Bravo to the beautiful team, always welcoming and smiling, very courteous and fast service. Delicious club sandwich and generous portion of fries. Charming owner with a desire to serve customers well....Im going back soon

It was so rotten First young people at the checkout or hello nothing stoic its you who takes the initiative to motivate them no problem Ill pass, the cherry its their smoke meat the meat sliced as thick as the sole of a boot the bread past date even the coke no longer had a bubble dont know how to work amateurs after 4 hours of digestion I still have smoke meat coming out of my nose fortunately I asked for lean it was really thick worst smoke meat of my life $37 for two in the trash and I who love cabbage made me pay extra not even on the menu it was rotten 3.75 more for a lousy cabbage salad we didnt even eat it TO AVOID!!

The food was good. The service was good but unfortunately there was no bin to throw away our waste and the restaurant was not very very clean!

The medium poutine was super huge, it was tasty. Smat and honest staff, I would have had too much with the large one.

Smoked meat sandwich with slices much too thick to be pleasant, the fries were still good and the cheese too, but the sauce has a little unpleasant ketchup taste and incompatible with the red potato fries.

I ordered a trio #1, my hotdogs were wet and my poutine was horrible, mushy fries, tasteless sauce and cold cheese. Its sad because visually it looks good :(

The hamburger was good, the fries were passable but the Michigan hot dog was the worst Ive had in my life, that sauce wasnt even a meat sauce, it was 0/10

I dont understand why, when we take the trouble to call, it confirms that it is open and 10 minutes later, when you arrive, it is closed?? It was 8:23 p.m. when we arrived. Did you close on purpose so as not to have customers who took the trouble to call you? Write that you close at 8 p.m. and not 9 p.m. if you do not want to serve after 8 p.m. And answer no when we ask if we can come instead of being moved.

Wowww what a fire service! Last Friday nights fire crew. Young people, who have great customer service, at the same time having fun! We havent seen that often lately!!! I congratulate you! You even gave my 11 year old daughter a taste of working there later! She told me this is the job I want to do when Im a teenager! Dont let go, you put a smile on our faces, its nice to see a team like that who seems to be having fun while working

Fast service. The cleaning leaves something to be desired on the other hand, the floor was slippery with oil or grease in certain places.

There was a power cut when we got home. The super nice and helpful cashier still served me and my son and that if the power came back we would pay otherwise we could come back for payment not only was the service excellent but so was the food THANKS

Friendly cashier, take the time to ask how things are going. The entire team worked well. Generous portion, several choices even ice cream. Lots of seating including several benches.

The poutine I received was cold and was too salty. I had to warm it up in the microwave. I saw today an employee put his finger in his nose then prepare hotdogs for the client after me. She was with her family that was waiting in the car.

Good food, but terribly long wait time... For a Tuesday 5:30 p.m., 2 orders every 20-30 minutes...wow! Extraordinarily pitiful for service time.

Disservice. Place uber doordash etc orders before interior orders. Orders are made out of order and given out of order. Cashier who doesnt hold orders....

Very slow service. Waited 15 minutes before receiving my order, with only two customers in front of me. Once the order was received, the poutine was COLD. I also suspect their poutine sauce is diluted. This was my first and last time eating at this restaurant.

I took a smoked meat sandwich... I threw half of it away... the meat was hard to eat and even too cute.. Really disappointed! On the other hand, the fries were really good... cooked the way I like them, crispy... Good service, courteous and polite!

Refrying fries is a big no. We make a new batch. Results my fries look like chips so much that they are hard.

Price more expensive than others Belle province. Staff at the checkout often very stupid but very friendly cooks. Food good but extras or modifications can be very expensive.

The first time I wanted to bellepros was about 4 years ago. It was a disaster. Told myself I would never go back. Well 4 years later I gave it a try and what an improvement. Honestly was impressed. Fresh and good portions. Keep up the good work!

Poor service... I take two poutines to take away. I dont have a fork at work so I call he answers me ah I didnt know that a poutine to take out had to use a fork

Pris énormément de temps pour ma commande. Aucune carte de crédit accepter. Erreur de commande que ils ont du refaire. Double cheeseburger avec bacon est même pas un choix (tout les autres bellepros ont ce choix dans le menu et certainement pas comme étant un deluxe double). Désolée. Mais pour leffort. 2/5. Meme les employés ont de la misère avec le terminal de commande.

For me, the best Belle Pro that exists. In any case, the choices are almost unlimited. Lunch as much as dinner. Plus there is table service! In the morning youll feel like youre in a classy breakfast restaurant, and at lunchtime youll feel like youre in a quality fast food restaurant. I highly recommend eating here

The only place that is delayed to the point of not having the interact hello we are in 2018 which does not have an interact machine today even tim horton for a simple coffee we can pay by card if not there is a counter with a $5 fee

Service is quick and food is always hot and fresh. Their breakfasts rival franchises. Large menu, excellent coffee and they even make Mickey Mouse pancakes for kids. Great local spot!

I drive 30 minutes of highway from the East end to have the breakfast here! Thats how much Its worth the drive. Its always packed with flavor, never dull, great choices and great prices! Anything you need, the waitresses provide quick service! I love sitting in those comfortable booth and never even have to ask for a coffee refill, its always done. I leave with a nice, full, satisfied tummy! For me the bonus part is that this restaurant is situated near alot of stores so its a good start to a day with lots of walking and shopping afterwards! Recommend this place to everyone!

We love all fast food the Yum Yum I just left La Bellepro we ate 2 trios of HOT DOG the cashier didnt know that the 2 trios taken together had an extra special 3 dollars less à la carte great awesome cool well done what vigilance on the part of the cook thank you very much. Oops yesss. On the other hand I had a bread which was not very good thanks to the cook he changed it for me straight away after swapping the HOT DOG everything was delicious um yum. Oops yes enjoy your meal.

The guy who takes care of the emptying also takes care of making your chicken souvlaki. ....probable gastro. Because we often skip the important step of washing our hands properly. .... to be wary.
