We opened the bottles of wine ourselves and drank everything before receiving the dishes which took 2 hours to arrive, no second service of water and the bread was hard, filet mignon was not of quality (full of tightness ) only two waitresses for a full restaurant. I myself am a former restaurant chef-owner and I find that unacceptable these days, especially since there are plenty of restaurants that eat that ruff! Push yourself a little!!

As for the food, VERY disappointing. Very low quality filet mignon, dry in taste, butterflied shrimp too greasy with a coating of bread crumbs drowned in oil or butter. Even the creme caramel (taken to bring) was overcooked and the taste was bad. In addition, we are charged a supplement of EIGHT DOLLARS to share a plate between two people. What a steal. Luckily the service from our waitress and her assistant was the only thing of high quality, with sociability and humor. Question quality price VERY DISAPPOINTING. Second step, I make sure the water is poured at the table (the suite takes care of that!) Third step, being a BYOB, I notice that your bottle of white or red wine requires a lemonade maker to open it. I suggest you open it or I ask if you want to wait. Step four, I ask you if you are familiar with the menu, if you have any questions and if you are ready to take your order. Fifth step, I take your order. Following these steps, the kitchen did a very good job of shipping the food in a timely manner, I was even surprised at their efficiency and speed. Me and my partner were very disappointed with our takeaway order on February 14, 2021. We understand that it was a very busy evening. However, a piece of cake was missing, one of the chefs salads was not replaced by the Greek one as requested, the 3 butterfly shrimp added were missing and then the portions of rice and potatoes were very small and disappointing.
