I would like to say that the person who served me ensured that I gave 2 stars. 1 star for the food which was very good and the other star because the place was super clean. I asked to taste the meat before making my choice, (because from experience sometimes the beef is dry) and frankly I had the impression that I was asking for the moon subsequently I asked a question per compared to a salad that I didnt know and I had the impression of denouncing it! I look at my dish and I have never ever received such a small portion of meat!!! I made the trip to go to your restaurant and being served by a super stupid person made me feel cold... Im not asking that the person be at the customers feet, but if youre willing to be stupid, work in the kitchen and does not serve customers, especially since there were other staff there. I thank him twice before leaving & he doesnt even answer, he starts talking in his language with a colleague.

We have been ordering for years and big disappointment tonight! 2 plates for 36.98 plus tax while on their site it s $14.74. Yes yes the Amir Blainville website. I specify that I want there to be one plate with salad and the other with fries. He charges me 2 extras instead of telling me that the plate already has all that... A mini fries for 4.74... in short $84 for 2 plates and 3 gyros. I talk to the manager and he tells me that I should know and that its not their website and the prices are not good!!! Very disappointed! Never again! How sad! Dont give me good advice when I call to order! But maam, we have 200 orders per evening. Well done!!!

Wonderful, I came with 5 friends to relax after a day of school and I had a great time. The staff is as delicious as the food. They even offered us a plate of hot potatoes. I recommend.

Generally a very good establishment, but this evening, my little pot of garlic sauce and hummus was barely half full and I didnt have the pita bread to accompany my plate. So a rather ordinary plate. I hope this doesnt become a habit. My old comment described you as perfect but following my experience this evening, I am disappointed, I must adjust the comment accordingly. Dsl friends

on November 9th 2023, 21:15 pm, I was extremely disappointed by the service of the employees working at the moment. They did not deliver a proper customer service. When we asked for a simple question, we were refused right away with no explanation, besides this may not be done . To precise, we asked the employee if we could have a plate with both shawarma & kefta, even if we had to pay extra, we just really wanted to have ONE plate with BOTH meats. The employee then refused and said it s either one or the other we can t to both. We then took a regular mixte plate, but still wanted to understand the logic. We asked them politely is it because you cannot to that or is it because you didn t want to honestly and he said he never couldn t, it just doesn t fit in the plate, and doesn t have a price for that. BUT THEN, I asked so you don t have a price for extra meat he said yes. SO CLEARLY, we could ve taken a kefta plate with extra shawarma, as simple as that but the employee didn t even bother and just pretended that he couldn t make it probably because kefta takes longer to prepare. Unfortunately, because of this experience i will not step foot in the amir blainville again, i suggest you don t either.

Its exaggerated!

I eat at Amir very often and I always have the same plate. Amir Blainville charges $2.50 just so that my salad (included in my meal) is on a separate dish. I dont mind paying extra (even though its never happened to me) because that would be very normal in my opinion. But $2.50 Additionally, the portion of chicken on my plate was extremely less than normal. Usually I only have 2 easy meals because I dont eat much and this time I finished it and I was still hungry In short, I wont go back.

The service is so fast that several things are missing on the plate. Like the famous garlic sauce with a slightly disappointing shish taouk plate, and on the other plate no peppers

The furthest thing from authentic Lebanese food (more like microwave Costco food). I ordered via Ubereats in the evening. The food overall tasted weird; the rice had an aftertaste. The chicken was bland and not crispy. The salad was soggy. No hummus + the worst part was the garlic sauce .... which tasted like mayo. This place might be good for people who have no idea what Lebanese food should taste like.... I literally spent 25 dollars for a mundane plate. I ended up giving it to my dog rather than throwing it away after 2 bites. Its rare I write bad reviews but this time I had to. Please go elsewhere.
