Le hamburger pas très chaud et les frites n’étaient vraiment pas chaudes je dirais même qu’elles étaient presque froides. Mon mari ses rondelles d’oignons étaient presque froides. Nous avons vraiment pas apprécié. Access code: 6173-42533-42073
Lors d'une visite le jeudi le 26 septembre 2024, nous sommes arrivés à 15 minutes de la fermeture (20h45, fermeture à 21h00) en provenance de l'aéroport de Montréal. La nourriture était comme je l'aime chez Harvey's. Mais ce que je veux souligner par cet avis est le côté professionnel et exceptionnel d'un jeune employé étudiant en secondaire 5 dont le prénom est Laurent. Il a été d'une attention exceptionnelle avec moi et ma conjointe. Un jeune voué à un très bel avenir. C'est toujours agréable de voir ces jeunes qui travaillent si bien. Bravo et bel continuité à toi Laurent. Il a fait de cet arrêt-repas un excellent moment. Merci.
Burgers where dry , fries where soggy, donuts where black and dry
J’ai pris un burger classique et lorsque je suis arrivée chez moi pour le manger après une longue journée de travail, en mangeant ce dernier je me suis rendue compte qu’il y avait carrément plus de sauce que de viande mais en plus, cette dernière n’étais pas bien cuite, l’intérieur de la boulette était complètement rose. En plus d’avoir du gaspiller des sous et de la nourriture j’ai été malade toute la nuit et le lendemain au travail. Sans parler de l’employée qui rigolait de nos choix de condiments avec sa collègue. Très grand manque de professionnalisme
Everyone's burger meat tasted bad. It had that "not so fresh" after taste that beef can have. I never had that at Harvey's before.

I had a great experience at this Harvey’s thanks to GP and the other older gentleman that spoke English. With our family not able to speak French, ordering food in Quebec is always a bit difficult and sometimes frustrating. GP and his colleague quickly came to our aid when they realized we only spoke English. They were both very pleasant and patient in helping us with our order. They were smiling the entire time; something unfortunately we don’t see often these days. It was an excellent experience! I wish more restaurants were like this! Great job! They both deserve a recognition!

The hot dogs are pre-heated and then put on the grill to serve more quickly. Unattractive appearance. Service from the young man is excellent on the other hand, not fast but conscientious.

Charged me $8 for a slush and only reimbursed me $0.50 then told me that my calculations were not correct, the manager was in no way understanding and almost threw my change away, he was in no way kind to me the young people who did their best at the cash register you will not see me again in this thieving establishment. The prices have increased a lot. The meat was not hot enough and the fries are smaller so more expensive, less food. No place to sit outside. We will not return.
It says its open at 10:30. We waited 5 minutes and the employees saw us. No one came to open the door for us. Very disappointing

Good service but unfortunately the burger meat was cooked too quickly, not well cooked. I got sick because of that, well have to take the time even if there are a lot of people waiting

Beautiful new restaurant in Beloeil, super fast and very courteous service. The place is clean, although there is a lack of lighting outside because you cant see very well. The entrance to the drive-thru is also not easy to get into. I dont know if this is a new meat recipe for burgers, but I think it doesnt taste that good compared to other times Ive eaten at other Harveys. If anyone can give me the answer it would be appreciated.
