The cuisine is very good with several meals on the menu. The service is a little slow but not unpleasant. The atmosphere is good with music. On the other hand, some things that I had on the menu are disappearing and I would like them to stay.

Always had good service with Barbies Beloeil, even if there was a problem with a meal or dessert, impeccable service and follow-up of the situation. We go there 1 to 2 times a month if not 3, its our restaurant outing with free Sundays for the children. Kid-friendliness: Small party cake with not too loud singing...just perfect! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available and parking...all on the ground floor

I ordered a strawberry mojito which tasted nothing and I took a sip and I returned them to take some which were the same taken only to be told that she could not not load the cocktail very annoyed gerente in addition to have ordered a medium rare flank steak only to receive a raw flank steak very disappointed despite the fact that the waitress was very nice

We went at least 30 minutes without seeing our waitress for no reason. Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies surrounding us during our meal. We should take action because it is quite unpleasant... Parking: Parking in a shopping center

That sums it all up. Ok atmosphere, ok service. Decent food but small portions for the price. So correct experience at a less correct price.

Yesterday, September 14, I went to the Bar side for dinner.. and the service from the waitress was mediocre.. Im not used to criticizing and even writing here.. but here I admit that it was really bad. service, I told the manager, because I had to get up to pay my bill, because it took a huge amount of time to get my bill..and it was the manager who was actually there, so I told him said.. just as I also told her that I really didnt like the service..well he told me that he would see about it, besides its the second time with this waitress and for years I have been going to this restaurant for years, especially on the bar side, this is the second time that I have been so disappointed with the same waitress..yesterday was the height of being so poorly served.

Aside from the poorly cooked frozen pizzas, the food was okay, nothing more in this formerly better-rated restaurant. Certainly its not a big restaurant but the shortage of labor is a problem in my opinion.

Restaurant sympathique, les spéciaux sont intéressants. Mise à jour: nous y sommes retourné . Nourriture correcte, mais service très long, on a attendu très longtemps pour avoir notre pichet, puis 25 minutes pour nos 2 bières, nous avons terminé et annulé nos consommations. Mon opinion, mauvaise communication et mauvaise division des tâches non efficaces.

This is the third and final time Ive requested via doordash and uber! The 3 delivery men told me the same thing, they dont serve them, they ignore them at the moment the delivery man who represents me told me that its been 5 minutes and no one has asked him anything!! Please, a little more respect, neither they nor we are animals! we are people too!! If you dont like serving delivery people because you dont get tips from them, do them a favor and turn off the apps.

My sister and I were lucky enough to be served by Julie on Thursday June 13 at lunchtime. She gave us exceptional service with a wonderful smile. Everything was perfect! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS!

Terrible service

My parents went for dinner and they loved it but our bad experience was at lunch, out of 8 bills 5 had errors, the orders almost all had errors, the water was never refilled, I asked for extra bacon 2 times and she never came back with... the waitress was unpleasant and supposedly in training, she told us that the smoothie machine was broken, 15 minutes later another waitress brought smoothies for another table (very ordinary) and despite everything she blamed the kitchen and didnt apologize. She didnt even wish us a good day. I wont name the waitress but we certainly wont be returning.

Ark worst restaurant! We ordered a starter which arrived at the same time as dinner... My plate of half rib raise pitted the two stiff steaks... there was no more coleslaw that came with our plates... it was We had to say it because no one knew about the shortage

In Beloeil, weve been going there 2-3 times. A little misery with the steak cooking, the seafood gratin, less generous than some days, Plate of shrimp, served without salad, come back with extra sweet potatoes thinking that that was what was missing. The waiter didnt want to return to the kitchen for fear of being teased by the cook. Quite an ordinary experience this Fathers Day.

Beloeil Barbies. My partner had a little problem with his pizza. The manager kindly offered us a replacement and the waitress apologized too. This is the first time this has happened to us at this restaurant. Well done and thank you for everything! Parking: Parking in a shopping center

Basic pizza and spaghetti

Worst lunch place in the area. The sausages were overcooked and lacked content. The waitresses did not know their own menus. A waitress at the bar wore worn-out leggings which showed a pink bobette peeking through. The whole thing made me feel like vomiting. In short, a severe bill at $60 for two.

So long....2 hours to get our plates...the children were served last (spaguettit). Overcooked filet mignon, old oil fish and chips, chicken breast bathing in sauce. Really not good... We asked for bread for the children while waiting, never received! Mistakes in our meals, very ordinary food. Last time for us!

Miniature sourdough side overcooked and dry, an empty plate, lasagna noodles stuck one on top of the other, no sauce between each, 1/2 inch of dough stuck together, and the waitress had to tell us it was normal , so this is the norm, never again

Onion soup, small portion with 3-4 pieces of onion, garlic croutons instead of crusty bread which spoils the taste, and a little cheese. Dont waste your money on this. Decent chicken Caesar salad. The correct rib steak, a little overcooked and pulled in the meat. Fries were good. In short, dont think about going back, I was quite disappointed. The waitress was nice though.

It was our first time at this place. The food is quite good. We had a steak. Mine was perfect but my partners was very undercooked, the cooking requested was medium and there were quite tough sinews in his meat. A little disappointing when you think that at this price, everything should be very good. We dont often treat ourselves to restaurants so.....disappointing. Otherwise, the waitress was very attentive and had a good atmosphere.

Pleasantly surprised. Courteous staff, we were treated to a beautiful, good, inexpensive meal. We were in a group, with young people, everything went wonderfully. Great family place. Kid-friendliness: Our group was 50/50 adults and children. Excellent relationship with all from the staff.

We placed a take-out order which was supposed to be ready around 6:32 p.m. I had to ask several times for my order which was a simple club and burger with fries. I was told my order was next. Then it will be ready in 2 minutes...anything. The burger meat was overcooked and so was the chicken. I find it boring because we ordered several times during covid and it was good, but not anymore.

Excellent Sunday lunch restaurant, very reasonable bill for eating good salmon in a beautiful atmosphere. 4/5 for the kitchen because not all the dishes are excellent and its still almost franchise fast food, but still very good, 4/5 for the service because not all waitresses are who take their work to heart, 5/5 for the atmosphere because rare are the places with music with such a well balanced sound and although I have not inspected in depth all the corners of the restaurant it seems really very clean to me, toilets are a good indicator. I highly recommend!

We decided to return to Barbies Beloeil. Excellent service from Maeva. Kind and very attentive young girl. We took the package at $40.00. Personally I took the onion soup in addition to my wifes minestrone from the menu. 2 seafood casseroles. All excellent presentation. Accompanied by a generous and delicious Caesar salad. Nice atmosphere; muted music. Parking: The restaurant is located in the shopping center although it is accessed through an exterior entrance. Parking is therefore immense. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking nearby, sidewalk adapted to facilitate access; the door step is flat.

For the main meal I had the flank steak, I wanted pink inside but no blood flowing on my plate and the waitress told me medium, I received my plate and the flank steak was very very dry and overcooked , the seafood casserole, which our friend chose, was liquid like water, no taste, the cesar salad which accompanied it was sorely lacking in vinaigrette. The chef, who is the owner according to the waiter, refused to replace my bib and asked me to select something else, very ordinary!!!!!!!! Ive never seen this as a service in a restaurant

Very disappointed with the service at lunch. The waiter made several mistakes and instead of trying to correct them, he persisted and apologized instead of taking action. Example: I received the wrong eggs and instead of making them again, the waiter made two trips to the kitchen to finally ask me if I would mind keeping the bad eggs since it was the kitchen that made a error?!?
