I loved my experience at allo mon coco in Blainville, the holiday menu is diverse, I loved my plate and the addition of something new to the childrens menu, my granddaughter really liked it, the new dishes are original and especially delicious!!! A big 5 stars thank you

I had a little unpleasant experience with waiting. I waited more than 20 minutes without a menu, without utensils, without water without anyone coming to see me and my son. I got up and went to get the menu and utensils myself to wait another 15 minutes without anyone coming. Noted that the restaurant was almost empty with 2 waitresses on a weekday morning. I then started to dress my boy to leave and thats when a waitress came to see me. Even though the other waitress looked at me several times and I waved to her several times without even responding or smiling. I can understand some misunderstandings between waitresses who serve who, however a lack of courtesy and customer service of this kind coming from this waitress is unacceptable. This is the basis of a minimum to be done with its customers. Very disappointed not by the wait but not the lack of professionalism of this waitress. I finally got served by another waitress who apologized a thousand times. I didnt have much time left so I stayed for the simple fact that I didnt have time to go to another restaurant to feed my son before our appointment. I went there for the first time on 2024-03-28 as a family with a very young child and I really liked my experience. There were a lot of families there, which was perfect for us. We didnt have to wait to get a seat and the service was courteous and fast. I ordered a Philly Steak breakfast poutine and it was excellent. My partner ordered hot chocolate with her vegetarian casserole, but never received it. She liked the casserole, but found it lacking in sauce. Hollandaise sauce was offered as an extra when ordering at the table, which she recommends having. We are satisfied overall and we will come back.

My experience should not be the same for everyone but personally I had terrible service my waitress was completely disinterested at our table and offered us good service having been game I would have left 50 cents tip at least the food was very good

I went to lunch this morning at Allô mon coco in Blainville! The food was very good, fresh fruit. We received our plates in no time. I highly recommend this place for lunches, the waitress asked several times if everything was ok and so did the new owner! I will definitely go back!

The Early Bird Menus are exceptional value for money! Homemade potatoes in the best style. The customer service is as efficient as an F1. I appreciate that the dining room is sober and the televisions are closed (without LCN). Early bird menus are a safeguard against inflation

Unfortunately, there is no consistency in the experience offered. The most recent time it took 1h30 to have 5 plates... including 3 children... I would like to say that the fault does not lie with the service team, but rather with the kitchen team.

Super good food, though: We entered at 10:15 in the morning expecting to have an hour. It took 25 minutes before we could place our order and 1h30 before receiving our plates, with an error in this one. So dont be in a hurry to get there...

Breakfast for 3 for my partners party after an hour and a half of waiting and no smile or explanation from the waitress (lady with purple hair). On the other hand, she took the time to serve her family as a priority (group of 20 people) and 4 other tables, making them pay and us, NOTHING after 1h30! We politely asked the reason for this delay but I think we were disturbing the waitress sad because we loved this place Update (February 4), the owner contacted me and we were invited to return, it was a night and day difference! Excellent food and service!

Had an amazing experience. The DE LUXE potatoes are a must and well worth the money. The Signature Breakfast is so filling and I loved the side of brown bean and banana pancake. Staff is awesome and engaging and the place is clean. Parking: Great spots Kid-friendliness: Total kid place.

Meal served cold, long wait and also staff who do not speak French. In my opinion poor management by the owner. Before the pandemic it was a great service and for the past year it has gotten worse and worse. It also happened sometimes before, I still continued to return to this restaurant, but after today its over, its worse than the other times.

We have lunch very often at this restaurant, the dishes are always very good, and what can I say about the service, (wow) Penelope and her colleague Roxanne I think, always with a smile and above all very friendly even when they have a rush! Congratulations to the whole team, you are doing a great job!!

We found not 1, but 2 hairs on our plates and the owner still made us pay with $1.93 off as an excuse that we ate the majority of the plate. The 2 waitresses were of the same opinion as us and the manager was too stingy to take responsibility for his lack of sanitation. We wont come back again.

Worst service ever. The food was not well cooked, i asked ther server to cook it, she returned it back burned. The coffee was so cold. The server was rude. Did not even ask why i did end not end up eating my plate and did not even thank me when i paid even though i left tips. I will never ever return to this allo mon coco branch.

We went on a Friday morning when there wasnt many costumers. We were 6 people and each of our plates was missing atleast one ingredient. The waitress seemed annoyed when we kept asking for what was missing on our plates. The food itself wasnt as good as usual. Some potatoes were hard and undercooked. Had to ask 3 times for water then she finally brought it. Wont be going back!

There were 2 of us and we did not receive the full dishes we ordered. It was smoked meat lunch dishes. Obviously, the waitress didnt know what this meat was since she brought us something else. The wait was long to get our dishes back which the waitress left to correct. She brings back the 2 plates; only one with the meat, she said the other was to arrive. The mashed potato I ordered had a grayish layer underneath. I asked the waitress what it was, she replied...ha! its the potato and goes to the next table. Additionally, the smoked meat looked like it had been reheated in the microwave.... As for the atmosphere of the restaurant, there is not a pleasant and warm cocooning effect, but hey...! This was our 2nd visit and it will, undoubtedly, be our last. Good continuity!

Excellent lunch and service! The plates are generous, I had the crab cake eggs benedict, it s so good. I enjoy the fruit bowl portion, they were varied, fresh and delicious. I like potatoes a little less, but its just a matter of preference (Id prefer crispy hashbrown pancakes). The place was clean, even the bathroom, it smelled good and was well maintained. In short, it was the perfect place for our family lunch. THANKS!

Staff speaking mostly in English... very disappointed, Im not in the habit of commenting on lunch restaurants (given that Ive already had one) I understand the lack of staff, but after 1 hour sitting at the table and not yet ordering its quite rare to see that.

We must remain united as a team and not my customers, his customers.. The kitchen can be slow, but that does not explain why we have to ask several times for utensils, wait after the coffee, our toast, our dishes , etc. why give us coffee 15 minutes after sitting without having a spoon to mix the coffee. why give us 1 dish out of 4 and impossible to have utensils. I finished my dish and the toast never arrived. My daughter finished her pancake but still didnt have her fruit. I think we were more than generous to have agreed to pay for cold dishes. 50 minutes to receive our dishes, yet the restaurant was not full. I wanted to have compassion when our waitress cried but I think there is a lack of management to which we do not have to be hostage.

We didnt receive the right dish, we had to turn the plate over and we didnt get any syrup or ketchup and the grandpas special menu was dry and not edible (crêpe, browned bread, waffle not edible) dry bagel and we had to ask for it. with cheese and we had no cheese. I asked for cubed potatoes and I got bad mashed potatoes. Very bad experience. First and last time we go there.

Overrated, poor waitress who manages cooks not even able to cook eggs

We waited 45 minutes before taking our order. We waited 30 minutes to get our plate (the restaurant empty), the eggs not cooked, the potatoes dry. Cooking them is not at their full potential, I assure you. One of the worst service I received in a lunch restaurant on a Saturday morning.

Quite long service but understandable due to staff shortages in all areas. Otherwise, the menu is different from other restaurants for lunch, I loved the diversity of choices.
