Order placed on the app 12:17 (11-21 minutes for the order to be ready). 12:35 arrived at the restaurant, the young lady had not yet taken the order! The more time went by, the more customers were served, when finally the manager or owner realized that our order had not yet started at 1:00 p.m. Result 1:15 p.m. we left with our order. 1 hour for our order and having ordered online so as not to wait there! Sad but I definitely wouldnt go back to Dic Anns!

First time I went there, expensive price and not great taste,,, For me its a place I wont go back to,,,

Im a fan of Dic Anns! I ordered 2 cheese burgers, fries and drinks. What a disappointment! The meatball was as big as a regular hamburger, the sauce, which makes all the difference, was not spicy and the buns were not crushed. For me, a Dic Anns is a flattened dumpling, with the spicy sauce overflowing from the bread, cooked onions which bind to the sauce and the 2 flat buns. So! I didnt go back for fear of being disappointed again. Sorry. I hope this review will be helpful so I can go back and taste the real Dic Anns.

Delicious, too expensive and insult to injury is the insistent look for a tip for counter service. Too bad because its the fast food of my childhood. Exceedingly clean, well done.

The lady at the counter was so nice that I almost forgot that the smoked meat poutine was inedible... Sauce like water, lukewarm and molassed fries, smoked meat that tastes nothing and grated cheese... Lets just say they wont win Putin Fest with that!

A beautiful little restaurant, clean and the service is great. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to requests. As for food, they are generous with the sauce its great to be able to bring our food either outside or inside the cinema. I recommend you go for a little tour

Why 5 stars? 1-finally a Dic Anns on the south shore 2- you can bring your meal to the cinema 3-the owners are great 4-the food is on par with all the other Dic Anns if not better 5- employees want to serve you In short, go for it!

This is the second time Ive come to visit you I was a big fan when it opened in Longueuil. On the other hand, I was disappointed by your lack of generosity... the first time I had a poutine and it lacked a lot of sauce, it was even dry at the bottom! The second time I had hamburgers and he had the same problem! It really lacked sauce. Usually it was supposed to be dripping with sauce! Your sauce is so good, it s your trademark!!! Please be generous

I asked for a burger, in my burger I asked for no sauce and I got sauce anyway, plus the boss could speak better to his employees.

I dont understand the hype! The food was disgusting... Their signature sauce has no taste (the one in the burgers and poutine)... I dont know if it was the cook who messed up the sauce, but it was the first time and the last time I went there... Not to mention the price...

Pseudo restaurant, disgusting poutine without sauce and cheese crunch crunch the purpose of poutine but grated cheese so its a failure, the all-dressed hot dog without topping, in short whats the idea of loving

Very nice place with terrace. You can even eat your meal while you watch a movie at the cinema next door. Portions are good, lots of sauce. The staff is smiling. The owners Martin and Kim very welcoming.

The hamburgers didnt have much sauce like the ones in Montreal in our time. And the poutine, very ordinary and very little sauce. Definitely need adjustment for the days to come.

It was excellent despite the fact that there was a lack of sauce in the burgers and poutine but I went there on the first day of opening so I imagine they will adjust everything

Great staff, impeccable service but... Without blaming the restaurant, the Dic Anns sauce is flat and without its flavor it is not the sauce I have experienced in the past. Very liquid and tasteless, its reddish color is no longer. Normally when the sauce moistened the burger the color was red and clear, but not this one. It looks like the same sauce but diluted. I was so hyped that it opened 2 minutes from my house, but the little taste of coming back is no longer there. I went to the opening and took, as usual, 4 cheeseburgers with only the special Dic Anns sauce, I told myself that the taste wasnt there because it was the opening and it takes a while to adjust. I went back 3 days later to try another one and the same taste. Good... Today I had a chicken burger for the first time because I was told it was fried chicken but it is clearly a frozen chicken patty (croquette style) from the grocery store and not fried chicken. Dan poutine with meat is a good idea but with such a bland sauce I had to add salt, which I NEVER do in a poutine. The fries arent seasoned either so nothing tastes like anything. The problem is largely Dic Anns special sauce. With the drink and tip we are talking about $28. Being a real fan of Dic Anns, I am disappointed with the quality of the product. If I go back it is mainly for the really pleasant staff, I always have a warm welcome and great service. Dont give up, but tell the district manager to give you the original recipe and not what you currently have

Well done for the new marketing concept and the team provides good customer service. On the other hand, the offer is unfortunately not up to par and does not even compare to Dic Anns Pie-ix. The hamburgers are thick like a normal hamburger: meatball too thick and the bun is barely crushed which is not at all like Dic Anns. Also there is a lack of sauce to the point where using the classic wooden stick is useless because there is no sauce to get your fingers dirty! Very unfortunate considering that the one in Longueuil has been closed for over a year.

Great team, fast service and the employees are super nice despite the dinner rush and me being mixed up with my 3 different bills. To refer to Mr. Castonguays comment, the cashier in question is perfect. Super kind, patient and smiling! So its not the number of teeth you have in your mouth that defines you. Mouths full of teeth allow themselves to make gratuitous and useless comments. :)

Good morning, Ive been going to a Dic Ann for over 50 years. I am aware that these are new employees and that they must learn how to operate properly. What disappointed me today, one of my hamburgers had too much mustard and very little sauce. The 2nd was perfect. The fries tasted too much like cooking oil. I make this announcement so that the manager on site directs his cooks well. I will go back often, it s close to my home. I am convinced that everything will be back in place shortly! I was hesitating between 4 or 5 stars. As they are new I go for 5. A little lack of sauce in the burgers and the bread a little cooked but, in general, everything was very good!

I tasted it for the first time and it will be the last unfortunately... really not impressed... the burger was tasteless!

The Poutine really doesnt have any sauce, but the big minus is the Manager or I dont know what to call him who really didnt give a good vibe and who constantly stares at you while you eat

Finally a Dic Ann s on the South Shore to replace the one in Longueuil which has been closed for what, two years? With the tunnel work, it became difficult to go to the Anjou tunnel. Same quality standard as in other Dic Ann s. Absolutely delicious I m a huge fan!

Unfortunately the emblematic taste of this restaurant is not there... Lets hope the situation will turn around!
