La saveur des sushis chez Sushi Shop était délicieuse, offrant une expérience gustative agréable. Cependant, la qualité et la présentation laissaient à désirer, car les pièces avaient tendance à se désagréger. De plus, la taille de certaines pièces était excessive, ce qui rendait difficile de les déguster confortablement, car elles ne rentraient pas facilement dans la bouche. Acheté 3 types de sushis au comptoir. Ca sentait le brulé dans le resto. Eh bien mes sushis goutent le brulé. Sesame brulé. Panko brulé. C est vraiment desagréable j ai tout jeté. Je ne retournerai pas là.

Nous sommes de Blainville et il s'agissait de la première fois que nous allions à ce Sushi Shop. Ce sera également notre dernière fois. Nous avions téléphoné et avions dit que nous serions là pour 18h30. Jusque là, aucun problème. Une fois à la maison, on ouvre le sac afin de préparer les assiettes. Quelle déception!! Des sushi chauds ET des sushis froids dans le même plateau. Résultat: un tartare de thon chaud, mou, avec les feuilles de salades mollasses en guise de rouleau, des avocats noircis et des mangues noires. Et je ne commente pas la finesse bâclée des sushis. Prochaine fois, je retournerai au Sushi Shop Mirabel même si ça me rallonge! 65$ dans les poubelles!!

I ordered directly from the Sushi Shop website for delivery and paid on their website. They hired DoorDash to deliver my order. The delivery person collected my order for over $100 and never delivered it. Sushi Shop refused to refund my money. I had to use my credit card and they refunded me. Unacceptable service! I will never order from Sushi Shop Blainville again!
Edit: we order often and there is barely ever any wait time! The wait was very long (45mins+) BUT best sushi we had ever eaten! Clearly I will give several chances

Second attempt to order at this place with a note to bring chopsticks to be able to eat the sushi, he doesnt bring any. Sushi super good the first time, the second time not fresh rice and browned salmon

I have ordered from this restaurant twice now. Im told it will be ready at such and such a time. I arrive and its never ready. I have to wait more than 15 minutes before getting my order. Its very disappointing. This is the last time I order from this restaurant.
Kindness and exceptional service!
The worst experience Ive ever had with a restaurant owner. Let me explain. Usually when I order online from Sushi Shop I always pick up the order without having had any problems in the past. This time, since I was celebrating our anniversary with my partner, I selected delivery (after an order made around 6 p.m.). Unfortunately, I received a text telling me that my order had been canceled around 8 p.m. I waited about twenty minutes (hoping it was just a mistake and that I would receive my order) and I finally went to Sushi Shop Blainville. They then tell me that the order has been made and that DoorDash is taking it to deliver. (note here that I have not done business with DoorDash, but it is Sushi Shop that uses DoorDash for their deliveries.) I show them the cancellation that I received, but nothing can be done, they do not want to refund me, nor redo the order. They only tell me that it is up to me to call DoorDash so that they can send the order back to them. The problem is that its approaching 9 p.m. and its time for them to close. After finally speaking to someone on the phone at DoorDash...actually 2 people, (it is now 9:30 p.m. and I returned home without sushi) I receive an email from DoorDash asking Sushi Shop to reimburse without having managed to contact them. Basically, they completely ruined our evening for my partner and me. One word... Pathetic.
Extremely satisfied with my service. I went there with my choices. With the help of their very detailed website, I put together what I wanted in my boxes myself in order to have variety. The staff understood my order and carried it out carefully and right away. Everything was delicious, fresh and well presented. Thank you, my business dinner was a success!

I asked the lady if she could make me some sushi taking into account my food allergy/cross contamination then she told me she didnt have time and to take the ones in the fridge, although she didnt There were no other customers in the restaurant. I went to eat elsewhere.
Something can happen to anyone but I am extremely disappointed with this delivery. No soy sauce or baguette. We had to go to the IGA to buy sauce!!! This goes against wanting to order food!!! The food was good.
