Really long wait times, clearly understaffed- and no compensation or apologies for the ridiculous times. Took 30 min together get 2 beverages. That’s ridiculous and unorganized.

Slowest McDonalds ever, as I write this I’m in line for a coffee and muffin. 20 minutes and counting and it’s not even busy……same as last time so my fault for coming here again I guess.
Employee was rude, waited 20 minutes, usually i would not complain but the employees were talking at the front and joking around. I had 2 ice coffes and one wrap. Another customer next to me waited 10 minutes for a ice cream cone, not because the machine was broken but because they were talking. Unprofessional in my opinion. Food also cold.
I just bought a nugget happy meal and usually give you 4 nuggets, fries, yogurt and a toy loll. I only had 3 nuggets, half a fries that's it. I know it's just a happy meal 😅😅 but it would be nice to get what I am paying for .. anyways never going back there the service is horrible!!
I had take out breakfast this morning. I had to wait 4 minutes at the drive through before anyone answered me. As I got my meal the girl said that the small orange juice was put in a medium cup. I joked as I asked the girl at the window why not just keep your finger in the button to fill up the cup? She rudely stated it would cost more.
Every time when I go inside closed and drive through always busy . Every time have to wait more than 15 min to get order. Slow service. Every time is missing something . It’s was charged . I bought poutine and mac poulet but is not cooked .
Update: drive through Fast servics but missing items I was charged for. No one answer the phone New decoration looks great. Tables can be cleaner! There is 8 staff and 4 clients but most of tables need to be cleaned!

When I go to McDonalds on Mondays at 9 p.m. to have my coffee, I am served by a young man named Sammy, he is really polite, he always says good evening to me and have a good evening. He is really very helpful, its rare for young people these days to have such good manners. Good job, Sammy

If you go in the evening after 9 a.m., I strongly recommend ordering with the app and picking up the food inside.... that saves 20 to 25 minutes of waiting!!!

It was well explained, to get there, but I found the place dirty and a homeless woman was there next to the cash register and wanted an ice cream cone, I had just paid for my order, so I said no then, I wait for my order, she comes back to ask me for money, which I didnt have, since I pay all the time with my cards, I find it really sad people on the street and I help them the best I can, but, I wonder why Im going to order a lunch with the means I have, I find it quite embarrassing, to be in a place and, made me follow by someone who asked me in front of many other customers to give it to him. I was very uncomfortable with this situation. Im not going back to this place, the staff saw all this and this lady who asked everyone and nothing was done, I understand that these are poor people, looking for food, but, I deplore, that nothing has been done.

No matter the time or what you order, no matter if you are alone in line, be prepared to wait MINIMUM 20 minutes for your order. Ingredients just squeezed between 2 slices of bread, mistakes half the time and what should be cold will be hot, what should be hot will be cold. Go somewhere else.

Very clean restaurant
Im having trouble with the attitude of the lady at the drive-thru (redhead). I was waiting to pay and she was taking one persons order (rolling her eyes, taking big sighs, etc...) before paying I wanted to add a chicken junior for my 5 year old (who was suddenly hungry) and she told me that she wasnt going to add anything to my order because its too late and that I had to go back in line at the Drive... then at the door where we get our food, no greeting. I asked for a 4 hole for my drinks/mcflury she made me repeat 3x with eyes full of judgment. In short, like all McDonalds, Ill go back (lol) because its convenient, but its disappointing to receive bad service.

This restaurant is poorly maintained and orders are often wrong. the owner would have a good cleaning to do
40 minute wait for meal and neither of the two happy treats had any toys. We ordered at 11am and were served at 11:40am. There were still people who had ordered lunches before 11 a.m. and since they threw away all the food, they had to manage meal exchanges with each of them.

This McDonalds is unable to prepare cold brew coffees as well as iced coffees. Cold brew coffees are prepared like iced coffees and iced coffees are super diluted with cream and milk and taste nothing like coffee. Most of the time I dont have this problem with other McDonalds.
I went to McDonalds recently and was really disappointed with the service. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, which is really unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. There were a lot of people, but the team seemed overwhelmed and poorly organized. While I was waiting, I saw several other customers complaining about the wait time and slow service. When I finally received my order, the fries were lukewarm and the burger was poorly assembled. I understand that busy times can be stressful, but there should be a better system in place to handle the influx of customers. I hope management will take steps to improve the speed of service and quality of food. It really wasnt a good experience and Im not sure Ill come back soon.

Its one of the dirtiest McDonalds Ive been to: the trash cans are overflowing; there are no ice cubes; the toilets are filthy and there is no one to clean up as they go....saddening and the fries are not cooked enough :: its a total disaster

Says its opened 24 hours, but isnt opened for the night. As someone - and a family who is up at night, that isnt great at all.
I havent been there for a long time because it was one of the worst but I decided to try it again. Half-filled fries and a mcflurry that wasnt even stirred, ice cream with a pile of oreos on top. I cant believe I wasted $10 on this last time!

Extraordinarily fast service. We stopped by today, WITHOUT NOTICE, for a take-out order at the counter for around 17 people. Greeted by a very smiling cashier, we received our order in 15 minutes and WITHOUT ANY ERRORS. Wow!! Excellent service

The little girl at the drive thru was quite cheeky, Ive never seen her treat customers like that, she kept cutting me off and saying youre busy or hey, dont make it complicated, we have other customers besides you! Im outraged, theres no one who forced you to work. Plus my burger was frozen and drowned in a pool of ketchup. The fries clearly undercooked and cold. So lets see where is the human warmth in that...????
Really nice McDonalds, very clean everywhere, while we were waiting for our order, a manager washed the tables, emptied the trash, smiled at people and made sure everything was ok, never seen that in a McDonalds before! Error-free order too :P

We went to the counter to order ice cream for $1. After waiting to speak to the cashier, the first thing she said to us was: You should know that it doesnt cost $1. Then one of her colleagues arrived, and the employee completely ignored our presence. We felt invisible and unaccounted for. We decided to leave without ordering because of this bad attitude. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the service expected at McDonalds.

I had a very bad experience with Audrey the assistant manager in the back I ordered a crispy poutine without buffalo and with habanero instead the cashier charges me the sauce no problem so far pi when I look at my order They didnt add the sauce which I very kindly asked the girl at the counter if they can add it because I paid for it perfect and the assistant manager Audrey said to the girl well you just have to pay and she shows him the invoice then she says that I paid and Audrey says well good for her I find it very poor on the part of an assistant manager, if I would have been rude or disrespectful okay but This is anything but the case. This girl really lacks professionalism and respect.
I ordered one of their peach juice they have and in the back they realized I had a fly in my drink and they still gave it to me. Could of gave me a new one instead.

Second time I try to get coffee in the night... I work very early 3:00 am... the guy at the drive-thru finds a reason not to take an order it seems.. . it was Im doing a system reboot, it should take 15-20 minutes after that Im just making drinks. The last one was once again a reason not to place an order. Hello if you dont want to do your job!! CHANGE JOBS!!

Honestly, worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Out of 5 orders, there are always a few things missing or not good. We have to go back every time, luckily I live not far away but I will go further for better service. And its not because I havent tried all the ways of ordering that there are errors at the drive-thru service, digital ordering. Its terrible.
95% of the time I have an error in my curbside order. When you arrive to explain the error, there are 1-2 people who dont even understand French... ordinary as service. The guy in front of me got out of his car and went to the window to change these two happy feasts which were not good lol

Whether its the middle of the afternoon or the evening, their ice cream machine is always out of service. And when we ask them why, no explanation, whats the point of having ice cream on the menu if its never available.

We arrived at 2am and there was a line so I expected to wait for my order, no problem. My order was 20 croquettes, a quarter pound blt trio with poutine and a fruitopia. After a long hour of waiting for our food, we leave for my house realizing 1. I never received my drink 2. The poutine I paid for came to me without a drop of sauce in it. If I had had a replacement for my poutine or a little something extra to apologize for the time and the poutine, I would have had no problem. But I paid to have cheese fries without my drink Very disappointed

Worst experience, Saturday February 10 at 12:50 a.m. I went to the drive-thru order. A young man named Émannuelle served us with the worst possible welcome, looking extremely stupid. I had an employer discount, he didnt even have took the trouble to look at the screen and he immediately expressed that this was not going to be possible, moreover, we were missing items in our order. I hope that a follow-up will be done with him so that he changes his attitude in the future. Customer service doesnt seem to be made for him!

I was kept waiting in front of the order station for 20 minutes without anyone answering us. I decided to move forward and was sandwiched between the cars in front and behind, hoping to escape the wait. But no. Help. Let us erase Macdo de Boisbriand from human memory. Ha and also, long live Macdonald de Blainville who cannot be blamed for anything.
