Atmosphere: Very nice & beautiful Christmas decoration Food: (Roast ox with red cabbage and dumplings) delicious Staff: Took more efforts in cleaning empty tables than checking if guest would like to order something. No clue about wine. Opened the bottled and filled the glass up to the top without giving the guest a chance to try the wine before.
I really loved this place—it’s so inviting and cozy! I don’t usually like schnitzel, but the Viennese version here was surprisingly good! The spätzle was also very tasty!
The servers were totally overworked and moody and even rolled their eyes when asking for Ketchup, since we arrived after a big crowd going to the Waldbühne left. Food was fine, nothing special.
Brilliant food, the staff was very friendly and I can recommend this place. Why not 5 stars? I wanted to pay with a B-Card and was told nobody knows how it works, although the restaurant accepts B-Card. Shame, otherwise a great place
Amazing restaurant off the beaten path! When in Berlin take the train here and experience the amazing food and great service. If you are in Berlin during asparagus season don’t miss out on ordering one of the specials with seasonal asparagus. So delicious!
The best meal we had in Berlin. A little expensive but definitely worth each cent. Don't forget to try Kaiserschmarrn. My favorite desert from now on.
Very delicious food, friendly service, quickly served. Cosily furnished in a Tyrolean style. I will definitely come back here
I ate here with my partner and in my opinion the quality of the food was poor. We had schnitzel and chips and the chips were lukewarm and the schnitzel was stringy. I would not visit again.
Unfortunately, the Tyrolean parlors are no longer what they used to be. We still knew the staff in lederhosen and dirndls. Soft Tyrolean music while eating. Nice staff, where the menu was explained to you if you didnt immediately know what was meant, what was on the menu. Today there are completely different employees who didnt even know what exactly was on the plate. There was no bon appetit wish and there was no goodbye when leaving the restaurant. Instead, colleagues chatted among themselves at the counter and just looked as we walked out. Its a shame, but I cant recommend it anymore!!!
We went for Christmas dinner with the team, the worst food you can get. Schnitzel from Aldi would be of better quality. Service not competent and not trained. Not recommended
Food very tasty. I had the Wiener Schnitzel, an original and it was definitely the best schnitzel Ive eaten so far. Service was very nice and the impression of the building was very relaxed. Overall, definitely a 5/5 stars for me.
Atmosphere is harmonious, very nice staff and food very tasty
Despite making a reservation with a group, there was only one waitress, everything was very careless, it was closed at 9 p.m., duck almost 29, only one dumpling, very small portion. Kaiserschmarrn is strangely caramelized.
Six of us ate there. Three people had the Wienerschnitzel. It was very good in all three cases! The others had duck, goose and cheese spaetzle. The duck was ok, but the goose breast was unfortunately a bit burnt. The cheese spaetzle had a bit of a lack of cheese flavor, but as we all know, thats a matter of taste, how strong you like them. We know them to be much stronger from Austria. The service staff was very friendly. For people who like to eat Wienerschnitzel, I would definitely recommend the Tiroler Stuben! Parking: Street parking. You should pay attention to whether there are events in the Olympic Stadium or the Waldbühne, as parking could be difficult. Otherwise there are enough parking spaces in the area.
Friendly and competent staff. Food was delicious. The Kaiserschmarrn tastes good, but unfortunately it is cut and not picked.
It was okay
We had goose breast with red cabbage and potatoes. The goose breast was so tough that you could hardly cut it at all not crispy. 36.90 for this is totally excessive. Service staff was nice.
Unfortunately a disappointment. A room in which there are no windows, so the air gets stagnant quite quickly. By being separated from the rest of the restaurant, the staff quickly misses any attempts to reorder something. In general, the staff seemed very stressed, some were literally running. This creates a lot of hecticness and discomfort. Drinks (Radler) consist almost exclusively of beer, there is hardly any taste of soda. Eating well... goose breast too hard, farmers duck not cooked through, meat hardly came off the bone. Dumpling too dry, looked like it came from a hot air oven. Schnitzel was good, as was red cabbage. The kale was great. There is hardly any typical Austrian food on the menu. Tarte flambée seems strange. Dessert, well... cheesecake and apple strudel... where are Kaiserschmarrn, yeast dumplings, dumplings soup, pancake soup, etcetc. Ambiance, well... Rooms are quite low, everything is narrow and crowded, from a table you have a direct view of the toilet area. Prices are quite steep: 50 for goose breast, shandy, schnapps. Conclusion: No recommendation, its a shame, it used to be quite good.
Beautifully decorated seasonally. The pumpkin risotto was fine. Unfortunately, this is almost the only alternative if you have gluten intolerance, as all soups and sauces are prepared as pastries Overall, there were three of us and we were very satisfied with the evening... Dietary restrictions: Gluten difficult
Everything is fine, gladly again
We wont be back, rarely have we been served so badly. Very unfortunate.
The food was actually very good, we had duck and the schnitzel. The Kaiserschmarrn wasnt really my thing, very small portion for a lot of money, way too sweet and pieces too thick. The service is underground. The waiter doesnt know his trade, theres no friendliness, and no attention either. You are simply ignored. Thats why there wasnt a cent tip. The ambience is really nice. Parking spaces right in front of the door. Were still not coming back.
Very friendly service.
We tried to remain objective, but the staff and the kitchen made it very difficult for us. The crispy knuckle was a knuckle of pork, the Viennese style schnitzel was cold and bland. After we took the liberty of giving the knuckle of pork back, the alternative meal, cheese spaetzle, arrived on the table. After I didnt get any cutlery for 8 minutes, we stopped our business lunch hungry. Cheers meal.
Good food nice atmosphere
We had Wiener Schnitzel that had a thick tendon in it - well -. Fries more than salty. I mean something different by potato salad. It was just a mess, the extra cucumbers had probably been sitting for some time.
So far everything is okay. I think everyone will find something on the slim menu
Always happy to eat schnitzel there, but all the other dishes are also down-to-earth, rich and delicious
We got a table without a reservation without any problems and ate duck with red cabbage and dumplings. The duck was very tasty and we drank rhubarb juice with it, which was also very tasty. The restaurant is decorated in Austrian style, the seats are comfortable, the toilets are clean. The service was very friendly, all in all it was quick and we didnt have to wait long
Great food, cozy location.
So the food was ok, you cant complain, but there wasnt what was on the menu online. Also, you couldnt order the mushroom dumplings because there are no mushrooms. In November... There was no sauce with the duck and you had to order it extra for 4.50. Overall, great prices. The waitresses were the real problem. I have never experienced such unfriendly and listless service. You werent asked whether you wanted something to drink or whether everything was OK while you were eating. When it was cleared away, half of it was cleared away and then the waiter in the other room covered the tables. After contacting us several times, we were finally able to pay. There was no tip, no asking, nothing. Just a dirty look. Its a real shame for what was actually a great idea for a restaurant.
Unfortunately it has nothing to do with Tyrolean cuisine.
Good food, good atmosphere, only the time until the food came was a bit too long at 45 minutes
The food was fantastic! There is currently a winter menu, you can eat delicious goose leg and goose breast.
The schnitzel was first class and super tender and freshly breaded. The service was friendly. We sat comfortably by the window, it wasnt too cold and the decor was rustic, very suitable and cozy. Unfortunately I cant recommend the Kaiserschmarrn, its rubbery and not fluffy at all because, as the waiter told me, its baked on a tray. The Schmarrn wasnt freshly prepared either, just warmed up. A real disappointment. Otherwise we had a very nice evening and really enjoyed the main courses and the time.
Very expensive. The service is still very inexperienced or not well instructed. Food was very good.
Quite expensive, so not too many guests
Great beer garden, very good food.
I had a Wienerschnitzel. That was good. Starter salad was also good. The dessert apple strudel is not. Very unfortunate. The service was good. The waiting time (2.5) is not.
We were with you last night, of course the food. Tarte flambée was pretty good, the salad was fresh, but the dressing was boring, the baked cheese was tasteless. The pumpkin soup didnt taste good at all, the goulash with spaetzle was watery, you definitely didnt drain the spaetzle properly, the Viennese schnitzel was fine, Soup of the day also mediocre, apple strudel and Kaiserschmarren were catastrophic. Price-performance ratio is not appropriate
Prices suggest fine cuisine, unfortunately we were taught otherwise: Onion roast not cooked through, over-salted spaetzle and burnt fried potatoes.
We were there yesterday with friends. Had a really nice evening. We had 5 different meals and also tried each other. It was all an absolute culinary delight. We ordered the Kaiserschmarren in advance, it took a while, but the wait was absolutely worth it. We were all really happy and had a really nice and warm service!
After we were first shown friendly to our seat, we had to wait 25 minutes for our order to be taken, even though the waiter walked past us several times beforehand. A young lady then took the order. When I asked, in a slightly ironic way, whether at least the cook would be faster than the waiting staff, the really nice young woman replied that it might actually take a little longer today. But after 40 minutes we still didnt have any food (drinks were brought to us as soon as we took our order) and after reading some reviews I noticed that long waiting times are the rule rather than the exception, we decided to combine the homely wooden ambience with the The worst service from Berlin, we still had an hour and a half to go home to Stendal. When paying for the drinks, the waiter said that a 40-50 minute wait was normal in Berlin and that I should be fair when writing a review. Why does he expect me to give 5 stars for a poor performance? You can eat well in Berlin with fast service and without long waiting times, for example in the Spandauer Bierbrunnen, which I visited four weeks ago and can only recommend. The Tyrolean Stuben, on the other hand, is a total failure, and quite expensive at that.
It wasnt our first time here. Food is great. Half duck was very crispy and well seasoned the wiener Schnitzel delicious as always. The Kaiserschmarrn was not my cup of tea. The pieces were very thick and it only tasted like dough. Since we are often in Austria, we know it differently. Its different and everyone has different tastes. Try it out.
The food was very tasty
We enjoyed it very much and the service was great.
Lovely, cute restaurant. Food top, service on point. Tiroler Stuben is just a few steps away from the bus stop by public transport. Anytime again when we are back in Berlin.
We had to wait a long time for the food and the service and forgot a dish. Schnitzel was good, but goulash was only lukewarm, spaetzle were obviously finished products. Would have expected more.
I promised myself more of it, the food was okay but nothing special, not much choice. Its just an outdated restaurant
Never eaten such bad Kaiserschmarrn in my life. Simply CHEAP!!! Caves bad.
We were here before a concert. Despite a 10 minute delay, the reserved table was still free. The meal took a while. But the store was also full. Food great, a bit expensive, otherwise there is nothing negative. Friendly service staff. Be sure to book a table in advance. well be back
Very tasty food, Flammkucken with chanterelles and pifferling spaetzle. Wed love to come back!
We were there for dinner at 5 p.m. on September 4, 2024 with 13 people. There were 3 x burnt Kaiserschmarren, the beef brisket didnt come with the fried potatoes we ordered, but boiled potatoes and the horseradish sauce was without horseradish. Potatoes were exchanged. Kaiserschmarren was returned. Keller not emphatic. Overall, no longer recommended as the prices are a bit high. Due to the lack of rain, the sewer system smelled very unpleasant. Flushing with water would help. We sat in the garden.
The food did not meet our expectations of Austrian/South Tyrolean cuisine. Its better to offer less, but with better quality.
We arrived shortly before closing time (warm food until 8:30 p.m.) and got our food within 10 minutes. It was super tasty, we can only recommend it.
We waited over an hour for our food, despite repeated requests. The beer garden and restaurant were packed due to a nearby concert and there were apparently only two cooks in the kitchen. The food was bland and tasted terrible. While we were waiting, no one from the service asked us if we wanted any additional drinks. We were offered a coffee on the house, but only when the food was brought to us. Absolutely no recommendation.
3rd and last attempt in 7 weeks. The chanterelle soup contained exactly 2 chanterelles, one Kaiserschmarrn was completely oversweetened and therefore not edible. The XXL/Currywurst was a normal bratwurst. The question of what constitutes the XXL was answered with a shrug of the shoulders by the service staff. Today a cold currywurst (2nd chance), a tasteless schnitzel without lemon and tasteless fried potatoes (no longer recognizable as such), served with the wrong sauce. Fried potatoes were ordered for the farmers plate, which had to be requested first. The black pudding that was served later was cold. References by the shift manager to the kitchen and thus shifting responsibility to the cook were supplemented by the fact that the restaurant manager was on vacation. The comment that no checks were carried out when three dishes were ordered when the restaurant was almost empty was answered with the statement that this was not usual. At least we were met with 10%. Its a shame, the third attempt was a complete failure, there wont be another one.
A real German and only German restaurant;))
Very friendly staff, expensive but very good quality and incredibly tasty. Update 9/8/24: Where did the old staff go? Completely new line-up We came often and regularly in the past, and not just for the food, the staff knew us, it felt good to come here. Always a smile on his face, a kind word, attentive (even under stress). Unfortunately we couldnt find any of that today. Staff stressed and moaning, not smiling once, from 8 p.m. we sat there unnoticed for half an hour with empty glasses and the staff clearly had the evening of celebration on their minds. Only when we made ourselves known did we get drinks. Its really a shame... Since I worked in the catering industry for many years, the service was unfortunately a no go and therefore down to 1 star
Highly recommended, great food and very cozy. Kid-friendliness: Very playground available
A visit is worth it!!!!
I really enjoyed the goulash. Very meat-heavy menu. Personally, I would like more vegetarian dishes so that my friend (vegetarian) has a larger choice next time.
Unfortunately I have the comparison to 10 years ago, and the result is shocking, I dont want to go into all the details now, but the crowning glory was the cheesecake that I treated myself to for dessert, it was so hot inside that I burned my tongue, oh and it was even steaming in weather temperatures of over 30 degrees, after I cut the first piece with a fork.
I dont have to have it again. Wiener Schnitzel: Dry, cucumber salad, well, potato salad, or whatever it was, well. Cappuccino with icing, well, expensive, nothing else.
Unfortunately, our experience was more bad than good. The chef refused dumplings instead of potatoes, a dish on the menu was not even available and unfortunately the knuckle was completely dry, gray and soaked in sauce. Everything was very bland. Fried potatoes were potato wedges briefly fried and some of them were still half raw. Unfortunately, even the friendly wait staff (the first star) couldnt get anything out of it. Unfortunately, it wasnt explained to us why you couldnt have dumplings with your meat dish, because the meatless dish with dumplings was fine. Chef said no! Very bad service FROM THE COOK! Halfway through our short stay, the music stopped and an uncomfortable silence spread across the empty room. For these prices you can really expect better food. We decided against dessert in this regard. Unfortunately never again :( Ps: the great thing and what I was very happy about was the sugar-free Almdudler ;) (the second star)
Very good food!! Very friendly, motivated waitress!!
Eating took a very long time Warmed up fried potatoes Meat dry
Prices a bit too high in my opinion and the service took quite a long time (20 minutes for drinks). The taste was very good.
As a Tyrolean, the chef absolutely lost me... And then I received an angry email saying that I had never been there because of my review... what a shame...
Between 2 and 3 stars and that only because the pork knuckle was delicious, the sauce with it tasted salty like Maggie. Unfortunately, the Königsberger Klopse are forgotten. The meatballs are made from minced meat, the sauce is white, but completely tasteless. The service was very positive. We also heard complaints from other guests.
Cozy
Ive been there many times... but never into the Tiroler Stuben. It was great! The food tasted excellent! Big portions! The service was very friendly! Well definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: There is a childrens playground in the beer garden area.
Basically a nice beer garden with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, our stay didnt work at all and the actually nice service staff were completely overwhelmed. The drinks only came after an eternity, the food, which was generally not good, came after over 1.5 hours. It was exactly the same at the neighboring tables.
We were turned away at 7:50 p.m. with the words Were no longer accepting guests, weve just rushed 200 people through. The shop was completely empty. I mean: it may be that the job can be stressful, but... Its somehow....your job?
To the nice blonde lady with glasses who just asked us if we couldnt read - then greeted us so well with hectic hand movements and a get out, well be placed in front: we are speechless and dont set foot again to this store!
Unfortunately, a complete disaster. We had reserved a table at 5 p.m. so we could be at the Waldbühne for the concert at 7:30 p.m. Went there at 4:45 p.m. Drinks and food orders were taken at 5 p.m. The waitress said directly that the food was taking time and whether we had time. Our answer: No, the concert starts at 7:30 p.m. After our food wasnt there after 1.5 hours, we left.
Too bad, more appearance than reality. In times when staff are scarce, I obviously have no problem if it takes longer. But over 90 minutes???? There were no dishes on the menu that justified this in any way. In addition, the food there felt like it wasnt seasoned at all or was totally over-salted (Königsberger Klopse). Several people present complained about the long wait and left without ever eating anything. Then maybe just offer fewer tables...
It was very tasty. Staff was also very friendly. Simply recommended all around. Parking: A public parking lot is right in front of the front door. We even got a parking space with the big van. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything on the ground floor.
Denied going to the toilet. It doesnt work like that
You can drink the beer. You should definitely eat somewhere else: We waited an hour: for currywurst and meatloaf. Fries were limp, the sausage was ready long before serving (thats the subjective impression) and the sauce... Well.
A nice restaurant in itself. The service is quite nice. The fact that we waited almost 90 minutes for the food can be overlooked on a day when there is a concert at the Waldbühne. But the food was terrible, sorry. One meal out of 4 was good, the other 3 were served. Some of the ingredients were not fresh and Wiener Schnitzel with a meat thickness of 2mm is not possible.
Food came after 1 hour Schnitzel was large but little meat with a lot of breading Unfortunately the fries were confused with potato salad so we took the ketchup and mayo with us to the concert
Beef goulash is not recommended.
We wanted to stop for dinner before a concert at the Waldbühne. At first we were told that there was no more space, but after we ordered drinks and food, we noticed that many of the seats were unoccupied. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, then asked the next table if food had also been ordered. This was the case. It was also noticeable that no one around us had food on the table. After more than an hour we canceled the food again, just like the table next door. Original sound from the stroppy waitress: There is only one cook in the kitchen, the second cook just left because it was too stressful for him today. You would terminate him without notice so that his benefits would also be reduced by the employment office. Unfortunately, it s simply dubious! Why not play it straight and clearly communicate that the kitchen is not taking orders at the moment instead of keeping people waiting in the hope of a delicious meal. A little tip: With a grill (bratwurst and steak) outside on a concert day like this and a few prepared salads and baguettes, you could have made a real mess. Its a shame, now all I remember is the bockwurst from the gas station across the street.
Nice stop in the extended area of the Waldbühne. Ate well.
I thought it was delicious, had Königsberger and the service was typically Berliner quick-witted and funny
Absolutely delicious food and great loyalty
Great meal!
Good food. Good beer. Great service.
Friendly and delicious.
Only stopped for a short time... Beer was great and the homemade cheesecake was to die for!!!
Tiroler Stuben Berlin is a restaurant with classic Austrian cuisine and a cozy atmosphere that impresses with its quality. The very friendly staff is very helpful and friendly . In addition to a changing lunch menu, typical Austrian dishes are also offered. Seasonal dishes are also served. A menu for children is available. You can also express your wishes, which will be gladly taken into account. High chairs for children are in stock. There are, among other things, great desserts and cakes for afternoon coffee. There is also seating outside, a small petting zoo and a playground. There is also parking directly in front of the restaurant. A restaurant that makes you feel good and has a cozy atmosphere, hence a full 5 Parking: Free parking spaces are located directly in front of the restaurant or on the street. Ä
Conditions were very friendly, unfortunately there is only a very reduced menu, the menu on the homepage seems to no longer be available. Prices are very high for what is on offer.
Food and location very nice. But the service was very slow. We had to wait forever for drinks, for example over half an hour for 2 beers and 2 wines. Clearing didnt work either. Whatever it was, some nice information about it would have helped. Too bad
Super nice service
It was full and it could take a while, I completely understand that. What I dont understand is lukewarm potatoes from a jar. There has to be that much time and the kitchen had enough time (45 minutes). Otherwise it tasted good.
Yummy. Friendly and somewhat boyish service. Berlin!
Very unfriendly employee and poor service
Food so-so, prices way up
Very nice restaurant right on Heerstr. We sat in the beer garden. The service was very attentive despite the lack of staff and full tables. Extra praise for the waiters nerves, who had everything under control. Also compliments to the kitchen. We havent had such a great Wiener Schnitzel in a long time. Plus fresh asparagus. Was very tasty. We will definitely come back!
Sorry I have to get this off my chest. I often visit the Tiroler Stuben with my family. To my dissatisfaction, I notice that the service and the food are unfortunately getting worse and worse. Apparently there are communication problems when ordering the food. You only get what you order after you complain. The food was often cold, or as happened again today, the asparagus was not well done but completely hard. Also got 3 cold cappuccinos. For the prices I really expect something better. I will think carefully about coming back again.
Highly recommended and very tasty Home cooking at its best
Bad service. And the legitimate negative review was deleted at the insistence of a lawyer with flimsy reasons (see photo), although the actual visit to the restaurant was even proven by a debit receipt. Absolutely not recommended!
A great restaurant to eat deliciously! Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The dishes were very tasty and large. The service was quick and friendly!
Wiener Schnitzel was good, asparagus was almost raw. Atmosphere crowded but pleasant
Yesterday we wanted to eat in the beer garden with 4 people at 25° C, but were only sent indoors because of the supposed threat of rain. Only one waiter said hello, all the other employees just walked around the restaurant with a stare and a wordless look. In the restaurant, the air was stuffy and humid due to the lack of ventilation. Until we were able to at least order our drinks, we realized that 4 tables with guests who only sat down after us could order before us. It turned out that the menu that was available on the Internet - especially with the popular Austrian Rösti dishes - was not listed on the paper menus that were handed out yesterday. When we saw 3 half-meals on the neighboring tables from guests who had long since left that had not been cleared away for a long time, we left it with our drinks. This was first served without a beer mat, so we had to order it later. The fact that individual sheets of toilet paper were already lying on the floor in front of the toilet doors and the trash cans in the toilets had long since overflowed with paper also spoke for a lack of overview. It wasnt until we were 600 meters away that we were impressed by the competition with its fast service, good cuisine and the cleanest rooms.
Nice rustic atmosphere
We made a reservation - unfortunately it was not found in the system. The waitress was new and super nice, but unfortunately she didnt know the range and didnt know what an Almdudler was . A small drink then turned into a big one and she didnt know what a hospitality receipt was either. Your colleague then took care of everything with confidence. The salad was quite bland and the shepherds cheese on the salad is not feta (as advertised on the menu) In my schnitzel I found something that looked like a spider leg. Still paid the full price. Without tip
A restaurant with Austrian cuisine. Good quality food at fair prices. Portions are good in quantity. Nice beer garden. Only the staff can only be described as good to a limited extent. There was no request for dessert or further drinks after the main meal, despite another hours stay.
We werent that happy with the food. The asparagus was prepared very specially, to put it mildly... Unfortunately, the rest of the food didnt convince us either...
Delicious dishes. Nice service. Unfortunately, the processes dont really work right now.
The knuckle was terribly bad and the sauerkraut was cold. Apparently everything comes from the subway and is briefly warmed up in the microwave.
A nice stop before visiting the Waldbühne, although of course there were a lot of people and things went a bit haywire... but all in all everyone tried very hard despite the wrong table numbers.
Tyrolean delicacies. Rustic furnishings. Beer garden very nice. Quiet. Large playground for children. Easy to see for parents. Vegetarian options: Small but good selection. Very tasty and varied. Parking: Street squares. There are always some free in the small space in front Kid-friendliness: When children come, they are looked after in a very friendly manner. The large washing area at the beer garden invites you to linger for a long time. Wheelchair accessibility: Largely barrier-free. The toilet and access is a bit narrow. With a wide electric wheelchair it is difficult or even impossible.
The service was friendly and pointed out before ordering that there could be longer waiting times for the food. Unfortunately she forgot to say which dishes are no longer available. Given the small selection of dishes, its really quite something. There were four of us and we accepted the wait because we were really looking forward to the food. The beer was very good and the wait for the food wasnt very long. Unfortunately, the food was not good and was clearly at the lower end of our taste and restaurant experience. And there were already a few Tyroleans there. The asparagus was too hard, almost like biting into a carrot. The hollandaise sauce was not homemade and the convenience product was not refined. I can open the package and warm it up myself, but I dont go to a restaurant for that. The salad dressing for the salad, which was served on the same plate as the asparagus, mixed in an unpleasant way with the asparagus and the hollandaise sauce. Visually and taste-wise. The Wiener Schnitzel with fries and the second Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes... If you fought your way through the breading, you were rewarded with dry, shaky meat. However that can happen with calves. The fries were good, but the fried potatoes were just ok. The Alsatian style tarte flambée was gratinated with cheese, I have no idea how you could come up with such an idea, but it made the dough soggy and everything was dripping with fat. The cheese completely masked the delicate taste. Ergo, an absolute failure. The grilled knuckle was solid, nothing more and nothing less. The ambience... The inside is very rustic and nicely decorated, but cleanliness is something that needs to be paid attention to. Our table wasnt wiped down properly, the windows urgently needed cleaning and so did the skylights, inside and out. Dust and cobwebs above head height are simply not nice to look at. That was our first and last visit. And so it doesnt mean we werent there... We took photos of ourselves (with the bill) and since I paid by card, I have further proof.
Nah, I dont have to have it again. The service was very inattentive and visibly overwhelmed, even though it wasnt full. The food was spicy, nutmeg was very predominant here.
Just wanted to drink a beer - waited 40 minutes - didnt get a beer
The Tiroler Stuben restaurant is beautifully located on the edge of the forest near the Jewish cemetery. Unfortunately, food is offered here at overpriced prices. Unfortunately the portions are very small.
Good Austrian cuisine
We only had a coffee setting. Somehow time has stood still here. The service was great!
16.50 for a portion of Kösespätzle would be very expensive but the portions are also tiny. In Tyrol no innkeeper would dare to serve such a small portion. You can easily eat 2 plates to get a normal portion of cheese spaetzle. But that would be 33 for a good portion that fills you up. Completely failed because of the excessive prices. But kudos to the waitresses. Super nice. The noodles were also tasty but at 16.50 for a portion that was too small, each of the 4 bites gets stuck in your throat.
Very quaint and nice atmosphere, great service, very friendly and on the ball. The food was excellent. We were completely satisfied
You sometimes wait an hour or half an hour for your food. The people who come after you get their food first. The service messes up orders and orders get lost
Not recommended! After waiting for over 2 hours you still havent had the food you ordered. Other guests who arrived much later received their food. After further observation, other guests were also affected and left the restaurant early
It doesnt get any better. Large selection of delicious dishes, very friendly service.. we can only recommend it!! Thanks Yesterday I visited again after a long time. I ordered the pike perch, which tasted excellent. Unfortunately the potatoes were completely overcooked and had no taste. Of course that can happen, what doesnt work is the waiter telling you that its not worth cooking the potatoes extra. The food has. It cost 37... so its really not a bargain, I expect everything to be served fresh and no unprofessional talk from the waiter. There was no apology, just instruction.
From ordering to eating it took 1 1/2 hours - without it being particularly busy..
1 day everything was fine, but 2 days there was poor service
Not bad, but we expected a little more. Service simply has to be better. Doesnt know the map, asks about everything three times and still gets it wrong. It was empty and still it takes a long time. Schnitzel was really good. The knuckle didnt work at all (probably warmed up and dried several times)
A really very cozy restaurant. The food took a little long to arrive and no waiter came for something to drink or dessert or anything like that. The Königsberger meatballs were relatively dry and bland and the portion wasnt exactly large. But the taste of the knuckle was very good, we had fried potatoes instead of boiled potatoes and they were great, unfortunately the crust on the knuckle wasnt exactly crispy but otherwise it was a very good portion. Parking: There is a large parking lot right in front of the restaurant Kid-friendliness: There is a small playground on the property
Spent Mothers Day there for 4 hours! Clean kitchen, although the plates are far too hot. Burn blisters on the service staffs hands and fingers must be expected. Very nice atmosphere. But believe me, the roosters on display cannot lay eggs. Toilets clean too! Unfortunately, there is a shortage of staff there at the moment, as many restaurateurs have forgotten that the guest is not always king, but has a right to hygienic work! Cleanest restaurant I have visited in the last 1.5 years. And of course I also saw behind the scenes.
The staff was very friendly. However, we had to wait a long time for the drinks and food.

We ate there and were very disappointed... apart from the fact that we were greeted very friendly at the entrance, nothing went well... the waiter was unfriendly and bored, the food was mediocre, rather bad, Wiener Schnitzel, more breading than meat... somehow the potato salad was inedible and very sour... We decided not to have dessert...we then had to wait almost twenty minutes for the dishes to arrive and I then ran after the waiter. The atmosphere is rustic. I wont eat there again
No expense is spared on the food so that you end up hungry when you arrive. Was hoping for a little more atmosphere than there was. Easy to get to by train
Absolutely worth visiting, food very tasty, staff very friendly, but could be a little more careful.
Very good food! A bit kitschy furnished. Nice staff. Dog friendly. We were all very satisfied.
Excellent cuisine, super friendly service and a lovingly designed restaurant with a cozy outdoor area. Just the right thing to strengthen yourself before or after a walk through the Grunewald. We will definitely come back and can only recommend the Tiroler Stuben.
The schnitzels were excellent and so was the wild boar goulash. Friendly and attentive service and reasonable prices.
It was ok so far, Id love to do it again
Delicious food and nice service
Its always worth a detour. Great service, very good quality, prices are not exorbitant. The kitchen is currently only open until 9 p.m. Reservation is recommended.
Service was super friendly, I was also greeted very friendly at the entrance. Ambiance very cozy Food was very tasty, although the starter and main course came at the same time. Soup was only lukewarm, goulash was unfortunately cold due to the simultaneous delivery. Both still taste really good. Gladly again!
A great restaurant with very friendly staff and good food at moderate prices. The only complaint is the fact that the starter came at the same time as the main course. Due to the direct proximity to Heerstrasse, noise from traffic is to be expected.
We really enjoyed our time there.
I was there just a few days ago. The staff is generally friendly and the restaurant is very cozy, but the food is not the best and is also way too expensive, especially for the quantity. The schnitzel tasted absolutely disgusting. It could really be better, I think youre wasting your money there
We went there for the first time after a recommendation and were very satisfied with the food and the attentive service. We will be there with guests next time.
I went to the Tiroler Stuben for dinner twice in mid-October 2023. I ordered the Wiener Schnitzel there which was served after a reasonable amount of time. The schnitzel was very large and was served with fried potatoes and cranberries. This was the best Wiener Schnitzel I had ever eaten. I think the prices are appropriate for the large portion. The service was very nice, careful and attentive. I will definitely come back to this cozy restaurant. Highly recommended !!!
We had a fantastic meal in the Tiroler Stuben! The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. It was great to get real fresh tea with fresh mint after a quick request instead of the tea bag as stated on the menu. The knuckle was nice and crispy and the tarte flambée was incredibly tasty. We will definitely be happy to come back again and again.
Food was good, tasty and served quickly. Service was friendly. Would recommend the store, but the prices are quite high. Not overpriced but not cheap. The kitchen also closes earlier than opening time, which is something you should keep in mind.
Completely satisfied
Very friendly service and good, tasty food.
Very, very friendly waiters and boss, despite being understaffed. Very very tasty food. Big compliments to the chef. We also got the food very quickly despite the hut being full. Very nice location with a sunny beer garden and a small playground for the children. Only recommended.
Nicer on the inside than expected from the outside. Today the kitchen was overwhelmed, we waited a little too long. Ordered 2 dishes with spaetzle, after half an hour we received news that there were no more spaetzle, the alternatives were acceptable. The food was ultimately quite ok. Due to the kitchen bottleneck, the service was a bit tense, perhaps not always like that.
Very good food, top quality at reasonable prices
The Wiener Schnitzel is highly recommended.
Food is ok. The atmosphere is cozy. Price-performance is slightly higher.
Everything takes a very long time.
Cozy, good food. What more could you want?
The fat dripped from the Wiener Schnitzel. There was no meat in a (small) part of the breading. Overall impression of the food: it works! Service: nice, but has little to do with Tyrol. The second meal - mustard schnitzel - was good. Maybe Ill have a little better luck next time I visit.
Unfortunately there is only a very short menu at the moment. However, the quality was excellent. Well be back
We all had veal schnitzel and loved it, well be back. Take a small side salad with it, the sauce is damn tasty.
Rather inconspicuous from the outside, but inside... great atmosphere with nice employees. Small menu, but super delicious.
Despite all the predictions of doom from some complainers, we had a very nice evening with delicious food and drink. Special requests were gladly fulfilled. The waitresses were all very attentive.
Strive Hard, some weaknesses....
Very nice and courteous service, very good food in terms of taste, quality and appearance. We were more than satisfied all around.
Austrian tasty cuisine
Returned there again after many years. Friendly service and good food!
Okay, but not anymore
