Es hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Alle waren sehr lecker. Besonders der frische Fisch war sehr lecker. Meiner Meinung nach das beste griechische Restaurant in Berlin.

Authentic Greek restaurant with a varied menu.

Not just any Greek around the corner, even if its a little more expensive, the quality of the food is extremely good. I have enjoyed coming here for years.

A Greek - nothing more and nothing less. A few weeks ago we were there with 7 bus drivers for the DFB Cup final on May 25th, 2024 and various dishes were ordered. Among other things, the grill plate passed across the table 3 times, which I initially wanted to choose, but then decided on a salad in the hot weather. The grill plate was a complete disappointment in terms of quantity/size. The types of meat mentioned were all on the plate, but in a portion size that you could really have searched for the meat under the lettuce leaf. This grill plate, which was served on a ceramic plate, is not worth 25.50. The snack bars serve their Manta plate, so in terms of size. The Tonnos salad plate, or rather the BOWL, on the other hand, was worth the money that day. I worked hard on the salad until it was processed, and it was really tasty. That day, a portion of giant beans was served to a colleague who wasnt satisfied with the grilled plate. These giant beans were just the normal standard thick beans, but this portion was also disappointing in terms of quantity. We didnt know whether the portions were smaller especially for the DFB Cup final. A colleague was there a long time ago during his standing time, but he couldnt remember these mini portions there! There were seven of us drivers, one only drank something, six ate something, one of them was happy with his salad, all the others left the restaurant hungry and not satisfied. We left the EPAVLIS back to the buses a little conflicted. The quality is not valued here, but the quantity for the price, and that didnt work with the dishes mentioned, it just didnt fit together. The grill plate was definitely too expensive for what was on offer! The European Championship final is coming soon and lets see what it looks like and then well take pictures

A cozy restaurant with really good Greek food. I had the appetizer platter for one person, which was really plentiful. The service was also very nice. Would love to come back.

Very nice team, very good attentive service. The squid and souvlakia were outstanding, Greek classics. Kitchen. The side salad isnt really Greek, perhaps to please the crowd. Second round of bread costs extra, but the bread is warm. Very nice atmosphere, a recommendation!

Very tasty, the prices were rather above average, when asked for another bread basket, they charged an extra 2 euros, which I find strange given a bill of over 150 euros.

We went there for the first time a few months ago on a recommendation and have been recommending it to all of our friends since then. Personally, I particularly like the fact that the dishes there are significantly lower in fat than I have previously experienced in other Greek restaurants.

The Greek cuisine on offer here is a real culinary delight. In addition, a very clean atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Greek hospitality as you imagine it when you remember the Aegean Sea and the nice people there.

Very nice Greek with good food

Very friendly welcome! Super nice waiter. There was bread and olive oil on the house. Tuna salad was excellent, as were chicken breast fillets with fries. The iced tea is a highlight. We always take our dog to the restaurant and he was also offered water without asking. The food sometimes takes a while, but the quality makes up for the wait. Coming from the neighborhood and definitely coming back regularly, as in the past!

Weve been there several times. Why? Because we are always satisfied. We will continue to visit the restaurant.

This restaurant is located between Reichsstrasse and the Olympic Stadium. Nice interior, not like the usual blue/white and Acropolis. The menu offers enough choice, but doesnt overwhelm you. All Greek classics are included. The presentation of the food is modern and tasteful. We were satisfied with the delicious food. The salad beforehand was also delicious. Staff is very friendly. The store is recommended

If the waitress responds to a friendly criticism with the answer...no one has ever told us that, it means that the quality and human understanding are missing. For me...also as a Mediterranean person and fan of Greek cuisine...the food was the worst I have ever eaten in a Greek restaurant in Germany. Value for money...very bad

The best Greek restaurant Ive eaten at so far. Price performance is just right for the quality of the dishes served. We had various starters, I had the lamb shank and various desserts for 6 people and all the dishes were delicious and very well prepared. I didnt take any pictures because I dont want to take away the surprise from others and I also dont want to give others the opportunity to simply copy the ideas.

Its unfortunate... its always been a good address in recent years. Waiting 30 minutes for drinks only to find out that 2 drinks are missing from 7 people is really bad. The food wasnt convincing at all, value for money used to be good. The quality was also rather so-so... Ambience still nice.

Today we were there again. The service has deteriorated a lot. Since I wasnt very hungry, I ordered a starter and asked if I would like it as a main course... yes, of course. Then my starter came and my husband didnt get his food until I was finished. Then the wrong salad was brought to me. After complaining, they tried to convince me that I had ordered it with a number, which I didnt. I also think 7 for an iceberg lettuce with half a tomato and two cucumber slices is too expensive. This can also scare guests away. We used to be happy, but now wed rather go somewhere else.

Kid-friendliness: No extra facilities for children Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the restaurant possible, but not to the sanitary facilities.

Berlin, known and loved for the most diverse restaurants and cuisine, also represented by Greek specialties, will be disappointed at Epavlis if you know and appreciate other places with Greek cuisine for comparison. The restaurant was quite full, but no guest should be left out; because thats how it was during our visit. Although other guests arrived later, the other table before us received the starters, in this establishment it is bread and olives. Only after we pointed this out to the cellar was anything brought to us. I always order the grilled plate at the Greek restaurant on the first visit and the price was a bad joke in comparison, both in terms of quantity and taste I didnt get my moneys worth. The gyros, the flagship dish of a Greek, was a bit bland and simply lacked seasoning, the grilled chicken, which you can also make yourself, was just dry and definitely got too much heat, the pork was okish, only the meatball It was delicious, I cant fault it, it was good. Im not a big eater, but the portion was very meager. Tzatzicki was ok, but only a blob, I know otherwise, but the salad was fresh and tasty. Its unlikely that well go here again, but if I get lost here by chance, Ill give the place another chance and adjust my review if Im surprised by something better.

The quality of the food was okay. Unfortunately, the fact that the farmers salad was ordered without olives was not taken into account. The tzatziki that was ordered separately with the starters was also forgotten. Questions about the starters were answered incorrectly. This may have been due to the waitresss lack of knowledge of German, but it was still a shame. After we asked for and received the menu for a selection of desserts again, the waitress was no longer interested in us at all, so we were happy to at least be able to pay at some point. We wont come again.

I was actually looking forward to a nice evening in a Greek restaurant, but that was probably nothing. Okay, it was the evening of the DFB Cup final, but the food offered outside the door wasnt really tasty. Its a shame, maybe I wouldnt have been so disappointed on another evening.

Extremely arrogant staff. And completely incompetent. Three things were apparently ignored when ordering. Portions are tiny and served in mini chamber pots. They also dont accept credit cards. The worst thing, however, was the rotten salad. A case for the health department.

The moderate portion size of the dishes should be mentioned positively. I know it differently from the Greek and otherwise I can never finish my plate. We went to the concert at the Olympic Stadium. We booked a table beforehand. We were very positively surprised. Keep it up.

We wanted to eat something there on Saturday before the concert, but we were only allowed in with a reservation. After our short visit, the sign was there indicating reservations. We thought that was a blast!!! We still asked if they still had a table for 3 people. The service person wanted to check and didnt come back. My husband then asked again after what felt like an eternity. Yes, they had a table for us. We sat down and were given the menus. I ordered a small cola (due to the enormous heat) and it was all over my mouth. There are no small drinks, only large drinks. I found it impossible, but since I urgently needed something to drink, I agreed. The drinks were brought out super quickly, but we didnt even have time to look at the menu. The service staff didnt like that at all. A little later he took the order at the next table and when he looked at us, I signaled to him that he could take our order too. I was shot over the mouth, not now!!! Well, a few minutes later the service person came and wanted to take our order. Our daughter is allergic and cannot tolerate many foods, which is why she asked the waitress if she could have the salad without tomatoes. The service staff then again very rudely explained that the tomatoes and cucumbers are always placed on the edge of the salad. Okay, then the salad but without tomatoes. Now the waitress says the tomatoes and cucumbers are mixed. So no salad after all. Keep searching! Now I said that I would like the salad with chicken breast, but please dont put the chicken breast on the salad, but separately! The service person then said, no, they dont do anything like that!!!, but he just wanted to ask. I dont understand his problem with asking. If the guest wants something extra, it is placed separately and it is ready. We then just said that he should prepare the bill for the 3 drinks for us and then he can give the table to other guests. All in all, I have never experienced so much unfriendliness and inflexibility. You should remember that your guests pay you the wages that you live on!!! And as the saying goes, the guest is king. If we are in your area again, we will NOT visit your restaurant, there are plenty of other restaurants!!!

Great Greek restaurant in a sophisticated atmosphere. The service staff were all very friendly and accommodating and always had a nice saying on their lips. The food was very tasty and on the table in no time. We were guests there before a concert in the Olympic Stadium. Even though all tables were reserved, we were allowed to stay. There was a limited menu due to the large number of concert guests, but the selection was still so large that there was something for every taste. The food was reasonably priced. I would go to this restaurant again at any time and can only recommend it.

Very arrogant service, Portions as small as I have ever experienced. I really wonder if the chef still has all his fingers, because cutting such small pieces of meat is really an art. The taste was just average. Even the symbol of Greek hospitality (ouzo) did not find its way to the three of us.

Yesterday we ate as a couple and were very happy with everything. It tasted delicious and everyone was polite and attentive.

I was totally surprised. Everything is more fine than coarse. The dishes are served very creatively. Quality is important here. For a Greek restaurant a very unusual, beautiful atmosphere. Service attentive and friendly. Well be back.

The Greek around the corner. We go here every now and then. Its very clean there, despite the high level of traffic. The service is extremely friendly and you are greeted personally and shown to the table. There was also a farewell with a handshake and a few nice words. The food is very tasty and before the main course there was bread, olives, olive oil and a salad. The drinks were quickly at the table and pleasantly cool. Like everywhere else, prices have risen here too. My impression was also that the portions were a bit smaller. Still, perfectly adequate for an evening meal. As a friendly farewell at the table, there was a drink on the house. Wed love to come back, thank you very much.

Simply great! We were surprised by the excellent food and professional service in a Greek restaurant with a beautiful garden terrace. Not a normal Greek restaurant, but here Greek and international specialties are presented particularly beautifully and very delicately. Prices are a bit higher, like everywhere else now, but we overlooked that with this delicious meal. We were warmly welcomed even without a reservation, even with our pug dog. We will come back. Clear recommendation!
