Good morning, Very bad experience The cook Martin tossed the meals and sides to us customers at the cashier. Furthermore, Martin argued in front of all the customers that the cashiers service was bad. Also, he made an error in the order, we went to see in order to rectify the situation. Once again, Martin argued with us. Unfortunately, the service received was seriously lacking in professionalism and good customer service. A rating of 0/10 on the experience Not to go!

Poor service this evening . The cook starts meals and arguments. Blame it on his assistant in front of all the clients. No openness towards customer feedback. In addition, the meals are half full even though we ask for large ones. Employers say loud and clear that they are exhausted and struggling to serve customers. This is my 8th order from them, and their regular Mac N cheese + bacon is always half full... Its a shame it will cause you to lose customers.

I ordered delivery! Fettuccini pesto and I added pancetta: it s expensive for fast food, but it s really good. The pesto tastes good and just strong enough, the portion of pancetta added was perfect: there was plenty of it! I also took the lemon verrine 12/10! I was expecting a light, very sweet lemon taste, but it really tasted like lemon. It was just sour enough: I loved it :)

We got food poisoning after ordering Topla de Blainville. As their only response, they asked for our order number. Never again!

A fast food with no flavor, I thought I was going to a pasta bar style restaurant, but no. Not because Im picky, I like almost everything. It tastes and looks like a box of frozen dough for $4.95 at IGA that you cook in the microwave. My $16 plate of pink pasta was pasta and a little pink sauce that was incorporated into the pasta so much that it must have been mixed for a long time, NOTHING ELSE. Salad hearts with soil inside, uncut shallots (1 inch long), almost no vegetables, nothing sautéed in the pan. Clearly reheated. - $6.85 for a Cesar salad with 2 hearts of salad and a liqueur - $3.95 for the addition of a single STEAMED sausage, not cooked. The only positive is the macncheese for children at $4.95 with a little chocolate milk and rice crispies.

I love bacon mac n cheese, its truly delicious! I also really like their garlic bread and the chocolate-hazelnut verrine. I cant wait to try other dishes.

I find the meals very expensive for what they taste like. The service asked me if I wanted a certain ingredient in my meal...what he didnt tell me is that each ingredient costs extra each time $$$...a question you dont ask when its the first experience. I find it a shame, I really took the plunge on the price of the invoice :( $58 for 2 meals (me and my 9 year old child...my 4 year old didnt eat he didnt like the pasta I took for myself) its terrible...very disappointed for the price :/

I saw several advertisements on social networks that encouraged me to try mac and cheese. I let myself be tempted considering that the concept is interesting! But unfortunately, it didnt live up to my expectations... The mac and cheese sauce is rather tomato/pink... its not the expected taste.. I understand that the price is expensive considering that the cheese is expensive. But to finally have this final result... Its disappointing to pay so much not to have the expected product... But as mentioned above the concept is there.. Possibly still adjustments to be made... But the desire to retry is not present In my opinion

The speculoos and salted caramel verrine is incredible, the mac & cheese and the service was extraordinary too, I highly recommend.

Honestly, the customer service is poor, the dishes are flavorless and not much sauce.

A large dish of pasta for $23.54 is dry and tasteless and inedible. I call and the two people supposedly managing the place tell me I don t care, it s your problem . I find this a very arrogant and careless response coming from the managers.

3 experience and honestly really disappointed. I had great service the first 2 times but there was no menu, we were not offered one either. The meals have changed, there are no longer vegetarian options. In any case we were told quite roughly that it was that on the screen and thats all no more help than that. Really sad... I have been there twice and I find the food very good the portions are generous and tasty the service from the employees is very pleasant they are smiling and friendly however there is a lack of staff so if you want to work in catering in a nice place which in my opinion will be quite busy if there are more staff because for the moment the service is not fast enough but I find it boring for those who give themselves to work because I loved their kindness with a little more staff would really be a very recommendable place for this type of restaurant which I repeat is very delicious Parking: Parking in a large, vast shopping center

I got sick after going, the taste was not it, the pasta was dry and the staff had a really hard time with customer service. It was not worth 18$. Save your money and get instant noodles or something

When I arrived, an employee who was finishing her rag was leaning against the counter and tapping on her cell phone without looking at me. The employee on duty was behind in the kitchen and laughing out loud, no problem, I appreciate the good humor. It took an online ordering alarm for her to come to the counter. My bag contained my spag. but not my 800 ml of sauce. She said ha, looked at the bill and said well yes its not like I had an order of ten items anyway. too bad, but the management of the teams is completely absent while the negligence is so present. Its not serious and I am certainly not and will never be a critical customer, but thats enough.

It took 1:30 from my order to my delivery I called the restaurant 3 times and was told it was on its way. I paid for a salad that I didnt even receive in the end... I was given a roll with a cup of butter and it was already opened. Really disappointing!

Placed an order on the website at 8:09 pm and it is now 9:53 and I still have not received my food. I have contacted the restaurant but no answer. I try a couple times but I guess they do not answer calls after 9pm. Update: They changed their business hours because of covid and they now close at 8pm and not 9. No apologies, only excuses. I should get my money back in 48 hours.

Great place very clean. The manager knows his business very well. Very polite, courteous, good advisor. There are even gluten-free menus. In short, I think youre going to tell him that hes super nice. Good employee. recommend it to you. And I hope that this young person will recognize himself and I will return there often. On Saturday, I had several dishes delivered and the Mac & Cheese did not have cheese, an essential ingredient. I called and the guy just said Are you serious? . I was not offered to replace the dish, nothing at all. P.s. The delivery man did not wear a mask when he gave me my order......which is mandatory. On Sunday, I went in person to show that the dish had no cheese and since there was no one in charge, the cashier kept everything, including my invoice and my contact details and assured me that the manager (Martin I think) would contact me. More than 30 hours later, radio silence.... You have just lost a customer, in times of COVID, not sure if it is a good idea.strategy...
