Fast service and friendly staff. On the other hand, it was cold in the restaurant, especially around the window.

Naruto sushi is a wonderful experience. The sushi is fresh and delicious (you have to go there in the evening to taste the special Naruto sushi in the chefs choices! So good!), the service is impeccable and the decor is magnificent!

Delicious and inexpensive

Bu-Cheng & Wen are racists. Long wait for my food all while others that came in after were seated before me. Food was disappointing after the long wait as well. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. I was treated horribly. Their response clearly demonstrates a lack of professionalism and disregard for Black and Brown customers. I will be escalating my complaint to additional platforms, as this is unacceptable and highlights the lack of care in how I was treated.

The place has potential. However, they do not benefit in any way. With lights as bright as a cafeteria and Pop music (style Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Dua Lipa etc.), the restaurant transforms into a large dining room. Just by dimming the lights and opting for a more relaxing and digestive musical style, the restaurant would offer a completely different experience.

We family love the Sushi place. Exceptional clean and the food is so tasty. Salmon sushi is my favorite one and the Tataki is perfect with beer

Nothing was wrong! Poor service; the waiters practically throw plates on the table at us, refuse customers more than an hour before closing, do not take care of their customers in the restaurant (we held back so as not to go get water by ourselves), made mistakes in the orders even though the restaurants were not at half capacity and so on. Moving on to the food; wonton soup which tasted exclusively of fish sauce, tum-yum soup which was a wonton soup, but with half tabasco sauce, sushi which tasted like mayonaise or others which gave the impression of having been escaped in salt or even in panko. Extremely disappointed, we do not recommend at all.

The sushi at Sushi Naruto Beloeil is fresh and well-prepared, with a nice balance of flavors. The variety of rolls is impressive, and the presentation is clean and colorful. Overall, the food is satisfying and enjoyable for sushi lovers.

Worst customer service Ive ever had, we were shown our table when we got home and not even taken to our table, it took 30 minutes before a waiter came to ask us if we wanted water, 40 minutes before receiving soups... subsequently the service was so slow (we arrived at 7 p.m.) we only had two services before being told that it was last call... plus it was is a bring your own wine restaurant but they didnt have any cups to provide us we had to drink our glass of water to fill with wine afterwards and we had to ask twice for a bottle opener... horrible experience and I have been to many at wills in my life. I dont recommend anyone the worst restaurant Ive ever seen and the food wasnt amazing either.

The food is delicious and the decor is pleasant. We had fun trying all of our options. I find that the choice is greater than elsewhere and its fun to order via our phone. It could get hotter though. The area for improvement is the takeaway area. It must be hidden. We were seated 1 foot from the table with all the bags and endured the constant back and forth of all the customers coming to pick up their order during our meal. Youre sorely lacking in space, but sacrificing a customer table and making your orders right next to us lacks class. I therefore recommend reserving a table near the windows, well away from the delivery area to all customers for greater comfort.

Extremely disappointed! They had two tries! Extra dry meat, hot food served cold, No service. After ordering 3 kinds of orders we only received 1/4 of them after 1:30 of waiting and there was nothing waiting for our table. The take out goes out but they dont serve those in the restaurant! Really disappointed. We had received so many good comments we drove an hour to sit at the table for an hour and a half to eat soup. The doordash service was going out, but people had their meal in the restaurant. After all this waiting we simply left the restaurant having nothing to eat and not having found a place elsewhere. we were three people on a friday night. we stood and waited ten to fifteen minutes to be served but no staff acknowledged us, they didnt even look at us. the cooks looked like they were working hard and food on the counter kept piling up since the waiters werent serving them. they were slow and were talking while while there were many empty tables that needed to be cleaned up. we ended up leaving without even talking to any staff members since they didnt serve us after standing for 10 ish minutes and barely looked at us. the place looked very nice but yeah dont go there on a busy night, the food will be cold.

I had dinner 3 weeks ago with my partner and the restaurant was semi-full, the service was long but I gave it a chance. I returned this evening, a Friday, with my 2 children and my partner! We arrived at 6:15 p.m. and we received our 4 soups at 7:30 p.m.... What a disappointment!!!!! The tables next to us, one came from Drummondville because they had heard good comments and left because they had arrived 1 hour earlier than us and they received 4 dumplings for 9 people....... Unfortunately a Friday evening that the manager is not there for me it is unacceptable to leave the restaurant to 4 young adults and 1-2 cooks behind... I understand the lack of staff but there are limits! And above all that the 4 servers were NOSTOP in online orders and Doordash! Serve those who move first before those who have their butts crushed on their couches. Unfortunately I dont advise.

Went here on September 27th at 6 PM. Party of 2. Nice atmosphere, but I read that the service was slow. Well the reviews were right! It was very slow and they forgot to bring 4 of my orders. When I asked about them, they said to reorder, and that was already after an hour of waiting. Everyone, I mean everyone in the restaurant was complaining. Almost everyone requested discounts because of missing food. The problem is clearly the kitchen. My advice to you is to higher a floor manager that can get the kitchen moving.

Very very slow service. We waited 1h30 to barely receive 1/8 of our order. No one received their order in the restaurant except delivery. In addition, the food that was supposed to come out was mixed with the dirty plates. We do not recommend the restaurant.

we arrived at 5:30 a.m. we were the first we had to go find the waiter to give our order we were served our imperial rolls before our soup they had forgotten after 20 minutes they served us miso soups we had ordered won ton and at 7:40 we still hadnt received our main dishes and we left but we still paid for what we ate basically very bad service

This was our 2nd visit and we were just as satisfied as our first! Our chosen dishes were succulent, very beautiful presentation and Jadees service was excellent in addition to being a smiling and welcoming waitress. We will definitely go back and have told our friends about it! Parking: Lots of parking spaces because its a small shopping center!

My partner and I are very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The owner arrived with around twenty people in the evening, and turned on the lights without worrying about the customers already present. The group spoke very loudly, which made the atmosphere very unpleasant. No respect for customers. This is really unfortunate, because it completely ruined our meal. I will not return and I do not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quiet place where you will be respected as a customer.

Its been a long time since Ive been this disappointed with a restaurant outing. When we arrived, the place seemed nice to us. Three or four tables where couples ate and chatted in an overall cozy atmosphere. Five minutes after ordering, an imposing figure entered with a case of beer under his arm. He immediately began shouting his orders to the staff. The rest of his group then showed up all dressed in their mini-put team jerseys. The fat man then turned on the lighting to the maximum while speaking very, or rather too loudly. We had barely started eating when the pleasure of our dinner at the restaurant had become a real nightmare. I do not recommend this place where the boss has no respect for his customers.

My partner and I went to Narutos for the first time on July 31, 2024. We stayed there for 1 hour and no one offered us water. The staff was visibly overwhelmed between take-out orders and people on site. We ordered 8 sushi and 1 poke bowl starter size for $85! The quality is excellent, but the price unreasonable. The service was poor. People arrive in the room and no employee goes to greet them. They must indicate their presence and their desire to have a place. There is no line to distinguish take-out orders from dine-in service. In short, it was not a conclusive experience. Even though it was very good, at that price, we wont go back.

We were for the 2nd time, a first in the all-you-can-eat formula and always the same thing, long service but very long, the hot food had to wait a long time on the counter before being served, everything was cold. Several ordered items not received and the last order was canceled because the kitchen was closed. Its unfortunate, a very nice restaurant and the sushi is very good.

Its the worst of the worst all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant experience on the south shore and the north shore of Montreal to have tried all the all-you-can-eat sushi, its really a big zero rating service and especially cuisine the most problematic. Firstly, the evening menu at $40 +tx is a day menu everywhere else in the other restaurants 2nd me and my partner ordered our first order there were only 2 tables in my room we waited after 45 minutes of waiting I asked the waitress can you have at least our soup that we ordered she went to see and told us that we had them not starting but it was well written on our cell phones . To then FINALLY have 1/4 of our FIRST order 1 hour 15 minutes later see order for complete the first order took 2 hours to then order after the 2nd order 5 slices of salmon and 1 4 pieces of Naruto special which took 1 hour to make for having wasted 3 hours of time in the restaurant is unacceptable. And also the very dirty ground and some baguettes on the ground which had not been picked up ! The only plus I give to the restaurant is the waitress who only has one arm who takes care of everything at the same time while her other colleague waiter is not ugly and lets her do everything and watch! Hats off to the waitress who manages everything alone and does her best

If you want to go for some sushi, this is a great experience. Each sushi has special sauces and toppings that are unbeatable. By the way, their customer service is outstanding. Will be back in the future.

The place is very pretty and the chairs are comfortable. But what a shame. No follow-up is done with the customer who waits for his order and finally, when the customer asks the waitress if his order is arriving, is told that the order is lost and that it must be redone. Lots of order errors on bad tables. After 1h15, we left without having tasted a single sushi. The young waitress is very friendly and empathetic to the customers situation but perhaps lacks experience in following up with the waiting customer. The young busboy seems to simply not want to work. We were able to taste a few starters, but the wait and the lack of rigor left us hungry. What a pity.

Onsite service was a disaster. Dirty plates, cold food, lots of mistakes and forgetting in orders. We finally left without having eaten much after an hour of waiting. The only reason I give 2 stars is because we already had it delivered and the portions and food were good.

Really very disappointed. We only received half of what was ordered. We placed orders which disappeared. We had to ask for glasses to drink water. We had to ask the waiter to take away the empty plates because he put the full ones down without clearing the rest. We ordered 6 pieces of an item and only received one. Extremely long service even though it was lunchtime and the restaurant had only 3 tables of 2 Really average quality of sushi. The fried foods are extremely greasy. First and last time

Ordered online with a pickup time later in the evening then called 15min later to clarify something on my order and was told the order was already prepared which confused me a lot since it was 17h20, 2h+ before my pickup time. Once I picked it up at 19h30, the hot food was room temp and has probably been sitting there for 2h.... My takeaway: Dont order too much in advance since they dont care about your pickup time.

Food was just right, flavorful, came out hot and in time. All waiters were helpful and responsive. We recommend their Sushi plateau.

Not worth it for dinner at $41 per person, some sushi obviously prepare in advance with cold rice,,, it looks like with shrimp but its sheap pollock inside...but this is not worth it. its not disgusting but I would never go back for dinner the nigiri and the sashimi are fresh, the tempura vegetables have a good taste with good crispy coating...but it ruins the whole menu when you go to eat sushi and it removes all the good specialties for dinner and youre waiting for a maki and you receive something that seems prefabricated and the rice is cold and not the same quality as the rest, doesnt taste like returning,, samon sushi in Boucherville much better much more choice for dinner and good more quality for the price ... example forget the big giant shrimp with lemon like at samon sushi or other here ....naruto could be better for a dinner for the price seems more reasonable if not better quality elsewhere thats certain none specialty or thing that is worth it (mussels, spring maki, strawberry desert sushi, in short, what he had elsewhere all removed the good specialties at dinner)...Its missing a kick or something that means youll go back for dinner, he should shop around for all the other sushi you can eat samon sushi in Boucherville, mitsuki in Brossard for dinner at $40 per person if you want. When he goes back, you dont remove your best specialties from the menu like they did ago no spring maki, no sushi specialty foie gras or other special which gives the taste of returning it is therefore not comparable to the other the quality,, for the evening menu at almost double the price it leaves 4 specialties (it call it specialty but its basic) kind of redicule 1 choice with slice of salmon on the bottom and cucumber crab sheap inside,,, or the other choice slice of your on top and cucumber crab sheap inside,,,its the same deal redicule and fad ...and then the maki as said are cold and seem to prefabricate quickly...so dinner is not worth it I come to eat sushi give me something special for dinner... find something other than the base and cooled rice you have better a la carte specialties on your menu you dont remove that........The other sushi willingly like Samon Boucherville I pay and will return for the quality and the real specialty,,, not the same thing with you cut and cheap menu for the evening more than $100 for two and I eat very basic sushi (I give two stars as said however the fish is fresh so tartare, sashimi, nigiri c its fresh but theres no point in making it better)

An incredible number of errors in orders received. I have never been so disappointed in this type of restaurant. Very unfortunate because the service was at least courteous and friendly.

the fried sushi was drenched in oil and brown...not very appetizing. We had to place a total of 3 orders. order lost. half delivered and forgotten. Same thing for the next table. The owner even came to offer us the order from the neighboring table that they had received in duplicate. When we spoke to the manager it was not normal that there were so many errors. We almost got yelled at.

Unfortunately the service was not good, hot meals arrived cold. The sushi was dry, they had errors in our orders, the employees barely spoke French. I couldnt wait to try it, but I wasnt going back.

Bad experience. I ordered a tray of about 25 pieces through Doordash. 1h30 after ordering, Doordash sends me a notification that I dont have a delivery person assigned. I call the restaurant to understand and while they put my call on hold I hear everything they say. Finally, they had received my order, but had not sent it to the kitchen. Its not Doordashs fault, its the restaurants fault. So finally they started to prepare the order and I went to pick it up directly from the restaurant. Not even a sorry, not anything to try to forgive their mistake. I was wise to call since my restaurant would have closed before I received my food. Please note that the restaurant was absolutely empty. Looking forward to ordering elsewhere next time

Disappointment we understand very well that it was a take out, but there...the soup was not representative at all compared to your menu and what about the beef carpacio!!!!!!!!! *4* pieces instead of 6 (as the menu indicates) really small Paying $80.00 for sushi, we have no problem with that, but frankly not great...13 makis, 2 soups, (4) beef carpacios...luckily the makis were very good!!!!!

By far, but by far the best Poke Bowl (signature) I have eaten among all the sushi restaurants. Just like the sushi, its excellent, I recommend.

The service is terrible, you will be made to wait 1 hour after your internet tells you it is ready. They are super lost, people come back with the wrong orders. Honestly, I will go elsewhere in the future

1 pad taï served in 10 minutes perfect but Wait 1h30 for a platter of sushi which should have arrived at the same time without any explanation and gesture of compensation, we should have been informed that the sushi this evening would be complicated and that it would be preferable to have a hot dish prepared by the kitchen and the sushi bar. We wont set foot here again and seeing the number of customers who left because the wait was way too long we wont be the only ones!!!!

Order placed online to pick up at 7:50 p.m. - order received at 9:30 p.m., more than 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting even though we were told it would be 30 minutes late when we arrived. $50 that I will choose to spend elsewhere.

Fast delivery, but missing the rice in my meal....so a General Tao without rice, I will have a discount on a next order...if there is a next order! The freshness was not there. The Wonton soup tasted like cardboard, pieces of chicken not chewable in the pad Thai, the salmon poke not great tasting..... A family meal that left us all hungry. Dont think about going back

They were going to bring your wine and they did not have white wine or sparkling wine. The waitress are young and not very experienced. The food was great and the arrengements were professional.

This has been 2 times in a row that my partner and I have had a VERY bad experience. We are told, after a long delay, that there is a lack of staff and that there will be more waiting. This is understandable, but customers must be notified BEFORE giving them a table, not after they have already waited a long time. My partner finally received her main course and her starter (in that order). I ended up receiving my (almost cold) starter when she was almost finished with her meal. It took another twenty minutes before I received my main course... which was not the right one. We are informed that there will be almost an additional hour of waiting to correct the error... The situation also seemed to be chaotic for take-out orders. I understand a delay if there is a shortage of staff but the kitchen appears to be EXTREMELY poorly organized. In short, we are giving 1 star because it is not possible to give 0 stars.

First time trying this restaurant! Simply delicious and affordable. I highly recommend it! Platter of 45 fresh sushi. We were two adults and two teenagers and we had lots of them! Cheaper than McDonald s for 4 people and 100 times better! (To take away)

We waited a long time, I understand that there are people, but I dont understand that there is only one waitress working. The young man barely looked at us and was in his chair waiting while his colleague managed alone. Fortunately, after taking the order, it was quick to get the dishes ordered. If we needed something, we had to ask, otherwise no one would come and see. Regarding the dishes, it was delicious, hats off to the cooks who saved the evening!!

Take out 35 minutes wait for 2 poké bowls. Empty restaurant, 3 tables of 2-3 people. We had a very good salmon poke and one with chicken... which chicken?? .. A millimeter of chicken coated in a big cold breaded crust, which tasted like frozen fish cakes. Very disappointing and small size for the price. I think the service and menu is better in the dining room. To have!

We ordered sushi and 2:00 later still not ready and nothing was offered to me in compensation very disappointed we finally ate sushi but from another restaurant

Very bad experience at this restaurant. We were there with the children, we ordered sushi, my son from General Tao. We received the sushi after more than an hour of waiting and still nothing for my son. After 2 hours of waiting for his meal, the waitress comes to see us and says do you want it to take away?....uh no, hes going to eat it on the spot, hes been waiting for more than 2 hours! ....Frankly! Then another 25 minutes for the childrens 2 scoops of ice cream...we will never go to this restaurant again! I understand that there is a shortage of employees everywhere, but if it means offering such poor service, just dont open! On a bill of almost $200, offering us $10 off as compensation is ridiculous (especially since I had to remove it from the total myself, since she hadnt even applied it... )....Now Im being accused of a fake review hahaha....who said I went there in the last two days? We went there on a Friday evening, for my partners birthday. All this only confirms...We will not go back there again!

Excellent sushi

This evening, there are five to six tables being served, but several for takeout. We enjoy salmon and sushi. The waitresses are welcoming. We saw other customers who brought white wine. The waitress gave them a bucket of ice cream.
