The taste is good, but unfortunately due to the enormously increased prices, in my opinion the price-performance ratio is no longer right (almost no main course is under 20 euros). Despite a reservation, 6 of us were squeezed into a table of 4, which was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the service was very poor. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it.

If you want to visit the restaurant spontaneously, you could be out of luck. The service is on point and the food selection is varied.

Ive been there several times and its always been great. The employees are always friendly, special requests are fully taken into account, food arrives quickly and is tasty and fresh and the portions are always large. Many dishes have a fresh salad and a few pieces of fruit such as honeydew melon and currants. The cocktails are also delicious and have plenty of alcohol in them. Always my pleasure :)

Were there 2 days in a row, on the first day everything was great and very tasty. Thats why we went back the next day and unfortunately we were served very burnt dishes. One would be complained about, but the same food came back. After the second complaint, it was remade and it was good. 2 stars deducted for the burnt food twice and the mess

The food is really very good, maybe a few compromises with the burgers , but they arent that much Mexican. Service outstanding. Unfortunately, unfortunately, it is too loud in the shop, far too loud for my standards, especially after Hertha match days at the weekend.

For the umpteenth time this year I made a reservation for a large group and, as always, we were all completely happy. Despite almost 50 people, the staff took the orders quickly and the food felt like it came straight after ordering. Big praise to the kitchen staff for doing it so quickly, while the food is, as always, delicious. The restaurant was fully booked again and yet the staff didnt show any signs of stress. There was no mix-up with the orders or anything like that. We like to come here again and again, next year is already planned.

See good Mexican with delicious dishes. No matter what I had eaten so far, everything tasted very good. The cocktail menu is very extensive and the prices are not as exorbitant as in some other restaurants in Berlin. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Reservations are a good idea here as it can get very crowded, especially on weekends.

I recently visited a restaurant in Cancun and the experience was simply amazing! As soon as we entered we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming team. The atmosphere of the place is cozy and with an authentic Mexican flair: bright colors, Mexican-like decor and relaxing music create the perfect mood for a pleasant evening. The menu is very varied, everyone will find something to suit their taste. The service also deserves special praise. The waiters are polite and attentive and are happy to help you choose food and drinks. The waiting time is minimal, which is also pleasing. The restaurant in Cancun was a real discovery for me and I would like to return here again. If you love Mexican cuisine or just want to spend an evening in a pleasant atmosphere, this is the right place for you!

Tasty and decent portions

Im a little disappointed, when I came in there was a strong smell of old deep fryer grease. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. I love the nachos with cheese gratin, where many other restaurants skimp on cheese, I find there is way too much cheese. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about!

The food was good and plentiful. The service was excellent, it was very busy. The table we sat at was close to the door. The music was so loud that we couldnt understand it. But she still bothered me while I was talking .

We are there often and are still very satisfied. The employees were always very nice and helpful. We are always there with our friends and we all enjoy the food. If you want to try a few little things, I would recommend the appetizer platter for two, try different little things and then order accordingly. On Saturday evenings you should make a reservation as the restaurant is always full. The cocktails are also good. All in all, the price/performance ratio is good and I would recommend it.

This restaurant has been our number one stop for Mexican food for almost 20 years. The food was great and very filling. We usually enjoy the evenings with a starter soup, a typical Mexican main course paired with a cocktail. The service is very attentive and friendly. We also find the ambience very appealing and invites you to linger. Another great evening spent with a birthday cocktail.

Staff were a bit rude but seemed to have had a bad day (canceled card payment). But the food was also very tasty. Maybe everything is a bit expensive. The portions are definitely big enough. Oddly enough, the starter came after the main course.

Cocktails were quite good, but a bit expensive... We were served by a young man who asked very short and concise questions, although he seemed a bit annoyed...but he did his job. We only had a couple of nachos gratinated with cheese, so you couldnt really go wrong. Unfortunately there was only one sour cream dip. A selection of dips would have been appropriate at just under 11...

The location directly on Kaiserdamm is a matter of taste. Personally, I dont think the view and therefore the ambience are that nice. The staff there is super nice and really on the ball. The food came quite quickly and was very nicely prepared. As we all know, the eye is there too. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Tip top.

Large restaurant with lots of seating inside and outside. The seating outside is not that comfortable, some chairs and tables wobble. The food selection, however, is great. Ive tried a lot of things and have been very satisfied so far.

The platter for two is plentiful and delicious! There are Cancun stores here and there in Berlin, but the food here was the most delicious. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, and the Tower beer sold here is very refreshing and delicious! The restroom is located indoors and is clean and convenient to use. Even if more than 10 people visit for a birthday party or company dinner, they can sit comfortably.

This restaurant deserves more than five stars. Both the starter and the main course tasted perfect. As a starter we chose the Nachos Con Queso, which were also great. The nachos were crunchy and the cheese was perfect, topped with a sour cream dip and jalapenos. After this large plate we were already well full, and then came the main course. Great timing. The eye eats too seems to be a golden rule here. Well prepared and really tasty. The number 33 was simply a feast! Unfortunately, my husband was less impressed with his dish (No. 69). The meat wasnt seasoned well and was just too burnt in some places. The chocolate sauce was delicious. Ps: the cocktails are also very tasty.

The Cancun is a restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, offering Mexican cuisine and a cocktail bar. Brunch is also offered on special holidays. The connection with the subway or S-Bahn is great, as it is right in front of the door. There are also parking spaces, but it could sometimes be difficult. The food is generously portioned, fresh, beautifully presented and really delicious. There are designated typical Mexican dishes, and vegetarians also get their moneys worth. A great selection of various cocktails, which are also very good. The service was very attentive, quick and super friendly. The restaurant offers a certain holiday feeling right from the start - we felt very comfortable, a great atmosphere and mood - we had a lovely evening and will definitely come back. And I have to say, I have never had better Mexican food in Berlin than here. A reservation is highly recommended as it was already full. Its super easy to reserve online, otherwise you can also make a reservation by phone.

Unfortunately, the ambience only gets 3 stars because, even though there are only a few guests at first, it is incredibly loud and especially when the electric ice crusher is turned on every 10 minutes.

Heerlijke cocktails hier gedronken. Er zat in iedergeval ook genoeg alcohol in. In Nederland vind ik dat namelijk vaak tegenvallen. Prijs ook oké. Eten ook echt lekker. De bediening moesten wij wel beetje lang op wachten jammer genoeg. Maar wij komen hier waarschijnlijk dit weekend nog keertje terug. Want wij hebben ons prima vermaakt. Before that we had just eaten at a kebab shop. Afterwards we went to this shop for cocktails and that was delicious. They have a very extensive menu and will definitely go back for dinner. we have been back and the food was great. which I thought was a shame, we had spent 2 evenings enjoying cocktails and certainly eating and drinking a considerable amount (4 adult guys) and yet they did not agree with the tip we gave and showed it. very sorry about this!!!

Has there been another change of ownership here? The food is still good and the service is friendly. However, the womens toilet has been underground for years . It is in urgent need of renovation!

The food was great, the staff was nice and accommodating. The only thing I didnt like was the loud atmosphere. But the workforce cant do anything about it.

The evening was nice for us. Delicious cocktails and a good location. Unfortunately, my partner and Is rump steak wasnt medium rare, so my partner gave his back and then received a well-cooked one. The quality of the meat wasnt that good, the meat was very fatty. All in all okay.

Weve eaten at other Mexican places before, but this was the one that had the most. Really great! The waitresses were nice and walked by every now and then to see if we needed anything. For people who dont like sharpness, you have to look carefully at what is sharp and what isnt.

My daughter and I like to eat Mexican food and when we passed her driving test we looked for a suitable restaurant online to celebrate and came across Cancùn on Kaiserdamm. The positive reviews prompted us to visit it. We were there around 6 p.m. during the week and were even lucky to find a parking space in the immediate vicinity. When we entered Cancún we immediately felt at home. The interior design radiates a pleasant warmth and calm. The staff were without exception friendly and nice. As we slowly placed our order, we were surprised at how quickly the Cancún filled up. The food we ordered came in a reasonable time and we both enjoyed it very much. We will definitely come back and can only recommend the Cancún am Kaiserdamm.

Our place to be after the ITB... Every year. Great restaurant, delicious dishes, great selection. The only thing I didnt really like was the guacamole, so I deducted a star from the food because guacamole is a must for a pseudo Mexican. Wed love to come back.
