Very slow service 20 minutes for asking a whopper then restaurant tables not very clean. Garbage around.
Food was good, service was lacking.
Manager is very arrogant , no control over employees, asked for an ice cream and received a milk shake, when confronted he said that I didn’t order an ice cream and when they made me a new one it was half empty and hardly any topping, definitely not worth coming here ….
For the third time, I encountered the rudeness of the cashiers. They are tired and angry and did not give any guidance on my questions. I recommend not to go to this branch because the cashier was a gentleman who wore glasses and was very rude.👎👎👎👎

Ok so I can’t use my app coupon because it’s says the restaurant is closed, they know the coupon exist but the apparent manager can’t do nothing so because they don’t no what they are doing they figured they would just tell me go away we can’t do nothing, I know they say that there are people missing and hard to find good help but for freakin sake at least have 1 competent person that could make a smart decision

Young teens who don't care to be there or put any effort in their job. Messes simple order. Edit: Gave them another chance and took my 3 teen boys to eat there. Maybe it's because there were only young girls working there and my boys are handsome but they were exceptional today 😂😂😂 They went above and beyond for us!
The meal I had at Burger King was exceptional. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation were impeccable. Every bite was delicious. A huge thank you to Mr PARFAIT for preparing this delicious meal, and a big thank you to all the staff for their excellent service and warm welcome. Really happy with the quality of the meals here!

En Plus dêtre bête et arrogant, on reçoit une commande toute croche, il manquaient du fromage dans un des burger et ils ont littéralement mis une tranche et ont fait réchauffer le tout au micro ondes pain laitue tomates ognion.. Le tout . le gérant est non seulement impolis avec les clients, ils menque de respect a ces employés.
I had the misfortune of buying 2 trios and putting them in the trash because the employee who was emptying the trash decided to fill the trash with his gloves and in addition he pushed the overflowing stock into the bottom to put more in the trash and finally he had the idea of filling the bag of fries with the same gloves he had used to handle the trash. The cashier did not want to refund the orders, it was too complicated according to her.

I would have given 0 stars very cold service the boss doesnt even speak French he didnt understand me. There was no bacon in our burger when bringing the fries some fries fell on the counter the clerk took them and put them back in our tray with his hands the bread was cold and there was old ketchup stuck to the tray. .. place to avoid

Good service Good coffee This is the first time I have been served onion rings (not onions) they were powdered onion rings. Let me tell you, my stomach rejected it. I paid $4.19 + tax to eat powdered onions. Their advertising displays fresh products, fresh meat, etc....let me doubt it. We do not serve powdered onion slices with quality fresh products. At your competitors like HARVEYS, A&W to name a few, they serve real fresh onions in slices as well as in all snack bars and restaurants.
Very bad service, even disgusting. First of all, the manager doesnt even speak FRENCH. I ordered cheese sticks, and he gave me chicken bites. When I told him about his mistake, he told me that he was not mistaken and to leave. He even answered the restaurant phone while I was talking to him Honestly! Plus, it happened TWICE. Ps: he is bald.
An absolute joke for a restaurant...burger was drenched in mayo, everything was served room temperature and just tasted bland...the girl that served us looked like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. Last time we ever ate here.

Its my favorite restaurant but this morning, when it opened at 11am via Ubereats, I ordered a double whopper...what a disaster...dry bread and cold meatballs...as if someone had reheated an old burger for me from last night. Too bad I no longer order there, I will order from the fresher competitor!
If you say you open at 10:30 a.m. and at 11:15 a.m. its not yet open, theres a problem....

The service was very slow. There were 4 employees behind the counter (3 in the kitchen and 1 behind the cash register), the 3 in the kitchen kept laughing and making fun of each other....the people waiting didnt seem happy.

I tried to order through uber eats but unable to make changes to an order. Take the burger as described or not at all...so easy to correct...
I give 1 star because google doesnt offer me the Choice but I would give 0/5 to the restaurants service from a-z I often make deliveries via uber eats and the service is horrible!!! I went to the restaurant for a personal order and when I received my order I asked the employee Danica for a spicy zesty sauce and she refused, telling me Said I had to pay 35 cents This is Ridiculous!!!! It s an insult to me because even at McDonald s you ask for sauces and it s never extra . I am really disappointed with this Restaurant!!! An insult for Burger king and its franchise!!!
A little lunch before going shopping. Hmm, all the tables are dirty. The employee was kind enough to lend me a napkin so I could clean my table. Finally, I am disappointed with my meal, the good taste of my memories was not there. Rather cold as a meal. (Two cheese Whopper trios).

We wait more than 25 minutes even though there are barely 4 customers. I dont know if its the lack of employees or skills, but it is not recommended if you are in a hurry

I stopped by today to get a milkshake for my daughter and I was extremely disappointed to see how the staff NEVER changes their gloves... The manager herself emptied boxes of fries and kibbles, put kibbles in oil and prepared another customers order without EVER changing gloves. She then took an order at the cash register, made the customer pay and she went to place an order of kibble with her hands once again without a new glove in its packaging... Absolutely disgusted.
I spent Friday August 27, 2021. Closed due to lack of staff for 3 days. The situation can be explained in 2 ways. Either a lack of vision or inadequate salaries. I believe that when you have a business you have to react and find answers downstream. This has been predictable for months. Lack of leadership.

First time visiting this store and they had 4 staff on the floor which is good but i was the onky cust in line and it took over 10 minutes for a double whopper trio and the whole while they were talking amongst them selves and then the tall dude with the beard walked out into lobby and took a large stack of trays from the garbage area and put them back on the clean pile without even cleaning them . Who ever is the manager needs to be fired ,its like a big party
A very awful customer service there is like 3 employe on the floor and there is no customer. I was standing there for like gppd 10-15min. Nobody care to take my order. I end up walking out. Whoever the manager at this place need to fire those employee. Because its look like just a big party back there.
Finally a Burger King with hot food. Order always impeccable. Efficient and friendly employees.
