Yesterday, December 8, I went to pick up two jumbo chicken poutines with two small extra sauces $63.77 total order, when I arrived home I noticed the two poutines were very very pale, I distributed the portions on the plates almost not sauce hardly any chicken and cheese the fries way too dry so we ate it anyway we werent hungry after eating the first poutine I looked at the second exactly the same, I took my car I went to the counter I asked A refund the cashier tells me we can make you another one I tell her no fear shes the same super nice shell get a young guy also super courteous he offers to make me another one I tell him no I Im going to go elsewhere he reimbursed me for my meal and he was completely dissl I told him and said I dont even understand how a cook can give poutines the same way I think its not what these are a real poutine the moral of this story I have been benny.co and I loved it.

We placed an order from this location. The delivery man came with his vehicle in front of the house after 1 hour of our order, only to leave without even coming to deliver anything to us. We called and the delivery guy had forgotten one of the two items in our order. He turned around and came back after a total of 1.5 hours of waiting. The food was delivered to us cold. Despite our 3 phone calls to follow up on our order, the service received was of poor quality and we received no compensation or apology from them. Avoid...grotesque customer service. Lack of professionalism and when we asked to speak to the manager, he was too busy to take our call.

The food was very good, fresh, hot and tasty. What impressed me was that it was during peak hour when I came with my friend and we only waited 10-15 maximum before seeing our two orders again! We were the last in the line of 8 people waiting. The service was very fast as I said and the lady who served us was very kind, she showed us the different formats of their meal and she patiently gave us other explanations, since it was my first time in a Benny&Co. Definitely a restaurant where the employees deserve their tips! The atmosphere? Well it was a waiting line with chairs, so like any restaurant that only offers take out and delivery. The only negative point is the tight parking! There is room for around 6-7 cars, including those of delivery people and employees...

Worst Bennys greasy and dry fries and service Horrible Finished for me and the family

I order a chicken poutine with extra chicken and 6 croquettes on DoorDash. Coke and sauce for the croquettes are not included (this is not the first time they have forgotten my drink). There are only 5 kibbles, they are cold and hard. The poutine has little sauce and zero extra chicken and minimal cheese. Frankly very disappointing. And I very rarely complain.

During my last 3 orders there were either missing items that we paid for, or they did not put the right thing ordered and during the last order a meal was missing! I called to explain the situation and ask that the meal not received be refunded or that we receive compensation. The lady told me no because they are going to return a meal... which was received 50 minutes later, great fun for the person in our family who has to eat alone. Thats 3 family meals that you scrapped for us, never again for us Benny Beloeil! Im not the type to complain, look at my other reviews, but this is too much!

Seriously, this restaurant is really not good. Fries not cooked, incomplete order like a club no chicken, a popcorn poutine no chicken popcorn, no sauce. You order a breast you get a thigh no salad and so on.

Update 2024-09-02: Fries smell and taste not good. Bread too. The rest is OK. There isnt a single customer left when we go there. The order is ready in just 5 minutes so reheated? Its time for the owners to wake up (for the umpteenth time). Who is responsible for running the restaurant in Beloeil?

I had an exceptional experience at Benny Rôtisserie. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The roast chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. The sides were delicious and complemented the meal perfectly. Many thanks to our waitress, who provided excellent service for our takeout order. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal

Unacceptable Ordering Experience I wanted to share my recent experience with your service and, let me tell you, it is not glorious. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. With EVERY order, the meal arrives cold . Where did the heat of the dishes go, huh? In addition, the classic Poutines are always missing sauce. And of course, there is always a forgotten item. Its a habit now, I guess. The delay is supposed to be 5 minutes, but it is always 1 hour. Really, how is this possible? The delivery man rings the bell and throws the order on the porch as if it were a suspicious package, then runs away like a thief . This is the last time I order from you! Managers ? Just inexperienced young people whose only response is Oh Im sorry. Try to eat excuses, its impossible. Three dishes for $70, and everything is cold. Half of the order is still missing and I could go on like this for hours...

I went to pick up an order at the Beloeil branch. White meat club sandwich and garden salad. I ordered ribs... They called me to tell me that they were out of ribs so I changed to a chicken breast with rice... It arrived quite quickly, the breast of chicken had no bbq sauce the bread was half toasted and I also ordered cheese sticks (12) we received 10... And to top it all off... In my bowl there was half a bread clip and the olives which appear to be calamata in the images of their application are black olives which I hate! A little disappointed with my order...

Ordinary service, the 2 ladies at reception are not focused, they talk very loudly about their Disney tattoos on their calves, nails, hairstyles, tans etc. Im not interested in knowing that. My family and I frequently order chicken from Benny BBQ in Beloeil. The quality of their products and their delivery times have long been impeccable. However, for some time the overall quality has declined. Order errors and delivery delays have become frequent. Scarcity of labor or poor administration? Today we ordered 4 sandwich clubs (ADD 1187856-1). A bill for $80.54. Our order arrived cold like it came out of the fridge. When we called the restaurant to complain, the manager offered us compensation that did not cover the value of our order, claiming that we would eat it anyway... When I asked that our order be returned to us instead, he told us announced a second delay of 45 minutes. We had already waited an hour for the first order, we dont want to wait 45 minutes more. We hung up without compensation and without a new order. What we do have, however, is the certainty that we will order elsewhere next time.

I ordered a crispy chicken wrap, my mom did too and my dad a dark meat club...we received a fries meal with sample wrap and club. Honestly, Ive never had a meal that was so sparse with so little meat... a quarter of what was in meals before. Be careful, if you ever have an error in your order, the manager is really not understanding and you have to work hard to get credit that looks good. In our case, ordered chicken poké bowl received without chicken and an extra sauce poutine without extra sauce but well priced. Managed to get a credit of only $5. I cant help but notice the lack of attention when preparing orders. Here I am on my 4th order in. This branch of Bennys rotisseries and the 4th mistake when preparing my bowl order. Each time it concerns the basis of the preparation or the lack of an extra requested (and paid). However, everything is clearly mentioned on the invoice. What is more shocking is that the rice/salad base is even highlighted on the invoices. In itself, an error from time to time is quite normal, but the repetition with each order leaves me perplexed as to the quality of the branchs service. It s a shame to say but Benny and co are doing better . It all adds up to indifferent staff who just say, Here s a $2 off your next bill. Its not a discount that I want but my order well done. A $2 doesnt make up for my half-empty plate with the missing lettuce and rice. We cant even check our order without having to open the boxes so we have no choice but to trust the staff.

This Benny is really bad! The second time I ordered a chicken popcorn bowl, and missing 2 basic ingredients in both bowls!! The dried cranberries and grated cheese were missing! No, but its really laughing at people, and at the price we pay for food, is it possible to at least have what we order!!?? Plus the popcorn chicken was cold! I also took a chicken leg plate which was inedible with the pink/red chicken inside! Seriously to avoid as a place!!!

Way too expensive for nothing, the chicken garden salad is just ridiculously small for the price, its not what it once was. The chicken fillets had no sauce and everything was cold. It looks like Benny is going to decide to cut corners on quality while increasing prices.

Poutine sauce is no longer the same. Benny sauce is the best. I dont know whats been happening for about a year, but every time I have poutine, the sauce is diluted. Either the person who makes the sauce doesnt make it correctly or you cut costs and dilute it. Its really not good. She was so good. Now she doesnt taste anything anymore. Damage. Good morning, I bought Benny in Beloeil, I asked the cashier if it was possible to have more sauce in my 2 chicken poutines because the last time we had the same problem (very little sauce, so very little that the cheese remains intact) and at the bottom of the bowl there is no sauce on the fries. The voted #1 in all categories I have no idea who voted and what the categories were but its a pure lie because reading the reviews from no matter the branch if they are #1 its in the poor quality... Order a chicken salad meal, get old rusty salad with the celery, the tomatoes missing a dozen peas, a roughly cut chicken and a cup of a tablespoon of mayo for a large salad. The chicken breast... cold fries in very small quantities, such cold and tasteless chicken.

After 1:30 of waiting we called to learn that the online order had not yet been prepared by mistake...

Very very disappointed with our order this evening. I ordered at 6:12 p.m. and delivery will be between 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. At 7:20 p.m. I called to follow up and the lady told me that my order hadnt come out yet. At 7:50 p.m. I called back to follow up a second time, the same lady told me the order was out for delivery. The order arrived at 8:30 p.m., I am 5 minutes from the rotisserie. 2h15 to receive our order and the lady never informed us that they had a delivery issue. Delivery guy told us there were 2 delivery guys.

Honestly.. waiting 3 hours for the meal and when it finally arrived 3 hours later... totally cold... really disappointed..

No more 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting to be called a liar when I said the time I had ordered, even though I had proof by text and email. I find it really ordinary. I understand that you are overwhelmed, but its also normal to wonder what happens after 1 hour.

Delivery notice, worst delivery a fast food can do. Takes 2 hours to prepare and not deliver. I ordered at 5:30 a.m. and still not delivered at 7:30 a.m. We called and they told us it wasnt even ready yet. Dont order there if youre dining or are impatient

Very very disappointed! Receive a general tao poutine with very poorly cooked chicken (soft and cold) and especially the poutine looked like a soup because it had so much sauce! Anything! Plus $20 for a simple poutine? I dont know whats going on at your restaurant, but you seriously need to wake up in the kitchen. Before it was very good but today (November 8, 2022) it has become pitiful. Benny and Co are a lot better now!

Its clearly a joke to send an order like that and its really a theft!! Order a chicken poutine and only have a few crumbs.. really?? I would be embarrassed to serve this to a customer at the price we paid for poutine!!! Too bad there is no option to put zero as a rating!!

Two order errors in the same evening! Ok it can happen. But the minimum is to apologize. I felt like I was disturbing!!!!

I ordered a club, we made a mistake, we forgot to put the salad ..I call back my crediter 2...its a joke...if its not laughing at the world and the assistant manager told me if I wasnt happy to call elsewhere...wooowww...never the others...

Since it had been a while since we had ordered since our last orders were missing items or cooking, we decided to give it another chance. We placed the order online and arrived there, they had not received our order. It doesnt matter, things happen. They made our order. Arriving home, the desserts, the sauce for the croquettes were missing and in the club sandwiches no lettuce and half destroyed. We called to make the mention. What a surprise to see that the manager didnt care that the clubs didnt have salad (this was not a request we made). We understand the cost of current lettuce, but mentioning that they will be lettuce free would be nice or at least apologizing not responding I dont care. The desserts and sauce were returned to us. However, the service from the lady at the counter 5/5 which makes the star, but honestly for the rest... we couldnt give less stars.

Courteous service and good food. On the other hand, if you order extras, it is better to check before leaving. Its been twice recently that my extra sauce was not in the box even though I had asked the person taking the orders for confirmation. The second time, the person even checked with the kitchen to tell me: of course, your extra is in the box. Now I ask that the extras be put in a separate bag.
