If i can give zero stars, I would. I live around the corner, didn’t have to make breakfast this morning, my husband thought, let’s go have breakfast. Okay. Little did I know, I would receive my waffle order, raw, TWICE! (Mind you, i’m 6months pregnant) First time, the waitress said theres a new cook— okay? I work in this industry, a waffle is made with a waffle maker, but okay. The second time the waitress herself couldn't believe it. She said i’d be compensated for my meal— great. She asked if I wanted something else.. she suggested a crepe and I said okay. At that point I wasn't even hungry. We get the bill and we’re charged for my meal… my husband says, okay but her raw waffle was charged, and the waitress says oh yeah, I knew you would notice, let me tell my manager. The manager only discounted us 15% off my meal. The least that could've been done was giving us a 50% discount, at the least!!! We will never be going back, that’s for sure.

Really good food, a little too big of portions for me. Price goes with the portion size. Many choices for breakfast or lunch. Service is fast. Somewhat of an older crowd, quiet atmosphere. Love this place
Last 2 times I went didn't have the best experience. Portions are smaller and prices higher. Potatoes are dry and cold. It was very good at the beginning when opened, now it's just ok. Maybe short staff or different chef.
I’m so sad. This was by far the best breakfast spot in Blainville. Something changed because all of a sudden the portions are now half (for the same price) & tasteless. Heartbreaking for the incredible staff too. Everytime I comment on the food (negatively) they are embarrassed and they KNOW that the quality and quantity changed. Do better.
I’ve never been disrespected this way … I’m shocked! We always come here because we like the place but today because of one of the servers that were there today we had the worst experience ever!!! First of all we waited so long for our order and we had to remind the servers all the time to bring us what we ordered but what made it worst is one of the servers there, I think she was not satisfied with the tip and she reacted so badly and when we confronted her and told her that we were not satisfied with the service and explained very well the reason she literally told us to never come back there! When I told her that you should not talk to me this way, I am still a customer here she literally said she can talk to me how she wants and that she doesn’t care if I am a customer or not and she was making hand gestures as if she telling us to leave. She was so disrespectful. I am shocked and so disappointed! I’ve never had someone talk to me this way ever! I hope you do something about this.
The food is okay but when you go as a group it takes over an hour to get ur food and it arrives cold and they don't even bring the children's food or drink before everyone else they bring it last. So my 2 year old had to wait over an hour to get his food and milk this is not a good place to bring kids and if you're in a rush.
Very good breakfast, much better than the big chains that have word play with eggs or oeuf.

The food is good. The employee offers a change of salad that comes with the dish. My daughter accepts with pleasure. She failed to mention that there was an additional charge of $6.00 for the switch. When receiving the bill, I note and address the problem. No understanding from the waitress... I spoke about it with friends afterwards. They experienced the same situation a few days later with the same employee! The music is very loud for a lunch restaurant. It feels more like a happy hour atmosphere. We had to complain several times before the volume was turned down!

I love the beautiful presentation, very good service, fast, warm! The kitchen I always get the omelettes only there because they are juicy and have a lot of fresh taste! The only downside is the one in Blainville, it is very small so a lot of waiting but otherwise A1!!
I went this morning with three friends, it was super good. Impeccable service, the waitresses are always smiling and happy. Still as good...Ill come back for sure. Thank you very much for your exemplary service.

Too long. We arrived 10:15 1 hour after ordering the lunch meal is served then 5 minutes later my 2 eggs are served to me I would like to believe that there is a lack of staff but there were only 10 people

I expected better. BLT with avocado spread. The almost undetectable avocado . Might as well go to Tims, at least the coffee would have been better.

Quality value for money very good professional service
Today (Wednesday January 3, 2024), me and my girlfriend went for brunch at AM. When we arrived (around 11:45 a.m.), we were thanked for our patience because the restaurant was very busy. We ordered our plates around noon. Our drinks arrived within minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting, a table that had arrived after us was served. We waited another 15 minutes only to see 3 other tables order and receive their plates. Our waitress never came to see us. She completely ignored us. We made the decision to leave when a 5th table who had arrived after us received their food. As she stood up, the waitress said to us, Are you girls leaving? » We left around 12:40 p.m. I have never received such bad service, although it is difficult to describe it, since it was simply absent. We are hugely disappointed. We left angry and hungry. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

2nd time at this restaurant and the last! Extremely long service. 1h15 before being served. 2 out of 3 meals were not good. We decided to keep it anyway given the serving time...very cold meal. Not lukewarm, cold! clearly our meals had been left out. Very average service. Nice atmosphere but very disappointing experience both times...
First visit for me but be advised, this restaurant is on the ground floor of a residential tower and is not necessarily remarkable (I was wondering where my GPS was sending me). A good point also for the location: the large parking lot, on the other side of the street, should always be able to accommodate all customers.

Beautiful place, the food is excellent at an affordable price and very good quantity on the plate! The service was perfect, very good, welcoming waitress! I didnt like the smoothie as much because there was too much orange juice in it and it was very cold there, I had to put on my coat, I was freezing! Otherwise, apart from that, I will definitely go back to eat there, I ate my entire dish, it was excellent!

Nice place to go for brunch ^^ the portions are not the biggest, but still satisfying. The atmosphere is really pleasant and calm. The service is quite fast and always very good ^^ Going there with friends or family is always a good experience.

A good lunch in a fairly intimate atmosphere (not the look of a cafeteria). We were served in an impeccable and friendly manner. The portions are generous without being huge (why waste?). The only small criticism (nothing is perfect) is that if you are a big coffee lover, this is not the place for that.

Its good, its fresh and its within the price range. Do you want choice? This is the place! It took us a while to choose The only negative thing and its really not major for me was the taste of the coffee which wasnt strong enough. The waitresses are super nice, the service was quick for a Sunday lunch. Im going to go back there to enjoy the large terrace this summer

Malheureusement cela na pas été une belle expérience. Service très lent plus dune heure dattente pour avoir notre dejeuner et lorsque nous avons reçu nos assiettes il y avait erreurs dans les commandes. Si vous navez pas assez de personnel , nacceptez pas autant de clients. Le service à la clientèle devrait être votre priorité. Pour moi, cétait la première et la dernière fois à Blainville.

I took the Cavallo benes. I couldnt stop eating it all. I ate too much. It was excellent! Homemade potatoes remind me of those from a good, self-respecting province, with a larger cut so super suitable for lunch. Service a little longer than elsewhere though. If you have the time, I recommend this restaurant!
I put 1 as a rating but if I could have put zero I would have done it the 3 times I went I waited in the door for 15 minutes the waitress walked past me without even looking at me no one came seeing me really very very disappointed in the service the three times I left after 15 minutes because no one came and I could never return to this place.
When a single bagel costs you more than $10, its no longer inflation, its downright theft. ($4 for 6 at Maxi).
Very good choice of healthy lunch
I was offered a coffee when I arrived and then no other afterwards, eggs not cooked enough (the white which is very liquid) I had crazy meat Benedict, it comes with ham, bacon and sausage. .but it was all cut into pieces on the English muffin, so I doubt I got more than a strip of bacon and a sausage. I was confused when asked and poorly explained if I wanted extra meat with my order of crazy meat. Dont take this disappointing choice. The potatoes were good and well seasoned, generous portion of fruit although the bananas were a little soft. Its a little cheaper than elsewhere but the service/food is a little worse. See for yourself.

Since its opening, this restaurant has been my favorite for lunch. I stay in the block of condos across the street so I take advantage of walking there in winter and summer. During my visit today with my family of 4, I want to share my experience. The food was excellent as usual, fresh and made with great care however, the waitress was not very nice. After paying the bill, she came to tell us: <did you like the service? > we said yes and we thank her very much. She later told us: <why then did you leave only 7% tip? > me and my partner were in shock sorry? I didnt know what to answer. She is so rude. I didnt want to remove any stars because the restaurant is clean, the food is good and thanks to the good work of several people. I will definitely come back to this restaurant but I will never let myself be served by this woman again.

Extremely long service... Ive never seen that. It took 10 minutes before someone spoke to us and seated us. We were given a coffee and then nothing for 30-40 minutes. When we were leaving the waitress finally came. Of course, we werent in the best mood, but neither was she. Its not our fault that there is a shortage of staff... if you are not able to provide, dont accept so many customers... the food was good, the potatoes not seasoned. In short, were not going back.

We are loyal customers who were at the Blainville AM every weekend. And today Labor Day weekend on Sunday at 1:45 p.m. while it was 20 degrees outside, the restaurant was empty (2 tables taken) and we asked to be seated on the terrace and the manager decided to say to the waitress that the restaurant closes at 3 p.m. so the terrace is closed at 1:45 p.m. We were not stubborn and left but unfortunately AM Blainville in these difficult times you were able to lose two loyal customers due to an unexplained directive from your manager. Have a nice day and good luck for the future!!
Customers for 4 years, I dont know if there has been a change of owner or instructions have been given but all that to say: portion reduced in 2, shoddy service, come every minute to try to clear it without you give yourself time to have your coffee, or finish your bite, unpleasant experience I wont come back! Good luck following her.

Fast and professional service. Nice atmosphere and good coffee. I ordered a ham and Swiss cheese crepe with Hollandaise sauce. The crepe was good but small. Unfortunately, there was no fruit or potatoes with my meal despite the fact that the price is equal to the similar dish of their competitors who offer much more generous portions and which include more than one pancake. In other words, I thought I would try a high-end brunch restaurant with sophisticated dishes but, I let myself be fooled by a beautiful banner. It was a first time and a last time for me.
