Cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired. In fact its dirty.

Closed at 9:20 p.m. on a Thursday.

The employee was unclear about the choices available. There werent all the wrap choices and no onion and parmesan twist.

Arriving at 9 a.m. the doors are locked and the drive-thru closes, I try to call without answer, 2 minutes later an employee enters the restaurant so I try again the door remains locked and the phone does not answer neither. Where is the 24/24?

My partner works night shift. After work he decides to take a walk and go get some lunch. A big guy with tattoos is opening the Tim Hortons, he tells him to go away and not to wander around! My partner tells him that he wants to eat and he replies that it is impossible for the moment. My partner waits for the opening, the cashier tells him that in Beloeil there are no people like him that the people are from Bougieux, that we are not in Longeuil here. My partner, in shock, cannot understand what is happening and tells him; I am a customer and I want to be served with respect. The cashier replies have a good day, pro.Trump criss!!! I dont know what made the cashier act like that, my partner is a 43 year old white man, he was well dressed, clean looking and not neglected. I understand the staff shortage but perhaps hiring people with precarious mental health conditions is not appropriate for working with customers? This is completely outrageous!

3:15 p.m. and no more donuts theyre so hard..........

Seriously... every morning I get the urge to go there... there is a lack of choice and in the evening there is nothing left at all... not to mention that there are no more orders to the car around 5:00 p.m.... got there... closed then... and give your donut recipes to the McDonalds, they will know what to do with it and give the exemplary service that they have always been able to give. Its hard for Tim.

Superb service I love young people. A salary increase would be great to encourage them. I love the service of Elodie Payette, always smiling, I love it. Plus always stocked especially on Saturday mornings. 5 stars for this superb Tim Hortons

The service is terrible, the employees are stupid and do their job poorly in the kitchen. The iced cappuccinos are watery with no slush, the bagels barely have cream cheese on them The service is very slow. In addition, the employees do not listen to customer requests and if they do it is with a stupid face and looks badly at the customer. We even found hairs in our food, this is unacceptable.

Arrived at 6:00 p.m. this Sunday, June 30, 2024. There are no donuts (the same situation had already happened to me last time I was there). I politely ask the cashier to make me 2 dozen donuts. Tell me they close in about 2 hours and are no longer making them. I ask him to prepare some for me and that I will wait without any problem. The cashier tells me that she is not trained to make donuts and I see an employee in the back who is clearly trained because he does not do the cash register. I tell him that I worked at a Tim Hortons for 5 years and that everyone is trained to make donuts. The donuts arrive frozen and are cooked in 2 minutes in a rapid oven. All that remains is to add the icing and wait 10 minutes for it to dry. She tells me she wont do it anyway. So thats it, Im NEVER going to go back to this Tims again and for coffee Ill go to the McDonalds which is next door. A Tims goal is to make coffee AND donuts especially when a customer says theyll wait for you to make them because theyre guaranteed sales. What a disservice. Being the franchisee, I swear to you that a disciplinary notice would be in order! Hes losing great sales and thats just me, imagine all the others leaving empty-handed. What a bad customer experience. Imagine, I was ready to wait and they spat out $40 worth of products if we calculate the total with the 2 iced cappuccinos we would have had while waiting. No loss of product because they would have made a specific quantity. Really customer service, a big zero! I cant wait to see the automated message from the franchisee who will follow this notice telling me that he cares about his customers and to fill out a form... automated notice in 3...2...1...

Wednesday July 10, 2024, 1:06 a.m. Closed and barred door. yet you say open day and night. When did it change? The first confinement?

There was no sausage or potato for lunch. We got hairs in our cookie and donut as well as what I suspect was eggshell in my timatin. Disappointed

Extremely dirty floor, tables so worn and dirty. Flies wander around on the donuts. Paper and napkins often on the floor. Trash cans overflowing What can we say about the outside if we dont clean inside its no better outside.

Very long wait above 40 minutes Inaccurate order. Cold brewed with cream that has turned. Espresso foam not present. Eggshell (almost a case of choking) ah I forgot in my blt I had asked for it to be sausage but he put me Bacon noted that the other two sandwiches were also sausage and I had to have it corrected the situation and I was only given two sandwiches and I had to fight to get the missing sandwich back, I was called a liar and an unintelligent person who didnt know how to count with a derogatory look.... TIM IS NOT 24h To all the people who take the time to read this message: Yes the lack of employees is present yes it is possible that your 3 wraps will take time at the drive because they are not much on the floor if you are not happy make them at home. Secondly, yes, cardboard straws are available in almost all fast food restaurants, if youre not happy, go buy some at dollorama. As for the comments about dirty floors etc. its the same people who would complain because the employees do the tasks while there are people around. They dont always have time to mop the floor when theres a rush, plus as customers we owe them the same thing, which is to throw away our belongings and not leave our waste on the floor and on the tables. It is also likely that they will have to close due to lack of employees. Finally, Im not yelling at the employee who serves you because there are things missing, its in NO way their fault. Ask to see the manager. Very sloppy service from the staff. No donuts at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon and only 2 kinds of Timbits. The staff spoke in English to each other and very dirty place.

I went to the drive-thru today. There were 4 cars before us. Very long service. We gave our order. Arriving at the cash register it took a very long time to be served. The cashier prepared donuts for one of the following cars while taking the time to chat with her colleagues. Only to be told that there was no more bread for the sandwich ordered. And to make a change there is never the donut chosen. I know its not the cashiers fault but she could have given us this information more quickly and above all with less stupid appearance.

I went there recently and a boomer style lady treated the young man (clearly new) like old trash openly in front of the customers. Then I go back this morning and the same Madame Sauvage gives me very unprofessional service. For my part, this was my last visit to this Tim for a long time.

The daytime week is still on track!! I adore you! On the other hand, in the evening or on the weekend its another thing... I had to make my iced coffee 3 times before I got it correctly because the young person who was there was clearly laughing at me... putting sugar packets in my iced coffee thinking that I wont realize it... But in short, they will grow and improve so thats it! Dont give up!

Dont go there for Timbits they never have more than 3-4 kinds at a time and in a box of 50 mixed they give us 35 plain browns that no one likes. Still very disappointing!

I was the only car at the drive-through order. It took 7 minutes before my order was taken, then another 15 minutes to receive the order on top of having made mistakes lots of times. No one seemed to be really working inside. Out of 8 employees only 1 had a headset from the drive to take orders, the others had their headphones and were preparing personal orders rather than serving customers. I know succession isn t always easy but it literally felt like a daycare inside. Plus they even forgot to charge me, which I realized just before leaving. This is not the first time that a situation like this has happened to Serge-Pépin. Tim Hortons discourages me every time I visit .

I wanted us to take a detour to go somewhere else because I hate this Tim it always takes too long and often makes mistakes....but my boyfriend didnt want it.... He quickly regretted his decision it took 25 minutes to get our order. We ordered 2 wraps, a bacon and a sausage but there was a shortage of bacon and we were not informed when we asked for our order because we saw people arriving after us to get theirs. order that we were told that.... She was told not to make sausage when I received the wraps both were bacon I asked why she told me there were no more sausages but I got it seen making a sausage sandwich for the person behind me..... But by the time she waited after the bacon she had used up the sausages... Also there were 2 sandwich stations full of people going in circles back and forth and the girl with the sandwich didnt provide... Why did no one go and help her. And the other girl who had the girl with the sandwich was telling the others about the party he was going to have or I dont know in short really not productive their business I had the impression that everyone had their feet in the same shoe. This Tim will always remain among the worst Tims to avoid in my list of Tims.

Pretty sober fast food place atmosphere. The first coffee seemed to have a drinking temperature of 30°, but was replaced without any problems. Quite a long waiting time inside the restaurant, the drive-thru customers tied up a lot of staff.

Staff talking too much, you do not need staff chatting, and they dont see the customers waiting for service, not good for business purposes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waiting 15 minutes at the window with another 15 minutes to take an order is ridiculous!

Im giving 5 stars because when I go through the drive-thru with my dog on the way to the dog park, the employees offer him a Tim Bit :) I saw this a lot when I lived out west but this is the first time this happens to me in Quebec!

OMG drive-thru service Friday August 19, 2022 7:22 p.m. very poor customer service.

We tried to order a croissant and a spicy autumn muffin without success. They were not available. We ordered a coffee and a mocha, the result was total disappointment, the coffee tasted like an old coffee maker and the mocha we wouldnt have been able to guess If we hadnt ordered it, it tasted like nothing.
