When ordering with Uber, the employee contacts me to tell me that it is impossible that I can order 12 cookies and 8 cheesecakes . I tell him that I did it via Uber.. he yells at me that its impossible and that hes not going to send me anything... that he cant cancel my order and laughs at me on the phone line... very unpleasant.. I ordered for $127 and I have horrible service.. do not order from this place the service is very bad

According to the schedule written on Google, the creamery was supposed to be open. Once there, we realized that this was not the case.

I went there for the first time on 2024-07-07 and I was not disappointed! I went to get my first ice cream of the summer with my family (vanilla soft serve dipped in 56% chocolate) and it was excellent. The person at the checkout was very friendly. Ill come back!

30 minutes before closing, several choices of flavors are missing, small portion for $6 it was not a generous portion, employee seems unmotivated I might not come back unfortunately

This was the 2nd time I went there. First time disappointed, but Ill give it another chance. I will never go back again. Firstly, the person at the counter doesnt have what it takes for customer service, we had the impression of being a nuisance. Second, my ice cream sundae was empty in the middle! Just a swirled ice cream structure with a big void in the middle. Same thing for my daughters and my husbands cones. For a bill of almost $25 I expect much better than that. Really disappointing.

We arrived to order donuts because the site mentions that there are donuts. We asked the guy which donuts were available and he told us: it depends on which donuts.. we dont have many left. Ok we ll have something else. The menu mentions vegan ice cream birthday cake. That too not available. Ok. Soft mango? Ah! Neither . The season has just started... I bet this branch will close before the end of summer. Amazing!!!!!

My partner went to get me a chocolate covered ice cream last week for $7. When we got home (there was a place setting on it) we realized that in fact there were only a few drizzles of chocolate around the ice cream, whereas it was supposed to be completely covered in chocolate. This one also tasted like ice cream. I wrote to the company to express my dissatisfaction. I was told that they would get back to me...and nothing more! I even called them again to see if they would come back to me with a response, still nothing. Last time at the Diperie.

I ordered twice via Uber eats and each time it was not the correct order. I even tried calling the restaurant several times but no one answered.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location... It was fun... The 2 staff members were very accommodating and very helpful, it looked like they enjoyed us being there and answering our questions. It was a pretty fun Saturday afternoon with our family. Pretty sure are are going back.

I never received my Uber Eats order. The diperie blames uber, and uber blames the diperie. When the number is called, a frustrated owner answers. (Dont put your number on Google if you dont want to be called) Inside, the place seems unsanitary.

Seriously, its 32 degrees and a holiday and only one employee who is rushing her life, I dont know where the manager got her diploma in management but not strong, the sauces are all in motons, it was the first and last time, surely like the twenty customers who left. Disappointing.

Order Uber $40 for 12 chefs choice donuts (supposed to be assorted dipped and topped with the chefs choice) + $5 for caramel sauce. And I received 12 donuts, no frosting, no toppings for $40. Honestly quite ordinary... I would have liked to see if he would have given me the same thing face to face lol...

The girl who worked on Wednesday evening was super cheerful, pleasant and did her job really well, her service was exemplary. Also, the ice cream was good, was fresh and seemed very hygienic, it was my first time in this creamery and I really liked my experience.

I went to the diperie on September 28 at 3 p.m. and it was closed, very disappointed because on the internet your opening hours are from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.! Waste of time ! Correct that, not everyone likes to move for nothing.

I liked the service. I had cakes (brownies and cheese/Oreo) and a personalized chocolate palette. I found the cakes to be a little expensive for the quantity and quality. On the other hand, the chocolate palette was sublime (and less expensive than the cakes). Next time I will try their specialty by having an ice cream with dipping! Until next time. :)

Painful... poor guy... I dont know the place... I want to try. The clerk is very nice, but seems as lost as me. It lacks everything... donut, donut sauce, bananas (for pancakes), cakes... no way to have something complete, poor thing. I would not hesitate not to return! Its a shame, but for now its reality

Never order delivery. Our pancakes arrived without bananas. We were not given our can of whipped cream. Without discounts, the order price was $45. A real joke. The order was cold. The taste was okay.

Un peu limité en terme de crèmes glacées (environ 6-8 sortes de crèmes glacées dure et seulement la molle à la vanille), mais on compense avec les autres produits. Assez dispendieux, mais quand même très rafraîchissant.

Correction: Thank you for your message. Im glad to see that this is not standard practice. Good day. Be careful, they give coupons 2 for 1 off the regular price by mail, but upon receipt supposedly the coupon does not apply to their Large format, although there is no mention of this on the coupon. This is very disappointing and misleading for the customer... The ice cream sizes are much smaller than at Chocolat Favoris. I wont go back there again, thats for sure.

Nice concept, similar to Chocolats Favoris but with more choice of dip which is interesting. However, for the price I found it a shame to realize that there was no ice cream in the middle of my cone. But in the end, it s a good place for an ice cream with a change.

Awesome experience with very patient staff that is helpful and who gives us advice when it comes to sizing of the cones and flavors to dip and garnish with. Its easy to become a bit overwhelmed with so many flavors but in the end you can ask for pairing advice and theyll suggest good ones! The kids absolutely loved the birthday cake dipping and the oreo was a bit hit for the whole family. Its a very little place but its easy to find a spot to sit and to enjoy your ice cream!

Just opened so theyre still obtaining some missing ingredients. Friendly staff still learning theyre menu but acted professional about it. Ice cream was good, the dip is hard to get out with a plastic spoon though so beware of that! Many options to choose from so good for multiple tastes.

Value for money is excellent. Little choice in the type of product as such, the concept of 3 basic ingredients available in a multitude of variations is excellent since the quality of the ice cream is superb, the chocolates of very good quality and the small decorative ingredients simply charming . Absolutely worth returning!

Being a big fan of Chocolats Favoris, I couldnt wait to discover La Diperie and I was not disappointed! Yes, the chocolate is better at Chocolats Favoris but the variety is much greater at La Diperie. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for children and adults alike!

Excellent, you will find flavors for all tastes and as affordable as any other creamery. On the other hand, I dont know how the employees are trained but the service is incredibly slow, as if it was forbidden to pass more than one customer at a time.
