The place is ok. The atmosphere and service are good. On the other hand, when it comes to cooking, Im not convinced. I ordered a rare flank steak and it was medium well cooked. A little disappointed.

Very disappointed with the service! Im staying at the Times Hotels for an evening and I decided to have dinner at the Room despite the dozens of restaurants around! We made a reservation for 7:30 p.m. Arriving on site, the restaurant was not full to my great surprise! Nevermind! The service should be faster! Unfortunately no! We waited for 10 minutes before seeing the server. Then we order 4 different starters as well as our drinks. 12 minutes of waiting later, the waiter brings us our drinks and tells us that it wont be long. 2-3 minutes later he came back to tell us that it was going to take longer because they just had a group over! 15 minutes of waiting, so around 30 minutes before being served starters! They prioritize the group before 2 people who arrived before. WoW service 0 THANKS!

Worst hamburger ever (raw onion too thick, cold and soft bread, too much sauce in addition to being very ordinary plus the fries are tiny and burnt, the very nice waitress did not charge me for my beer to compensate for the problem was there, 1st and last time!

I had the pleasure of visiting La Chambre Blainville recently, and I must say that the reopening of this sports restaurant is a great success. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a warm and renovated atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with friends or family while enjoying sporting events. The menu offers a variety of dishes that will please all palates, from classic burgers and chicken wings to more refined options like gourmet salads and grilled meat dishes.

We ate at La Chambre restaurant and I can only recommend it! The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was flavorful and prepared with care. The service was also exceptional, with very friendly and attentive staff who really helped make our experience enjoyable. In addition, the atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, perfect for having a good time. I will come back without hesitation!

I am editing my comment. The evening for the Super Bowl got off to a bad start. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by how things turned out. I owner took the trouble to come see us, he offered drinks. The service was slow at first but then the kitchen started to provide. The atmosphere was good.

We went on a Friday evening, the beef cheek and the tartare duo (tuna and salmon tataki) were excellent! The waitress was super friendly, smiling, present and fast! The drinks were great too! Only downside and I wont take away a star for that but the lighting was much too bright!

I came to eat on a Friday evening, the food was cold and the service was not the best. Also, my burger wasnt cooked, and the big guy behind the bar had gunpowder in his nose.

We went specifically to see the 7th game between Boston and Florida on Sunday April 30, we usually go to the Cage. When we arrived, no one came to greet us, there were several of them busy adjusting the sound for the match, but someone could have come to greet us. 1st strike We sat down to see the screens clearly and thats when someone came to say hello and bring us the menus while explaining the reason mentioned above. After serving us our aperitif, the waitress kindly advised us that we had better order our starters and our main course straight away because the group (there were 3 tables of around ten people per table) was ready. the point of ordering and we risked waiting too long since the kitchen would have been in demand. Of course, without sending everything, that is to say launching our order, just to let the kitchen know. Something we appreciated. The starter arrived and it was good. On the other hand, the main course, ribs and the lukewarm general tao poutine. Everything was lukewarm, even rather cold. Strike two. What do we do!? We mention it to our waitress who is already running a lot, we wait for him to finish the group behind us!!! Never a good win situation...so we ate cold! Imagine for a moment eating a cold poutine, fries, sauce, cooked chicken but cold......very- very ordinary!! When we told the waitress, she was kind enough to tell us that we should have told her before, she could have reheated it!!! It seemed to us to have been prepared quite a bit in advance, no reheating necessary, thank you! She was not penalized with a tip less than 15%, in case we were wondering. Sorry, but thats 3 times weve had a bad experience with you! The Chamber, you have exhausted your chances.

$17 for 15 slices of squid and Im not lying to you by telling you that they are barely bigger than my ring on my finger. The price is mind-blowing and Im not even telling you about the rest that I ate for $107. 2 beers and 2 cocktails plus appetizers is really exaggerated

Fast service, the employees are quick and smiling. Meals: (1) Flank steak with fries and salad. The cooking was perfect, taste and tenderness as well. (2) The Tricolore Nachos with smoked meat protein, the nachos were not crispy as we like them. There are a variety of items on the menu that we must try. I will definitely go back for the flank steak.

You have to see it to believe it 1st experience in the room this evening April 30, 2022 around 6:30 p.m. good service at the bar a pitcher of beer for 2 then the menu no fish and chips so we order a smoked meat mac cheese...they come back to us saying no smoked meat.. then you have shredded pork Yes OK. our waitress comes back with smooke meat that they found somewhere but cold. After a good reheat in the microwave we finally had dinner! There are evenings like that! The room will open in St Eustache and I hope to experience a best experience.

We had fun but not because of the restaurant experience. The service is terrible. Our waitress looked discouraged and overwhelmed. The time to get our food was completely unreasonable (over an hour and a half). The portions are tiny. At the beginning of the evening, the director came to see us and asked us to be lenient but there are limits! When a friend asked to change his flank steak because it was overcooked. The manager said it was impossible and never came back to see us. My friend got spicy mayonnaise as compensation. A real joke! First and last time guaranteed.

We were well received. The lack of experience and/or training was evident from the moment the drink order was taken. The service was very long. We had to ask again how long we had to wait otherwise our meals would be canceled. On the other hand, when the food arrived it was good and hot. Last point, Saturday night the music was really loud, so if you book for a group hoping to chat with your guests it will be difficult.

Cold food, somewhat rude waitress, endless wait to get the bill and pay! Our plates were still on the table when we left. I can understand that with the group there was, its not easy but when you see other waitresses sitting at the table right next to it, its not very professional service. With the number of waitresses there were, what would it be like to help your colleague?!?! Let the young people vape in the restaurant too, phew... In short, clearly next time, we wont go there!

To begin with, we relied on their Instagram page to eat at this restaurant. First, the drinks looked nothing like those listed on the menu. The bloody La Chambre was served without any accompaniment (no pickle, olive and bacon, as indicated in the menu) and had no taste of alcohol. A homemade bloody tastes 100% better. Then, for a menu with a variety of around 15 poutines, obviously our choice was easy. When ordering, to our surprise, the restaurant no longer had ANY poutine cheese, because the order had not yet arrived (on a Thursday evening, anyway). To specify, the service was good and I know its absolutely not the waitresss fault, just poor management. In summary, $45 for 2 spicy tomato juices, a pineapple juice/sangria and an onion ring. In short, for a wonderful meal, good drink and remarkable service... do like us and go to ARCHIBALD!

The service was frankly pitiful. It took forever to get our orders (25 minutes for the starter and 45 minutes for the main course). (no its not necessarily because of the cooking). The waiter forgot my starter AND my main course while my friends were served. The waiter took the orders at the head without using a notebook, which explains the many omissions. The food ended up being lukewarm and I dont plan on returning. The only positive point is the atmosphere which was correct for a WEDNESDAY evening that was not that busy.

The service was excellent, but we were disappointed with the food. First we asked the difference between childrens macaroni and regular macaroni. The waitress told us to get a regular if our child had a good appetite. When we received our plates, the regular dish was the same size as the childs... but we had to pay $5 more.. Also on the site, when we look at the menu, the mac and cheese was... It looks decadent, but in real life its dry and very, very ordinary. I was expecting an extra creamy mac, but no. All the men who were with us were still hungry after their meal. We tried the restaurant, but we wont be back.

This was our 2nd visit and let s just say it was a bit disappointing. Cold poutines, dry nachos and a little over 20 minutes to get our bills. We finally got up to go pay. Good service from the manager in their defense!

You send a cook to the grocery store to buy some for your party! Your customer should not pay for your unreliable supplier. And it goes into expenses anyway! Their customer service is really bad both during and after... 2 hours before receiving our meal, its unfortunately unacceptable... (yes it really took 2 full hours) I understand the lack of labor but that cannot justify 2 hours before receiving our meal... if we had been informed of this before ordering, we would have left for sure. Not the waiters fault but he didnt really do anything to accommodate us, at least bring starters or something, in short we wont be going back there thats for sure. Crazy evening yesterday at their back to school event! Super well organized, the staff listened to everyone and had a great DJ. We will definitely be coming back for their next events!!

The place is cool, good atmosphere, the staff is friendly..like anywhere, there is a lack of staff which means that the waitress has to make the drinks..serve the people..clear the tables.. The kitchen closes early for on a Saturday we had to order maximum by 9:30 p.m. The clientele in the evening is quite a bit 18 to 24 years old We took the entry the macht..yeah for 28$ not sure if its worth it...you should remove the 1/2lb of wing and the 1Lb of wing...and just put 6 instead wings or 12 wings...because for 1/2 LB we simply got 7 wings.... not sure that that equals 1/2 LB.. and 4 cheese sticks and slices ouff.. for 28 $. It was good but clearly not worth the price.. There were tables not cleared all evening... lack of staff... Anyway, I think I would just go back to have a drink and listen to a hockey game.. If the place was on the tick I think I would prefer the room than the Cage

Neither more nor less than Cage aux Sports 2.0 but with a smaller menu; absence of Club-style sandwiches unfortunately; the food is good, service a little slow, but the dishes arrived hot. The level of music is too loud to be enjoyable and want to stay longer.

We have known the place since the opening. We havent been back since, we were disappointed, but we went on a Thursday evening on a whim about a month ago..!!! Well!!! Change of ownership since then! The drinks? Finished ice cream mountain, tasty and new presentation! The menu?!?! Quite a change, it was really good, tasty and beautifully presented! The manager is really nice, we had a lot of fun! Nice tasting hahah I recommend! Give them the chance to show you the changes! Like any place, there is a shortage of staff, but be patient! Its worth the detour

I called in advance to reserve a place for 5 people by asking for a bench seat. When I arrived there I was told that there was no bench so we were assigned a table with comfortable zero benches. With 3 young children its not ideal. We receive our meals, my son tells me that he doesnt like his cheese so I decide to try it. The meat rolls around in my mouth and I notice that the meat is completely raw so I notify the waitress by asking for a new dish and she flatly told me that it was room cooking, it was just not edible and wouldnt change it for me. I was frankly disappointed with the food and I certainly wouldnt go back.

Good sports restaurant where you can eat with friends. As far as I was concerned, the starter was disappointing (thick soup but quite tasty) but the main course was very good. The wait is long and the service satisfactory but some shortcomings in the speed of the service. Music a little too loud. I recommend this restaurant for a good time with friends during a hockey game.
