Taste terrible, hard to communicate with employees as well, tried chicken on the rocks, got the feeling that chicken curry with rice 🤮
I normally don't write Google reviews but this one is needed. Seeing from the other reviews we may have gone on a bad day. $40 bucks for 2 small meals. Didn't understand what the tip was for so we didn't leave one. Anyway, the food made us both sick. It was bland and it was old. THIS IS NOT Mediterranean cuisine by any stretch of the imagination. The portions are tight and they don't give you any trays. Never again.

Delicious fresh food. I tried the half &half, over the rocks, and oz box and they were all delicious. My favorite meat was the lamb. The chicken is really good too. I believe it’s a little bit expensive but the portions are good and filling.

Worst shawarma I ve ever had honestly. I hate saying this because there s not many shawarma options in Belleville who charges extra for hot sauce on national shawarma day? I went to another Osmows later and wasn t charged for hot sauce cause that s absolutely ridiculous and the quantity was much better as well. I hate that this is the only option in the area.

Im a regular customer I come here often but this time the food was not good there were burnt pices of chicken in my poutine and there was a drop of sauce.

Big, clean location with tasty food and very friendly and helpful staff! Whenever we have a shawarma craving, this is where we go! Vegetarian options: Falafel, beyond steak are both great veggie options! They also offer vegan sauces in place of the regular sauces for vegan folks.

Dec 6th 1pm. I did a takeout. Chicken on the rocks. my first time at this location. I have spent over 2k at Osmows in the last 3 years in Brampton. So, when i say it was the worst i have ever had then it was really really bad. The rice was under cooked. Tasted off. if i did not live 15 minutes away, i would have taken it back. Update: Had a shawarma this time. They gave me a 30% discount on the meal. It was a bit better, but not the same as the toronto or brampton locations Im used to. It could be because at this location, the chicken is coming out of the spit versus in the GTA due to the high traffic, they end up cooking the chicken on the flattop.

I went to Osmow s today and it was one of the best experiences i had. I have been to lots of other stores, but here hospitality i was presented with was amazing. Boy were very polite and professional they helped me select my meal. Taste was amazing and my food was well prepared. I couldn t have asked for anything more. Scammers!!!!!!!! People working over there are scammers i ordered a plate and the guy just gave me the left overs within a min with just half the portion of the plate i don t know how the owners trust these guys. Was busy paying for my food and all of sudden he came up saying that my food was ready it felt like there were waiting for there prey to scam. Plz be careful while you order and tell them to prepare in-front of you. Would never suggest any of my colleagues to visit this place.

I ordered a chicken on the rocks for dinner and took it home. Had half of it and didn t really feel good after having it. I started throwing up in the middle of night got diarrhea and could not really eat anything for the next two days. I m really upset with the quality of the food.
Found the customer service to be great however out of 3 times I have gotten takeout at this place 1 time has been acceptable. 3 times I have gotten the same thing. 1 time was perfect and food was great. Second time food was late and order was wrong. And Third time, today, food was cold and I found 3 long strands of hair in my shawarma. Unfortunately will no longer be able to order food from here.
