First time with friends. We were at the bar and the dishes and drinks ordered by the barmaid and her team were great! Careful! We will come back!

Ive been to this place several times since the pizza is unique. I wont go back there again since the table service is terrible. Its slow, it feels disruptive, there are errors. In short, there should be better hiring criteria for servers.

The worst evening at the restaurant of our lives We were seated near the bar and there were about fifteen young men who had clearly had too much to drink! They shouted at the top of their lungs for 2.5 hours, they were sometimes standing on the chairs!!!!! They were pushing us! My poor little mother who had to endure all this...I invited my parents and my children to dinner to mark an event. We had a very unpleasant evening. Industria is a noisy restaurant, but tolerating a gang of out-of-place party-goers, who were literally screaming and pushing, is unacceptable. Even after making several complaints to our waitress and another employee, none of them cared about us and they made no intervention with these drunks. They continued to serve them alcohol and shots! What an unpleasant evening! Although the food is good, we wont go there again...the customer service doesnt seem to be important. I was so embarrassed to have invited my parents and my children, that I paid the bill to apologize for my bad choice of restaurant ($420 later) Then the restaurateurs complain that business is difficult...

I went to the restaurant for dinner yesterday with my partner around 8 p.m., the atmosphere was festive but nothing out of the ordinary we found for a Saturday evening :) The service was fantastic, and the owners made sure that everything went well with their customers saw the group of young men who were slightly noisy. Its not the first time weve been there on a Saturday evening, and in restaurants its always a toss-up on the atmosphere that will be there during the evening. The service was fast (Kosta, our smiling and attentive server, was hot), the food 10/10 and the evening was very pleasant. I highly recommend, both for something a little quieter (restaurant side) or having fun with friends (bar side)

A nice restaurant where the staff are very pleasant and smiling. The dishes we had were very good and very generous (margarita, truffled Mac and cheese and childrens menus) For very young children 3-4 years old, the pizza is really very (too) big but it was very good! The only disappointment was the chocolate pouring, it was grainy and the vanilla ice cream had gel crystals in places as well as a strange color.

I liked the meals and one of the waiters with the glasses was very nice and he knew his job well so congratulations and continue like that

Great pizzas here... the wings were decent as well.. had another dish, cant remember what it was called. Looked like large meatballs in a tomatoes sauce... highly recommend..

This was the worst service I have received in my entire life! The service was long, we had to get our own water and parmesan, the waiter, disrespectful, threw us the bill. Anyway, I think they know how to choose their customers

Response to your answer: Why write to you privately or give you an explanation. Courtesy must be natural and sincere. Your staff doesnt have it. I wrote everything to you. Give the time. Watch your cameras! Im not inventing anything and Im not exaggerating!!! You wait for the customer to get angry before asking him to contact you so you can explain... youve lost 2 customers. End of story. Take this notice, show it to your staff who worked yesterday and tell them its time to treat everyone the same. If you are able to say hello and shake hands with your friends, you are able to take 2 seconds to say to customers right behind your friends, hello it wont take long, or it doesnt matter, at least to show them that they exist !! Original message One star in default.. We come to eat at your place at least once a month. Maybe were not your young, tattooed customers spending their money, but were extremely disappointed with this evenings reception. The bar was full but the room was half full. 2 or 3 bus waiters passed in front of us, greeted their friends who were in front of us, found them a place... but we had zero service. Around 6:45 p.m. we were there. Look at your cameras and you will see that I am not exaggerating!!! A good 10 minutes of standing in front of the door without even a hello, it wont be long. Unlike the faces of ***** who look at us and continue on their way!! Well done we will spend our $130 elsewhere

Last night, at the Industria restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes and the atmosphere of the place. The beetroot salad, far from ordinary, with its goat cheese, caramelized nuts and grilled chicken breast was exceptional. The friendly atmosphere and neat decor made the experience even more pleasant. The pizza enjoyed by my partner also received praise. Attentive service and a warm atmosphere complete the picture of a successful evening. The person taking care of the reception at the entrance noticed that we had kept our coats on and asked if we were cold and turned up the heating slightly, a nice touch! Industria has definitely established itself as an address of choice.

For some reason pretty much all the plates were low on salt or some quality issues. We normally go to the one in Laval and the difference can be noticed, Laval one is so much better, more space, better food. It s a disappointment because the prices are the same afaik and you don t receive the same level of food

Food is adequate, pizzeria and pasta. Price ok in current market. Service A-1, downside is very personal, dj type music which is really not my type. I would prefer a Rock style and a little less loud in order to chat more easily.

Excellent service and food, beautiful restaurant with a nice patio. It was busy on a Saturday evening but there were tables available without reservation. The pizza was delish, kids enjoyed the penne with rose sauce. The Nutella pizza is an oval shape and about half the size of a regular pizza, with Nutella drizzled over it and a ricotta creme trail in the middle. It was really good, not too sweet. Best pizza I had in Canada. I always order the funghi one... It s amazing. The bruschetta is something to try too... My family is descendants of Italians, and the bruschetta was perfection. Love this place

The food is passable, for lovers of Italian food its ordinary, nothing more. The service leaves something to be desired, our group seriously questioned whether the employees were receiving too much pressure; they werent very cheerful, the atmosphere was ordinary and one waitress even cried when the table next to us asked for their bill. It was pathetic to see and we will definitely not be going back.
