Last night, Saturday December 7th. I was waiting for my boyfriend to bring the car near the door and there, the doorman pushed a young girl so hard that she fell to the ground, hit her head & lost consciousness. I asked why he did that, yelling at her because she was clearly hurt and her response was simply that she was being a kid with the door?! Why not just tell her again instead of throwing her on the ground?? The girl weighed 110 lbs wet, her friend was in panic and threw the only one to help her until a nurse came to help me!!! Nobody did anything and the employee had no valid justification!! She left in an ambulance and the police even showed up! It s not because you re a doorman that you have these rights, it s disgusting! I will never go back to this shaker again, everything is poorly managed!

the reservation was 30 minutes late and we got the place because we went to see the person because the security was doing nothing. It was our Christmas party in terms of service we cant say much because there was none! It took 40 minutes before we got our drink. We had a dessert included in our menu and out of 35 people 0 dessert was received!! Very disappointed for the price!

Yesterday was our Christmas party. The stake was cold and dry, the McCain fries were almost burnt. I regret not returning the food in the kitchen. They said first DJ starts at 10 p.m., then at 11 p.m., then at midnight. It s the Christmas part: we chose your restaurant for dancing! ! ! ! Around midnight, the visitors drank a lot and started a fight. Really bad organization.

Reservation for an office party. It took over two hours to get our plates. We can understand that there are several events during the holiday season but still really unacceptable. If you dont have the necessary staff, dont reserve as many tables. Too bad, nice waitress but I just didnt provide. We were unable to order cocktails and such. Avoid for your group parties.

We had reservations for an office party for 9 people. We had to wait 2 hours before receiving our main course, no service for drinks for the entire 2 hours. Waitress missing, impossible to find. Very disappointed with the service received this evening. Very bad experience.

If you want to speak, you wont have any voice after an hour because the place was excessively noisy. Its true that there were several Christmas parties that seemed to be going on at the same time. Plus, no parking. It was the first time at the Shaker de Boisbriand. The other times, at the Centropolis in Laval which seemed much better to me. Dietary restrictions: I am celiac and you have to rely on the allergy guide before ordering. Not too practical.

Christmas party on a Thursday evening, extremely slow service (2 hours before receiving the dishes), no choice of cooking for the flank steak, change of waitress during the evening, we almost didnt have the opportunity to order drinks (only when arriving around 6:45 p.m., and when ordering dishes around 7:30 p.m.). We received the plates at 9:50 p.m. The place was very noisy. Still, we were able to get compensation: a 15% discount (supposedly!) in my case, a nice big $3.82 less on a $60 bill. In short, I really dont recommend this place. Parking: Very crowded!

For dinner, I had a great experience at Shaker de Boisbriand, a Quebec restaurant bar. The atmosphere is pleasant and the welcome very warm. How lucky to have Elizabeth as a waitress who welcomed us with her beautiful smile and the menu. I hesitated between cocktails prepared by a mixologist and wine. The decision was difficult because there is a large choice of cocktails; some prepared with flowers or aloe and so on. Finally we decided to have some wine which was very good. The menu is very interesting and varied. I opted for a new experience; the tartare (there is a nice variety of tartare) and I loved it. YUM! YUM!YUM! Quite a delight. In short, I highly recommend this Shaker de Boisbriand restaurant bar and I will come back to try one of these exotic cocktails (the hibiscus flower one tempts me and perhaps others) When entering the Shaker de Boisbriand, I liked this place with its large windows and its 3 levels ideal for singles, groups, couples Thank you to the staff for a good time of delight and relaxation. Special thanks to our waitress Elizabeth. I highly recommend the Boisbriand Shaker.

Much too much noise I gave 3 stars for the service because 15 minutes to have a coke and a Sprite is long and it seems almost 40 minutes to have a well-cooked filet mignon that still arrives rare.

We went yesterday and we were a group of 8 adults. The waitress was really nice and helpful but everything else took way too long. We asked for wine, the wine chosen was no longer in stock. Second choice, same thing. We asked for an extra cheese poutine and we didnt get it. The waitress agreed with us and returned to the kitchen twice rather than once because the cook insisted that we had it! The average age from 10 p.m. is 18/20 years old. I really miss the crowd and the atmosphere at Fogo! On the other hand, the shaker menu is better! I prefer the St-Jérôme shaker! The service is A1!

We went to celebrate my 30th at Shakers last night. We booked a week in advance for 25 people. We arrived, they gave us the booth section which supposedly holds 25 people usually like the waitress kept telling us. There were 20 of us sitting like sardines, we had to seat the remaining 5 on a table separate from the group. The guests felt too much and lacked respect. Unfortunately, the tone was more defensive than lets find a solution. Following our proposal to add a table, they brought a table, while the guests were waiting to be seated a waitress told them to please sit in their place with a lot of apprehension and attitude. We were made to pay for a bottle before seeing if there was any left at the back, following several trips back and forth, the waitress told us that there was no more of this bottle left and offered to take several bottles open from this brand which makes a total of 1 bottle. After 45 minutes without a bottle we asked for a refund, because the rest of the guests were getting ready to leave. Basically poor management of the floor, bar and customer service. I left the scene in tears.

Saturday evenings, after 4 tries unfortunately the DJ is really not wow, as if he had never mixed before... I would have liked Zico to be there on Saturday that would have motivated us to bring our spending friends there. The place has a lot of potential, very beautiful decor. Ive been to a few Saturday evenings, after dinner, its a very young crowd and the music is really ordinary.

The drinks are excellent! I drank Count Dracula, Merry Cranberry and Heart Breaker. The food is excellent! I had a tuna tataki as a starter (small portion) and a lobster and shrimp poke for dinner (good portion). As for the atmosphere, its perfect for dinner on the terrace, but inside its really packed and you cant hear yourself talking... In the evening theres a crazy line up to come in. inside! I was happy to go there for dinner, but I wouldn t go for a drink with friends after 9am because there s a nasty line up on Friday evening! Difficult parking after 7 p.m., you have to park on the other side of the street Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian meals Parking: Difficult, because it fills up quickly and you have to park on the other side of the street!

Hello, I loved my evening, good food, good atmosphere. It looks a lot like lentient Fogo. This evening the service at our table was bofff.. 4 times I ordered a liqueur which never arrived but whats more, I for my part found the service very long.. Would I go back, of course and I recommend it too.

We really enjoyed our evening at the Boisbriand shaker this Saturday evening. Me and my boyfriend were at the bar which was located at the top of the restaurant, it was much quieter than the one downstairs. The bartender Alexandra was super nice, attentive to our needs in addition to being very pretty. We had a lot of fun thanks to her. She chatted to us all evening even though she was busy she still took the time to talk to us. Plus the drinks were good and the food was good too (we ate the dumplings and a salmon tart starter). We recommend this place, much better than fogo

No need to say much, the menu needs improvement, the service is impeccable the dishes are tiny. We want to attract young people (please music, activities for all seniors, just choose the days. Places for young people for the weekends. Go, you are able to have the space, a turnkey do some of the old Fogo because the atmosphere .? 7 out of 7 you can do it in the restaurant: quality + quantity + atmosphere = price +/-, just reshuffle the cards because from one place to another. other expectations are higher . Surprise me see you next week .

Really disappointed with my experience last night Saturday September 7th. Extremely lousy service from a waitress whose initials are KV. Your waitress lacks professionalism and respect. She has no manners. Confronts customers and is very arrogant. In addition to making me pay the bill...Bill for more than $130. Your waitress fully deserved a $0 tip, but despite everything, we left her 18%. Its a shame because the food was excellent, the atmosphere too, but the service was terrible. We went on Friday August 2nd and ordered the flank steak and a salmon tartare with goat cheese. The service was good, a little quick for orders. Unfortunately, just outside the restaurant my wife was sick until Sunday morning with food poisoning. So, you might want to be careful during your visit and check the freshness of the food, especially during periods of heat.

For a mixology restaurant I expected to have more options for non-alcoholic drinks, but only 3 choices. The service very good. The music was good but the benches were not very comfortable and much too high. When were small, its not easy to sit down. The tartare lacked spice and taste. The nachos have very few toppings but the salad and fries were excellent.

I didnt know you had to get drunk to get adequate service. Finally, my boyfriend bought me a drink at the bar for $15 which I never received.. we left half an hour later. Too bad because it s not the kind of atmosphere and service you find at Shaker Laval and Shaker Saint-Jérome.
