It s best place. Whenever i feel hungry i always prefer to go this place and everytime I eat vegan fried rice and it s always same taste and fulfilling.

We had lemon grass stir fry with chicken and ginger stir fry with chicken, both had excellent flavour. Staff are very good and friendly. First time visit and will return.

I visited first time here and i was so confused to choose between the dishes, the person who took my order suggested me pad sew and it was so delicious. I would really like to appreciate the staff who provided great service and looking forward to visit again soon with my family.

I paid for extra tofu and when I drove home (25 mins away) I emptied my dinner onto a plate and realized I had like 3 small pieces of chicken, and zero tofo. So I called in like anyone with a backbone would, and mentioned my concerns. I was asked what do you want me to do? I said that I should be given a coupon, discount, or refund for these charges. The worker said No, you come in and buy another meal and I will put the extra on that one instead... This is Canada folks, we have service standards, you need to first off do your jobs properly, and if not you need to be able to rectify the problem in some respectable manner.

My wife and I are regularly here because they make our soup as spicy as we like it. Not many places will do that. These folks do a great job every time just the way we want it.

Rude. Ordered a stir fry substitute rice for lettuce. They made the food and added vermicelli noodles. I said I only wanted lettuce. He proceeeded to get mad and told me to order properly and wanted me to pick through my food. I told him no and they made the food again. The Shak a bowl comes with noodles not the stir fry but he wanted to make a deal of it which made it super uncomfortable. Stupid me tipped them because you pay beforehand, not going back there again.

Wow the staff here work so hard with smiles on their faces! It s so pleasant. The restaurant was too Smokey/Spicey to sit down and was making us cough which is even more impressive that the staff were so upbeat. My food also tasted rather Smokey. My husbands meal was excellent (crispy salad) . Really busy, popular place on a Friday night when lots of delivery orders coming in.

Exceptional service! Every time it s quick and courteous. Also kind to certain food issues and took the time to ensure it was met. Beyond friendly I can t say enough I go out of my way to get takeout here. Highly recommend

I normally never write any bad comments because my mom told me one day: If you have nothing nice to say, just dont say it. Also, I would never make a big accusation like that but because its been happening 3 times, I will say the people working their purposely dont give me my spring rolls even thoughI paid for it. They think I wouldnt noticed and each time I caught them and they acted overly apologetic. I paid for these items. So, I think its really strange it happens 3 times in a row. Because of these reason, I will never go back and their food is not that great and often soggy. Also, the entire famile were sick last time we ordered.

We were unimpressed and couldnt finish our meals. The beef in the Thai soup was tough and full of nerves. Even the dog had trouble chewing the beef. And it was way over priced with delivery. We wouldnt eat here again.

Been a huge fan of the Thai Express franchise for over 10 years. The Chicken Cashew Stir Fry is delicious. Unfortunately my experience with the Belleville location is disappointing. The staff are friendly and service is fast, however the food is super bland. No flavor at all. Just very oily from the woke Id guess. As well I usually order it spicy. It was, but still no flavor. And I Ive gone twice just to make sure it wasnt a one time thing. Also my wife loves the Thai Chicken Soup. Unfortunately it tasted like boiled water both times. Its unfortunate this location doesnt match the quality of the one in Oshawa or Whitby, as wed eat there if it did.

Worst thai soup ever. Im used to thai food from Toronto or Ottawa and its much more flavourful. The guy that took my order has like no customer service experience seemingly. Very awkward. But looked clean and may have better tasting options.

Ive now had three experiences with this Thai Express location; Ive ordered once from Uber Eats and gone inside to order twice. Ive not been impressed with either of my in-store experiences with the first one taking a considerable amount of time to process the one customer in front of me before I could get up to order and then having particular difficulty redeeming my birthday $10 promo code even though I put my phone number into their kiosk as required. I just had my second in-store experience this evening where I was asked to wait while the employee swept the floors before theyd take my order, at which point they wouldnt honour my Virgin Plus rewards code for 10% off, saying that I would have to put my order in through the app while standing there waiting and then they would somehow give the discount through their till? The food is great -its a significant upgrade over other fast/fast-ish food options- however the service leaves much to be desired which is a shame for them since the mark-up on delivery really does push the value-for-dollar too low to both with Uber Eats or Skip. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces throughout the plazas parking lot with parking spaces adjacent to the Thai Express on two sides of the building.

The pad Thai was awesome, but the spring rolls were pretty bad! The rice paper was hard and dry, and the lettuce and carrots were brownish. The peanut sauce was tasty, tho. The soup was decent also!

Ordered Thai soup for myself and others. It was absolutely tasteless- like plain noodles in unseasoned water. I called the restaurant as I thought that maybe they had forgotten to add a flavour packet, or something, and being just around the corner I could go pick it up to save these soups. I was shocked when I was told that the Thai soup had no flavour and I had to order the Tom Yum soup if I wanted flavour. I confirmed, saying, The Thai soup is made purposely to have no flavour at all? Not even salt? The woman on the phone said, Yes.

Spicy chicken curry was really spicy (for me) but I finished it. It was packed with Thai flavour! Enjoyed it very much.

Got the sweet and sour pad Thai only thing I could taste was the pan, otherwise tasteless. Portion size is good. Their chicken dumplings were yummy. Disappointed.

Love, love, love Thai Express Belleville. The service is amazing. Im always greeted by happy, smiling staff who know my favorites but also arent afraid to make recommendations that they think I will love. My personal faves are Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Tom Yum, medium spice for both. If you havent tried it yet, its a must!

I go here at least once a week. I love the food. The staff is extremely friendly. Service is generally fast depending on how busy it is at the time. I have no complaints and will continue to order from here in the future.

But you re reading this to find out if the food is any good it slaps. My go-to orders are the general Thai pineapple and the ginger/cashew chicken stir fry. 11/10 A+++ wonderful nutritious food that doesn t make me feel like butt after I eat it.

Going to Kingston or Oshawa always meant a trip to Thai express, now its just down the road and as delicious as always!

The food was good as usual, but they would not let me use my SPC card without buying a combo. I ve never had to get a combo to use my SPC at other locations before.

The staff frequently close the store well before 10pm, the alleged closing time here on Google. I arrived at 9:40 once and the doors were locked and staff ignored me despite the hours still saying open

This place is so dirty. From the dining area to one of the grossest bathrooms Ive been in ( I didnt use it). Take out, but dont dine in. Luckily, I can see them make the food. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options, vegetarian options.

Our favourite takeout. We are usually there once a week. Love the fried chicken dumplings, stir fries and General Thai Mango Chicken & the cauliflower rice option. Their biggest asset however is their very friendly staff!

I told him a few things that Id had in the past and that I was in the mood for noodles. He and another fellow made me Tamarind Pad Thairacha... it was delicious!! Standard chain, nice employee serving. Food was basic, spring rolls are not worth it. They seem filled with the cheap stuff for appearance. Would be worth it if they had double the shrimp in it. They are also messy and fall apart.

Meal was terrible. Not cooked vegetables hard. Meal was mostly dry. Chickens was actually so tough. Never had tough chicken before. Most discus ting meal I have had in a while. Phone number goes to person that has not set up recording. Number was on website. Hope for no good for this company. Might not have been so ticked had they been professional enough to answer their phone since I had just left there and knew they were open! Best advise. Stay away from here

We ordered a Green curry and Pad Thai for take away. I have never had such a horrible version of Green curry before. I ve had much better at other Thai Express locations. Even I ve made better! Apparently this location has no idea about the flavour and consistency it s supposed to have. The green curry was dry! Very dry, with little flavour! The Pad Thai was only slightly better, but only because it wasn t as dry. Fortunately, we don t have to go their again! Very disappointed! Be warned. If you try it for take out, inspect it first. You ll be disappointed!

I have been to many different Thai Express locations; the new Belleville location is by far the best one I have ever been to. It was very clean and modern when we entered. We were greeted by two gentlemen who were very friendly and gave great service. The person prepping vegetables in the back gave a smile and a wave as well - seems like the staff is happy and friendly. The food was the best Thai Express I have ever had! We had Thai Fried Rice and Pad See-Ew, both were seasoned to perfection and saucy and delicious. Often you get those items and the rice is dry, or the noodles are clumpy, but the people who made the meal I had here did an excellent job. I have absolutely no complaints about this location - 100% recommended.

The staff were very friendly , however the food was worse than something youd get at a food court in the mall. We visited July 19, I ordered the noodle dish with wide noodles and broccoli there was no broccoli in my meal. The beef was disgusting, it tasted like it had been microwaved . You can tell when meat has been microwaved because it has a more musty Flavour . My father had another noodle dish with beef at it as the protein and his as well didnt taste good and the meat was chewy. My daughter got the soup and she decided to take it home to add some chicken broth to it because there was no flavor and the chicken was tough and also tasted like microwave heated meat. 3 meals cost over $60 which seemed quite pricey for what you actually received. My Dad decided to treat us to dinner, unfortunately it wasnt a good experience and I would not go back or recommend the food here.

Cute little place. Friendly staff! This was my first time visiting and I wont return. Ive been sick sense Thursday. Havent eaten sense Thursday evening. I went in Friday evening - and got the Thai Soup! The description on theit website made it sound delicious! Like it was gonna knock my cold in to the 3rd dimension. Bring on the heat and give our Thaï soup a try! A sweet, sour and spicy lemongrass infused chicken broth, packed with noodles and vegetables. It wasnt spicy , nor did it taste like chicken broth. Not even a hint of chicken broth. I also got chicken added (which again was disgusting).. my total for this bowl of sadness was $15!!! I could of spent an additional $5.00 and just made my own chicken soup. Im sure other stuff on their menu is bomb. But for the price - every customer should be walking away satisfied and full...

They ve got my order wrong every time I ve come here.

Not impressed in the least. Was there on Sunday and the person making our food did a pretend hand washing. The station is right there for everyone to see, I asked him to wash his hands again, he just dipped them in the water. Then finally I said, can you please use soap and wash your hands, youve been handling 2 cell phones. he was annoyed at me however, the fact that I had to tell him this twice didnt impress me. The food was mediocre at best. My sons meal was drenched in sauce over 1 cup of sauce for a small box - the food was swimming in it. Their fresh rolls are way over priced for what you get $7 for a shrimp rolls which contained 2 shrimps at best. For 2 meals and a fresh rolls our meal was over $42.00 which is disappointing especially when you end up throwing it out. Wont be returning and Im sorry Im having to post such a negative review.

Thai express is convenient, consistent, and complicated. Take the time and stare at the menu and make sure you understand how many variables are in front of you before you order. The food is fresh and seasoning is exactly the same as every other Thai express. This location can be quite busy.

Beef pad Thai, way too saucey- a pool of sauce at the bottom of the container. Also the sauce is too sweet. If you havent had genuine pad Thai, maybe this is what you want, but if youre used to the real deal, this does not do in a pinch. Not to mention, $17 is overkill for this, a spring roll and a drink.

Ordering for pick-up was a waste of time since the food wasnt ready at the stated time and there is no separate pick-up area - you stand in line with people coming in to order. They seem to think that everyone coming in for pickup lives on the street as they include plastic cutlery which simply gets tosssed when you get home. They didnt include the broccoli I ordered and there is no sauce with the curry. This is basically a food court eatery.

I had coupons which, my mom saw in the mail and this inticed us to order from Thai Express. Made order over the phone and explained I would like to use coupons and specified which ones. Took a picture as they had barcodes on them and at arrival was denied. Customer service was amazing and the employee really tried to make it work as she called supervisor and the owner which they both clearly rejected my claim. They wanted to see the original physical coupons which I left at home as we were picking up the order. Embarrassing and unnecessary as all I was asking for was to use the buy 3 meals and get 4th one free. The girl tried really hard but seems like the owner is stubborn and un reasonable.

Ive come here many times and keep forgetting to post a review so here it is! This place has great food at a pretty reasonable price. The place is really clean and has a good amount of seating. The staff are friendly and also helpful at making food accommodations and recommendations. They also sometimes have really great deals so I recommend you check their website before coming if youre more money conscious.

Hands down the worst fresh roll Ive ever had. It was so stuffed with filler lettuce, it was the size of a sausage bun it exploded and could not be held. Had to eat it like a salad lol..... and it had half pieces of shrimp. HOWEVER, for being fast food, the chicken pad thai was tasty enough; small noodles -not the kind you expect with pad thai.

Not too familiar with Thai food but gave it a try. Ordered the No 5 rice one time with chicken and the next time with shrimp. Appreciated being asked if I wanted a spicy version...definitely not. Chose the flavourful version. It was very good. Have also enjoyed the chicken meets beef. Portions are plentiful. Staff are courteous and helpful. Downside is the place is small and after you order you feel like youre in the way. Cost could be slightly lower. Will be back to try out a different menu item.
