I love lunch at this place. The waitresses are friendly, the service is quick and the food is super good.

I went to the restaurant yesterday December 4, 2024 for a meal and went to the toilet and I was very surprised to see the condition of the toilet VERY VERY VERY dirty; I mentioned it to the waitress and her response was that she would mention it to the owner and she told me that the owner had already been notified several times but he does nothing. For me its the last time, its too dirty.

We arrived around 1:20 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 2:00 p.m. and we were very well received.

The owners listen to customer needs. I made a suggestion to improve the vegan item and they implemented it quickly. Portions are good, service is good. 1st time at this restaurant, we relied on the number of stars error.. Order a novelty, panini...at first it was ready just omelette later added sausages to my memory it must have contained mushrooms but Short. Burnt homemade potatoes and my partners potatoes in blackened oil. Finally, as my panini without sausages was ready from the start, my plate was cold when I received it, not to mention the coffee. For a lunch that cost around $50.00 without extras, its pretty ordinary.

We were a group of 12. I asked for a glass of water. She brought the glasses of water to everyone except me. I ate my cold waffle which arrived later..Never had another coffee. They tell me that I have to pay by card at the cash register, I get up and they tell me that they will come see me with the machine. I wait 15 minutes to be told to go pay up front but what a pitiful service phew! Using 90-year-old waitresses gives you something like that... Really worth avoiding!

Pancakes, waffles, potatoes, everything was absolutely disgusting. When your 14 year old boy tells you that the waitress has no respect, that she is shameless... Lousy service. That says a lot.... 1 hour to get our unedible plates.... 1 star would be generous of us.

Im really surprised by the rating of this restaurant. The service is excellent, but the food really remains to be desired...I wont even begin to talk about the state of the toilets.. The good news is that they have excellent employees...something not easy to find these days.

A Saturday morning around 9am, no wait. Very good service, very friendly waitress . I ordered the Kit and an oreo/strawberry milkshake which I shared with my daughter. Bitterly disappointed, 1st- I have to agree that the food tasted good and that in a period when there is a big lack of staff everywhere, I can understand certain shortcomings related to the service 2nd- this lack of staff should not be a reason to ignore a customer who comes for a take out, much less with a $100 bill. 3rd- Not only have I been waiting for a long time but I also see everything from the point where I am... the customers who arrived later and who were served despite my wait. 4th- I notify the hostess to whom I ask... will it still be long?? She tells me no sir. And I wait another 5 minutes and finally the oldest person in the place sees me and realizes that Ive been waiting for a while. I finally place my order but the ordeal doesnt end there... I come back to pick up my order after 20 minutes. Surprise we miss my order I still wait a good 5 minutes more before receiving my order. The girl apologized Chantal for her name. I understand anyway and I leave him a good tip. And thanks her. In all that I dont see I mentioned that I had tried to place my order by phone unfortunately there was no response. Surprise I arrive at my friends house not far from the restaurant we eat cold , I dont have my toast, we are missing cremettes and milk for the coffee and the custard for the crepes there was none I I instead received 4 cups of Hollandaise sauce that my daughter put in her chocolate crepe Do you think I could have called them and joined them to complain... It was a TOTAL FAILURE.... but the day before at Batto Thai despite their lack of staff and waitresses, we were served in no time!!!

Im going back today Sunday April 10 at noon were taking customers in front of me of 3 people And then they look at me, I say for two people & they tell me that they cant take us because she couldnt cook You will understand my incomprehension and my dissatisfaction Unfortunately with two occasions like this I will encourage elsewhere. We came to this restaurant because the reviews were fantastic.... my friend and I are seriously wondering if this was the same restaurant as those reviews. Place was clean, Ill give them that, but the food was really gross. Luckily we only wasted 10$. Would not recommend to anyone.

Extremely basic diner breakfast, coffee was meh, and most of our fruits were beginning to rot. Two of my family members got hard avocado pieces full of black spots... Only good thing is that the prices are very reasonable vs hipster brunch joints.

A lot of choices on the menu. Food and service was good. A bit loud and I found that its not very welcoming to face a plexiglass right when you come in.

Correct meal but very very limited commercial practice. Its a shame, we were regular customers. We order 2 brunch plates and 1 pancake on the side. We are served a huge plate of 3 pancakes with strawberries and nutella. We feel a little stupid, we ask to go and check in the kitchen because we thought we had ordered the simple Nutella pancake for 4.75 on the menu, which also didnt mention strawberries. We come back and confirm that there is no error in the order. Weird, but so be it. At the end of the meal, we are charged 14.75 for the plate in question. We question the team. We understand that there was an error with the order (the person ordered us a plate of 3 Nutella and strawberry pancakes). We are told that this is what the waitress understood (ah?), and whats more, we touched the plate (oh?), so it becomes our problem (ouch!).... I dig a little, because the bad faith is immense and it even makes our neighbor at the table who saw it all laugh. A manager arrives and half-heartedly admits the error (and I weigh my words because, in all honesty, weve been being picked on a bit from the start). Then, oh joy, in all her goodness, she will finally have the bill rectified. Fine! This is how, in a commercial gesture of immense and unparalleled generosity, she adds with contempt on the other hand Im not going to let you take the rest and Im putting it in the garbage... Who does this, seriously? Have we reached this level of pettiness? Madam, its ugly and its cheap as a practice. No wonder you treat your trash better than your customers. Good luck.

Very disappointed error in the orders in the kitchen plus I asked to replace the potatoes with fruit and surprise when I received my plate there were only 2 half slices of orange, 2 mini slices of watermelon and 2 mini slices of pineapple. Knowing that normally a normal plate with potato already has half a slice of orange, a slice of watermelon and a slice of pineapple its disappointing and in terms of the quality of the food its not really more up to date. I have always loved this restaurant I was a customer since the opening but since they changed ownership it is getting worse and worse the prices have increased a lot last time I go to eat there and do not recommend it to anyone

We had the minimum service. The coffee was cold, my boyfriend ordered 1 pancake with 1 sausage, potatoes and 2 eggs. When his plate arrived, his sausage was missing. No one asked us if we wanted something to drink other than coffee (I didnt drink it). We ended up asking for our drinks. The waitress forgot my boyfriends smoothie. We waited 15 minutes for the bill.
