I love this coffee! The atmosphere is both cozy and dynamic, ideal for a well-deserved break or for working. The staff is always smiling and ready to provide quality service. I always feel welcome, and it has become one of my favorite places. I highly recommend this cafe to everyone!

Tellement dommage de ne pas prendre en considération que plusieurs jeunes familles peuvent avoir envie d aller manger ou bien que des mamans peuvent avoir le goût de se rencontrer pour jaser et prendre un café c est inacceptable d avoir une seule chaise pour bébé à la grosseur du café. Et les employées qui ont l air presque fâché qu on leur demande un linge pour nettoyer un dégât fait par nos bébés.

Monday April 10: 2 of the worst employees I have seen in my life. They went to lock themselves in what appears to be the employee room while there were 10 people waiting at the cash register. They sang and shouted loudly all evening and had no concern for the customers or the atmosphere. I suggest you watch your cameras, it was really hard. Really disappointing for a cafe that normally deserves 5 stars.

Monday April 10, 2023, evening: the two employees (women) are extremely noisy and show no respect for the customers or the atmosphere. They sing, shout and talk very loudly behind the counter. They even left the counter several times together, leaving the restaurant without service. Several people were lined up to be served, and no employee in sight. Really very disappointing and disturbing.

On the eve of St-Jean Baptiste Day...the service was impeccable once again. Arriving less than 10 minutes from closing we were served properly. We headed to the terrace to consume our purchases so that the attendant could close it properly. Coffees and sandwiches were tasty with gratitude and appreciation. Thank you again for welcoming us despite the late hour.

I received my delivery this afternoon and out of 2 salmon bagels there was one burnt and the 2 did not have smoked salmon, but cooked salmon. And the latte tasted like stale milk. Really disappointed.

Everything was perfect! It was the first time I went there to study with a group of friends. I had a bowl of mocha for the session the chocolate was slightly salty, it was delicious! I finished with a proscuitto sandwich, red velvet cake, and lemon-lavender iced tea to go. Just impeccable. And the service! It was worth my entire dinner at $25. THANKS!

I love depot coffee... But every time I use Uber Eat to order some, Im missing an item.. Im not talking about straws or utensils. But good sandwiches or drinks. It s frustrating considering we pay and wait 1 hour for our order. A second glance to validate the order should always be in order. I dont think Ill go to this depot café anymore.

Quite disappointed, the young man at the counter was alone one afternoon. The cafe is crowded. He doesnt take the time to wash his hands, he touches money and food without basic hygiene rules. Sign a paper from the delivery man with his pencil then some food. He plays with his mask non-stop then he serves coffee. There are so many people that there doesnt seem to be time to disinfect the tables. The situation should be rectified, its abnormal.

One of the most beautiful Café Dépôts I have ever visited. They are not all alike, believe me! This one is good to be there. The worst is in Bellefeuille Saint-Jérôme...
