This is my favorite Thai express. Very friendly staff and the food always tastes good. I’ve been to the one in Ste Thérèse once last year and I didn’t like the food there as much. I recommend this restaurant, especially the tofu pad Thai with extra egg🙂
I didn’t like it. 17$ for some noodles and no flavour and one piece of chicken. Never again
Stopped by today and it was shuttered. Looks like they closed it.
Had the Generai Thai with thin noodles and was so tasteless… very disappointing. Barely any sauce and chicken very soggy
I'm a big fan of Pad Thai au Boeuf. The one I got here was not the best. A lot of tofu and not sure about the origin of the noodles. I got the impression of chewing carton. I forgot : the beef was chewy, not cooled enough. Sorry guys, but was not good.
Today I ordered a vegan basil cauliflower rice bowl. I received what looks like 1/3rd of a dish. Compare the picture of the meal on the uber eats site (which looks like a filling meal) compared to what I received (it fills up about 1/3rd of a take out dish). Most of the time I like the food that I order from Thai Express in Blainville - but this is a joke.
I have been to this thai express now 10 times , the restaurant is somewhat clean, then you order your food and one of the ladies is wearing her outside jacket and scarf and hat because she is cold, the general thai beef dish is absolutely not edible from the breaded beef to the disgusting sauce. I had also ordered the cold spring roll with shrimp which was flavorless even with the brown cilantro in it. I'm not sure if thai express has any brand protection systems in place and if they do , that person who manages that dept needs to be fired. Lastly this store either has no clue about how a soft drink fountain is to be operated but the drinks are always flat and after 10 times asking for a diet pepsi from the fountain and hearing for the tenth time the story about why its flat and past dated I gave up and pay extra for the fresh bottle. THIS THAI EXPRESS NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS . you can go just down the street to benny&co and have the freshest chicken that exists on the island and yes the fountain is clean and self serve . Thank you fast forward to today feb 1 2020 and yet again the softdrink is flat and this time the cashier cooked ny dish and she clearly has no skill on the wok because it tasted like she microwaved it and the poneapple and potato were cold in the middle ,,,i am done with this brand as the head office clearly has no clue of how to run franchises and or like i said before the brand protection guy is getting paid to do nothing
Best Thai Express!! The food is delicious and you can feel the difference in quality compared to other places. The restaurant is very clean and the entire team is AMAZING!

Goût correct, personnel gentil, mais cest tout ce que je peux dire de positif , me faire charger 22$ un général thaï qui goûtait le vieux poulet dont jai peur den être malade qui baignait dans sauce comme si cétait une soupe, non merci , première et dernière fois pour moi a ce restaurant, je vous suggère daller a celui de ste-therese!
I just ordered a pad see and with shrimp and a basil rice with shrimp and neither had shrimp and basil. I had been there before and it was the same. Im not going there anymore. Its not worth it anymore.
Terrible!!! I ordered a sak bowl first of all the ingredients could be counted on the fingers of one hand and the icing on the sundae was major food poisoning. Its over for me!
A Pad Thai Really overcooked ishhhh it s bad the worst ever
Its no longer the same staff and it seems that the employees dont like their jobs. Bad experiences on several occasions but wow! Usually its the meat that is tough and poorly cooked. But yesterday the padsew was completely burnt, the calcined egg was not edible and we had to throw it away. They touch the cash register and then go and cook without gloves. We wont be going back.
Eaten there on a Friday at 2 p.m. Padstu. Food is OK. But the customer service... leaves something to be desired. The gentleman barely spoke to me and when I told him I would like some Napkins he waved at me to tell me it was there. Moreover, he acted the same way with the lady who was behind me. Then two men entered and there...a nice hello!!! Well !! I dont live in the area anyway, so I wont go back...

With a cook who doesnt know how to manage her priorities and no courtesy, the worst restaurant around! 15 minute wait for a pad thai already paid for! Horrible. Expect at least 20 more negative ratings from all the other delivery guys in the area!!!
La première fois j ai commandé des rouleaux en arrivant chez moi je les trouve pas ds ma commande.cette fois j ai demandé un plat avec crevettes je l ai eu avec poulet en plus les crevettes ça coûte plus cher mauvais service y avait aucune raison pour se tremper le restaurant était vide mais c est la dernière fois je mis les pieds là-bas.
The soup with the sprouted beans... not at all fresh the beans had sprouted so much that it had leaves...
The opening hours are really not good. Thursday closes at 7 p.m. So lets see. With my work schedule I can never enjoy your good food and impeccable service.
First time at this branch and the last... The pad Thai was mushy, 3 pieces of chicken and the general Thai was horrible and to put it mildly, it was also mushy with an aftertaste. Soft, soggy tomatoes, very little sauce and 2 pieces of pineapple. Really, Im not used to writing negative comments on social networks but this time I had to do it. For the price it is shameful to serve such dishes. I gave 1 star because I had no choice, if I could I would have given nothing.
Paying $45 only to realize when I got home that I was missing fried ravioli which cost $5 before taxes. Lets just say Im not entirely happy. Very disappointed.

La commande que jai reçue ne correspondait pas à ce que javais demandé... Jai commandé une soupe thaï extra épicée aux crevettes avec un extra de fèves germées, mais le bouillon de ma soupe nétait pas épicé et je nest pas eu mon extra de fèves germées, lequel jai payé pour. De plus, la salade de mangue était très ordinaire et la vinaigrette était liquide comme de leau.
The cooking of the fried rice left something to be desired. The rice was too wet.

I ordered the vermicelli and beef salad bowl with lemongrass which I ate twice in other Thai expresses and I was disappointed but very disappointed, firstly when they gave me my bowl I found that it was it looked empty but I didnt make a fuss, I left and when I opened the bag to eat I had the bottom of the bowl all cooked and soft with no crunchy lettuce, lots of sauce, almost none of noodles.... I who love this dish because it is refreshing I only found it hot and soft in lots of liquid... Disappointing!!!

Bad experience!!! We were 3 customers, they made the orders for the 2 customers who arrived after me and each time they asked me for my order (2 dishes), they made the wrong dish for another customer and just added the peanut sauce above, Every time he made the wrong order they found it funny and asked me for my order again (3 times) yet they had the invoices hanging behind them. No apology from the manager or the cooks. I will not return and I do not recommend it.
I ordered a meal with the line 1-855-thai2go at 4:36 p.m. and the girl confirms that my order will take 45 minutes! Its long but as Im not in a hurry Ill wait! At 5:30 p.m. I called because still no news! The operator tells me that he is communicating with the restaurant and will get back to me! 15 minutes later another girl (Camille) from the line 1-855 THAI2GO calls me to inform me that I will not have my order because the Blainville restaurant does not deliver that day! I asked Camille to speak to the supervisor and gave him back my phone... Guess what, no news, not even an apology! well done Thai express what service!

unpleasant experience we ordered 3 meals and did not enjoy any of our meals we contacted the tai express center, they did nothing, 2 months later my employee ordered from tai, the delivery man told me see you next time , I told him that I was ordering more... in short, the delivery man was the owner. he was more than attentive following my comment. He assured me that the central office had never transmitted the comments... he apologized and compensated us on his word. in short 3 stars for now but Im ready to give it a second chance thank you for taking care of a complaint that could have been forgotten
