Nouvelle entreprise et unique dans son genre, nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer l’ouverture de la première boulangerie libanaise à Blainville ! Au menu : des savoureuse galettes cuites au four servant d’enveloppe à des délicieux sandwichs authentiques du Liban. Des galettes traditionnelles aux saveurs du zaatar, à base de thym et aux fromages (Halloum, Akawi, mozzarella et feta), ou encore de la viande (Lahmé beajin ou Kafta). Également vous trouverez des gouffres et bouchées salées bien savoureuses. Entre les chaussons, fatayers farcis à l’épinard et les barquettes farcies de viande ou de fromage, chaque bouchée vous fera découvrir les saveurs culinaire du Liban !

Hours are wrong, says open at 7 am on sunday, i’m here at 7:45 and it is closed. Will update once i get to try this one day…

I work right above their establisments, and every morning it smells amazing. The staff there is wonderful and have an awsome vibe. Strongly advise to try it out!
Very satisfying first experience. The employees are friendly and helpful. The breads and Lebanese pizza were excellent. We will definitely come back to try the burgers.
