1h30 for a delivery in 15 minutes, everything was cold, very ordinary pizza and a minced meat submarine (yach!) too salty. We were offered a discount but never again!

Terrible phone service! Customer treated deplorably! I will never order from them again, its a shame to have someone so contemptuous of their customers. She forgets that without customers she has no salary. In short, very disappointed with my experience. Let them keep their pizza!!!!I recommend pizza Salvatore, they know the importance of a customer. And whats more, its been 3 times that I have had to resubmit the comment because instead of taking note of the problem they prefer to delete the comment!!! They really dont care!

I ordered for the first time today and the pizza was excellent. A crust that tastes good and thick at the edge. The New York was filled with cheese and pepperoni. The Hawaiian was perfect, with nice pieces of ham and pineapple.

You can eat on site, but its a small place, with a television... More of a waiting room than a place to eat alone Parking: Small center with restaurants and a bakery. So depending on the time of day it may be full. Several places available on the street, on the side of the convenience store, right next door.

I tried Pizza Blainville for the first time on 2024-05-05 and it will become a classic for me. I loved the Deluxe pizza as well as the extra garlic and marinade sauce. Everything was perfect and the service really fast and excellent. I am a new customer for life!

We ordered for dinner on February 24th. We called to have it ready, they told us it would be ready in 15 minutes, so we left immediately and arrived there as planned 10-15 minutes after the call. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant, upon arriving to eat, the entire meal was super cold and dry. We ordered for over $70. For an order of this price, for it to be this cold is very disappointing.

The customer service is not great. I noticed that depending on the time of day you order a doner sandwich you get less meat. When I addressed it to the owner, he refused to elaborate. They dont value their loyal customers. I always gave a good tip and I ordered very frequently. I no longer order from Pizza Blainville. Customer service is important.

On several occasions there were errors in my telephone order despite the fact that I took the time to review everything with the lady who took my order! Their pizza is good, fast delivery but why do you have to ask to cut the pizza? It should be the same by default.

They dont care their customers. The delivery takes between 50 mins to 2 hours without care if you call them, they will tell you we can cancel your order. But the food is good.

Ordered a pizza and waited for 1.5 hours until I called back to know what was going on and they told me it was on its way. Then waited for another 30 minutes and called back and they told me I never ordered anything.

So disappointed, this has been my submarine restaurant for years but the last two times the steak was full of pieces of fat, uncooked bacon and the salad and tomatoes were all soft and pale. The last one smelled weird and I threw it away after 2 bites. They changed the bread that evening and it was old and not cooked. And yes, even with the super sauce; it was disgusting. Its sad but it was the last time for us.

Pizza in this place is quite good!

I discovered this place last year, everything was delicious, fast and impeccable delivery. Crispy fries, great submarine pizza and club sandwich. For 3 weeks the sint mole fries as if they were the day before. The vinaigrette is missing with the sub 1 time out of 2. Delivery never takes less than 1 hour 15 minutes. The club chicken is now dry and tough. Too bad I loved the quality of the product but they would say that the chef is no longer the same and the management has taken the edge. Avoid it, Ill have to find a new place. What a shame. I gave almost 25% tip to the delivery guy because I loved the service and the quality.

Weve been ordering from the same place for 10 years, today we wanted to have submarines like we usually do, Im crazy about meat without vegetables! but there is more, so we ask the receptionist which submarine has the most meat, she says the deluxe so we say to ourselves we will take the two for one, so two deluxe but one no vegetable and the other garnished normally! But no, the receptionist says that it works better, its not the same thing with an arrogant and stupid tuna! If I take you crazy about meat without vegetables its still crazy about meat Right? So why in the deluxe if there is no vegetable is it no longer a deluxe? To you little Sandrine, change your tune when you talk to your customers, dont ask yourself why we are arrogant afterwards, speak kindly and we will do the same! No professionalism whatsoever! You say its not the same kind anymore... I dont like vegetables when I eat fast food, whats the problem? Do you know what the same kind is? Ill leave you with an example. You can have two same kinds of dogs, for example, two Derbormann dogs. Well, imagine if one has had its tail removed and its ears cut off, it remains the same kind!!! Imagine I ask without vegetables and the price remains the same and in addition you keep your vegetables for another person... I just dont understand that one! We have always been loyal to the restaurant ordering limit once a week in 10 years this is the first time we have been spoken to so I have never even seen that ayeur! Really disappointed with the service this evening! This resulted in an order cancellation and not even the desire to call back soon, especially not to speak to dear Sandrine!!!!

2019: Since there are new owners, we have tried la.pizza and it is now good. Its not top quality and not as good as what was produced at the very beginning but its still very acceptable for the price. Over a year ago: Quality has been in continuous decline since opening. At the moment it is closed.

I tried for the first time. Submarine and pizza both were excellent.

The steak, pepperoni and onion sub is super well garnished and tastes great! The vinaigrette that comes with it (I dont know exactly, but its not traditional Italian) is super good too! The pizza is just as good. In short, it was the first time I went there and Im sure Ill go back!

Submarines are terrible

I am happy with the experience I had working with this company. I didnt have any problems. The workers were very attentive to me and even offered me a place to sit since I was so pregnant, to explain everything to me.

Great restaurant, Im always satisfied. The only downside is your new flyer (menu). Spelling mistakes happen. Its normal if you find one or two, but when there are a lot, its borderline annoying. For example, = Toujour and Alway take an s . = It says that the restaurant delivers to Fontaine Bleu (be aware that there is even a space between the two words). Im pretty sure its spelled Fontainebleau . = Croûte is not written with umlauts, rather like this: Croûte . = Lasagne au gratin should agree, becoming Lasagne gratinée = There is also this monstrosity, BASIC DELICIOUS . In context, its a pizza name, but Im pretty sure you meant DELICIOUS . = There is Family Fries . Already, your intention was perhaps (a) family fries or (some) family fries . We cannot decide to grant only one of the words. = CHEESE STICKS SERVED WITH FRIES . We grant SERVIS thus. There are many other mistakes that I have not listed in this comment, but you already understand that this is pitiful. I love your food, I really do. However, your circular hurts my eyes, it should be reviewed.
