French at the bottom: The young ladies working there were very nice. My daughter was feeling a bit down and I wanted to take her for her favorite food. Unfortunately it was a holiday and our preferred shops were closed. We went to Yuzu as it was what was open and I like the name and color scheme. We ordered two rolls, two pieces each of salmon, tuna and shrimp sushi, one order of salmon bao and 1 order of spring rolls. The total was $85 which was a bit of a shock (I dont tend to do the math when ordering but it wasnt a huge order for two people). The bao was the best thing we ordered. The sushi looked like it had been on a hungerstrike. The fish was super thin, nearly deli meat thickness. It sat atop a thin layer of rice, so thin that we could not use chopsticks to pick them up, we went with fingers instead. The spicy salmon roll didnt have any salmon in it that I could taste or see, mostly Cucumbers and tempura crispies. The mango wow roll was supposed to be tempura shrimp with mango and clementine but it was mostly clementine. The shrimp inside was about twice the size of a standard pencil. I get that its a chain and my expectations were not very high going in. I left feeling a bit ripped off and cheated. Ive eaten sushi at quite a range of shops in my life but this was by far the saddest and most anemic depiction of sushi I have experienced. The bao was the only thing good and fairly priced that we ordered. I would recommend Yuzu for a lite snack of bao but certainly not for the sushi or rolls containing seafood.. The smallest poke Ive ever eaten, not even half filled for almost $30 with extra tuna and rice, even though I made it clear to put extra, they dont seem to listen, last time, I strongly advise against it

The sushi is halved compared to the competition for $90 you have tiny portions. The worst part of all was that he didnt even want to give the name of the manager as it was a state secret lol

You are looking for miniature sushi, this is THE ideal place! You will find small portions at the price of normal portions and a manager who finds it appropriate that the hosomakis measure less than half an inch and that her makis measure on average 3/4 inch, all with so little filling that you look for it in some sushi!! We eat a lot of sushi. Our usual places were unfortunately closed on Monday April 22. Being used to Yuzu in Brossard, we thought it was a good idea, but I was fooled! I always order 9 rolls for 3 people and we always have some left . Due to the size of these, we had to cook after spending almost $90!!! When complaining about the rickety physical appearance of our sushi, we were told that it was always like that, without excuse, without compensation, with no intention of understanding that the sushi in our dishes looked nothing like to the description and images of the Yuzu site! We are very disappointed with our order and to have been so blatantly ripped off! We will NEVER return there and I strongly advise you not to waste your money!!! There are so many beautiful and good sushi restaurants in Beloeil and St-Hilaire such as Notori Sushis, Naturo Sushi and Hiro sushis, who care about their work and the satisfaction of their customers, that there is no need to losing money on rickety sushi and with a manager (Isabelle) who doesnt care about her customers!

Upd. I had to correct my opinion. Unfortunately, its been a few weeks since I saw the changes in this place. And its not to my taste as much as for the flavor of the dishes, as much as for the service. ------------ A few times I ordered takeout. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Good quantity and quality of products. Veggie rolls are one of my favorite choices. I recommend.

Les sushis étaient très bons et généreux. J ai demander de l aide puisque je voulais un plateaux avec du saumon et à mon oeil je n en trouvais pas. J ai donc regarder avec une employé dans le pamphlet de sushi puis elle m a repondu sur un ton très condéscendant. J ai manger sur place et les employées parlaient au telephone sur le haut parleur Assez désagréable :/

Very annoying, I ordered online on the Yuzu website after an hour of waiting they sent me a text to say that my order will be there in 30 minutes. 10 minutes later I receive a text telling me that my order is canceled. I call the restaurant and they tell me its a bug and they dont know what to tell me or what to do A credit could have made all the difference, very poor customer service. Even if it is an online bug via an intermediary you must still retain your customers

$94.50 with tax for a 30 ounces of sushi order clearly incomplete, at least one tray was missing, really disappointed. I feel like I stole $40.

Unrivaled and undeniable quality and freshness! The discovery platter is a real delight and succulent. Everything was already ready when we arrived. Parking: Large parking lot, plenty of space available!

Disappointment: 22 pieces, chefs choice for $35 with tip. I had 10 pieces of sushi and 12 makis. 12 makis! Its theft! My platter had to be worth $15, no more. Frankly!

There you go, first time Ive been to this Yuzu. I admit I was very disappointed. The two young girls present seemed to have no desire to serve me, but I didnt notice. I asked the person who took my order to add a lot of wasabi and ginger, she replied: Well, my will give you an extra. A little surprised, I replied ok, okay then, (not knowing their policy and despite the tone of the young woman, I did not pick up on it again). Then, I received my order ($40 of sushi), I asked if the quantity of ginger present was indeed their extra and the second young woman said yes, which I found a little less than what I received elsewhere but I didnt notice telling myself that it was like that here. When I got home I saw my sushi, but sushi containing asparagus seemed very expired and the sushi was simply inedible! I had to throw away the whole tray! Normally I wouldnt have said anything since they are apprenticeship students and others but it was a bit too much at once for me. I dont think Ill go back to Yuzu sushi since I dont have $40 to throw in the trash in case the next time is better.

I give my poor star to customer service. It s even unfortunate to see a team sacrifice at each other. My tasting experience was very good nonetheless. If the owners see my opinion, I invite you to have your employees (especially a certain David) do training on team spirit and the use of the cash register system.

Despite an order placed several hours in advance, there was a huge wait on site. You should not be in a hurry or expect to have your order ready on time.

I have often ordered my sushi from Yuzu Beloeil and this Sunday it was pathetic. I think I was given some old take-out rolls in my order. The rice, the shape, the lack of freshness everything was mediocre. Never again!

The sushi is not great. Lack of taste. Not rolled tight enough
