I take detours to get here. The food is always excellent, the portions are generous, the atmosphere is good but the staff here are exceptional. A level of service that I have not seen elsewhere. Always a hello with a smile, goodbye and an experience that exceeds expectations for a fast food type restaurant. Im not a fan of tipping, but here I always tip because Im happy.

My fiance and I came to visit Montreal all the way from Hamilton, ON. The gentleman working was very friendly and when we both ordered our grilled chicken burgers he also offered us free potatoes on the side. The sandwiches were very satisfying and fresh. I do recommend this place for quality food.

The staff is extremely kind and attentive, frankly it s a pleasure to order there directly! We had the chicken pita as a trio and it was SUCCULENT the chicken is tender and juicy and pita well filled and rolled to perfection! We also had the beef and chicken plate which comes with three very generous sides. Once again the meat was tender, juicy and delicious! Kid-friendliness: High chair available and childrens menu also.

SUPER GOOD! EXTRA SERVICE VERY TASTY DELICIOUS

This man was rude, 2 faced, and very unprofessional. I had an order to deliver yesterday. He asked to wait 10 to 12 minutes at 6:38pm (keep in mind everything from when the order was placed, when I arrived, are digitally time stamped on the cameras). At that point, Ive seen 3 clients walked in after me, placed their orders, and receive their food as well. As I was waiting another delivery person came in and they proceeded to make his order and not mine. At 7:00pm it confirmed that I waited more than I should have and was not told any further instructions. When I tried to ask him why it was taking so long, he wouldnt let me speak, as he was trying to talk over me and not letting me express my concerns. He demanded that I cancel the order if I was unhappy, I told him no since I waited this long for the order. He even put the music louder in the restaurant to drown the sound of my voice. I had a previous ordeal with this man months before. I needed to use the washroom as I walked in, I noticed he was talking to 2 men, and I just proceeded to use the washroom. Next thing I know, I hear someone screaming HELLO MADAME 3 times until Ive realized it was me he was yelling at. When I did, I asked him for the washroom, and he said in an aggressive manner no its out of service... while they were clients in the restaurant and no paper indicating such as. Ever since that issue, he has been fake nice and holding a grudge. Please, sir, we all have to work in a timely manner to respect each others time. I do not appreciate using my time to do other orders while I was there waiting unnecessarily. Please do better so we can move on forward amicably. *In response to your message; No Mouhamed I will not take the photo down. Please stop favoring people of your own religion for services. Thats discrimination to others. The fact that you only had an issue with the picture and not what I wrote speaks volumes about you.

Uber driver messed up my order and only brought half of our family meal and brought the other half to another customer. When I called Torino Blainville, they volunteered to cook again what was missing and drive it over themselves at no charge, instead of telling us its Ubers fault and I have to deal with them like alot of other restaurants do. Highly recommend. Food is always so good and fresh!

Fast and not very busy during my first visit. The potatoes are worth the detour. My chicken was not spicy as I expected, but good.

Order 2 pita trios + a salad. Missing 1 potato dish, salad, 2 drinks, utensils. The fries received taste like old oil. The wraps are correct, but theyre not big. The rest I couldnt taste, I didnt receive them.

We arrived around 8:30 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 9:00 p.m. The team had already started cleaning and the chairs were on the tables. We were 5 adults and a baby. The employees allowed us to sit in the restaurant and we were still able to be served. The food was delicious, quality and very plentiful. Lots of choice too. I got a large serving of extra vegetables and the employees even gave us a free dessert. Prices are comparable to elsewhere. Very beautiful and pleasant experience, we recommend 100% and are very happy to have gone there by chance. We will definitely go back :)

I ordered sandwiches and burgers by mentioning all dressed in specific instructions on Ubereat and this is what I received, no sauce or vegetables. Bread and meat, is this a joke? Extremely disappointed with the order, especially since it is way too expensive for what it is, even the burger meat was dry. This is the 4th time I have eaten from them and I have not once been satisfied, each time there was a problem with the order. Never again for me.
