1810 Rue Richelieu, Beloeil, Quebec J3G 4S4, Canada
Rooms feature modern furnishings, balconies & views of the river, plus an on-site bistro.
It was a pleasure staying at the Hôtel Rive Gauche. The rooms are spacious, and the best part is that there’s no carpet. The shower is roomy, and the view from the balcony is exactly as advertised. It’s my pleasure to recommend Hôtel Rive Gauche as a great place to stay when in the area. Thanks again to the wonderful staff.
This hotel is an hidden gem in the area. The service is always great and the rooms are cosy. The service at the restaurant for breakfast is amazing and the food os delicious.
Checked in, tv didn’t work. Front desk came, fixed nothing and don’t speak English. The next day same thing, I eventually fixed it br rebooting it. Came hone Sunday night at 8 to meet friends for a drink, the bar is closed, Never again.
Beautiful hotel! Spacious, comfortable, and very clean, luxurious rooms. Excellent location too - we felt very safe at all times. Prices were surprisingly quite reasonable as well. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, and this contributed to extensive discomfort throughout our night here, as it was also extremely dry in our room. We loved having a balcony, but unfortunately there was an infestation of spiders, which made it difficult to enjoy. We do realize that this is something that is a challenge to manage at times.
An exceptionally nice hotel. Beautiful grounds by the river. The staff was great. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. RM 316 was very nice with king-size bed, clean sheets and fresh pillows and cute little balcony with chairs. The restaurant and outdoor patio was also clean and attractive and quite busy. The dress was casual to formal. The service was good as expected on a busy Friday night in July. The menu is a little limited and very exclusive and is reflected in the prices, but the food was good. We didn't drink but the bar appears top class. Parking is tight but there is plenty with a little exploring and patience.||When booking be sure to carefully call the hotel directly, and save the additional fees and taxes charged by a reservation agent. ||Highly recommended hotel.
Meh. Definitely not a 4 star property. No service whatsoever - check in wasn’t friendly and we weren’t even asked about our stay at checkout. Reception not able to book the restaurant for guests. Room was so smelly - it gave me a headache. A random car parked right in front of my window/balcony on the first floor so I wasn’t comfortable opening the balcony door to air out the smelly room. The only redeeming aspect was the restaurant (fantastic dinner; skip the breakfast). Wouldn’t be back especially for the price of $300 per night.
Great room with beautiful view but close to the a busy highway. We could hear the traffic through the night. The hotel is clean with lots of parking and easy to get to. Lots of restaurants near by. I would recommend for some of the rooms to have the plumber fix the clogged sinks and wobbly toilets.
I have to say that this stay has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I've had at a hotel. Short version is that we booked a week with 2 rooms at this hotel at the end of July/early August 2023. We did the same last year at pretty much the same time (mid-August). Last year, rates were about 65% cheaper. I understand that everything has increased in price across the industry and I knew the rate when I booked. The issue I had, other that the rooms smelling like mildew and old stinky feet, is that there was a laminated notice in the room upon our arrival stating that no one would be cleaning the room, due to "staffing issues". For our entire stay, no one entered to room to clean, or replace towels, soap, or even refill the coffee/sugar etc. If we needed anything, we had to go to the front desk to ask or chase down the cleaning staff cleaning the rooms for new arrivals for clean towels. This may sound petty, but when you pay premium prices, you expect better. Nowhere did they advise that we would have to fend for yourself when booking, and by the time we found out, it was too late to cancel or move to another hotel. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. You raise your rates by 65% and can't find staff? Maybe offer a 65% better wage and I'm sure you will find staff to fill the position. Having a laminated sign in the room looks like the exception has become the policy to save/make more money from unsuspecting guests. Read the past reviews like I should have; this laminated sign has been in the rooms since May 2023 at least! Sounds like they are focused on saving money by cutting corners. What’s next, recycling the bed sheets without washing them?? After all, this isn't a vacation rental...||||Also, not all rooms are the same. There is a renovated side which looks much better. They gave us a king room on the ground floor which was obviously on the older side. It smelled of mildew and was infested with ants. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website which are from the newer side. They reluctantly switched us to a better room on the newer side after getting approval from the manager, but this one smelled of stinky feet. We stayed there and just kept the patio doors open for the remainder of our stay to try and air out the place. I recommend you stay away from this hotel until they get new management...
Office party!
Very disappointing. The ventilation lets you hear people talking coming from another room, very loudly. The showers appear to have mold in the ceramic grout.
Very nice hotel, well located and very good dining room without forgetting the swimming pool and its bubbler Rooms: Spacious, clean and well soundproofed Nearby activities: Petie Shopping center nearby, Old Beloeil nearby with its good restaurants
Nice lobby and restaurant. Rooms could use a little TLC
Very easy to find and easy to get to by car. Stick to the 20 without necessarily being disturbed by the noise. Very modern complex. Great service.
Stayed at the hotel on July 23. Comfortable and very clean room. Excellent lunch with good choice of wine. Very clean and well appointed swimming pool. Above all, the staff is dedicated and very, very friendly. In short, we will return to this hotel which is located a 25-30 minute walk from Vieux-Beloeil!
Unfriendly and rude front desk.
Magnificent hotel! Friendly staff, well-equipped room! Beautiful, super pleasant balcony to have a good coffee! By the way, I love the Nespresso coffee maker!! Very comfortable dressing gown! TV service with Videotron is great! Mini fridge with freezer is very appreciated! Now some hotels have more in the rooms or we have to pay extra to have one My only b-mol, I was never able to turn off the air conditioning and I was not able to connect to my computer or my cell phone. Ask upon arrival how they wrote your last name maybe that was the problem?
Great hotel, great service; clean room, reasonable price, great location. I really enjoyed it, my golden retriever also had a great evening! well see each other again! THANKS :)
I rented a room but when you arrive to go relax outside on the balcony and sit on a chair and there is a nest on the handle of the chair and there are lots of spiders that climb on you with their disgusting price that we paid and not able to sit outside its flat well
Wedding in June Great
Too expensive for that, 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, brunch service more than 1 hour to receive meals, reception not made for that, access to the room at 4 a.m. . No consideration for more than 50 rooms renting to the same group, no view apart from the apartment block, for this price pass your turn and some rooms smelled of humidity like cat piss. In my case it was once and the last. Room reservation cancel without notice and no accommodation. Its a big ZERO
It was a bad experience as soon as we entered the room and the toilet was dirty. We were moved to another room because there were no cleaning staff available, and surprise, the shower was full of fungus. On Sunday evening the restaurant is closed and for breakfast we went there and they did not want to take our order even though it was not 10am.
Nice place. Good service. Staff available and courteous. The rooms were very clean and up to date.
I was at this hotel with my partner and my daughter this weekend. The service was impeccable and the rooms were beautiful. The TV was good except that there is no station for the children, I had to leave her my phone with Netflix so that she could listen to something to relax in the evening. For the gourmet side we were not able to try it since the restaurant was closed the two days we were there. Instead we had to eat Tim Hortons. No bathing in the bathroom forced to take a shower which has no power impossible to wash my hair given that it is thick. The swimming pool was outdoor so it was impossible to swim. The next time I want to go to a hotel I will go to my 3 hotel in Montreal which offers more.
Unsanitary place. I coughed throughout my stay because of the mold. I found a butterfly earring in the sheets of my bed. The staff did nothing. Dont go there.
Excellent lunch.
Very Clean , comfortable bed , great included breakfasts for 15$ at the restaurant , cappuccinos , felt like a mini vacation at work . Bar at night with margaritas it s all I needed ;) happy camper .
Nice updated rooms and an upscale french restaurant on site
Conference, day trip.
The cuisine is always a real delight. Sophisticated dishes with local ingredients
Beautiful hotel, well located, parking
I used their service for an event and unfortunately the experience was disastrous. If I had known it was this chaotic doing business with them, I would have chosen another location. This created a lot of additional stress that could have been avoided if the event had been handled correctly. In 8 months, I saw more than 5 organizers pass through my file who asked me the same questions even though I had already sent everything. Keep your writings, take notes and confirm everything by email. Special mention, however, to the staff on duty the same evening who did everything to catch up with the escaped balls.
The tasting meal is always just as sublime! Our taste buds travel to the rhythm of the imagination of the chef and his brigade. THANKS!
Courteous staff
Its very good. The problem is, it washes the sheets with a very strong detergent, those like me have a little sensitive skin. We spent the night feeling like we were sleeping with bedbugs and it was very unpleasant. Its very clean. Ill check it for bedbugs. Absolutely nothing. Its expensive not to sleep well.
excellent service, super friendly staff, very clean and beautiful room, I recommend it, I rent a room to my daughters when they come over the holidays and they love it
The highest standard suite with physically perfect bath, magnificent mountain view but I have never slept in such an uncomfortable bed! If I had slept on the floor it wouldnt have made any difference! There are 3-4 star motels where the bed is more comfortable! Otherwise good service but very disappointed that the restaurant is closed for dinner AND lunch!
The food is very good but the quality for 140.00 per person is ridiculous. Ex.: 1 oil, 1 scallops, 1 rack of walleye 1X1.5, 3 very small pieces of duck, 1 slice of cheese with 6 nuts, 1 very small piece of cake. So really not satisfied with our visit. In total with the wine tasting for my wife, a dinner at $473.00, leaving the restaurant had to think about going to another restaurant with an affordable price.
Great place really nice staff incredible food, a bit over price but good time overall.
I can t speak on the stay experience, but I can speak on living nearby. Absolutely miserable neighbours. They let their employees play music off their terrace speaker from 2-7 am. I don t want to listen to rave music at 3 am at full blast. The music is so loud it s as if I m hosting a club event inside my bedroom with the windows closed. The real sad experience is experiencing such poor music taste.
Large room, cold atmosphere, common areas, tastefully decorated, superb restaurant
Room was nice and clean. Staff is really fantastic, bravo!
Very good table! Exceptional wine cellar! Food and drinks: Excellent lunch meals obviously prepared by a chef.
Superb hotel!
Personal, and the cooked very attentively dedicated
Everything was perfect wow what more can I say
I loved my experience at the hotel. Modern and clean room. Excellent customer service. Lunch was delicious and worth the entire $20!!!
We were at this place for a tasting to find out the menu for the upcoming wedding. We havent used the rooms yet. Nearby activities: Strom spa in Mont-St-Hilaire.
Great service, lovely restaurant, easy to stay off the highway. Would be my place of choice to stay again if I wanted to stay near Montreal but not drive in to the city .
In conference only. No opinion on the rooms But the service is excellent and the food is very good.
This place totally met our expectations. Delicious breakfast in the room.
A great meal with very pleasant, efficient and discreet service.
The room was perfect, the staff friendly and professional. A dog friendly hotel as a bonus .
Very nice hotel, every room has a balcony and everything is very clean (checked with blue light). Only negative point was the button to flush the toilet (difficult to press) and no Bible (its really not a fault), just to say that everything is super well maintained.
I went there for a corporate event. Nice place but lack of parking. Luckily it is possible to park at the other businesses at the back
Book a room and loud music in one of the rooms until 1:30 a.m. not able to sleep really disappointed
My sons wedding was held at this hotel. It was perfect , the food ,the service, our room ,all excellent. I would highly recommend Hotel Rive Gauche !
Room had a musty smell, fridge had food and a couple beers in it from the previous guests, ashtray on patio was full of old butts, pool had only 4 lounge chairs for guests, door to pool did not work with pool key card, nice garden area. Hotel is well located for biking and not to far from the old Beloeil for water side restos.Only problem is the view from our room to the condos across the parking area. High points for the resto staff and great food at the Coureur de Bois.Would go back to the resto but not the hotel. Food and drinks: Great in hotel resto Food and service 5 stars
The room and the bathroom smelled very old and stale. Had trouble sleeping the whole night. They were full because it was a Friday so they could not move me. The concierge said that the manager will give you a discount. I did not hear from the management till I emailed them after a few days. All they said was that it was prepaid through Expedia so we cannot do anything but will let your dog stay for free and typical thanks for bringing this issue to their attention lines. Not a good resolution. Clearly the management cares more about keeping the $$$. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.
Well located, beautiful and clean building. The swimming pool is not in the same building and you have to cross the parking lot of another property to access it. Then it is not heated. I stayed for one night and I got the impression that its focus is mainly on ceremonies and reluctant to serve families with children.
I had my prom in 2019 here and my fathers wedding this year. I was not disappointed by the staff and the atmosphere
The service received was excellent! On the other hand, the rooms are not great, no bath, only a shower, the pillows are the worst pillows I have ever tried! super thick and hard, it was impossible to sleep with that! and we were disappointed that there were only 4 choices for lunch at the restaurant

We booked our trip earlier this year for a multi day stay. When we arrived, a laminated sign was in our room stating that due to staff shortages, our room would not be cleaned. No housekeeping was done during our 7 day stay in our room that smelled like a sweaty gym shoe. And this was a room on the nicer, newer renovated side of the hotel. Based on the cost of the rooms and the poor quality provided, it is safe to assume that the Coureur Des Bois restaurant does all the heavy lifting for the reputation of this high-end hotel. I guarantee that the kind of customer who would pay for a beautifully chef curated tasting menu paired with a bottle of wine from their extensive, award winning wine cellar, pricing easily into the two to three hundred dollar range would have been appalled by the room condition and DIY requirements for housekeeping. The lack of transparency regarding the state of their rooms (still noted as daily housekeeping on multiple booking sites) and the realization that, after reading numerous reviews, the housekeeping choice they made had been in place since at least May 2023, make their management decision one that is purely cost based, not customer-minded. This is not an exception to service now...this is a new normal for the same price. A once nice hotel clings desperately to the restaurants popularity. Not a sustainable business plan. Would not recommend this establishment for anything other than the restaurant.
Nice place but I had a bad experience with the room.
Im allergic to dust mites, but never to the point of having difficulty breathing. Its always limited to nasal discharge. Thats what I thought, until I got to my hotel room... In less than an hour, I found myself having a runny nose like a faucet on full blast, no more complaining like a complete asmatic... So much so that I had to leave the room for fear of finding myself in respiratory distress!!! First and last time I go to this place. And we werent even offered a discount... Honestly disappointed...
We went to eat at the hotel restaurant and it was very charming.
I havent had the chance to see and visit the places yet Noteworthy details: Conference rooms and beautiful restaurant
Very warm welcome and very good service
Rooms: Room was good . Rooms
Horrible in every way. My family had booked a room for the night as they were visiting. After four hours of driving they got kicked out because there was a big wedding at the hotel and they had no parking space available. No refund, no effort to rectify the situation. So my family had to make a 4 hour drive to return home in the middle of the night with a 4 year old child. Terrible experience. Avoid!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for not trying to find a resolution.
Very nice hotel if you want to stay just outside of Montreal. Staff is friendly, good wifi (can connect up to 10 devices on the free wifi), the 1x King bedroom was very big, very clean, they have a nice restaurant on site, and this hotel is also close to Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and other food options. This hotel is also right of the high and has a great view of the river.
I cant handle the carpets in the rooms anymore!
professional and warm welcome
Beautiful location
Very nice hotel, a pleasant place to stay
We didnt sleep there, but we had an office party and we were satisfied. The quality of the food is very good, the place is clean and good table service.
Nice place for appointment Walkability: Opened directly on the riverside road.. with bike road.. Service : 4/5 |
Beautiful, clean and modern hotel
Beautiful hotel. Clean and recent room, well ventilated room
The beds are really not comfortable (very hard) the view of the river is only visible on the balcony unfortunately. As for the service, it lived up to my expectations. Fast and professional!
Very nice hotel! Alexa at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern - with the only con being that the heating/AC was broken.
Very nice place!
Very ordinary rooms
The service to improve
Very nice clean room
Really very disappointed with the room assigned to us: old worn furniture with very chipped leatherette; no soap in the shower dispenser, shower drain that needs to be unclogged. Four star hotel?
Fortunately we had a package, we didnt have to spend a dollar out of our pockets and thats what made our stay okay. The hotel looks like an old RPA recycled into a hotel. The mattress is quite hard, the view of the apartment blocks... quite ordinary. We had, as part of our package, breakfast in the room. It was served cold to us (French toast and 2 eggs bacon/sausage), the coffee was also cold. At $18 a plate I pity those who had to pay for it. Courteous staff.
Too expensive for what they have
Had training on site in one of the rooms.
We went for a brunch for a foundation and it was a very nice experience, very good food and impeccable service.
Great hotel, the rooms are modern and functional. The team is really great!!
The reception was superb, the employees are cunning and selected. The place is thoughtful and well maintained. The morning menu is limited but it was delicious nonetheless. I really liked the service from the waitresses who worked as a team rather than alone. The look of elevators still under renovation is outdated. Well have to find a way to revolutionize elevators.
food good but lukewarm
Great service Impeccably clean Delicious food and wow for the wine cellar. I have to go back
Excellent service from all the staff we encountered during our stay. Special mention to the young lady who welcomed us and provided me with a very kind service to save me an unnecessary trip. Quick, efficient welcome. Nice room, very clean. We will definitely return.
Exceptional experience with very high quality staff.
Perfect stay we loved the location near the comfortable and quiet brogue we will come back
I love hosting weddings at the Rive Gauche hotel. The service team is always efficient. Our hotel manager today, Tom, super-good communication. The day went perfectly. The services were coming out at just the right time. The food is really good, which is rare in wedding venues. Thank you for the lovely welcome.
I reserved my room several months in advance, because I had a wedding at 3 p.m., at the hotel itself. When I arrived, my room was not ready. I was told with a hypocritical smile that it only guaranteed access at 4 p.m. It would have been appreciated if it allowed access earlier, for guests, coming from far away, who need to prepare before the wedding. I had to change in an overheated toilet, I felt like a homeless person squatting in a sauna. I was dripping with sweat. I found it very very ordinary. No lunch included. And the silly little phrases above the beds... It looks like a bad idea that they took from a designer from Décor ta vie.
I went there for a family dinner. The service was excellent. The server was very nice and was helped by a whole team that was fun to watch working together. A slight lack of experience could barely show and their desire to do well made them beautiful to behold. The sommelier played his role very well and even contributed to the service with the team. We were on the outdoor terrace and despite a certain coolness in the evening, the terrace heater made us forget this detail. For my part, the foie gras and falafels were delicious. I promise to go back!
The suites are spacious and elegant!
Good food but in small quantities
Room clean all the time
We were lied to twice and had no television but no one was willing to help and in the morning the manager refused to speak to us- if you are the owner of this hotel I would love to speak to you- my information is on file!
Nice suburban hotel close to main highways in a relaxing environment Restaurant not opened 7 days a week Gets very busy during weekend with weddings party Amelie the sales manager is very guest oriented Rooms : 5/5 |
Great hotel! Only downside is the beds are QUITE firm memory foam. Also the pillows are also sort of firm and filled with air which slowly deflate until they re flat. Woke up quite stiff both days. Didn t have a chance to try the restaurant since they are closed Sunday/Monday which is when we were there!
Ive eaten here twice now and its cold
Food and drinks: Excellent Hotel highlights
Great location for our company getaway. Meeting room was perfect. Lunch was quick and delicious. Also looks like a nice place for a couple s getaway.
Rooms were clean but beds very very hard. Didnt find the staff pleasant. And restaurant needs to give their head a shake (breakfast starts at 10am on weekends and ends at 10am on weekdays, missed breakfast both days)
Spacious room and well thought out space, very clean and well soundproofed.
Very good food.. thank you!!
I liked the room although it was a little noisy because it faced the road. Nice restaurant, a little expensive for breakfast, but good service. The service at the reception, on the other hand, was really disappointing in the evening and when I left. The welcome was cold each time, with very little visual contact. In addition, I was not accommodated so that I could work on site a few hours after my check-out.
Cie Christmas Party
Friendly staff Nice and clean rooms Rooms
Excellent...
Rooms: Very good quality Comfortable bed Impeccable Propetter
Really good! Le coureur des bois, the restaurant: The dishes are super tasty, we feel, we see and we taste that everything is thought of and prepared with care and attention to small details. 5-star service with sommelier to suggest the right wine pairings for the chosen dishes. Its not cheap but definitely worth it!
Food and drinks: Très très bonne nourriture et très très bon vin. Rooms
Spotless room, very good service and delicious food.
Rooms: No disturbance or noise Food and drinks: Excellent food
Disappointing Christmas reception meal. Soup without any taste, cold food, rissotto not good, lack of service during the meal, no Quebec alcohol to offer at the bar, no coordination of the room, no Maître dHôtel present to coordinate everything, no Christmas decorations in the room, no lunch included in the room price. I do not recommend this Hotel.
Hello, unfortunately this was the last time I dealt with the hotel directly. I was extremely disappointed with the welcome and room service. I booked once through booking and my experience was 1000x better. I find it excessive to ask for a deposit of $400 plus a security deposit of $50. You should just charge for the rooms in advance. In total for one night and one dinner we paid $590 with a $100 discount... and I am unfortunately very disappointed. I therefore suggest you reserve via booking (much cheaper) and much less hassle for deposit and payment. Food was ok. Having already eaten there, it was not as good as usual. I dont complain often and I have frequented the place several times. But this time very disappointed.
Very nice place to stay! The food is delicious
A perfectly designed Hotel! Ultra-fast at reception. 10/10
Not much pressure in the shower but very clean and well soundproofed!
Beautiful and clean place, beautiful view of the brogue, a spa and a private swimming pool are missing for hotel guests in my opinion.
It was very good, only small downside, the room was very clean but smelled a little damp. The staff was very kind, impeccable service. The hotel is located near the river, its very pretty, we are on vacation 2 minutes from the house.
Amazing restaurant with fresh, inspired food and smart, courteous staff.
Im staying in the newer section, but in a simple room and its very nice for the price. Roomy, nice layout, nice bathroom, with storage, good closet space, ample wall hooks and tasteful decor with a balcony to boot. I havent tried the restaurant yet but based on reviews that too is stellar. Im here for months (seriously) due to a delay of my actual home and Im glad Im here. They went the distance to accommodate me, met with me beforehand and offered anything I could need. All staff members Ive encountered thus far (4) have been great and helpful. I dont look forward to months in a hotel but this place has made it a hell of a lot better and I doubt Id find more comfort anywhere else. Its also a very nice location with proximity to the old Beloeil and its restaurants and shops, right on the water with bike paths and parks, and close to a major highway (no noise, even on balcony) that makes moving around easy. I highly recommend.
Nice staff. The property was clean and the location was excellent for our adventure. The room was big, as expected. We liked the cleanliness and the fact that everything was well stocked.
everything, tranquility, cleanliness,
Alright
Very clean. The beds are comfortable
Clean room and courteous staff. The 5 to 7 package is great for a couple. Just a little disappointed with the swimming pool which lacks maintenance (needs to add water).
Tidy place but away from home so make sure you do some grocery and snacks shopping before arrival. Restaurant and bar closed monday to thursday.
Nice place good food
Own. Friendly and Quiet
Clean and modern ambiance. the reception was courteous and friendly very quiet air conditioning system appreciated the comfort of the bed. there was no more king size beds, eventhough I reserve one. Otherwise great stay
We were staying here for 2 nights and what can I say?.. Wow! Everything was beautiful: location, reception, hallway, our room! When we entered the room we fell in love: super clean, smart and stylish design and we had everything we needed. The a/c was quite, coffee from nespresso machine was tasty and the bed was comfy. I also was impressed with the service: we put a sign Dont disturb, so they didnt clean the room, but they left a bag with extra water bottles, coffee pods and garbage bags. We visited the restaurant in the hotel: service and menu are exceptional. I would also like to say about the town itself: it is gorgeous! The river and mountains view is breathtaking!
Newly renovated rooms. Cheap with balcony.
Loved my stay there; pet friendly hotel so I had the chance to travel with my dog for the first time. Food was also very good as I was fortunate to stay there when the kitchen was open. Looking forward to a longer stay next time to see more of the area
This a great located hotel that has a new vibe to it, a great restorant on the main floor and a great service with a smile. It was a rainy day and we couldnt do much out side so we came an hour early and asked if we can have a room earlier the our check in time and the receptionist was very accommodating and helped us straight away. The room had everything you need for the stay. Great place in the region!!
Very clean and the staff are friendly
I am very disappointed with this Hotel. Appearance and reputation do not correspond to what we have experienced. Book a room the bed is broken, when they made the room everything was visible but nothing was done, we were changed rooms, cleaning not completed, cleaning equipment still in the room missing towels We book another room, for another day for 3 people, no towel (large) for 3 and we pay extra for 3. Asked to provide us with another towel when I return in two hours, and gave me a floor towel. I cant say if the rest is good, not try the restaurant, the bar closed due to pandemic? The price charged was too high for the services and maintenance of these rooms. I hope they will make the necessary corrections so that the appearance and their reputation are comparable to what we are experiencing.
Very nice hotel. Courteous and smiling staff. Magnificent...Recommended
We slept at this hotel after climbing Mont-Saint-Hilaire. Very nice room, comfortable and spotless. Reasonably priced and there is even a small outdoor swimming pool. Otherwise the restaurant Coureur des bois annexed to the hotel is excellent, definitely worth trying.
Simply perfect!
Great rate and a beautiful room. Only downside is there is no food service available Sunday through Tuesday which was the majority of my visit. Many options nearby in Beloeil
Our room had unpainted plaster behind the door and a bathroom drawer that didnt close. Lack of soap in the bathroom, there was only one glass. The room was clean. Hence my 3 stars/price. Lack of staff ?
Nice room. Very expensive restaurant and the meals were served lukewarm. Errors on invoices with restaurant credits on packages. Check your invoices!
Great hotel! Friendly service! Beautiful room with balcony! And FANTASTIC restaurant
Well, disappointed, We booked five nights to be near by my family, we arrived late from airport, nice hotel, parking is a bit awkward, anyway. Get to our room to get shower noticed knob of the shower head adjust broken of but super sharp edges, in a shower? I thought not really good. Next morning my wife sliced the inside of her right hand while trying to adjust it. Plus the set up of the shower head was ridiculously located, about 6 inches from the wall, beautiful large walk-in shower style ???, All the water splashes outside the shower and the floor became a big puddle everytime. I went to reception after my wife injury looked after, nothing serious ,but injury inside your hand is always a problem. The counter reception was not very helpful I thought, I go back to my room and took pictures of the problems and my wife injury, go back to desk and the manager was there and she apologized and suggest a relocation ,I agreed I dont want this again. Nicer larger room, we thought good. Then, toilet not working properly, tank doesnt fill up daily, flush not working properly, shower head very weak pressure, fridge not turned on, and once again shower splashes outside a lot.the door of the shower not properly thought. The hotel is clean the room as well, the bed is comfortable , temperature can be adjusted for area of the room, the restaurant is very expensive, and not my type of food. Plus we didnt like the vibe, personally, we dropped by at two or three occasions to get information and utensils only once the waitress was nice and helpful. This area is beautiful at night time and I like the location as well. Not sure well be back.
Super friendly staff, and very clean and welcoming room
