Im really disappointed, my tray was filled with rice covered with a mini quantity of meat. It s insulting to be fooled in the same way. It was supposed to serve 10-12 people... there is rice to serve 12 people but for the rest 6 people... even the sauce dishes werent filled, its half empty. First time at your Boustan and I didnt get my moneys worth. This is misleading and not honest... The only positive points, fast service and the taste was as good as in the other Boustans.

I picked myself up at the Hospital!!! In the middle of the night anaphylactic shock from their crappy food! If you want to die go there!!!

I like ordering from Boutant for the flavors you offer. But today I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. I finalized my order at 6:40 p.m. and said estimated delivery at 7:05 p.m. I can understand sometimes that there can be unforeseen circumstances. I finally decided to call at 8 p.m. to find out whats going on, the man on the phone tells me yes in 8 minutes his part... I mention that its going to be cold he answers me no because its in a thermos bag.. and that I have to understand because its Halloween...I mention that when it arrives at my house it will be cold he insists no it will be hot. As it turns out, it arrives here and ITS COLD! I ate because I was hungry. Very disappointed

Dont order it, order from Boustan Boisbriand. I paid $30 with extra meat and a diet Pepsi. The meat is much less than Boisbriand and no Pepsi. When I called for the Pepsi, they told me to call the Uber guy, and the Uber guy told me he didnt receive anything. They have deals at Uber, but make sure you choose the address carefully before ordering. Especially not Boustan de Cure labelle Blainville

Its just perfect. One of the best Lebanese cuisine in the Laurentians and the best in Blainville. I suggest you go there. The shawarma is customizable and that makes it unique.

Im really not in the habit of complaining, but the situation is beyond my limits. Im giving it a 3 star rating because we often order take-out and its always excellent. On the other hand, tonight a disaster via Uber Eats. Order executed at 8:45 p.m., arrival time scheduled for 9:35 p.m. At 9:40 p.m. we check the arrival time but no indication displayed other than contacting the restaurant for an update on the arrival of the order. We tried to reach him a few times between 9:40 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. but without success. No answer!! We decide to introduce ourselves to understand what is happening with our order and the employee there was listening to the TV??? And the phone??? He mentions that the order left 10 minutes ago but not by an Uber delivery person. Ended up eating at 10:40 p.m. so the order was prepared 2 hours before receiving it??? Really unacceptable for a non-rush Wednesday!

Pire franchise, je vais souvent à Mascouche mais pour cette fois si jetait à Blainville , je pend le bol de falafels et me disse que c est juste falafel, patates, taboulé et pain pita. Les autre succursales ajout également du riz et salade et ici le disse que non eu c est sans riz et salade !!! 15$ pour des patates et falafel ça cher en maudire.

The potatoes in the mixed plate were not fresh and not very well seasoned. Usually, at Boustan in my memories it was always fresh. I will not return to this banner.

We ordered a party platter that was supposed to be enough for 6-8 people at $95 we were 4 adults and two small children. There was barely any chicken, I would even say it was the equivalent of a plate. Very disappointed for the price there were practically just potatoes and rice. I had ordered this type of tray in the past and it was very disappointing this time. I contacted the restaurant by email before writing here but received no response. I do not recommend this Boustan at all.

Really unpleasant service when its not young people, its a bitter old gentleman who answers you with no smile and is very, very poorly polite, the gentleman is racist and when you contact them by email he says that he will contact you again and does not contact you again.

Vegan options available. Correct service, the owner chatted to us and talked about the history of Quebec, but perhaps the one who served us was better trained, she did not understand the vegan option even if we showed her on the menu. On the other hand, the atmosphere is cold and austere with a huge screen with drone images filming plagrs and coastlines, with loud, sleepy music, and the white paint deserves a makeover to make the place really pleasant. A real joke this restaurant we ordered and 2 hours later it wasnt delivered we called he told us it was gone its been 40 minutes we are 10 minutes from the restaurant he says anything!! For real, this restaurant deserves to just be closed, it makes no sense how the management is done!!!

A cell phone lying on the counter where they make sandwiches... plus a bathroom that was not usable because there was blue Lysol product all over the bowl, the floor and even the bottle in the bowl... We are far away from Boustan 2 years ago.... too bad. I used to love it so much..

Disappointed with the service, I placed an order through Uber Eats which never came. After 30 minutes I called the restaurant three times with no answer. Upon contacting uber eats, the agent said the restaurant accepted the order, yet the restaurant did not respond to my calls.

AMAZING !! I placed my order via Ubereat and had it delivered by a restaurant delivery man who was very intimidating. Before even greeting me and handing me my order, he nastily asks me to give him some Tips. Knowing that I ordered on Ubereat and I have the possibility of tips following the service provided. 2 plates + 2 drinks $54.95...+ $4 tip to the delivery person.. so far its going well.. Incomplete and incorrect order missing pitas + adding potato instead of rice and I dont want it! (this is important when you think about sharing with your children and making two pita sandwiches.). I call quickly so that the delivery man has time to come back, quickly! quickly. Very disappointed February 15, 2023: I bought two meals and a Saj sandwich. The sandwich is made up of 80% salad, 10% sauce and 10% chicken. In the dish, the rice is mushy, crumbled chicken very very fatty, it looks like leftovers, meat as hard as rubber soaked in oil, overcooked potatoes. To conclude, the freshness was not there, nor was the quantity The gentleman (probably the owner) is super welcoming. The lady who prepared my order was not in a good mood and I felt like I was bothering her. Unfortunately, I will not return to this restaurant again. The quality has changed too much...

I took a Mixed Shawarma plate to take away, as I always take since I live in Blainville and the portion is tiny, I have no meat, the bowl is so small, I am very disappointed with the portions at $20 per plate

Worst experience , Worst service and worst people working i think. , Ordered 4 chicken wraps by 08:00 pm and they send 2 chicken and other meat mix and 2 beef ones with knowing I ordered chicken, and someone might have allergy or other issues with beef. Wraps have no salad, No dipping just leftover meat i think. If they do not have material they can cancel the order not let someone wait for an hour and then receive food that they cant eat. Seriously not acceptable.

Food was terrible, not fresh, tasteless at best otherwise just plain bad! Potatoes were old, Hummus tasted terrible, Kebbeh were all burnt and hard, Shish taouk sandwiches were ok at best. Unacceptable to pay $60 for absolutely over dated food! Never again!

We were so disappointed with our food! It was flavourless and clearly NOT fresh. Falafels could have been used as a weapon they were so hard and stale. The beetroot was past it edible life and I could taste it had turned. The garlic sauce was terrible. Tasted of plain mayonnaise with a bit of garlic. The chimichuri sauce was also stale tasting. Overall the food was flavourless and highly disappointing. I will never eat there again.

We ordered the large family chicken dish for $100 and were very disappointed. The bottom of the big box was full of rice (it was disproportionate!) and the chicken on top was clearly insufficient. It was written for 6 to 8 people, and if there had been more than 6 of us, we would have run out of meat and sauce. Additionally, the pitas were dry. Honestly, for the price, we expected a lot more. We wont order from there again because we get much more for less elsewhere.

Online order placed on a Monday evening at 5:30 p.m. Around 6:30 p.m., we contacted the restaurant and were told that it was a busy evening. Call back at 7 p.m., response: all online orders have gone. 7:42 p.m., still nothing... The order is pre-paid and we had to improvise another dinner... Update, its Tuesday 11am and the order still hasnt arrived... As a franchisor, I would not allow a franchise to provide such poor service.

Eating Lebanese often and being married to someone Lebanese I now know what is good and not. Tonight I ordered and it was horrible!!!!!! Cold! Special instructions do to allergies were not followed and therefore the sandwiches went to waist. Whatever was left other than the sandwiches was cold and dry. Sorry boustan will no longer be getting food from you.

When we usually order from here, the portions and the meal itself is just amazing! Although, tonight wasnt as great as usual. We ordered an extra garlic sauce (for $2 extra) and it wasn t included in the meal neither was the pita bread to go with the shawarma plate. Also, the plate had a small portion on chicken and only 1/4 of the sauce area had garlic sauce. Very disappointed because its usually a lot better than this! Still love this place!

I am sad to have to write this review but this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with Boustan. If I could put 0 stars I would. I placed an order on uber at 17:40 and was told it would arrive between 18:05 and 18:25 (keep in mind its being delivered by the restaurant and not uber). I called the restaurant at 18:40 and was told the delivery guy was on his way. I ended up receiving the order at 19:20. The food was cold, smelled funny and was nowhere near fresh. I couldnt even eat half of my plate thats how bad it was. I usually love eating boustan and have no problems finishing a chicken shawarma plate but this was absolutely disgusting. Sadly Ill never be going back to this boustan ever again. The one in the mega center on michele-bohec is way better and Ive never had any problems with the quality.

What I would like to highlight is their human side A poster on the door inviting those who are hungry and without money to come in and eat for free The welcome was also very warm.

I just ordered the Party Pak Holiday Tray. It arrived cold, both the potatoes and the wraps. The various sauces were not included either. There were only the regular sauces, i.e. garlic sauce and hummus. For a meal costing $115 taxes included, its disappointing.

I ordered a plate on Uber Eats, but the order was delivered directly by the restaurants delivery person. He tried to intimidate me into getting tips as soon as I opened the door. We ordered 2-3 times a week from your restaurant and it was the last time!
