I ordered a club sandwhich through doordash and received an extra piece of plastic in it that most likely damaged my tooth. I called and the waitress put me on hold to go talk to the boss who didnt even bother to come and talk to me. The waitress was apologetic and offered me a free meal. The reputation of the restaurant seems to be held more dear by the employees than by the boss...

The service is welcoming, the food is hot and freshly prepared in no time. The wait is quick, the prices are low and we get what we pay for and overall it s a great restaurant, I highly recommend it!

Nathalie at the counter was extremely kind, helpful and attentive. The food was excellent, Local homemade fries, A1 puzza dough and sauce. Delicious lasagna, although the sauce is a little liquid, the flavors are there. The only thing missing would have been a little background music. I recommend And we will go back!!

Damage. I really liked it when it was Pizza Tornade. I just ordered a smoked meat pizza now that its Pizza Mirano. Disappointment. The sauce that was so good is no longer the same, very ordinary. Also, you really had to look for the tiny pieces of smoked meat so no taste of smoked meat. On the other hand, the service is very good but is it enough???

The pizza lacks taste, the sauce tastes like water and the pepperoni tastes like nothing. Too bad since we liked it when it was Tornade Pizza.

We loved our pizza which had big crispy bacon slices! Yum! The cheese stuffed crust had lots of cheese and the whole thing was very filling, well cooked, delicious and was delivered super hot and melty! THANKS!! We found our new local pizza place! Finally!!

We have been ordering from Tornade for several months mainly because of its pizza and poutine, the sauce of which had its own taste. Today we ordered again and everything that made Tornado a unique taste to change. More good brown fries for poutine. Now the fries taste like those bought over the counter at the grocery store. The sauce no longer has that little something that made it unique. Its now the same taste as other restaurant chains. Very disappointed!!!

Just one word, wow!!! The best pizza Ive had in a long time!! Real bacon, lots of pepperoni! The crust was delicious!

I ordered a chicken pizza. Dry chicken, crust and cheeses that are not cooked enough. They told me to come in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later I pick up my pizza and everything is already cold. 10-15min would have been a better time estimate. The fries are good although they were cold too. Service lacks a little energy.

Worst pizza ever. Fake photos on the internet. The reviews surely filled by the owners. Very low end 2 for 1 pizza. About 1cm thick including the toppings which were rare, which is a good thing because they were bad like the dough and the sauce. Paying the price of a real pizza for that is just terrible. An experience but a very bad experience.

I have never had such good service on the phone when ordering. The gentleman who answered me was super friendly. I ordered 2 medium (12 inch) deluxe pizzas and I was offered a fries with it for $40 tax included! Tasty pizza with good, fresh ingredients. The only thing I would have liked more is a pizza sauce that was a little more spicy and sweet to balance out the acidity, otherwise nothing negative to say, I highly recommend. Long life!!!

Our first experience this evening. I searched the internet and you were one of the lucky ones we were trying tonight. Its been a long time since weve had such a good pizza with the thin crust as requested, the grilled cheese as desired and tasty. We were disappointed for a long time with Pizza Jacques Cartier with their cheese full of humidity which makes you feel sick....From now on, you have become our favorite for pizza! Finally a good pizza in Beloeil, yes it has just opened and I ate on Saturday so after 1 pass difficult to find something to say... if its been a long time since I saw a pizzeria this clean. and discussing it with the staff, I was told that one of the owners works in the quality department in a large company so ..if you are sometimes afraid of getting into certain pizzas...no problem Long live them

Seeing a new restaurant in my area, I wanted to try them and was impressed by the good service. I ordered a chicken fingers meal and got a very good portion and my brother got 2 all dressed bambinos pizzas. It was excellent. The employees are super nice and when we wanted to eat inside, they brought our meals and drinks to the table and had a nice conversation with the owner. Give them a chance, you wont be disappointed!
