Terrible service, cold food delivered, 30 minutes to give us a coffee and a sandwich, they made a mistake with the coffee twice, didn't know how to capture things on the computer, line of 15 people. Clients would advice other clients to use the drive thru or go to another place.

Service, awful. Incorrect menu availability times. Terrible resource management, were out of breakfast 3 HOURS BEFORE IT WAS MEANT TO BE OVER, given no reason why. WERE OUT OF EVERYTHING . That Tim Horton is the worst one that I saw in my life. I'm one of the good clients of Tim Horton Every day I bought the coffee from them. But this store is tiff. I went there to buy a coffee and I bought it and paid with my application but the employee told me that it didn't pay and push me to pay again directly with my credit card and I did it. After two days, I saw that they charged me twice. I called them 3 times but the manager wasn't there and they told me that the manager should be here to make a decision and also 2 times go there but same story. I tried to be kind and nice. After one month I went there and the manager wasn't there but this time I asked the employee to call the manager and she did it and explained everything. The manager didn't even talk with me and she told the employee we had already passed one month and we couldn't refund the money and hanging up without talking with me. I wasn't my fault because I was waiting for the manager for one month. So, I called the bank and disputed the transaction. Don't buy anything from this store. They don't care anything, and they are not polite. She (Manager) did not even try to talk with me.

On this Saturday, November 23, 2024 around 10:10 p.m., me and my family enter the Tim Hortons and there is no one there. When an employee arrives, she immediately tells us to get out because they are closed. We apologize by saying that we did not know this, because the door was not locked. The employee stupidly tells us to get out and go to the drive-thru. When we go out, she closes the door and the bar. So we go to the drive-thru, where she once again answers us stupidly, as if we are disturbing her. She finally told us that she no longer had donuts (even though we had seen them inside) and said goodbye. I was in a bad mood for the rest of the evening it was a terrible service :/
You should not come at night. There are no wraps or sandwiches, just muffins, croissants and a few things here and there, but no prepared food. The lady said they close the cart at 8 p.m.

This Tim Hortons on Boulevard de la Seigneurie on October 1st, 5:15 p.m., is the worst service ever! Two customers left while I was waiting because no employee came to serve us ahead. When they finally came to serve me, the waiter was as stupid as two feet, no hello, he was pacing on his cash register without saying a word. The other employees behind were busy but no one came to help the boy in front. Very strange service.

I visited 2 Tim Hortons this evening, at 8:15 p.m. on Curé-Labelle in Blainville, there was no employee who came to answer me and just looked at the donut counter where there were about 20 donuts of various varieties and freshness left. more than doubtful, I left for the Tim H. on boul. of the lordship, at this Tim the donut counter was more stocked and still after qq. minutes of waiting at the order counter despite the desertion of customers inside, an employee with barely audible speech came to take my order, (6 donuts to bring) after paying, the time came to choose which varieties I wanted, all the ones I wanted, the employee replied to me in her barely audible voice I cant give those uh. sorry, the counter is full of them, it s for tomorrow, my manager doesn t want us to sell them and that s fine. dont put them in the counter so what do you think vs.

After ordering from the grilled chicken wrap drive-thru, I received crispy chicken, I only called to tell them to be careful when ordering because its a bit frustrating and my call was for the purpose of improvement. The worst Tim Hortons... I went there on June 29, around 10:30. The 2 boys at the front checkouts were good, nothing to say about their services. In fact, they seemed to be the only 2 employees actually working. I ordered 2 drinks, a wrap Chicken and a morning tim. I waited over 30 minutes, only to be told there was nothing to make dinners. The employees at the drive-thru were making jokes with each other and laughing while the 2 boys in the front tried to deal with the complaints. There were more than 3 customers waiting for our meals. I had to get a refund after waiting more than 30 minutes. The manager didnt seem at all concerned about the situation. I wont go back there again.
Absolutely ridiculous crew on the weekends. The top of my ice cap wasnt put on right and it spilt all inside my gearshift and on my lap. I threw the whole thing out

My family and I went to this Tim Hortons drive-thru on May 25 around 5 p.m. Let me tell you how much the service disappointed me To begin with, an interminable wait. Hard to explain considering it s a fast food chain. About 20 minutes of waiting at the window to pay and receive the food. Then, the customer service the employee gave us was a mix of unwarranted arrogance and insolence in his tone after apologizing for the small delay . The 3 chicken noodle soups we ordered were piled on top of each other in a small bag and they were completely devoid of chicken noodle soup. With all that, a Tim club squeezed into the bottom of the bag. What was our surprise when the food at home was bad. It is also important to note that the 3 boiling soups melted the lids and spilled onto my legs and burned me throughout the ride, in addition to wetting the club. In short, a disappointing wait, a disappointing welcome and disappointing food for a total of $33 in a vacuum. My family and I order from Tims often and have never been so outraged by the service and food. P.-S.: While waiting, we were able to observe an employee coughing into her hand before handling a customers food inside...

I went to the drive-thru, it wasnt moving quickly but hey I wanted an iced cappuccino... when I got to the order panel I waited 12 minutes without anyone even having the decency to say excuse us, well be with you in a few minutes... nothing at all for almost a quarter of an hour. worst tim horton Ive seen, I usually go to tim and I know what Im talking about. I ordered a habanero bowl and an irresistible wait time 15 min threw it all alone. the bowl it was more of a lump of rice with a little chicken, almost no sauce, it was dry with 1 whole salad leaf. The irresistible one came in a bag, it was covered in sauce. Then the sandwich was all crooked and it I had more sauce on the top than in the sandwich. In addition, I ordered a cappuccino and it was overflowing and my hands were all sticky. ONE WORD = UNACCEPTABLE. Small positive point is that it is well renovated. No pace, I really wasnt happy
My usual tim, but this time it was too much, 2 employees who take 20 minutes to answer the car (even though there is no line, outside or inside) when they get to the window, they tell me that they dont understand the cash register, DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE??? I dont understand when 2 employees dont know how to use the cash register or make coffee!! Also, when I asked to make my coffee again, because it had cream instead of almond milk (lactose intolerance), they refused to make it again.
