Excellent food and generous portions but at a high cost. Especially for sides and drinks. For example, the floats are $7, for a small soft ice cream in 8oz of liquor max. I expected better for this price. There is a lot of variety and choice of dishes. Also a large tailor-made menu section like build your own burger or poutine perfect for the picky eaters ! Parking: Descent-sized parking lot, but the drive-thru from the neighboring restaurant blocks access.

Excessively long service 1:30 before receiving our lunch. Lack of staff? Following my comment the waiter went to question the other end of the table to find out why they had left a bad comment (his manager had already called him). He apparently insisted with them However, very polite to me when I told him it was me. I persist and sign, excessively long service, even to pay I will not return to this place

Few people on a Saturday at 7 p.m., average atmosphere and it was cold in the restaurant. Nice and efficient waitress but between her and the kitchen 2 errors at the table. Oh! And if you want avocado in your burger you will be served bland guacamole in small quantities... Next time as a family, 2 adults + 2 teenagers we will find La Belle!!

I had a good Holy Swiss Burger but nothing more, I thought that having fresh meat would be tastier but no lack of seasoning the condiments took up all the space. We took the chicken burger with pineapple, pieces of pineapple that were too large took over the taste. I tasted a small piece of the regular chicken patty. The service was very long and there was almost no one in the restaurant.

Service out of this world, great drinks and delicious burgers! Great terrasse and space heaters making the place cozy (after relentless attempts from one of the waiters). This place saved the franchise for us - we loved NBDG in Montreal and went to the Laval location twice in the last 2 weeks - which had an ok service and food but really subpar drinks This was our last attempt at the deliciousness we were accustomed to, and the Blainville staff delivered! Run to that franchise for an awesome experience! (And yeah, we re consuming a ridiculous amount of comfort food to help us survive the move :) please don t judge us !)

Pinewood Elementary staff had our end-of-year celebration here (last June... sorry for delay in reviewing) and a good time was had by all! Good food , delicious beverages, and service with a smile... we cant say enough about this hidden gem! Parking: More than enough parking!

I had family visiting from Louisiana. The waitress immediately asked if we wanted English menus without us even asking. The food was served quickly and at the same time for 7 people. I was very happy with the service we received as well. Our waitress was friendly and was there when we needed her. My Louisiana family really enjoyed their lunch.

My family and I stopped here for a late lunch. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable (understood the difference between vegetarian and vegan) and our burgers and drinks were delicious and service was great. Vegetarian options: vege burgers and poutine available.

The restaurant is beautiful, it seems like it has its customers, but unfortunately maybe it wasnt their day. My glass of strawberry daiquiri did not arrive filled, my salad had almost no taste at all because it almost had no dressing, the bacon rinds on the salad were too oily, dry and too cold as if they prepared them a week before. My poutine was not good! I didnt eat it, the fries had a weird taste, I think the oil must have been changed. Too many waiters chatting next to peoples tables. Sorry but that was my first and last experience!

Long before receiving the plate. The hamburger was not properly cooked (overcooked and dry). Dry bread. Inaccuracy in the orders at my table. The fries were good.

Cassandra was our waitress and we were very happy! A more than perfect service, she is very fast, smiling and answers our questions with pleasure. My boyfriend loved the food, I didnt like it as much but it was still good. I find that there is a bit of a lack of variety in the menu.
