. Save yourself the hassle of going to another Subway in town and just go here! Parking: They are in a strip plaza that provides plenty of parking! Its also easy to enter and exit the lot.
They start are always so nice and helpful. Following corporate rules seems to be the only time there are issues. But Ive usually left happy with my meal.

Great experience. I got to the local school so their is always a big rush of students who go to the subway. Staff so nice, in interaction and telling people do not do things or put masks up, they have a great attitude and are trained well to go fast and get all the kids out of the store so more can come and order.

There was a bigger guy who made my sub. He was very rude, made a messy sub, over portioned almost everything and then drenched my sub in sauce. It suppose to be three normal passes not a forth the bottle of sauce !. At least the lady on cash was nice and pleasant to deal with.

I had to remember to write a review for this Subway as I was very impressed and happy with how I was served during my road trip. We had just stopped by for a quick bite during a drive from Montreal. Seven of us. Visiting a Subway is nothing new and Im used to a typical Subway experience, which is nothing really, almost like a vending machine treatment. Here was this great experience due to two ladies, seemingly happy doing their job and passing that happiness to us customers. It stuck with me. I dont know if I will even pass by at eat time here, but if I do, Ill go here again.

Im from the USA, and I wish they serviced us as quickly they did here. They are not cheap with the food either, loaded my sub with everything I asked for.
They will charge you full price for a sub of the day unless you call them out on it every time you go in, mildly frustrating.
Food was subpar however staff were friendly despite the restaurant being very busy. The store was clean.

Never again will me or my family ever visit this location rude and ignorant they never keep their bread stock up and when you dont like the only kind bread they have and you just leave they get rude shrugging their shoulders saying oh well... Not very good way to run a store.
