We went as a group of 8 people for dinner yesterday, December 14, 2024. We were all packed like sardines in a separate micro room. The service was poor, the staff was stressed and understaffed. 3 people took the flank steak which was way overcooked, an overcooked New York steak, in short the food was not to our taste. When the waitress asked me if it was to my taste I said no and she continued on her way. We were not offered coffee or desserts. They brought us the invoices and made us pay immediately. Without waiting we were asked to leave because there were other people waiting. To put even more pressure on ourselves, we brought the other customers into the micro room and they looked at us. We didnt like the way we were treated. For my part it was my first time at Barbies and it will be the last!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!

A safe choice! This is not an exceptional restaurant where you will have an extraordinary experience, but quite the opposite. Barbies is a very respectable restaurant serving good dishes at decent prices with good portions and something for all tastes. You will never be disappointed at Barbies or at least very rarely (you have to be unlucky but nothing is perfect). All in all, its a good feel good restaurant that we like to return to. To recommend.

I took the filet skewer. The meat is tough even if cooked perfectly. The pepper sauce was outdated because it tasted like vomit. My Ginger Ale had no bubbles. Flat and tasteless. For a $50 dinner, I thought it was a waste of my money.

Hello, I tried the poutine with chicken fillets, ghetti pizza, very good. Clean place, every Friday the salsa evening is magnificent and on a superb large terrace with space for dancing and if the weather is bad in the evening dj salsa takes place indoors. Wheelchair accessible location.

My 2nd time this evening with friends, there were 7 of us in the bar section. In terms of value for money, this restaurant is worth the trip, the food is good, as well as the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The only big downside is that a glass of iced tea was spilled on my table by the person in front of me, my jeans and the entire floor where I was sitting was soaked. To my surprise, the waitress brought us a cloth, but it was the person who spilled their glass who had to clean the entire table in addition to not offering us a new refill. Once finished my friend asked the waitress if she could bring a mop for the floor, she replied that she would come and clean everything once we had left!! So I had to move my chair to eat my dessert. What I found to be a great lack of respect and professionalism on the part of our waitress. I came very close to letting him know my displeasure, but I didnt say anything...I should have!!!!!

Very good food. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:45 a.m. we left at 7:45 a.m. because our waitress Sam ignored us all evening. Spilled a whole glass of water on my son no apologies nothing we had to wait a good 10 minutes to get napkins to wipe up their mess more on my son (OK you will say its just water but he had it literally everywhere and was not well (my son is TSA so has certain restrictions) we went there for his party too. Our table was never cleared, we placed the plates for her because there was no more room on the table. Never came to see if everything was OK for the dishes etc to find out if we needed anything else. Really disappointing service but fortunately the food was OK. We will not return there again unfortunately we did not like our experience

For the price of cocktails I expected more than a 250ml pour filled with ice. The entrance was tiny. The fish n chip was 80% fried and 20% fish. On the other hand, the sweet potato fries were wonderful.

First time and the last. The grilled salmon tasted like river bottom fish. The pickled jalapeno on the nachos tasted stale. When it came to dessert, the coffee cream was curdled and there was a charred piece on my plate of cake.

I am sincerely disappointed, a few years ago when I lived in this region I liked eating at Barbies, the quality of the food was pleasant. Its been a few years since I visited this place so I dropped by with my husband and kids, the food was terrible from start to finish for both me and my family. For the starter, a gratinated onion soup which made me nauseous just looking at it, honestly its a real waste of food to make such a bad recipe, my husband had a Caesar salad almost without sauce so it was very dry . For the main course I had a hamburger steak...listen to 21 dollars for dry burguer meat with two kilos of fries and onion rings, all that to say that once I reached the desert I was already gone! The place is nice, the waitresses nice but in the middle of a bad day going to dinner at Barbies was the last straw for me. A real stomach ache.

Great find for a lunch. We were shopping at the Premium Outlet just a half mile away and saw an A board advertising this and a lunch offer. Service was excellent and we were served quickly.
