Usually wonderful experience both food and customer service wise. Tonight however was not. Ordered a reg chicken poutine to which they added BBQ sauce, which I did not order, and when I went back to tell them that wasn't what I ordered I was told that was how they make it. Yet every other time I've ordered this exact thing it isn't how it was delivered to me tonight. Maybe try listening to your customer, it's not like was just trying to get free extra food, I brought the wrong one back with me. I just wanted what i ordered. Just overall a tad pissed off! I'll be finding another place to frequent.

I have ordered often from Salvatoré but now each time it is getting worse. The garlic cheese bread is our favourite but now it’s like cardboard and tasteless, it used to be amazing but worse every time. Last night the driver had to come back twice because they forgot the cheese bread. I also ordered a Tao poutine and besides their portion being really small it was containing mostly fries with hardly any chicken. It was almost like a regular poutine. The prices are very high for the quality and portions as well as being pretty much the only place around my area that charges a delivery fee. So I pay a delivery fee plus give a tip to the driver. I’m going to really think twice before giving them another chance. I work too hard to throw my money away.
The menu is incredible, a huge category of choice. The food has a magnificent quality, the taste is incredible and the pizza is very tasty with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The fries are not really crispy, but they are really good and you know by tasting one that they are really well made. The delivery time is really good, in 25-30 min you get your food and it's still hot and ready to eat. One of the best restaurants you could eat to with your family or alone. The staff and the delivery staff are really welcoming and friendly. I suggest this restaurant to everyone who wants to eat well and have a great moment in family over good food.

Really disappointed with my delivery a medium at $24.29 with extra cheese and although what I received looks more like a frozen pizza behind times for me its really cheap I pull to remove a tip and the cheese doesnt even stretch and its extra cheese at $3.29 plus tax its more extra in money $$$ for them that for me to really advise against and thats said to be the best really not

A small error on the order, not so serious, generic pizza, of course, arrogant delivery man who starts to lecture when he arrives because the gentleman is not satisfied with his tip...btw the $4 delivery fee which doesnt go into his pockets as my delivery man complained, it could be used to pay the delivery men better, because according to mine, his salary (yes we got there in his monologue) is not enough and that What is wrong with him? 20% minimum tip for putting gas in your tank , like with the famous $4 that s 20% in short, first and last time. Really not consistent in quality. Nothing was good about what we ordered (pepperoni pizza, garlic bread and chicken poutine). When we go to Salvatore in Magog, we are never disappointed by the quality.

Pizza with very few toppings for New York style, there are much better in Beloeil!!! Crust of the pizza undercooked, it tasted like frozen pizza which is not edible!!! I found it ordinary when the restaurant opened but it s really no better today. Very very disappointed

Since you had the idea of making a central its crap your customer service and less and less quality in your products, dry chicken wings almost no sauce and pieces of macaroni Cheese very small and as a bonus a nice little piece of sausage that had nothing to do with it...

Worst customer service experience. We ordered a simple poutine and waited 50 minutes. The restaurant was not at all busy. The clerk working was extremely irresponsible, and worked very slowly. Without even daring to ask for a refund, I asked if this kind of waiting time was usual for poutines and I was completely ignored by the clerk. He looked at my friend and called him a champion, without even apologizing for the wait. Very disappointed with the attitude and nonchalance of the employee. I wont come back again.
The delivery service leaves something to be desired unfortunately. Its not unusual to be an hour late. This happened to us several times. In fact it has always been very long. Everything arrives cold. Its disappointing. We will opt for another pizzeria in the future. It s a shame, because their pizza is good.
For service and speed, it is a 4 star. On the other hand, I have placed 2 orders where my pizzas are very lightly topped. There is one piece of pepperoni per slice on a New York pizza and not always pieces of pineapple on the Hawaiian slices. Its not serious as pizza. I will choose another pizzeria for my next one.
This is the fourth time I have ordered from this branch, giving them a chance, but it is impossible for them to return our order complete or intact. Very disappointed and very expensive

The staff uses their gloves to charge at the cash register and then they go to make the pizzas with the same dirty gloves. The sauce is really vinegary on top of making the pizza soggy. I had heard bad comments, but now it is certain that I will not return there again.
I placed my order directly at the counter. So, as soon as the order was finished I returned home. Surprise I had a Salvatore pizza rather than a full-dressed pizza and the fries were completely cold and soft... I only live 500 meters from the restaurant and I was not on foot but by car. No chance the fries will be cold when I arrive home

We have been ordering there for several years and we have continued since their opening in Saint-Basile-le-Grand. Their pizza is still good; their service, excellent! We have only had good experiences with this pizzeria! Thank you and good luck!

Their pizza is very good. But about 1 in 2 orders are wrong. Sometimes the order is completely different, other times things are missing. We always order online so its difficult to blame it on poor communication. And when we call to rectify the situation, employees are transferred 2, 3 and even 4 times to try to correct the situation. Frankly, it s annoying. Finally, an hour after I was assured that our order would be redone and sent quickly, I had to call back. I am told that the order was canceled without really knowing why. I ask for a refund and the manager is super condescending because according to him, he has priority over the right to speak when he wants to explain to me what he wants to do to rectify the situation a second time. In short, we will see if the refund will really be issued or if it will be cancelled that too... After all this adventure, I lowered my rating to 1 star. The pizza may be good, but the attitude of the staff leaves a bitter taste.

Friday evening at 6 p.m., allow 35 minutes at the counter for your poutine. While I was waiting, I saw the pizzas cooling for several minutes before being packaged.
