I heard 1h45min still not received my order, so I called to finally have an electronic system problem invented and offered me a 15% discount only to have to wait 40 minutes more before receiving my order which was never been prepared

Receptionist is not able to provide good customer service both over the phone and when picking up our order. Very stupid, no professionalism. Clearly doesnt like his job to behave like this!

It was my first time with them, The pizzas are very good (All garnished and vegetarian), not against not the best in Beloeil, their service is super good, fast and courteous, the price is normal compared to other restaurants (avg 26$ for an xlarge), I will come back to try other options..

I love the generous portions the reasonable prices real bacon on the pizzas and many cooked to perfection the only downside the chicken strips the breading found thick not light enough I recommend it

Normally, thats good, but my experience today was really unpleasant, the delivery man couldnt find the address, after 10 minutes of stupidity, finally found it, not an excuse nothing, totally stupid, my fries were made it cold and my pizza lukewarm. Lets say that the restaurant is visited less often than before, its frustrating when your time is an unpleasant experience.

The best restaurant in the region. The pizzas are delicious, the poutine too and the subs are always perfect. The spaghetti sauce is worth the try. Delivery is fast, the food is hot and is packaged with care. I am always satisfied. 10/10

But VERY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE, a small Colombian delivery man, he harassed us in front of my house, and he told us that my tip was not enough and I was going through difficult times but he didnt want to understand and he stayed in front of my house 5 minutes looking at us in an intimidating way through the window saying we better pay. He told us to keep your tip and he left but AFTER 5 MIN of intimidation. Not lying to you, Im afraid for my next order

La livraison est toujours rapide. Le spécial du lundi vaut vraiment la peine. Le livreur Alba(désolé si je me trompe)je crois, il apprend tranquillement le Français mais offre un super service. Il avait oublié une liqueur et est revenu la porter même si j avais pris entente pour un crédit la prochaine fois. Svp dites lui que c est vraiment apprécié!

I want to order online to get my points. When I click on Duos meals and then click on Duo pasta it doesnt offer me any choice when I go to choice #1 and choice #2 apart from the 2 liqueurs :-(

Bad experience I place my order via their website. Its been 2 hours and 15 minutes since my order was placed and we havent received the order. I called twice to find out if it was on the way... They didnt seem sure... theyve been telling me for 45 minutes that its on the way... I finally went to get something else . We were regular customers, but its over for us.

Always a pleasure to order there! The food and the offer is good. Delivery is ultra fast when its a little less busy otherwise its normal. Sometimes they miss it but it s rare, they have the best ratio in the region in my opinion. The only thing really negative is their ordering website which has been downgraded, lets just say its not their best decision.

Extremely long delivery. Order at 1:30 p.m. Its 2:45 p.m. still not here. I am in St-Hilaire so 10 minutes from Beloeil. It shouldnt take 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive. With doordash, it would have taken 20min MAX. My sister-in-law ordered this week, it took her 45 minutes (normal delivery time). I waited almost 1h30 and I live not even 15 minutes away.... -100000/10 for delivery hugely disappointed

Worst Service Ive had in my life I order 2 large Italian Poutine and send me 2 small ones I call back I explain the situation to them he sends me back a large one to compensate ok its correct 2 weeks later I call back for 2 Italian Poutine (big) same thing once again they send me another 2 small ones I call them back they tell me again that they can send me a big one HEY SACRAMENT I ORDERED 2 BIG POUTINE can you have 2 BIG POUTINE the super stupid lady on the phone wont refund me and tells me she cant do anything for us customers of 5 years RIDICULOUS!!!!

I love this restaurant, its always good, ok I admit the counter service isnt great we always feel like were too much, but otherwise I think its the best pizza in town, they just need to improve their customer service.

Pizza not as good as before

The food was good, but it was ruined by the soft drink that came with the combo we chose. The drink was expired on March 28, 2022. It is September 14, 2023. This is simply unacceptable.

We were impressed with our last visit on September 15. Table service very courteous and fast. Special 2 pizzas, Caesar salad and 2 liters of Pepsi... comes at a good price for a family of 4! Thanks Med!

Very good service but really disappointing poutine: very soft fries, clearly out of the freezer. It really tasted like thawed potatoes. And the sauce was on the side so the fries werent soggy because of the sauce.

Excellent pizza, reasonable price, fast delivery but not only does the pizza not come cut at the start, even if we ask them to cut it, it arrives uncut 70% of the time. I think they lost their pizza cutter in the move or that the employees were not trained to operate the instrument.

We always order from Med pizza. I consider us to be regular customers. Today I had very ordinary service. The delivery man was super fast, the food is very good as usual, but the order was not exact, it ended up being more expensive than what I ordered on the website. I have two Pepsis instead of 1 plus a fries. Ok...errors happen, but its more the service we receive when we mention the error on the phone which was pocket, or even zero. They dont want to help us, on the contrary they persist when I have the confirmation of my order in front of me. Well reconsider next time, maybe encourage someone else.

All the dishes we had were delicious. On the other hand, for the service we will come back. Once a young girl served us, she had a beautiful smile and she was very pleasant but for the males it was a wonder if they were happy to be there.

The pizza is good! I have nothing to say about that. The fries are okay, nothing more. On the other hand, their 2 for 1 poster should be reviewed. $50 for two large ones instead of $28 for one thats not what I call 2 for 1... and when you call them to mention it to them you get 2 for 1 price... it would be good to display the good prices online so as not to take the plunge when seeing the invoice. Maybe do like Beloeil pizzeria and display the prices of 2 for 1 pizzas on their site... otherwise nothing to say about the fast service

Poutine all dressed... The fries were poorly cooked, doughy, not much sauce... it was taken in a large piece of fries just the toppings which was good for the price really very disappointed I should have eaten elsewhere.

The pizza may be good when delivered on time, but when the operator gets the address wrong, its a failure. I contacted the delivery guy after a half hour wait and told him that I didnt want a pizza that had been in a taxi for 45 minutes. They delivered the cold pizza to me 10 minutes later. ZERO for the quality of service and the conscience of this supplier. TO AVOID. Well make you eat whatever we want.

I ordered 2 mediums to take away on a Saturday at 2 p.m. after waiting 40 minutes on site. I notice that customers who arrived after me receive their order... I ask the cashier what is happening with my pizzas... they had been placed above the oven and forgotten there... they give them to me as if I Im an impatient whiny... I conclude that I would have waited much longer. First and last visit.
