Excellent service and cuisine on point!

I usually eat a Bangkok salad every time I go to St Hubert. They are always excellent, except the last one I ate, last Wednesday. The vinaigrette that coated the arugula was very salty and there was too much of it, the arugula was bathed in it. I was really disappointed. It just wasnt really good. The beige vinyl seats are broken, very uncomfortable.

After more than one visit, very lukewarm chicken fillets, soft fries and taste of old oil! Hotchiken little chicken with yucky, warm crunch. Please avoid this restaurant which is borderline clean and lousy service!!

Its hot outside so were thirsty. The cashier does not tell us that the liquor machine is defective. There is no ice and the liquor is hot. Had I known, I would not have taken the drink in these circumstances.

The beige chairs need to be reupholstered. Most of them have a hollow in the center which requires us to only sit on the end. Very unpleasant and tiring. There ambient temperature was very hot. The air conditioning was barely available. Why not reopen the second floor since Covid. There is sometimes not enough space for larger groups. Otherwise, the food is always good!! Parking: Lots of places.

First time for me in a Saint-Hubert express, good meal on the other hand these limited in alcoholic drinks, when I go to Saint-Hubert with bar, I am entitled to sangria. I understand that these are an express, the name says it. Fast and good but I like Saint-Hubert better with the full service.

I know it is important that the chicken must arrive hot to customers, but not so hot that it puts the safety of users at risk!!! So speeding, one-way streets going the wrong way (among other things...) THATS NO!!!!

It blows my mind how the St-Hubert looks awful. But asoir is the best. Order 2 grilled chicken wraps, there is 1 slice of wet salad and a slice of uncooked bacon in a wrap cut in half. The fries which are very wet and moist.... dont care! That means it didn t taste like much per square inch!!!! Lack of ingredients, lack of love, lack of wanting to give a quality product to customers. Delivery was correct, courteous deliveryman and well correct at least.

This restaurant has deteriorated a lot over time! Chicken cooked to the limit, cold fries for everyone, motorized sauce, 2nd floor (where the toilets are) closed. Last time for me. 8 times out of 10, something is missing from my order, or it s not what I ordered: Piri-piri chicken without the piri-piri sauce, Orders a double leg meal and finds a quarter chicken instead And in my last order of 4 meals; only one had coleslaw. Too bad because the meals are good, but St-Hubert is over for me.

Back this evening, February 12, to a beautiful clear sauce without taste, in fact we were treated to 2 weeks of happiness! Monday at a low price we add more water in the sauce!

Believe it or not! No dark meat twice on the weekend..no sauce available at the self-service counter. I asked and was ignored by the staff, very poor service and a shame because we were loyal customers but you lost us without bothering to contact us following our complaint, that really says a lot. Very service PS: to the person who just wrote from StHubert, if you look at my message it says that I have already filed a complaint and no one has contacted me.....

Very disappointed with the service received. The girl at the counter was disinterested in her job. Unable to give me details on the dishes of the week listed on the slate. Disappointed with the quality of the food. The coleslaw was not fresh. We ordered a brownies which was actually the lunch version. For the price, it was a very disappointing experience.

Delivery 644 Wednesday December 16, 2020 4:20 p.m. order 1 double thigh and 1 fillets 3 arrival of the order 5:26 p.m. both overcooked thighs with black skin and lean thighs with no meat on the bone cold fries and sauce missed meal 2 complaints in 6 months of the same problem order with NIL delivery (next order Ill call Benny)

Last Saturday, we ordered food for 4 adults and 3 children (delivery). For the children, we took 3 pet stores. When the person on the phone asked what we wanted for the kids to drink, we said the apple juices that come with the pet store. The employee then mentioned that they were out of apple juice at the moment, and he asked if orange juice was the same, to which we said yes. When the meal arrived, the delivery man left and we then saw that the 3 orange juices were not a replacement for the apple juice that is included, they cost 3.50 + taxes each, so around $13 worth of juice of orange which we didnt really need, but which we took because it was included according to our understanding. I decided not to call back for a refund during the Saturday night rush, so I called back 3 days later, on Tuesday, hoping to at least be offered some sort of credit. Finally, the customer service person preferred to tell me that it was an employee error, that the juice is not even included with the pet stores in delivery, basically and to tell me that the employee would be notified of their error. She then put me on hold to speak to someone else for 10 minutes only to come back and tell me there was nothing she could do and that I should have called back the next day at the most, and that by Tuesday. it was too late. Were just talking about $13, its not worth going out of your way for that, but in terms of customer service, well come back...

Extremely bad experience. Ordered two garden salads with chicken, one with grilled chicken and one with roast chicken. Made a mistake with one of the two orders not once, but twice, no apology or regret. Insignificant portion of chicken on one of the two plates.

Overcooked chicken thighs, very small chicken skewers, bad tasting liquor, Ketchup in a sachet. Table not clean. Excellent St-Hub hamburger, good fries, hot and good cream of chicken.

Group of 19 people, we try to order online and it says impossible! We tried several times even after contacting customer service..., on a computer, create an account, put yourself in guest mode, change cards etc etc We call and do not prepare any orders by phone to pick up except the deliveries!!!! RIDICULOUS. So we ordered elsewhere, it would be time to review your online systems in 2023.

Dined there at 7pm on a Saturday, the experience was ruined by lukewarm sauce and limp rice, probably prepared too far in advance. All the more disappointing given the bill of almost $50 for two adults.

Ordered a St-Hubert poutine and the sauce was so clear that it looked like it had been cut with water (we could see through it) there was also a hamburger with piri-piri and once again so little piri - piri it wasnt even worth adding some and the poutine on the side same problem of clear sauce cut with water....Im a fan of St-Hubert and the first time its disgusting like that! !

I went to buy a quarter breast Piri Piri with Caesar salad and a chocolate mousse and they didnt put my Caesar salad. I arrived home and there was just the chicken breast in the box and nothing else. I had to eat my chicken without any side dishes.

Nourriture ok. Mais il nous manquaient quelques ingrédients que nous avions commandé 2 salade de choux , la sauce aigre-douce, il y avait 3 ailes de poulet au lieu de 4. Deplus le citron pour la salade était sec. Peut-être rafraîchir le produit en cour de journée. Avec la hausse de prix on sattend à la perfection dans notre sélection et les produits.

We used the drive thru. There were three of us. The food was delicious we were asked how much for gratuity however it would have been nice to have been asked if we would like: ketchup salt napkins perhaps a fork although I can recommend the coleslaw snow cone we are at the park it was messy goodness.

dry and really overcooked chicken. traditional salad when you ask for creamy. the sauce is now cut with water. Its really liquid and tasteless. I understand why there was no one in the restaurant on this Friday evening. Its over for me and its a shame because it was good before.

You shouldnt expect the service of a classic St-Hubert (obviously) but despite everything, the food is almost as good. Hence the 4 stars, I ate rice with my chicken fillets and it clearly came out of a cup like kept in the fridge and reheated.. but still good the same nothing to say about the fillets

Do not show up between meal times. I show up there around 2 p.m. and there is no employee to take my order at the counter. I catch the eye of the cook who hastens to look elsewhere. Another employee who was at the drive-thru... no sign to let me know that someone was going to take my order. The girl at the drive-thru is going to chat with the cook... all this right in front of me... as if I were invisible. However, I weigh more than 200lbs, I am far from invisible. A third employee arrives, she goes to the cash register, she passes a foot from me, looks at me, doesnt say a word, she gets a drink and goes back where she came from. Poufff gone. After 10 minutes of waiting at the counter, it was too much. I left without being able to devour my club sandwich . I had to go to the nearest Bennys. Unfortunately this is the last time I go to this restaurant....

Disappointing order delivery experience. It seems the delivery guy didnt like the amount of tip given in advance. He simply slammed the door after highlighting the tip in yellow on the bill. When I called the branch I was told a manager would call me back, but no one called back. What percentage should I have left so that my front door wouldnt be slammed 10%, 15%, 18%, 20%, 25%? After your employee slammed my front door, what percentage do you think I should have left? I received a response during the week from the manager apologizing for the situation. We are always free to tip at our discretion.

Really disappointed with the quality! 4 meals 2 for children 2 adults 1 wrap and 1 Burger! $80 arrived cold and sweet potato fries $4 for a dozen fries. My wrap was tiny. At this price it is very disappointing! Last time for us. Next time well go to dinner somewhere worthwhile.

Spend here with family for dinner and take a break from the road on our little trip the parking lot is behind but very close and clears snow well inside very clean and very large and in their express formulas they have real plates and real utensils a very good point and our order arrived very quickly the taste was exactly as we expected so thank you we will come back

Disappointing to wait 1h30 (delivery expected in 30 minutes) to receive a delivery with an undercooked rib (rare!!! Not even pink) and an undercooked breast (pink). The quality has literally dropped, the value for money is no longer there.
